背景技术
本发明所述的尿布泛指各种纸尿布和纸尿裤。纸尿布及纸尿裤由于具有使用方便的特点,已越来越多地被使用,成为婴儿及老人常用的日用品。但是传统的尿布无法从外表来判断佩戴者是否已经排便,需要看护者经常观察,而且经常会造成未及时更换尿布而导致佩戴者不适的情况。通过在尿布设置传感器,当佩戴者排便后发出报警信号提示看护者,从而能够克服上述问题。
现有的大小便检测传感器主要包括吸水层和导电材料构成的条形电极层,其主要利用了导电材料在大便或小便中的电气特性来检测排便或排尿。使用时按照人体身体特征划分为小便检测区域和大便检测区域,但由于水分子的扩散原理,容易导致小便区域与大便区域的水分子互相扩散,或者使用者尿量很小的时候,大小便检测无法准确区分,容易导致出现大小便误报的情况。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明的目的是提供一种大小便检测传感器、尿布及监测系统,以解决大小便误报的技术难题。

下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步说明:

具体实施方式
需要说明的是,在不冲突的情况下,本申请中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。
实施例1
如图1所示,一种大小便检测传感器,整体呈带状,该传感器包括亲水性的第一基片1,设置于第一基片1的第一导电条带21、第二导电条带22和第三导电条带23,第一胶层3以及设置于第一胶层表面的离型纸4,
所述第二导电条带22、第三导电条带23分别位于第一导21电条带的两侧,与第一导电条带21隔开切平行,所述第二导电条带22或第三导电条带23的中部设置有一误报阻隔通孔5,相应的另一条导电条带上覆盖有阻隔层6,所述误报阻隔通孔5将对应的导电条带分割成两段,使得传感器分为大便检测区域和小便检测区域;第一端7到误报阻隔通孔5之间为小便区域,阻隔通孔5到传感器的末端为小便区域。
使用时,佩戴者小便时亲水性的第一基片1变湿,从而使得第一、二、三导电点条带21、22、23互相之间的电阻变小,而当大便时,第一基片1的下部变湿,此时第一导电条带21与第二导电条带22之间的电阻变小,由于阻隔通孔5将第三导电条带分割成2段,因此,第三导电条带在大便区域是无效的,由上可得,通过3个导电条带之间的电阻变化可实现大小便检测,
当佩戴者小便尿量很小的时候,可能第一导电条带21和第三导电条带23之间的电阻没有变化,只有第一导电条带21和第二导电条带22之间的电阻变化了,这时大小便的检测机制是一样的,很容易误报。这时通过设置了阻隔层6,把小便检测区域的第二导电条带22阻隔起来,只通过第一导电条带21和第三导电条带23来进行小便检测,大便则通过第一导电条带21和第二导电条带22来检测,如此可避免大小便检测的误报。
进一步,由于水分的扩散作用,可能出现大小便区域的水分互相扩散的现象,从而导致大小便的误报,通过延伸阻隔层6的长度可有助于解决这一问题,所述阻隔层6始于第一端7,且长度大于第一端到误报阻隔通孔5的垂直长度,短于传感器的长度,所述第一端7用于连接通信触发装置,如此可以给予小便区域水分扩散到大便区域的空间,防止误报(大便水分比较少,一般很难扩散到小便区域)。
进一步作为优选的实施方式,为了更好的使阻隔层阻挡导电条与水分的接触,所述阻隔层6的宽度大于导电条带。
进一步作为优选的实施方式,为了方便与电路部分的连接,所述第一、二、三导电条带对应设置第一、二、三导电连接部,所述第一、二、三导电连接部设于传感器的第一端。
同理,将阻隔通孔5设置于第二导电条带22,阻隔层6设置导电6设置于第三导电条带23上同意能够实现上述方案。
实施例二
如图3所示,一种尿布,包括尿布本体8,所述尿布本体8上设置上述的大小便检测传感器9,如图1所示的第一至第三导电条带21、22、23能够从佩戴者的胯部穿过;以及所述第一误报阻隔通孔处于佩戴者的肛部和阴部之间,使得大小便传感器9的大小便检测区域分别与之对应。
如图4所示,所述尿布从上到下依次设置亲水性面层10、第一导流层11、吸收芯层12、第二导流层13和复合底膜层14,所述大小便检测传感器设置于亲水性面层10和第一导流层11之间。
如图5所示,所述吸收芯层6中部有隔断区域C,所述大小便传感器的误报阻隔通孔5位于隔断区域C。尿布佩戴者大小便时,尿布的小便区域B、大便区域A通过吸收芯层12的吸附作用变湿,所述小便区域B、大便区域A分别对应大小便传感器9的小便检测区域BB和大便检测区域AA,通过吸引芯层有助于水分吸收,使大小便传感器9对大小便的检测更加准确。同时在吸收芯层12中部设置隔断区域C,使得大小便检测区域隔开,防止大小便检测误报。
进一步作为优选的实施方式,如图6所示,所述大便区域A未设置吸收芯层,此种方式不利于大便水分的吸收,但降低了尿布的制作成本(吸收芯层减少)。
进一步,所述大小便检测传感器9上的阻隔层6,穿过隔断区域C,防止小便区域的水分扩散到大便区域。
该尿布还包括一个通信触发装置,该通信触发装置包括 :采集单元,用于采集所述第一至第三导电连接部之间的电气特征 ;处理单元,用于根据采集到的电气特征判断佩戴者是否排便、以及区分大便和小便;无线通信模块,用于与智能终端通信,将大小便的检测信息传输给智能终端,所述无线通信模块包括wifi通信模块、蓝牙通信模块、ZigBee通信模块或NFC通信模块。
实施例3
一种大小便监测系统,其包括上述的尿布和智能终端,所述尿布通过无线通信模块与所述智能终端连接,进行数据通信,如此可利用智能终端进行大小便提醒或利用智能终端对尿布进行调制,如此大大提高了用户的使用体验。
进一步,所述智能终端包括手机或平板电脑。
以上是对本发明的较佳实施进行了具体说明,但本发明创造并不限于所述实施例,熟悉本领域的技术人员在不违背本发明精神的前提下还可做作出种种的等同变形或替换,这些等同的变形或替换均包含在本申请权利要求所限定的范围内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种大小便检测传感器,整体呈带状,该传感器包括亲水性的第一基片,设置于第一基片的第一导电条带、第二导电条带和第三导电条带,第一胶层以及设置于第一胶层表面的离型纸,其特征在于:所述第二、第三导电条带分别位于第一导电条带的两侧,与第一导电条带隔开切平行,所述第二或第三导电条带的中部设置有一误报阻隔通孔,相应的另一条导电条带上覆盖有阻隔层,所述误报阻隔通孔将对应的导电条带分割成两段,使得传感器分为大便检测区域和小便检测区域;所述阻隔层始于第一端,且长度大于第一端到误报阻隔通孔的垂直长度,短于传感器的长度,所述第一端用于连接通信触发装置。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的大小便检测传感器,其特征在于:所述第一、二、三导电条带对应设置第一、二、三导电连接部,所述第一、二、三导电连接部设于传感器的第一端。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的大小便检测传感器,其特征在于:所述阻隔层的宽度大于导电条带。
  4. 一种尿布,包括尿布本体,其特征在于:所述尿布本体上设置如权利要求1至3任一项所述的大小便检测传感器,所述第一至第三导电条带能够从佩戴者的胯部穿过 ;以及所述第一误报阻隔通孔处于佩戴者的肛部和阴部之间。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的尿布,其特征在于:所述尿布从上到下依次设置亲水性面层、第一导流层、吸收芯层、第二导流层和复合底膜层,所述大小便检测传感器设置于亲水性面层和第一导流层之间。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的尿布,其特征在于:所述吸收芯层位于大小便传感器的小便检测区域,且截止于所述误报阻隔通孔。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的尿布,其特征在于:所述吸收芯层中部有隔断区域,所述大小便传感器的误报阻隔通孔位于隔断区域。
  8. 根据权利要求 4 所述的尿布,其特征在于:该尿布还包括一个通信触发装置,该通信触发装置包括 :
    采集单元,用于采集所述第一至第三导电连接部之间的电气特征 ;
    处理单元,用于根据采集到的电气特征判断佩戴者是否排便、以及区分大便和小便 ;
    无线通信模块,用于与智能终端通信,将大小便的检测信息传输给智能终端。
  9. 一种大小便监测系统,其特征在于:其包括如权利要求4至8任一项所述的尿布和智能终端,所述尿布通过无线通信模块与所述智能终端连接进行大小便提醒。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的大小便监测系统,其特征在于:所述智能终端包括手机或平板电脑。
