现有技术的电子垃圾桶主要有这两种类型的:
一种是靠红外感应方式来实现盖子开启和关闭。由于这种方式要持续接通电源,使传感器一直处于发射状态,因此会消耗大量的电能,从而会造成能源浪费,提高使用成本。且会因家庭宠物经过或昆虫爬过感应器时会造成误动作,使产品误开盖。
另一种是轻触开盖方式垃圾桶,但现有的技术方案并不合理也不成熟,其微动开关和电路的连接通常是插接方式,在取出垃圾时还要把整个桶头端下来,这样使用起来极不方便,同时垃圾桶使用环境恶劣,容易造成连接端口氧化导致无法正常工作,而且这种垃圾桶一般设有内桶,所以成本也大幅提高。现有的技术也有无内桶的轻触开盖垃圾桶,但技术方案不成熟,布局不合理,部件太多,垃圾袋放置容易滑落,装配复杂,成本高,实用性不够强等缺陷。
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述缺陷,提供一种技术方案合理实用的触控式电子垃圾桶,该触控式电子垃圾桶结构设计合理,具有更强的实用性。

电路板上设置有微电脑控制器、驱动电路、制动电路、光电耦合器,电机转轴采用双向出轴的结构,前端出轴与减速器的初级齿轮连接,后端出轴与光栅连接,光栅用于切割光电耦合器的光通路。微电脑控制器一输入端与微动开关电连接,驱动电路和制动电路的控制端与微电脑控制器的输出端电连接,光电耦合器的输出信号与微电脑控制器的计数器端口电连接。当电机转动后,电机前端出轴带动减速器的初级齿轮转动,通过减速器后带动桶盖转动;同时电机后端出轴带动光栅转动,光电耦合器输出的脉冲信号由微电脑控制器的计数器读取,计数器上的数据间接反馈了桶盖的开启角度,控制程序通过读取计数器的当前值,来控制电机的通与断。
在内、外底垫之间设置有一线槽,在桶身背后设置有一条形盖线板,微动开关连接导线通过内、外底垫之间的线槽和条形盖线板绕至到桶身背后与连接座板上的电路板电连接,条形盖线板一端固定在外底垫上,另一端固定在连接座板上,条形盖线板的主要目的是 要把连接导线盖住。
压圈分为外压圈和内压圈,外压圈套在桶身上端口部,内压圈套在外压圈的内沿,桶盖盖在外压圈上,垃圾袋上开口部套上内压圈内缘后往外翻边,该翻边部由内、外压圈的间隙压紧,这样设计的目的是可以不需要内桶,同时垃圾袋又不会露出到外面,即美观又节省了内桶的成本。
微电脑控制器有一端口,具有睡眠唤醒功能,同时具有计时功能,该端口的引脚和微动开关电连接,当微动开关被触动后,该端口电平变化能将微电脑控制器从待机睡眠省电模式唤醒后进入开盖状态,开盖到位后,如微动开关继续被触动,且时间大于3秒,控制程序就进入常开盖程序,桶盖始终保持开盖状态;如微动开关被触动的时间小于3秒,桶盖开启后延时几秒就自动关闭,然后又进入待机睡眠省电模式,为下一个工作周期做好准备。
本实用新型与现有的技术对比具备以下优点:结构设计合理,部件少、装配简单、成本低、电路耗电低、使用方便、具有常开盖功能,具有更强的实用性。

具体实施方式:
参见图1~图14,本实施例包括桶盖1、桶盖扭簧13、压圈包括外压圈21和内压圈22、桶身3、连接座板4、减速器5、电机51、电路板6、内底垫71、外底垫72、触控装置8,桶盖1通过桶盖转轴孔12与连接座板转轴孔41铰接,连接座板4固定在桶身3后上部外侧,在桶盖1与连接座板4铰接处安装有桶盖扭簧13,内底垫71和外底垫72固定在桶身3的底部,在内底垫71和外底垫72前方设置一开口空腔73,该开口空腔73处对应的桶身3有一缺口31,在垃圾桶前侧下部共同形成一开口的空间85,用于安装触控装置8。桶盖扭簧13的作用是为了抵消大部分桶盖1的重量,使开盖只需要较小的动力,减少电机51的体积和成本,延长电池的使用寿命。连接座板4、减速器5、电机51、电路板6、电池安装在桶身3后上部外侧是为了不影响桶身3的内容量,同时这些部件安装在桶身3后侧也不影响使用和美观。触控装置8安装在垃圾桶前侧下部开口的空间85内,与桶身3形成一体即美观又方便使用。
桶盖1后侧下部设置有一扇形齿轮11和桶盖转轴孔12,该扇形齿轮11和减速器输出齿轮54啮合,在连接座板4顶部设有连接座板转轴孔41,扇形齿轮11的中心轴、桶盖转轴孔12的中心轴和连接座板转轴孔41的中心轴为三轴重合,桶盖1和连接座板4通过各自的转轴孔套入金属轴14后转动连接。桶盖1、扇形齿轮11和桶盖上的转轴孔12由注塑一次成型,确保了装配尺寸的精确,降低了成本。减速器输出齿轮54直接和桶盖1上的扇形齿轮11啮合,提高了转动效率,减少了机械损耗。使用金属转轴的目的是因为金属转轴强度高,受力时不宜变形,同时桶盖扭簧13也套装在桶盖金属转轴14上,桶盖扭簧13的一端作用在连接座板4上,另一端作用在桶盖1上,桶盖扭簧13的作用力始终向上扭转,抵消大部分桶盖1的重量。
连接座板4和电池仓43连接在一起由注塑一次成型,连接座板4由上到下依次安装有减速器5、电机51和电路板6,上述各部件组成一个组件,该组件用螺丝固定在桶身3后 上部外侧,并由连接座板盖44将上述部件罩住。上述组件可以单独装配和调试,这样的设计有利于批量生产,降低人工成本。
触控装置8由触控支架81、触控板82、微动开关83和触控板扭簧84组成,触控支架81套装在桶身缺口31处,触控支架81上端固定在内底垫71上,下端固定在外底垫72上,触控板82和触控支架81铰接,并在铰接处安装有触控板扭簧84,微动开关83安装在触控支架81上,触控板82内侧设置一碰块821和微动开关83接触。触控板扭簧84是起复位作用,当人的脚按压触控板82时,触控板82克服弹簧力向内转动一个很小的角度,使设置在触控板内侧碰块821离开微动开关83的压轮,微动开关83接通,给电路一个信号;当人的脚离开触控板82时,触控板82靠扭簧84复位,碰块821压住微动开关83的压轮,微动开关83断开。
电路板6上设置有微电脑控制器61、驱动电路62、制动电路63、光电耦合器64,电机51转轴采用双向出轴的结构,前端出轴与减速器的初级齿轮连接,后端出轴与光栅52连接,光栅52用于切割光电耦合器64的光通路。微电脑控制器61第10脚(输入端)与微动开关83电连接,驱动电路62由Q1~Q4、R18~R21组成,制动电路63由Q1、Q3、R19、R21、D2和D3组成,驱动电路62和制动电路63的控制端与微电脑控制器61的输出端第1脚、12脚、13脚和14脚电连接,光电耦合器64的输出信号与微电脑控制器61的计数器端口(第8脚)电连接。当电机51转动后,电机51前端出轴带动减速器5的初级齿轮转动,通过减速器5后带动桶盖1转动;同时电机51后端出轴带动光栅52转动,光电耦合器64输出的脉冲信号由微电脑控制器61的计数器读取,计数器上的数据间接反馈了桶盖1的开启角度,控制程序通过读取计数器的当前值,来控制电机51的通与断。
在内外底垫之间设置有一线槽74,在桶身3背后设置有一条形盖线板9,微动开关连接导线831通过内外底垫之间的线槽74和条形盖线板9绕至到桶身3背后与连接座板4上的电路板6电连接,条形盖线板9一端固定在外底垫72上,另一端固定在连接座板4上。条形盖线板9的主要目的是要把连接导线831盖住。
压圈分为外压圈21和内压圈22两件,外压圈21套在桶身3上端口部,内压圈22套在外压圈21的内沿,桶盖1盖在外压圈21上,垃圾袋上开口部套上内压圈22内缘后往外翻边,该翻边部101由内、外压圈的间隙压紧。这样设计的目的是可以不需要内桶,同时垃圾袋10又不会外露,即美观又节省了内桶的成本。
微电脑控制器61有一端口(第10脚),具有睡眠唤醒功能,同时具有计时功能,端口第10脚和微动开关83电连接,当微动开关83被触动后,端口第10脚电平由高到低变 化,将微电脑控制器从待机睡眠省电模式唤醒后进入开盖状态,开盖到位后,如微动开关继续被触动(第10脚)保证低电平,且时间大于3秒,控制程序就进入常开盖程序,桶盖1始终保持开盖状态;如微动开关被触动的时间小于3秒,桶盖1开启后延时几秒就自动关闭,然后又进入待机睡眠省电模式,为下一个工作周期做好准备。
本实用新型与现有的技术对比具备以下优点:结构设计合理,部件少、装配简单、成本低、电路耗电低、使用方便、具有常开盖功能,具有更强的实用性。
本实例未描述部分与现有技术相同。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种触控式电子垃圾桶,包括桶盖、桶盖扭簧、压圈、桶身、连接座板、减速器、电机、电路板、内底垫、外底垫、触控装置,其特征在于:所述桶盖与连接座板铰接,连接座板固定在桶身后上部外侧,在桶盖与连接座板铰接处安装有所述桶盖扭簧,内底垫和外底垫固定在桶身的底部,在内、外底垫前方设置一开口空腔,该空腔开口处对应的桶身位置设有一缺口,在垃圾桶前侧下部共同形成一开口的空间,用于安装触控装置。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的触控式电子垃圾桶,其特征在于:触控装置与电路板电连接,以可触发电路板驱动电机、减速器动作,进而使桶盖掀开。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的触控式电子垃圾桶,其特征在于:桶盖后侧下部设置有一扇形齿轮和桶盖转轴孔,该扇形齿轮和减速器输出齿轮啮合,在连接座板顶部设有连接座板转轴孔,扇形齿轮的中心轴、桶盖转轴孔的中心轴和连接座板转轴孔的中心轴为三轴重合,桶盖和连接座板通过各自的转轴孔套入金属轴后转动连接,桶盖扭簧也套装在该金属转轴上。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的触控式电子垃圾桶,其特征在于:连接座板用螺丝固定在桶身后上部外侧,连接座上分别安装有减速器、电机、电路板,有一连接座板盖将上述部件罩住,在连接座板下部设置有一电池仓。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的触控式电子垃圾桶,其特征在于:触控装置包括触控支架、触控板、微动开关和触控板扭簧,触控支架套装在桶身的缺口处,触控支架上端固定在内底垫上,触控支架下端固定在外底垫上,触控板和触控支架铰接,并在铰接处安装有触控板扭簧,微动开关安装在触控支架上,触控板内侧设置一碰块和微动开关接触。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的触控式电子垃圾桶,其特征在于:电路板上设置有微电脑控制器、驱动电路、制动电路、光电耦合器,电机转轴采用双向出轴的结构,前端出轴与减速器的初级齿轮连接,后端出轴与光栅连接,光栅用于切割光电耦合器的光通路。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的触控式电子垃圾桶,其特征在于:在内、外底垫之间设置有一线槽,在桶身背后设置有一条形盖线板,微动开关连接导线通过内、外底垫之间的线槽和条形盖线板绕至到桶身背后与连接座板上的电路板电连接,条形盖线板一端固定在外底垫上,另一端固定在连接座板上。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的触控式电子垃圾桶,其特征在于:压圈分为外压圈和内压圈,外压圈套在桶身上端口部,内压圈套在外压圈的内沿,桶盖盖在外压圈上,垃圾袋上开口部套上内压圈内缘后往外翻边,该翻边部由内、外压圈的间隙压紧。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的触控式电子垃圾桶,其特征在于:微电脑控制器有一具有睡眠唤醒功能和计时功能的端口,该端口的引脚和微动开关电连接,在微动开关被触动后,该端口 电平变化能将微电脑控制器从睡眠省电模式唤醒后进入工作状态,同时电平变化的时间被程序记录下来,用于判断是否需要常开盖。
  10. 根据权利要求6所述的触控式电子垃圾桶,其特征在于:微电脑控制器内部设有一计数器,计数器的输入端口通过微电脑控制器的引脚和光电耦合器的输出端电连接,计数器上的数据间接体现了桶盖的开合角度,该数据及时反馈给控制程序,控制程序通过读取计数器的当前值,来控制电机的通与断。
