技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种轻触式电动垃圾桶。 背景技术
现有带桶盖的垃圾桶主要有这几种类型的:
一种是用脚踩踏板, 踏板通过连杆顶起桶盖, 由于用脚的力量来 开启桶盖, 所以这种垃圾桶开盖是比较费劲, 对于身体不好的老人靠 一条腿站立, 另一条腿踩踏板是个很不安全的问题。
一种是靠红外感应方式来实现盖子开启和关闭。由于这种方式要 持续接通电源,使传感器一直处于待机状态,因此会消耗一定的电能, 从而会造成能源浪费, 提高使用成本。且会因家庭宠物经过或昆虫爬 过感应器时会造成误动作, 使产品误开盖。
虽然目前出现了轻触开盖方式垃圾桶,但现有的技术方案并不合 理, 其微动开关和电路的连接通常是插接方式, 在取出垃圾或更换垃 圾袋时还要把整个桶头端下来,并且要拔开微动开关与电路板的连接 端子, 这样使用起来极不方便。 同时由于垃圾桶环境恶劣, 容易造成 连接端口氧化, 使连接端口接触不良从而导致无法正常工作。而且这 种垃圾桶一般设有内桶, 所以成本也大幅提高。 发明内容
本实用新型是要提供一种轻触式电动垃圾桶,该产品不仅结构简 单紧凑, 生产成本低廉, 而且工作可靠, 操作方便, 节能效果好。
本实用新型包括桶身、 桶盖、 驱动机构固定座板, 其特征在于: 所述桶盖与固定座板相铰接,所述固定座板与桶身上部周侧联接为一 体, 固定座板上设置有用于驱动桶盖启闭的电动机构, 其工作电路包 括微动开关, 微电脑控制器, 电机驱动控制电路和电机。
本实用新型与现有技术相比具有以下优点:
1、 由于采用桶盖连接在桶身上的结构, 无需拿开桶头, 即可进 行更放垃圾袋。
2、 因为桶盖和桶身铰接在一起, 固定座板联接在桶身后部上方, 固定座板上放置有工作电路、 电机、减速机, 微动开关放置于桶身前 侧下部, 电池仓安装于桶身后侧下部, 盘式底座固定在下部内腔,因 此本产品除压圈外所有部件均是连接成整体,所以本产品的电路部份 的连接无需采用插座式的连接, 可防止产生接触不良的现象。
3、 由于未使用插座式的连接, 因此垃圾桶在恶劣环境下使用, 不会造成插接口因金属氧化等原因造成接触不良等缺陷情况发生,因 此本实用新型设计比桶盖圆筒状体分体式结构的电子垃圾桶操作方 便, 电路使用稳定。
4、 通过触动微动开关来实现桶盖的启闭动作, 只在这一工作时 间内耗电, 其它时间处于不工作, 且待机电流只达到 1 μ Α。 因此相 对于感应式垃圾桶, 其省电节能效果更为突出。
5、 需要触碰后才工作, 相对于红外感应垃圾桶来讲, 不会产生 因有小昆虫或人经过附近而产生误动作的现象。
6、 采用电子电路控制开关盖, 启闭桶盖比人工脚踩更省力。
7、 由于开关触板位置略高于地面, 与地面成悬空状, 所以用脚 轻触时, 脚可贴着地面触碰开关面板, 这对于地面湿滑的环境下,老 人与小孩使用更安全, 不会因为要抬脚触碰开关造成站立不稳, 而可 能产生摔倒的隐患。 8、采用无内桶结构设计, 比有配置内桶的电子垃圾桶成本更低。 附图说明

参见附图, 本实用新型轻触式电动垃圾桶, 包括桶身 · Α、 桶盖 1、 驱动机构固定座板 Β, 所述桶盖 4与固定座板 Β相铰接, 所述固定座 板 Β与桶身 Α上部周侧联接为一体,固定座板 B上设置有用于驱动桶 盖启闭的电动机构 B, 其工作电路包括微动幵关 9, 微电脑控制器, 电机驱动控制电路 12和电机 21。
91 上述固定座板 B包括一个与桶身上部周壁连接的固定底板 6和一 个外侧盖板 20, 盖板外侧部设置有一个手动电源开关 7, 盖板内部装 有减速机构 8和控制电路板 12, 减速机中的输出齿轮 10与桶盖的主 转轴 15传动连接。
为了有利于垃圾袋口的安装和定位,上述桶身上开口处套有一个 压圈 2, 压圈内侧铰接有两个用于扣住垃圾袋的弧形压环 13。
为了不占用桶内有效使用空间,上述桶身前侧下部开口处依次设 有开关触板 3, 微动开关 9及支板 14, 桶身后侧下部设有一个安装电 池的电池仓 5。
为了有利于生产制造和组装,上述桶身下部内腔安装有一个盘形 底座 4, 盘形底座周壁板前侧开有一个微动开关的接线通孔, 周壁板 后侧对应设有一个与电池仓相连通的接线通孔。
上述控制电路板中的微电脑控制器的输入端与微动开关电连接, 微电脑控制器的输出端经驱动电路实现对电机的控制连接。
以下对轻触式电动垃圾桶的工作原理作进一步详细阐述。
参见图 1所示, 本实用新型轻触式电动垃圾桶由桶盖 1, 桶身 A, 驱动机构固定座板 B , 触碰开关机构组件 C, 电池仓 5等部件组成。
参见图 1-9所示, 桶盖 1通过主转轴 15连接于固定底板 6上, 固定底板 6装于桶身 A上, 桶身 A装于盘形底座 4上, 触碰开关机机 构组件 C装于盘形底座 4前部。 固定座板 B内设置有电动机构 22, 电动机构 22带动桶盖 1进行启闭运动。
触碰开关机构组件 C装置于盘形底座 4正前方。触碰开关机构组 件 C由开关触板 3、 微动开关 9及支板 14组成。 支板 14与盘形底座 4固定, 开关触板 3装于支板 14上, 开关触板 3略高于地面, 微动 开关 9装于开关触板 3后部上方, 微动开关 9连接电线 16, 电线 16 穿过盘形底座 4下方绕至桶身 A背后上部的固定底板 6上与控制电路 板 12直接连接。
固定底板 6上的控制电路板 12由桶身 A背部下方的电池仓 5供 电。 通过电线 18、 17将控制电路 12与其附近的电源开关 7及桶身 A 背部下方的电池仓 5联接, 从而实现对整个控制电路 12的电源开和 关的控制。
固定底板 6上设置有电动机构 22, 电动机构 22由电机 21和减 速机 8组成, 电机 21由电线连接到控制电路 12上, 从而实现控制电 路 12对电机 21的控制。 电机 21带动减速机 8转动, 减速机 8的输 出齿轮 10带动桶盖 1进行转动, 从而实现桶盖 1的开启和关闭。
盖板 20罩在固定底板 6上, 以保护固定底板 6上各部件。
压圈 2上铰接有两个提手状的可转动的弧形压环 13, 对垃圾袋 11起压紧作用。
当需装垃圾袋 11时, 先打开桶盖 1, 垃圾袋 11套入桶身 A, 将 套入桶身 A内的垃圾袋 11口部翻卷在压圈 2上的两个弧形压环 13上, 然后将两个弧形压环 13按压在压圈 2上,从而实现对垃圾袋 11的固 定。 当垃圾装满想拿出垃圾袋 11时, 先打开桶盖 1, 将弧形压环 13 提起, 拿掉压圈 2将垃圾袋 11取出即可。
参见图 1至 9, 使用时, 用脚贴着地面触碰盘形底座 4前方的开 关触板 3, 微动开关 9接通, 电路板 12中的微电脑控制器 (IC1 )第 10脚由高电平变为低电平,微电脑控制器(IC1 )由睡眠状态被唤醒, 程序进入开盖状态, 微电脑控制器(IC1 ) 的输出端口工作电路(13) 中的三极管 Q1和 Q4导通、 Q2和 Q3截止, 电机 21正向转动, 电机 21带动减速机 8转动,减速机 8的输出齿轮 10带动桶盖 1进行转动, 从而实现桶盖 1的开启。 开盖时间结束后, 微电脑控制器 (IC1 ) 的 输出端口控制电路 12中的三极管 Ql、 Q4、 Q2和 Q3截止, 使电机 21 不通电, 程序延时三秒 (扔垃圾的时间), 然后微电脑控制器 (IC1 ) 的输出端口控制电路 12中的三极管 Q1和 Q4截止、 Q2和 Q3导通, 电机 21反向转动, 电机 21带动减速机 8转动, 减速机 8的输出齿轮 10带动桶盖 1进行转动, 从而实现桶盖 1的关闭。 完成一个开关盖 的循环动作。然后电路进入待机状态, 微电脑控制器程序进入睡眠状 态, 以实现待机电流达到 1 μ A左右, 从而实现节能目的。

4. 根据权利要求 1所述的轻触式电动垃圾桶, 其特征在于: 桶 身前侧下部开口处依次设有开关触板、微动开关及支板, 桶身后侧下 部设有一个安装电池的电池仓。
5. 根据权利要求 1所述的轻触式电动垃圾桶, 其特征在于: 桶 身下部内腔安装有一个盘形底座,盘形底座周壁板前侧开有一个微动 开关的接线通孔,周壁板后侧对应设有一个与电池仓相连通的接线通 孔。
6. 根据权利要求 1所述的轻触式电动垃圾桶, 其特征在于: 控 制电路板中的微电脑控制器的输入端与微动开关电连接,微电脑控制 器的输出端经驱动电路实现对电机的控制连接。
