Abstract

一种LED灯带的加工设备,包括烤炉(1)和支架(5),还包括转轮(2)、马达(3)及皮带(4),所述转轮(2)的两端设有转轴(21),所述转轮(2)的外表面设有多个轮槽(22),所述转轮(2)为两个,且分别位于所述烤炉(1)的两端开口处,所述转轴(21)与所述支架(5)可转动连接,所述马达(3)设在所述支架(5)上,所述马达(3)可通过所述皮带(4)带动所述转轮(2)转动。该设备对加工场地要求低,加工过程连贯,自动化程度高,大大提高了LED灯带的加工效率。

Description

一种LED灯带的加工设备 【技术领域】
本实用新型涉及LED灯带加工领域,具体涉及一种LED灯带的加工设备。
【背景技术】
随着LED灯带的市场需求量越来越大,对加工企业订单处理能力的要求越来越高,在LED灯带的加工过程中,现有的方案是先经过20米长的隧道炉,将底涂剂烘烤干后,再上轴,再挤出,该方案大面积占用加工场地,加工过程不连贯,自动化程度低,大大降低了LED灯带的加工效率。以上不足,有待改善。
【发明内容】
为了克服现有技术的不足,本实用新型提供一种对加工场地要求低、加工过程连贯、自动化程度高且加工效率高的加工设备。
本实用新型技术方案如下所述:一种LED灯带的加工设备,包括烤炉和支架,还包括转轮、马达及皮带,所述转轮的两端设有转轴,所述转轮的外表面设有多个轮槽,所述转轮为两个,且分别位于所述烤炉的两端开口处,所述转轴与所述支架可转动连接,所述马达设在所述支架上,所述马达可通过所述皮带带动所述转轮转动。
进一步的,所述转轴还设有传动轮,所述传动轮通过所述皮带与所述马达连接。
根据上述结构的本实用新型,其有益效果在于,本实用新型可以节约加工场地,加工过程连贯,自动化程度高,大大提高了LED灯带的加工效率,不需要将底涂剂烘烤干后,再上轴,再挤出,解决了现有方案大面积占用加工场地,加工过程不连贯,自动化程度低,加工效率低的问题。

在图中,1-烤炉、2-转轮、3-马达、4-皮带、5-支架、6-LED灯带、21-转轴、22-轮槽、23-传动轮。
【具体实施方式】
下面结合附图以及实施方式对本实用新型进行进一步的描述:
如图1-4所示,烤炉1位于支架5上,转轮2设在烤炉1的两端开口处,烤炉1内部为贯通腔体,支架5设有支撑壁,转轴21与支撑臂可转动连接,多个轮槽22位于转轮2的外表面,转轴21处设有传动轮23,马达3位于支架5上,皮带4连接马达3和传动轮23。使用时,LED灯带6沿着转轮2的轮槽22经烤炉1的腔体后,再沿着对向转轮2的轮槽从烤炉1的腔体绕回,重复上述操作后,LED灯带6沿着多个轮槽22连续排列,开始加工操作,启动马达3后LED灯带6就可以自动进出。
应当理解的是,对本领域普通技术人员来说,可以根据上述说明加以改进 或变换,而所有这些改进和变换都应属于本实用新型所附权利要求的保护范围。
上面结合附图对本实用新型专利进行了示例性的描述,显然本实用新型专利的实现并不受上述方式的限制,只要采用了本实用新型专利的方法构思和技术方案进行的各种改进,或未经改进将本实用新型专利的构思和技术方案直接应用于其它场合的,均在本实用新型的保护范围内。

  1. 一种LED灯带的加工设备,包括烤炉和支架,其特征在于,还包括转轮、马达及皮带,所述转轮的两端设有转轴,所述转轮的外表面设有多个轮槽,所述转轮为两个,且分别位于所述烤炉的两端开口处,所述转轴与所述支架可转动连接,所述马达设在所述支架上,所述马达可通过所述皮带带动所述转轮转动。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种LED灯带的加工设备,其特征在于,所述转轴还设有传动轮,所述传动轮通过所述皮带与所述马达连接。
