Description
本发明涉及无人机领域,特别涉及一种无人机的控制方法及一种无人机。
目前,大多是通过控制遥控器上的遥杆来实现对无人机在升降、前后移动、左右移动、左右转、俯仰、及横滚等六个自由度上位置的控制。然而,使用遥控器的遥杆来控制无人机存在操作难度高,精确度低的问题,用户需要大量时间学习和熟悉遥杆的操作,才能越来越准确的控制无人机的位置。
发明内容
本发明实施方式提供了一种无人机的控制方法及无人机。
本发明提供一种无人机的控制方法,所述控制方法包括:
与外部设备建立位置映射关系;
获取所述外部设备的当前位置信息;
根据所述当前位置信息及所述位置映射关系计算所述无人机的目标位置信息;及
根据所述目标位置信息控制所述无人机飞行。
本发明提供一种无人机,所述无人机包括:
第一建立模块,用于与外部设备建立位置映射关系;
第一获取模块,用于获取所述外部设备的当前位置信息;
第一计算模块,用于根据所述当前位置信息及所述位置映射关系计算所述无人机的目标位置信息;及
第一控制模块,用于根据所述目标位置信息控制所述无人机飞行。
本发明提供一种无人机,包括机壳、处理器、存储器、电路板和电源电路,其特征在于,所述电路板安置在所述机壳围成的空间内,所述处理器和所述存储器与所述电路板电连接;所述电源电路,用于为所述无人机的各个电路或器件供电;所述存储器用于存储可执行程序代码;所述处理器通过读取所述存储器中存储的可执行程序代码来运行与所述可执行程序代码对应的程序,以用于执行如上任一实施方式所述的控制方法。
本发明提供一种计算机可读存储介质,具有存储于其中的指令,当无人机处理器执行所述指令时,所述无人机执行如上任一实施方式所述的控制方法。
本发明提供的无人机的控制方法及无人机通过与外部设备建立位置映射关系,在获取

无人机100可以与外部设备200通信,用户通过操作外部设备200来控制无人机100的飞行姿态、飞行速度、飞行高度等飞行参数、航线等等。外部设备200可以是手机、遥控器、智能手表、智能眼镜、智能头盔、其他虚拟现实穿戴设备、其他增强现实穿戴设备等中的一种或多种。本实施方式中以外部设备200为遥控器为例进行说明。

S1,与外部设备200建立位置映射关系;
S2,获取外部设备200的当前位置信息;
S3,根据当前位置信息及位置映射关系计算无人机100的目标位置信息;及
S4,根据目标位置信息控制无人机100飞行。
请结合图3,上述无人机的控制方法可以由无人机100来执行,具体地,在本发明一实施方式的无人机100中,无人机100包括第一建立模块11、第一获取模块12、第一计算模块13、及第一控制模块14,可分别用于执步骤S1、S2、S3及S4。也就是说,第一建立模块11用于与外部设备200建立位置映射关系。第一获取模块12用于获取外部设备200的当前位置信息。第一计算模块13用于根据当前位置信息及位置映射关系计算无人机100的目标位置信息。第一控制模块14用于根据目标位置信息控制无人机100飞行。
其中,与外部设备200建立位置映射关系的步骤可以是通过第一用户输入来执行的,例如,在无人机100飞行之前,用户可以操作无人机100上的实体按键或虚拟按键来下达让无人机100与外部设备200建立位置映射关系的命令。
本发明实施方式的无人机的控制方法及无人机100通过与外部设备200建立位置映射关系,在获取外部设备200的当前位置信息后根据当前位置信息及位置映射关系计算无人机的目标位置信息,然后根据目标位置信息控制无人机100飞行,此无人机的控制方式非常直观和简单,无需用户花费大量时间学习和熟悉遥杆的操作,就能准确的控制无人机100的位置。
请参阅图4,在某些实施方式中,与外部设备200建立位置映射关系的步骤包括以下步骤:
S11,获取外部设备200位于三维空间坐标系中的初始位置信息;
S12,获取无人机100位于同一三维空间坐标系中的原始位置信息;及
S13,根据初始位置信息及原始位置信息建立位置映射关系。
请结合图5,上述无人机的控制方法可以由无人机100来执行,具体地,在本发明一实施方式的无人机100中,无人机100的第一建立模块11可包括第一获取子模块111、第二获取子模块112及第一建立子模块113,可分别用于执行步骤S11、S12及S13。也就是说,第一获取子模块111用于获取外部设备200位于三维空间坐标系中的初始位置信息。第二获取子模块112用于获取无人机100位于同一三维空间坐标系中的原始位置信息。第一建立子模块113用于根据初始位置信息及原始位置信息建立位置映射关系。

请结合图7,上述无人机的控制方法可以由无人机100来执行,具体地,在本发明一实施方式的无人机100中,无人机100的第一建立模块11中的第一获取子模块111可包括:第一获取单元1111、第二获取单元1112、及第一关联单元1113,可分别用于执行步骤S111、S112及S113。也就是说,第一获取单元1111用于获取外部设备200在初始位置时的三个移动自由度值(x1,y1,z1)。第二获取单元1112用于获取外部设备在初始位置时的三个转动自由度值(ψ1,θ1)。第一关联单元1113用于关联三个移动自由度值(x1,y1,z1)及三个转动自由度值(ψ1,θ1)以得到初始位置信息(x1,y1,z1,ψ1,θ1)。
其中,第一获取单元1111可以为搭载在无人机100上的下视摄像头;也可以为无人机100上的通信单元,当第一获取单元1111为无人机100上的通信单元时,外部设备200在初始位置时的三个移动自由度值(x1,y1,z1)由搭载在外部设备200上的全球定位系统(Global Positioning System,GPS)或搭载在外部设备200上的视觉定位系统(Vision Positioning System,VPS)测得,无人机100的第一获取单元1111再通过与外部设备200通信获得此三个移动自由度值(x1,y1,z1)。
第二获取单元1112可以为搭载在无人机100上的前视摄像头;也可以为无人机100上的通信单元,当第二获取单元1112为无人机100上的通信单元时,外部设备200在初始位置时的三个转动自由度值(ψ1,θ1)由搭载在外部设备200上的惯性测量单元(inertial measurement unit,IMU)测得,无人机100的第二获取单元1112再通过与外部设备200通信获得此三个转动自由度值(ψ1,θ1)。
可以理解的是,步骤S111中得到的三个移动自由度值(x1,y1,z1)、步骤S112中得到的三个转动自由度值(ψ1,θ1)、及步骤S113中得到的初始位置信息(x1,y1,z1,ψ1,θ1)可均由外部设备200上的元件来执行获取,最后外部设备200通过设置在其上的通信单元将初始位置信息(x1,y1,z1,ψ1,θ1)发送给无人机100,对应地,无人机100只需要通信单元就可完成步骤S11中外部设备200位于三维空间坐标系中的初始位置信息(x1,y1,z1,ψ1,θ1)的获取,换言之,第一获取子模块111就是无人机100上的通信模块。此时,请参阅图8,外部设备200包括摄像头201、IMU202、触发按钮203及
GPS204。摄像头201或GPS204用于观测底面纹理以获取外部设备200在初始位置时的三个移动自由度值(x1,y1,z1)。IMU302用于获取外部设备200在初始位置时的三个转动自由度值(ψ1,θ1)。触发按钮203被触发以用于与无人机100建立或断开映射关系,即外部设备200与无人机100建立或断开位置映射关系的步骤可以是通过触摸触发按钮203的第一用户输入来执行的。
请参阅图9,在某些实施方式中,获取无人机100位于同一三维空间坐标系中的原始位置信息的步骤可包括以下子步骤:
S121,获取无人机100在原始位置时的三个移动自由度值(X1,Y1,Z1);

请结合图10及图11,上述无人机的控制方法可以由无人机100来执行,具体地,在本发明一实施方式的无人机100中,无人机100的第一建立模块11中的第二获取子模块112可包括:第三获取单元1121、第四获取单元1122及第二关联单元1123,可分别用于执行步骤S121、S122及S123。也就是说,第三获取单元1121用于获取无人机100在原始位置时的三个移动自由度值(X1,Y1,Z1)。第四获取单元1122用于获取无人机100在原始位置时的三个转动自由度值(Ψ1,Φ1,Θ1)。第二关联单元1123用于关联三个移动自由度值(X1,Y1,Z1)及三个转动自由度值(Ψ1,Φ1,Θ1)以得到原始位置信息(X1,Y1,Z1,Ψ1,Φ1,Θ1)。
其中,第三获取单元1121可以为搭载在无人机100上的GPS或搭载在无人机100上的VPS。第四获取单元1122可以为搭载在无人机100上的IMU。

其中,第三获取子模块121可以为搭载在无人机100上的下视摄像头;也可以为无人机100上的通信单元,当第三获取子模块121为无人机100上的通信单元时,外部设备200在当前位置时的三个移动自由度值(x2,y2,z2)由搭载在外部设备200上的GPS或搭载在外部设备200上的VPS测得,无人机100的第三获取子模块121再通过与外部设备200通信获得此三个移动自由度值(x2,y2,z2)。
第四获取子模块122可以为搭载在无人机100上的前视摄像头;也可以为无人机100上的通信单元,当第四获取子模块122为无人机100上的通信单元时,外部设备200在当前位置时的三个转动自由度值(ψ2,θ2)由搭载在外部设备200上的IMU测得,无人机100的第四获取子模块122再通过与外部设备200通信获得此三个转动自由度值(ψ2,θ2)。

由上可知,位置信息包括三个移动自由度值及三个转动自由度值,初始位置信息为(x1,y1,z1,ψ1,θ1),原始位置信息为(X1,Y1,Z1,Ψ1,Φ1,Θ1),当前位置信息为(x2,y2,z2,ψ2,θ2),目标位置信息为(X2,Y2,Z2,Ψ2,Φ2,Θ2)。其中,无人机100在其原始位置的三个转动自由度值(Ψ1,Φ1,Θ1)与外部设备200在其初始位置的三个转动自由度值(ψ1,θ1)相同,位置映射关系可以为:

请结合图22,上述无人机的控制方法可以由无人机100来执行,具体地,在本发明一实施方式的无人机100中,无人机100还包括第二获取模块15、第二计算模块16、比较模块17、第二控制模块18、及第三控制模块19,可分别用于执步骤S5、S6、S7、S8及S9。也就是说,第二获取模块15用于获取外部设备200的当前速度。第二计算模块16用于根据当前速度及位置映射关系计算无人机100的目标速度。比较模块17用于比较目标速度与无人机100预设的限定速度。第二控制模块18用于当目标速度大于或等于限定速度,则控制无人机100按照限定速度飞行。第三控制模块19用于当目标速度小于限定速度,则控制无人机100按照目标速度飞行。
其中,第二获取模块15可以为无人机100上的通信单元,外部设备200的当前速度由IMU测得之后,无人机100通过第二获取模块15与外部设备200通信获得此当前速度。无人机100预设的限定速度可以是无人机100出厂时就已经预定好的,也可以由操作者在使用无人机100之前进行限定的。无人机100在其原始位置的三个移动自由度值为(X1,Y1,Z1),外部设备200在其原始位置的三个移动自由度值为(x1,y1,z1),

模块22,可分别用于执步骤S11及S12。也就是说,第四控制模块21用于根据第二用户输入断开位置映射关系及速度映射关系。第五控制模块22用于在位置映射关系及速度映射关系断开后控制无人机100悬停。
本发明某些实施方式还提供一种无人机,该无人机包括壳体、处理器、存储器、电路板和电源电路。电路板安置在壳体围成的空间内部,处理器和存储器设置在电路板上。电源电路,用于为无人机的各个电路或器件供电;存储器用于存储可执行程序代码;处理器通过读取存储器中存储的可执行程序代码来运行与可执行程序代码对应的程序,以用于执行上述任一实施方式的无人机控制方法。
本发明实施方式还提供了一种计算机可读存储介质,具有存储于其中的指令,当无人机处理器执行指令时,无人机执行如上任意一实施方式的无人机控制方法。本发明实施方式的无人机的控制方法及无人机100中未展开的其它部分,可参阅以上实施方式的无人机的控制方法及无人机100的对应部分,在此不再详细展开。

应当理解,本发明的各部分可以用硬件、软件、固件或它们的组合来实现。在上述实施方式中,多个步骤或方法可以用存储在存储器中且由合适的指令执行系统执行的软件或固件来实现。例如,如果用硬件来实现,和在另一实施方式中一样,可用本领域公知的下列技术中的任一项或他们的组合来实现:具有用于对数据信号实现逻辑功能的逻辑门电路的离散逻辑电路,具有合适的组合逻辑门电路的专用集成电路,可编程门阵列(PGA),现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)等。
本技术领域的普通技术人员可以理解实现上述实施方法携带的全部或部分步骤是可以通过程序来指令相关的硬件完成,所述的程序可以存储于一种计算机可读存储介质中,该程序在执行时,包括方法实施例的步骤之一或其组合。
此外,在本发明各个实施例中的各功能单元可以集成在一个处理模块中,也可以是各个单元单独物理存在,也可以两个或两个以上单元集成在一个模块中。上述集成的模块既可以采用硬件的形式实现,也可以采用软件功能模块的形式实现。所述集成的模块如果以软件功能模块的形式实现并作为独立的产品销售或使用时,也可以存储在一个计算机可读取存储介质中。
上述提到的存储介质可以是只读存储器,磁盘或光盘等。尽管上面已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,可以理解的是,上述实施例是示例性的,不能理解为对本发明的限制,本领域的普通技术人员在本发明的范围内可以对上述实施例进行变化、修改、替换和变型。
Claims (38)
- 一种无人机的控制方法,其特征在于,所述控制方法包括:与外部设备建立位置映射关系;获取所述外部设备的当前位置信息;根据所述当前位置信息及所述位置映射关系计算所述无人机的目标位置信息;及根据所述目标位置信息控制所述无人机飞行。
- 如权利要求1所述的控制方法,其特征在于,所述外部设备包括遥控器、无人机、智能眼镜、手机中的至少一个。
- 如权利要求1所述的控制方法,其特征在于,所述与外部设备建立位置映射关系的步骤包括以下子步骤:获取所述外部设备位于三维空间坐标系中的初始位置信息;获取所述无人机位于同一所述三维空间坐标系中的原始位置信息;及根据所述初始位置信息及所述原始位置信息建立所述位置映射关系。
- 如权利要求3所述的控制方法,其特征在于,所述获取所述无人机位于同一所述三维空间坐标系中的原始位置信息的步骤包括:获取所述无人机在原始位置时的三个移动自由度值(X1,Y1,Z1);获取所述无人机在所述原始位置时的三个转动自由度值(Ψ1,Φ1,Θ1);及关联所述三个移动自由度值(X1,Y1,Z1)及所述三个转动自由度值(Ψ1,Φ1,Θ1)以得到所述原始位置信息(X1,Y1,Z1,Ψ1,Φ1,Θ1)。
- 如权利要求1至8任意一项所述的控制方法,其特征在于,所述控制方法还包括:获取所述外部设备的当前速度;根据所述当前速度及所述位置映射关系计算所述无人机的目标速度;及控制所述无人机按照所述目标速度飞行。
- 如权利要求1至8任意一项所述的控制方法,其特征在于,所述控制方法还包括:与外部设备建立速度映射关系;获取所述外部设备的当前速度;根据所述当前速度及所述速度映射关系计算所述无人机的目标速度;及控制所述无人机按照所述目标速度飞行。
- 如权利要求1至8任意一项所述的控制方法,其特征在于,所述控制方法还包括:获取所述外部设备的当前速度;根据所述当前速度及所述位置映射关系计算所述无人机的目标速度;比较所述目标速度与所述无人机预设的限定速度;及当所述目标速度大于或等于所述限定速度,则控制所述无人机按照所述限定速度飞行;当所述目标速度小于所述限定速度,则控制所述无人机按照所述目标速度飞行。
- 如权利要求1至8任意一项所述的控制方法,其特征在于,所述控制方法还包括:与外部设备建立速度映射关系;获取所述外部设备的当前速度;根据所述当前速度及所述速度映射关系计算所述无人机的目标速度;比较所述目标速度与所述无人机预设的限定速度;当所述目标速度大于或等于所述限定速度,则控制所述无人机按照所述限定速度飞行;及当所述目标速度小于所述限定速度,则控制所述无人机按照所述目标速度飞行。
- 如权利要求9、10、12或13所述的控制方法,其特征在于,所述与外部设备建立位置映射关系的步骤是通过第一用户输入来执行的。
- 如权利要求15所述的控制方法,其特征在于,所述控制方法还包括:根据第二用户输入断开所述位置映射关系;及在所述位置映射关系断开后控制所述无人机悬停。
- 如权利要求11或14所述的控制方法,其特征在于,所述与外部设备建立位置映射关系的步骤及所述与外部设备建立速度映射关系的步骤是通过第一用户输入来执行的。
- 如权利要求17所述的控制方法,其特征在于,所述控制方法还包括:根据第二用户输入断开所述位置映射关系及所述速度映射关系;及在所述位置映射关系及所述速度映射关系断开后控制所述无人机悬停。
- 一种无人机,其特征在于,所述无人机包括:第一建立模块,用于与外部设备建立位置映射关系;第一获取模块,用于获取所述外部设备的当前位置信息;第一计算模块,用于根据所述当前位置信息及所述位置映射关系计算所述无人机的目标位置信息;及第一控制模块,用于根据所述目标位置信息控制所述无人机飞行。
- 如权利要求19所述的无人机,其特征在于,所述外部设备包括外部设备、无人机、智能眼镜、手机中的至少一个。
- 如权利要求19所述的无人机,其特征在于,所述第一建立模块包括:第一获取子模块,用于获取所述外部设备位于三维空间坐标系中的初始位置信息;第二获取子模块,用于获取所述无人机位于同一所述三维空间坐标系中的原始位置信息;及第一建立子模块,用于根据所述初始位置信息及所述原始位置信息建立所述位置映射关系。
- 如权利要求21所述的无人机,其特征在于,所述第二获取子模块包括:第三获取单元,用于获取所述无人机在原始位置时的三个移动自由度值(X1,Y1,Z1);第四获取单元,用于获取所述无人机在所述原始位置时的三个转动自由度值(Ψ1,Φ1,Θ1);及第二关联单元,用于关联所述三个移动自由度值(X1,Y1,Z1)及所述三个转动自由度值(Ψ1,Φ1,Θ1)以得到所述原始位置信息(X1,Y1,Z1,Ψ1,Φ1,Θ1)。
- 如权利要求19至26任意一项所述的无人机,其特征在于,所述无人机还包括:第二获取模块,用于获取所述外部设备的当前速度;第二计算模块,用于根据所述当前速度及所述位置映射关系计算所述无人机的目标速度;及第二控制模块,用于控制所述无人机按照所述目标速度飞行。
- 如权利要求19至26任意一项所述的无人机,其特征在于,所述无人机包括:第二建立模块,用于与外部设备建立速度映射关系;第二获取模块,用于获取所述外部设备的当前速度;第二计算模块,用于根据所述当前速度及所述速度映射关系计算所述无人机的目标速度;及第二控制模块,用于控制所述无人机按照所述目标速度飞行。
- 如权利要求19至26任意一项所述的无人机,其特征在于,所述无人机包括:第二获取模块,用于获取所述外部设备的当前速度;第二计算模块,用于根据所述当前速度及所述位置映射关系计算所述无人机的目标速度;比较模块,用于比较所述目标速度与所述无人机预设的限定速度;及第二控制模块,用于当所述目标速度大于或等于所述限定速度,则控制所述无人机按照所述限定速度飞行;第三控制模块,用于当所述目标速度小于所述限定速度,则控制所述无人机按照所述目标速度飞行。
- 如权利要求19至26任意一项所述的无人机,其特征在于,所述无人机包括:第二建立模块,用于与外部设备建立速度映射关系;第二获取模块,用于获取所述外部设备的当前速度;第二计算模块,用于根据所述当前速度及所述速度映射关系计算所述无人机的目标速度;比较模块,用于比较所述目标速度与所述无人机预设的限定速度;第二控制模块,用于当所述目标速度大于或等于所述限定速度,则控制所述无人机按照所述限定速度飞行;及第三控制模块,用于当所述目标速度小于所述限定速度,则控制所述无人机按照所述 目标速度飞行。
- 如权利要求27、28、30或31所述的无人机,其特征在于,所述第一建立模块是通过第一用户输入来执行与外部设备建立位置映射关系的。
- 如权利要求33所述的无人机,其特征在于,所述无人机还包括:第四控制模块,用于根据第二用户输入断开所述位置映射关系;及第五控制模块,用于在所述位置映射关系断开后控制所述无人机悬停。
- 如权利要求29或32所述的无人机,其特征在于,所述与外部设备建立位置映射关系的步骤及所述与外部设备建立速度映射关系的步骤是通过第一用户输入来执行的。
- 如权利要求35所述的无人机,其特征在于,所述无人机包括:第四控制模块,用于根据第二用户输入断开所述位置映射关系及所述速度映射关系;及第五控制模块,用于在所述位置映射关系及所述速度映射关系断开后控制所述无人机悬停。
- 一种无人机,包括机壳、处理器、存储器、电路板和电源电路,其特征在于,所述电路板安置在所述机壳围成的空间内,所述处理器和所述存储器与所述电路板电连接;所述电源电路,用于为所述无人机的各个电路或器件供电;所述存储器用于存储可执行程序代码;所述处理器通过读取所述存储器中存储的可执行程序代码来运行与所述可执行程序代码对应的程序,以用于执行如权利要求1至18中任一项所述的控制方法。
- 一种计算机可读存储介质,具有存储于其中的指令,当无人机处理器执行所述指令时,所述无人机执行如权利要求1至18中任一项所述的控制方法。
