Une béquille selon la présente invention comprend : un corps (1); un support de tuyau déployable/rétractable (2) couplé à la partie inférieure du corps; un cylindre pneumatique (25) monté à l'intérieur du support de tuyau déployable/rétractable; un piston (27) et une tige de piston (28) qui sont disposés à l'intérieur du cylindre pneumatique; un support d'avant-bras (6) disposé sur la partie supérieure du corps; un support de poignée (7) disposée sur la partie supérieure du support de tuyau déployable/rétractable; une partie pompe d'agrégat (14) et un dispositif de commande (8) qui confèrent au support de tuyau déployable/rétractable des mouvements de déploiement et de contraction; un dispositif d'entraînement manuel installé sur le support de poignée de façon à fournir la partie pompe d'agrégat avec une force d'entraînement; et une source d'énergie (31) pour alimenter la partie pompe d'agrégat (14) en énergie d'entraînement.
