MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION [Fungicide composition]
Although a quaternary ammonium salt is known as a compound that sterilizes bacteria attached to clothes after wearing, the sterilizing effect of the component (A) of the present invention is not so high. This is probably because the aliphatic hydrocarbon group of the component (A) has a short carbon chain length and thus has high water solubility and is difficult to adsorb to bacteria.
The present inventors have actively used a predetermined anionic surfactant as the component (B) in combination with the quaternary ammonium salt of the component (A) that has been considered to have a low bactericidal effect. It has been found that the bactericidal effect of the component A) is dramatically increased. This is because the (A) component and the (B) component form a complex, the hydrophobicity of the (A) component is increased, and the adsorptivity to bacteria is increased, so that the bactericidal effect is improved.

[Method of enhancing bactericidal effect]
The present invention relates to a method for enhancing the bactericidal effect of component (A), wherein the component (B) is used in combination with the component (A).
In the method for enhancing the bactericidal effect of the present invention, the enhancement of the bactericidal effect means that the bactericidal effect of the component (A) is improved.
Moreover, in the method for enhancing the bactericidal effect of the present invention, the enhancement of the bactericidal effect includes that the bactericidal effect of the component (A) is not significantly impaired by the combined use of the anionic surfactant. This is because it is generally expected that the bactericidal effect of component (A) is greatly reduced by the combined use of an anionic surfactant. This is because it can be determined that an improved bactericidal effect is obtained.
In the present invention, for example, when the bactericidal activity ratio measured by the method of the example exceeds 1, it can be said that the bactericidal effect is improved.
For example, in the method for enhancing the bactericidal effect of the present invention, the bactericidal activity ratio measured by the method of the example is preferably more than 1, more preferably 1.1 or more, still more preferably 1.3 or more, and still more preferably. Is 1.5 or more, more preferably 2.0 or more, and still more preferably 5.0 or more. The method for enhancing the bactericidal effect of the present invention is preferably as the bactericidal activity ratio is larger.
Generally, it is known that when an anionic surfactant is used in combination with a cationic surfactant, the cationic surfactant forms a complex with the anionic surfactant and the bactericidal effect of the cationic surfactant is reduced.
