Abstract

電動モータ(7)を有する駆動部(2)と、駆動部(2)の回転運動を直線運動に変換する運動変換機構部(3)とが直列に配置され、運動変換機構部(3)が、駆動部(2)の回転運動を受けて回転するナット(30)と、ナット(30)の回転に伴って直線運動するねじ軸(31)とを有する電動アクチュエータ(1)において、駆動部(2)と運動変換機構部(3)の間のトルク伝達経路中に、駆動部(2)の回転トルクを伝達可能に連結された内方部材(N)と外方部材(M)が設けられ、内方部材(N)が、外方部材(M)の内周にすきまばめされている。外方部材(M)は、減速機(8)を構成する遊星ギヤキャリア(51)で、また、内方部材(N)は、ナット(30)で構成することができる。
