一种双头阀门,包括阀体(1)、左上连接端口(2-1)、左下连接端口(2-2)、右上连接端口(3-1)、右下连接端口(3-2)、带把手的阀杆(4)、阀芯(5);阀体(1)分为左右两侧,左右两侧相互对称;左上连接端口(2-1)设置在阀体(1)左侧上端;左下连接端口(2-2)设置在阀体(1)左侧下端;右上连接端口(3-1)设置在阀体(1)右侧上端;右下连接端口(3-2)设置在阀体(1)右侧下端;左上连接端口(2-1)与左下连接端口(2-2)连通,用于输送液体;右上连接端口(3-1)与右下连接端口(3-2)连通,用于输送液体;阀体(1)中央设有连通左右两侧的通道;阀芯(5)位于通道内;阀芯(5)连接带有把手的阀杆(4)。该双头阀门能够同时调节两条管道中液体的输送。

Description

一种双头阀门 技术领域
本发明涉及一种双头阀门。
背景技术
阀门是流体输送系统中的控制部件,具有截止、调节、导流、防止逆流、稳压、分流或溢流泄压等功能。阀体在管道搭建上的应用很多,通常一个阀体只能控制一条管道中的液体输送。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种双头阀门,旨在解决上述问题。
为了实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是设计一种双头阀门,包括阀体、左上连接端口、左下连接端口、右上连接端口、右下连接端口、带把手的阀杆、阀芯;所述阀体分为左右两侧,左右两侧相互对称;所述左上连接端口设置在阀体左侧上端;所述左下连接端口设置在阀体左侧下端;所述右上连接端口设置在阀体右侧上端;所述右下连接端口设置在阀体右侧下端;所述左上连接端口与左下连接端口连通,用于输送液体;所述右上连接端口与右下连接端口连通,用于输送液体;所述阀体中央设有连通左右两侧的通道;所述阀芯位于通道内;所述阀芯连接带有把手的阀杆。
进一步的,所述左上连接端口、左下连接端口、右上连接端口、右下连接端口上分别设有外螺纹。
本发明的优点和有益效果在于:本发明一种双头阀门能够同时调节两条管道中液体的输送,中间的阀芯可以随意开关,当阀芯关闭时,阀门左右两侧调节两条不同的管道,两条管道内的液体输送相对独立,互不干扰,当阀芯打开时两边的管道连通,这样就使得两边的管道液体在输送时会有混合的情况。

实施例:
一种双头阀门,包括阀体1、左上连接端口2-1、左下连接端口2-2、右上连接端口3-1、右下连接端口3-2、带把手的阀杆4、阀芯5;所述阀体1分为左右两侧,左右两侧相互对称;所述左上连接端口2-1设置在阀体1左侧上端;所述左下连接端口2-2设置在阀体1左侧下端;所述右上连接端口3-1设置在阀体1右侧上端;所述右下连接端口3-2设置在阀体1右侧下端;所述左上连接端口2-1与左下连接端口2-2连通,用于输送液体;所述右上连接端口3-1与右下连接端口3-2连通,用于输送液体;所述阀体1中央设有连通左右两侧的通道;所述阀芯5位于通道内;所述阀芯5连接带有把手的阀杆4。
所述左上连接端口2-1、左下连接端口2-2、右上连接端口3-1、右下连接端口3-2上分别设有外螺纹。

  1. 一种双头阀门,其特征在于:包括阀体、左上连接端口、左下连接端口、右上连接端口、右下连接端口、带把手的阀杆、阀芯;所述阀体分为左右两侧,左右两侧相互对称;所述左上连接端口设置在阀体左侧上端;所述左下连接端口设置在阀体左侧下端;所述右上连接端口设置在阀体右侧上端;所述右下连接端口设置在阀体右侧下端;所述左上连接端口与左下连接端口连通,用于输送液体;所述右上连接端口与右下连接端口连通,用于输送液体;所述阀体中央设有连通左右两侧的通道;所述阀芯位于通道内;所述阀芯连接带有把手的阀杆。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种双头阀门,其特征在于:所述左上连接端口、左下连接端口、右上连接端口、右下连接端口上分别设有外螺纹。
