Description

一种冲模的自动取件机构
技术领域
本发明涉及汽车零配件生产研究领域中的一种反应器,特别是一种冲模的自动取件机构。
背景技术
由于门框B柱和门框C柱包边属于单工序生产,正常生产模式是:员工将点焊好的门框B柱和门框C柱放到模具中,启动冲床,冲床完成一周期运动后,员工将包边好的门框B柱和门框C柱取出后,再将点焊好的门框B柱和门框C柱放到模具中,周而复始;这个生产过程中就出现了放件后再拿件,出现较长的机等人时间,在现在工业制造中,在保证质量的前提下,降低成本才是最重要的,所以必须尽量缩短机等人时间。现在制造业面临着人工成本增加,利润降低的一个大趋势,如想继续生存、发展下去就需要投入半自动化、自动化工装设备来代替人工和提高生产节拍。对于一些传统工艺,不便采用机器人或者采用机器人投入成本过高,也是没有可取性,但是现有包边模工艺生产节拍过低,成为生产瓶颈,迫切需要提升。
发明内容
本发明的目的,在于提供一种冲模的自动取件机构,其实现产品取件自动化,将机等人过程的工作一大部分时间转移到生产过程中,大大降低了机等人的时间,大大提高了生产节拍,由160PCS/H增加到220PCS/H。
本发明解决其技术问题的解决方案是:一种冲模的自动取件机构,包括至少一个安装在下模板上的取件单元,每个所述取件单元包括驱动气缸、两个支撑架、转轴、翻转架以及存放架,所述转轴的一端通过固定座与驱动气缸的伸出端连接,转轴的另一端穿过支撑架并能在驱动气缸的驱动下转动,转轴的中心线和驱动气缸的伸出端运动方向垂直,所述翻转架的一端固定在转轴上,翻转架的另一端延伸至下模板中下模具的预留槽内,所述存放架固定在转轴上且存放架延伸出下模板外。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述驱动气缸与固定座的连接处位于转轴和固定座的连接处下方。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述翻转架包括至少两根平行布置的取件杆,所述取件杆的一端固定在转轴上,取件杆的另一端延伸至下模板中下模具的预留槽内,所述预留槽的上端敞口。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述存放架包括至少两根平行布置L状存放杆,所述存放杆包括相互垂直的横杆和竖杆,所述横杆的一端固定在转轴上,横杆的另一端与竖杆的一端连接,所述竖杆的自由端竖直朝上。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述取件单元的数量为两个,每一个所述取件单元对应一个下模具,取件单元均位于下模具外侧,存放架的大部分机构位于下模板外侧。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述驱动气缸的尾部安装有气缸座,所述气缸座和下模板之间安装有铰接座,所述铰接座包括固定在下模板上的基础座以及铰接杆,所述铰接杆的一端固定在基础座上,铰接杆的另一端铰接在气缸座上。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述翻转架和存放架位于转轴的两侧。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明通过安装取件单元,实现产品取件自动化,将机等人过程的工作一大部分时间转移到生产过程中,大大降低了机等人的时间,大大提高了生产节拍,由160PCS/H增加到220PCS/H,减少设备、人员投入,降低了生产成本,提高利润率; 使包边线的负荷大大降低,有多余负荷增加新项目,提高生产线产出。

参照图1~图4, 一种冲模的自动取件机构,包括至少一个安装在下模板上的取件单元,每个所述取件单元包括驱动气缸1、两个支撑架3、转轴4、翻转架5以及存放架6,所述转轴4的一端通过固定座2与驱动气缸1的伸出端连接,转轴4的另一端穿过支撑架3并能在驱动气缸1的驱动下转动,转轴4的中心线和驱动气缸1的伸出端运动方向垂直,所述翻转架5的一端固定在转轴4上,翻转架5的另一端延伸至下模板中下模具的预留槽内,所述存放架6固定在转轴4上且存放架6延伸出下模板外。当然,本发明还包括一些电器控制元件,如PLC控制系统、电磁阀之类。所述翻转架5和存放架6位于转轴的两侧。
进一步作为优选的实施方式,所述驱动气缸1与固定座2的连接处位于转轴4和固定座2的连接处下方。驱动气缸1安装在下模具的一端。
进一步作为优选的实施方式,所述翻转架5包括至少两根平行布置的取件杆,所述取件杆的一端固定在转轴4上,取件杆的另一端延伸至下模板中下模具的预留槽内,所述预留槽的上端敞口。
进一步作为优选的实施方式,所述存放架6包括至少两根平行布置L状存放杆,所述存放杆包括相互垂直的横杆和竖杆,所述横杆的一端固定在转轴4上,横杆的另一端与竖杆的一端连接,所述竖杆的自由端竖直朝上。两个L状存放杆形成一个存放空间,当翻转架5将工件取出后,工件沿着横杆滑进存放空间内,实现自动取件,也便于员工将工件从存放空间中取出。
进一步作为优选的实施方式,所述取件单元的数量为两个,每一个所述取件单元对应一个下模具,取件单元均位于下模具外侧,存放架6的大部分机构位于下模板外侧。
进一步作为优选的实施方式,所述驱动气缸1的尾部安装有气缸座10,所述气缸座10和下模板之间安装有铰接座11,所述铰接座11包括固定在下模板上的基础座以及铰接杆,所述铰接杆的一端固定在基础座上,铰接杆的另一端铰接在气缸座10上。
员工将点焊好的门框B柱和门框C柱放到模具中,启动冲床,冲床完成一周期运动后,同时取件单元将产品取出,员工再将点焊好的门框B柱和门框C柱放到模具中,启动生产,然后再将产品取出放好。具体为:冲床的运动部分运动到上死点,完成一次生产,这时候冲床的PLC控制系统将信号给到电磁阀,电磁阀将信号给到驱动气缸1,驱动气缸1的伸出端往回缩,拉动固定座2向右或向左运动,固定座2和转轴4是固定的,将使转轴4逆时针旋转或顺时针旋转,由于转轴4和翻转架5是固定在一起的,将使翻转架5向左或者向右运动,翻转架5将产品翻起,最后产品落到存放架6上。

  1. 一种冲模的自动取件机构,其特征在于:包括至少一个安装在下模板上的取件单元,每个所述取件单元包括驱动气缸、两个支撑架、转轴、翻转架以及存放架,所述转轴的一端通过固定座与驱动气缸的伸出端连接,转轴的另一端穿过支撑架并能在驱动气缸的驱动下转动,转轴的中心线和驱动气缸的伸出端运动方向垂直,所述翻转架的一端固定在转轴上,翻转架的另一端延伸至下模板中下模具的预留槽内,所述存放架固定在转轴上且存放架延伸出下模板外。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的冲模的自动取件机构,其特征在于:所述驱动气缸与固定座的连接处位于转轴和固定座的连接处下方。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的冲模的自动取件机构,其特征在于:所述翻转架包括至少两根平行布置的取件杆,所述取件杆的一端固定在转轴上,取件杆的另一端延伸至下模板中下模具的预留槽内,所述预留槽的上端敞口。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的冲模的自动取件机构,其特征在于:所述存放架包括至少两根平行布置L状存放杆,所述存放杆包括相互垂直的横杆和竖杆,所述横杆的一端固定在转轴上,横杆的另一端与竖杆的一端连接,所述竖杆的自由端竖直朝上。
  5. 根据权利要求1~4任一项所述的冲模的自动取件机构,其特征在于:所述取件单元的数量为两个,每一个所述取件单元对应一个下模具,取件单元均位于下模具外侧,存放架的大部分机构位于下模板外侧。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的冲模的自动取件机构,其特征在于:所述驱动气缸的尾部安装有气缸座,所述气缸座和下模板之间安装有铰接座,所述铰接座包括固定在下模板上的基础座以及铰接杆,所述铰接杆的一端固定在基础座上,铰接杆的另一端铰接在气缸座上。
  7. 根据权利要求1~4任一项所述的冲模的自动取件机构,其特征在于:所述翻转架和存放架位于转轴的两侧。
