[0019] 本发明提供的背部悬空下沉式电动护理床架, 通过将背面板转轴安装位置在背 面板的中间或中间偏下位置, 而不是底端位置, 使得臀部位置下沉, 能够避免 靠背支架起身吋和床垫之间造成大幅错位, 减轻床垫和人体大幅错位摩擦产生 的推背感和拉扯感, 进而减轻错位产生的噪音, 提高电动床使用的舒适性。 对附图的简要说明

[0042] 请参见图 2、 图 3和图 4, 本发明提供的背部悬空下沉式电动护理床架, 包括头 面板 1、 背面板 2、 臀部面板 3、 大腿面板 4和小腿面板 5, 所述背面板 2下方设置 有背部推杆电机 8和腿部推杆电机 9, 所述腿部推杆电机 9通过剪刀撑组件驱动臀 部面板 3、 小腿面板 5前后移动并与底座 7保持平行, 其中, 所述背面板 2下部的 四分之一到二分之一处设置有背面板转轴 14, 所述背面板 2通过立柱 22固定在底 座 7上, 所述立柱 22的一端固定在底座 7上, 另一端和背面板转轴 14相连, 所述
背部推杆电机 8的前端转轴 801与背面板 2相连, 后端转轴 802与底座 7固定相连; 所述背部推杆电机 8的前端转轴 801、 后端转轴 802以及背面板转轴 14形成一个三 角形, 由电机推杆 803的行程来定位背面板角度。
[0043] 本发明将背面板转轴 14从原有的靠背臀部连接处, 也就是靠背支架最下端, 上 移到靠背支架的四分之一到二分之一处, 优选为三分之一处 (大约上移距离 d为 170mm) , 这样设计之后, 使得旋转中心落到了人体背部下端, 从而让出空间 位置, 可以使背部推杆电机 8反装, 从原先的只有推力才能使靠背升起, 改为拉 力也可让靠背升起。 电机正反装是设计者自定义, 且各有利弊, 理论上电机推 杆的抗压强度高于抗拉强度, 实际使用中都不会有超过使它变形的力道。 正装 电机随着背部升起, 会暴露在外侧, 容易被人看到, 影响美观。 反装电机容易 隐藏, 长吋间使用电机拉力, 相对减少电机寿命。 靠背转轴的后移, 正反装电 机都可以, 看设计需要。
[0044] 由于转轴的上移, 靠背升起的过程就变成了两种相反过程, 背面板转轴 14之上 , 即人体腰部以上, 头及背的大部分, 处于向上旋转动作状态, 而背面板转轴 1 4之下, 人体腰部以下的下半身, 特别是臀部, 都处于弯曲向下过程, 即是一种 下沉的状态。 两种相反动作使得床垫的位移相互抵消一部分, 靠背起身过程使 得人体背部与床垫的摩擦保持在很小的状态。
[0045] 此外, 背面板转轴 14 (起身转轴) 的上移使得背面板 2向上翻起的力道大大减 小, 电机推、 拉力的减小可以大大节约电动床耗电量。 下半身没有摩擦力的下 沉过程, 使得人们在使用中有一种悬浮式的感觉。
[0046] 请继续参见图 5, 本发明通过把背部起身转轴的后移可以明显直观的看到起身 状态的变化: 1) 背部变成两部分运动方向, 一边向上旋转, 一边向下旋转。 抵 消一部分扭矩, 减低电机工作压力。 2) 臀部位置有明显下降, 给人的感觉是一 种轻微的失重感, 且降低了床面高度, 有利于行动不便的人士上下床。 悬浮式 床架: 头、 靠升起, 腿放平状态, 靠背升起后, 臀部、 大腿、 小腿床架离地最 低位置的高度 h只有 127mm, 大大方便了使用者上下床。
[0047] 请继续参见图 6和图 7本发明的各面板之间可以由铰链 6装配连接, 铰链 6用螺丝 锁紧在面板上, 铰链 6用销轴做旋转轴。 如头面板 1通过铰链 6与背面板 2转动连
接。 头面板 1的角度则通过控制头部电机 11行程来调节头面板与背面板的相对角 度, 头部电机前固定件 12和头部电机后固定件 13用螺丝固定在各自面板上。
[0048] 本发明的臀部面板 3则由下面的第一剪刀撑 23保持其平行底座 7状态。 第一剪刀 撑 23的数目为两个, 通过中间转轴 15相连。 每个剪刀撑由剪刀撑杆、 轴承轴 16 、 轴承 17及轴承滑槽 18组合而成。 上轴承滑槽用螺丝固定在臀部面板上, 下轴 承滑槽用螺丝固定在底座 7上, 剪刀撑杆的一头穿上销轴定位在上轴承滑槽上, 其余三个位置由轴承 17在轴承滑槽 18中自由滑动。 大腿面板 4和前面的臀部面板 3, 以及后面的小腿面板 5通过面板铰链 6自由转动连接。
[0049] 小腿面板 5通过第二剪刀撑 24与底座保持平行, 第二剪刀撑 24的数目为两个, 通过中间转轴 15相连。 面板的高度则由腿部电机 9, 通过推杆顶头 19、 剪刀撑推 杆 21和轴承盖板 20, 控制行程调节剪刀撑角度, 从而调节小腿面板高度。 两个 第二剪刀撑 24的右下端 A固定在底座 7上, 另外三端 B自由滑动, 如图 8所示; 两 个第二剪刀撑 24的左下端通过剪刀撑推杆 21相连, 所述剪刀撑推杆 21和腿部推 杆电机 9相连。
[0050] 综上所述, 本发明将背面板转轴安装位置在背面板的中间或中间偏下位置, 而 不是底端位置, 使得臀部位置下沉; 具体优点如下: 1) 起身效果好, 消除推背 感; 2) 背部电机减小推力、 节省能耗; 3) 靠背升起后, 下半身起身高度低, 方便上下床。

[权利要求 1] 一种背部悬空下沉式电动护理床架, 包括头面板 (1) 、 背面板 (2)
、 臀部面板 (3) 、 大腿面板 (4) 和小腿面板 (5) , 所述背面板 (2 ) 下方设置有背部推杆电机 (8) 和腿部推杆电机 (9) , 所述腿部推 杆电机 (9) 通过剪刀撑组件驱动臀部面板 (3) 、 小腿面板 (5) 前 后移动并与底座 (7) 保持平行, 其特征在于, 所述背面板 (2) 下部 的四分之一到二分之一处设置有背面板转轴 (14) , 所述背面板 (2 ) 通过立柱 (22) 固定在底座 (7) 上, 所述立柱 (22) 的一端固定 在底座 (7) 上, 另一端和背面板转轴 (14) 相连, 所述背部推杆电 机 (8) 的前端转轴 (801) 与背面板 (2) 相连, 后端转轴 (802) 与 底座 (7) 固定相连; 所述背部推杆电机 (8) 的前端转轴 (801) 、 后端转轴 (802) 以及背面板转轴 (14) 形成一个三角形来定位背面 板角度。
[权利要求 2] 如权利要求 1所述的背部悬空下沉式电动护理床架, 其特征在于, 所 述头面板 (1) 通过铰链 (6) 与背面板 (2) 转动连接; 所述头面板
( 1) 上设有头部电机前固定件 (12) , 所述背面板 (2) 上设有头部 电机后固定件 (13) , 所述头部电机前固定件 (12) 和头部电机后固 定件 (13) 通过头部推杆电机 (11) 相连来调节头面板 (1) 与背面 板 (6) 的相对角度。
[权利要求 3] 如权利要求 1所述的背部悬空下沉式电动护理床架, 其特征在于, 所 述头面板 (1) 与背面板 (2) 为同一面板。
[权利要求 4] 如权利要求 1所述的背部悬空下沉式电动护理床架, 其特征在于, 所 述背面板转轴 (14) 位于背面板 (2) 下部三分之一处。
[权利要求 5] 如权利要求 1所述的背部悬空下沉式电动护理床架, 其特征在于, 所 述大腿面板 (4) 一端通过铰链 (6) 和臀部面板 (3) 转动连接, 另 一端通过铰链 (6) 和小腿面板 (5) 转动连接; 所述臀部面板 (3) 下并排设置两个通过中间转轴 (15) 相连的第一剪刀撑 (23) , 所述 小腿面板 (5) 下并排设置两个通过中间转轴 (15) 相连的第二剪刀
撑 (24) ; 两个第一剪刀撑 (23) 的四端自由滑动, 两个第二剪刀撑 (24) 的右下端固定在底座 (7) 上, 另外三端自由滑动; 两个第二 剪刀撑 (24) 的左下端通过剪刀撑推杆 (21) 相连, 所述剪刀撑推杆 (21) 和腿部推杆电机 (9) 相连。
如权利要求 5所述的背部悬空下沉式电动护理床架, 其特征在于, 每 个第一剪刀的四端通过滚动轴承设置在轴承滑槽 (18) 中; 每个第二 剪刀撑 (24) 的右下端设有固定旋转轴, 另外三端通过滚动轴承设置 在轴承滑槽 ( 18) 中。
如权利要求 1所述的背部悬空下沉式电动护理床架, 其特征在于, 所 述背部推杆电机 (8) 和腿部推杆电机 (9) 并排设置, 并通过双电机 后固定件 (10) 固定在在底座 (7) 上。
如权利要求 1所述的背部悬空下沉式电动护理床架, 其特征在于, 所 述背部推杆电机 (8) 采用反装方式, 通过回拉控制背面板 (2) 的升 起角度。
