Abstract

本申请实施例提供一种弹片,涉及电连接结构技术领域,允许配合元器件由弹片的任一侧向插入弹接,使配合元器件的组装和拆卸顺序可以自由选择。该弹片包括沿第一方向依次排列的固定架和抵触部,所述抵触部通过至少三个弹性限位臂与所述固定架连接,所述至少三个弹性限位臂以均匀间隔设置在所述抵触部靠近所述固定架的一端。本申请用于终端内摄像头的接地连接。

Description

一种弹片和终端
本申请要求于2016年12月26日提交中国专利局、申请号为201611220996.2、发明名称为“一种防刮弹片”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本申请涉及终端技术领域,尤其涉及一种弹片和终端。
背景技术
随着电子产品功能的日益增加以及人们对电子产品的安全性能要求的提升,在电子产品的系统中,用于连接电路板和其他一些具有特殊功能的电子器件的弹片被大量运用。
示例的,图1为现有技术提供的一种弹片,参见图1,弹片01包括用于与电路板焊接的固定架011以及位于固定架011一侧的抵触部012,抵触部012的下端与固定架011之间连接有弹性限位臂013。为了便于电子器件与弹片01之间的弹接,电子器件通常由弹片的正向插入(也即是由抵触部012远离固定架011的一侧向靠近抵触部012的方向插入,具体可见图1中的a方向)并与弹片01弹接,但是,在电子器件由弹片01的正向插入不方便或空间不够等场合,均需使电子器件由弹片01的侧向(也即是与a方向垂直的方向,比如可以为图1中的c方向)插入并与弹片01弹接。而当电子器件由弹片01的侧向插入时,弹片的结构通常对电子器件的侧向插入方向有特殊要求。比如,图2为将图1所示弹片安装于终端内之后的结构示意图,参见图2,终端内形成有用于安装摄像头02的安装槽03,弹片01固定于安装槽03的一侧,且抵触部伸入安装槽03内,参见图3,摄像头02只有由安装槽03的下方向上插入(也即是图1中的c方向插入)才能顺利插入安装槽03内并与弹片01弹接,而当摄像头02由安装槽03的上方向下插入(也即是图1中的b方向插入)安装槽03内时,则容易推动抵触部012向下移动并使弹性限位臂013产生弹性极限形变或撕裂,同时弹片01变形后翘起的棱边容易刮损摄像头02。
为了解决上述问题,现有技术中还提供了另一种弹片,如图4所示,弹片001包括用于与电路板焊接的固定架0011以及位于固定架0011一侧的抵触部0012,抵触部0012的上端与固定架0011之间连接有第一弹性限位臂0013,下端与固定架0011之间连接有第二弹性限位臂0014。图5为将图2所示终端中的弹片01替换为图4所示弹片001后的结构示意图,如图6(a)和图6(b)所示,在第一弹性限位臂0013和第二弹性限位臂0014的限位作用下,摄像头02由安装槽03的上方或下方均可顺利插入安装槽03内,但是,当摄像头由弹片001侧向的其他方向(如图4所示的d方向或e方向)插入并与弹片001弹接时,同样会导致弹片001产生弹性极限形变或撕裂,同时弹片001变形后翘起的棱边容易刮损摄像头。
根据以上描述,图1和图4所示弹片均对电子器件的侧向插入方向有特殊要求, 从而对电子器件的组装以及拆卸顺序有要求,进而降低了电子器件的组装以及拆卸效率和良率。
发明内容
本申请的实施例提供一种弹片和终端,能够允许配合元器件由弹片侧向的任意方向插入弹接,使配合元器件的组装和拆卸顺序可以自由选择,从而提高配合元器件的组装和拆卸效率及良率。
为达到上述目的,本申请的实施例采用如下技术方案:
第一方面,本申请提供一种弹片,包括沿第一方向依次排列的固定架和抵触部,所述抵触部通过至少三个弹性限位臂与所述固定架连接,所述至少三个弹性限位臂以均匀间隔设置在所述抵触部靠近所述固定架的一端。
本申请实施例提供的弹片,由于抵触部通过至少三个弹性限位臂与固定架连接,且至少三个弹性限位臂以均匀间隔设置在抵触部靠近固定架的一端,因此至少三个弹性限位臂可由抵触部的侧向一周对抵触部起限位作用,防止配合器件由抵触部的任一侧向插入时弹片产生弹性极限形变或被撕裂,从而能够允许配合器件由弹片的侧向一周插入弹接,使配合器件的组装和拆卸顺序可以自由选择,进而提高了配合器件的组装和拆卸效率及良率。
在第一方面的第一种可选实现方式中,所述弹性限位臂为四个,四个所述弹性限位臂包括相对设置的第一弹性限位臂和第二弹性限位臂、以及相对设置的第三弹性限位臂和第四弹性限位臂。弹性限位臂的数量为四个,限位稳定性高,弹性限位臂的设置数量少,成本低。
在第一方面的第二种可选实现方式中,所述第一弹性限位臂和/或所述第二弹性限位臂的两端分别与所述抵触部和所述固定架固定连接,所述第三弹性限位臂和所述第四弹性限位臂为自所述抵触部靠近所述固定架的一端向外延伸形成,所述第三弹性限位臂和所述第四弹性限位臂的延伸方向上设有翼部,所述翼部与所述固定架固定,所述第三弹性限位臂和所述第四弹性限位臂的末端与所述翼部的内侧壁抵接,且当配合元器件插入并与所述抵触部弹接时,所述第三弹性限位臂和所述第四弹性限位臂的末端可沿所述翼部的内侧壁向靠近所述固定架的方向滑动。由此,在实现限位的同时,可增大弹片的弹性,减小在将配合元器件由弹片的侧向插入时所需的插入力,降低插入难度。
在第一方面的第三种可选实现方式中,所述第一弹性限位臂包括自所述抵触部靠近所述固定架的一端向外延伸形成的第一弹性段、自所述第一弹性段末端向靠近所述固定架的一侧反向折弯形成的第一拉紧段、及自所述第一拉紧段末端向所述第一弹性段的延伸方向的反方向延伸形成的第一支撑段,所述第一支撑段的末端与所述固定架连接。通过使第一弹性限位臂的延伸路径反向折弯,可在保证弹性力臂的前提下,减小固定架和翼部组成的结构的体积。
在第一方面的第四种可选实现方式中,所述第二弹性限位臂包括自所述抵触部靠近所述固定架的一端向外延伸形成的第二弹性段、自所述第二弹性段末端向靠近所述固定架的一侧反向折弯形成的第二拉紧段、及自所述第二拉紧段末端向所述第 二弹性段的延伸方向的反方向延伸形成的第二支撑段,所述第二支撑段的末端与所述固定架连接。通过使第二弹性限位臂的延伸路径反向折弯,可在保证弹性力臂的前提下,减小固定架和翼部组成的结构的体积。
在第一方面的第五种可选实现方式中,所述第二支撑段连接所述第二拉紧段的一端固定,另一端向远离所述抵触部的方向倾斜,所述第二支撑段远离所述第二拉紧段的一端固定有滑动部,所述翼部上开设有沿所述第二弹性段延伸方向的反方向延伸的滑槽,所述滑动部配合安装于所述滑槽的起始端内,当配合元器件插入并与所述抵触部弹接时,所述滑动部可沿所述滑槽向靠近所述滑槽末端的方向滑动。通过滑动部和滑槽滑动配合使第二弹性限位臂与翼部活动连接,可进一步增大弹片的弹性,减小在将配合元器件由弹片的侧向插入时的插入力,降低插入难度。
在第一方面的第六种可选实现方式中,所述滑槽的起始端固定,末端向远离所述抵触部的方向倾斜。滑槽的末端向远离抵触部的方向倾斜,起到卸除弹性力的作用,以降低弹片在弹接元器件时产生弹性极限形变的可能性。
在第一方面的第七种可选实现方式中,所述滑动部上与所述滑槽内壁接触的面为弧面。防止滑动部在滑槽内滑动时出现卡死。
在第一方面的第八种可选实现方式中,所述第三弹性限位臂和所述第四弹性限位臂连接所述抵触部的一端固定,另一端向靠近所述固定架的方向倾斜,这样,在配合元器件由抵触部连接第三弹性限位臂或第四弹性限位臂的一侧插入弹接时,第三弹性限位臂和第四弹性限位臂可起到导向作用,以使配合元器件能够顺利地插入并与抵触部抵接。
在第一方面的第九种可选实现方式中,所述第一弹性段连接所述抵触部的一端固定,另一端向靠近所述固定架的方向倾斜,这样,在配合元器件由抵触部连接第一弹性段的一侧插入弹接时,第一弹性段可起到导向作用,以使配合元器件能够顺利地插入并与抵触部抵接。
在第一方面的第十种可选实现方式中,所述第二弹性段连接所述抵触部的一端固定,另一端向靠近所述固定架的方向倾斜,这样,在配合元器件由抵触部连接第二弹性段的一侧插入弹接时,第二弹性段可起到导向作用,以使配合元器件能够顺利地插入并与抵触部抵接。
在第一方面的第十一种可选实现方式中,所述翼部在所述第一方向上的末端向靠近所述抵触部的方向折弯形成有限位部,以防止第三弹性限位臂和第四弹性限位臂的末端沿翼部的内侧壁向远离固定架的方向移动并与翼部的内侧壁脱离,从而保证了第三弹性限位臂和第四弹性限位臂对抵触部的限位稳定性。
在第一方面的第十二种可选实现方式中,所述第三弹性限位臂和所述第四弹性限位臂连接所述抵触部的一端固定,另一端向靠近所述固定架的方向倾斜,且所述第三弹性限位臂和所述第四弹性限位臂的另一端向靠近所述限位部的方向折弯形成有勾部,所述勾部靠近所述限位部的表面与所述限位部的表面贴合。勾部表面与限位部的表面贴合,提高了限位部的限位稳定性。
在第一方面的第十三种可选实现方式中,抵触部上远离固定架的表面用于与配合元器件接触,所述抵触部上远离所述固定架的表面为凸球面,防止配合元器件在 与抵触部弹接时被抵触部刮伤。
在第一方面的第十四种可选实现方式中,所述弹片由冲压成型法一体成型,成型过程耗时较短,成型效率高。
第二方面,本申请提供一种终端,包括终端本体和摄像头,所述终端本体上形成有安装槽,所述摄像头安装于所述安装槽内,所述安装槽的一侧设有弹片,所述弹片为如上任一技术方案所述的弹片,所述弹片的固定架与所述终端本体固定,所述弹片的抵触部与所述摄像头的侧壁抵触。
本申请实施例提供的终端,由于终端内的弹片为如上任一技术方案所述的弹片,因此摄像头可以由安装槽的任一开口处插入安装槽内,均可顺利实现摄像头与弹片的弹接,从而使摄像头的组装和拆卸顺序可以自由选择,进而提高了终端的组装和拆卸效率及良率。

在本申请的描述中,术语“中心”、“上”、“下”、“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、“竖直”、“水平”、“顶”、“底”、“内”、“外”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本申请和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本申请的限制。
在本申请的描述中,需要说明的是,除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“安装”、“相连”、“连接”应做广义理解,例如,可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,还可以是抵触连接或一体地连接;对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以具体情况理解上述术语在本申请中的具体含义。
本申请实施例提供一种弹片10,参照图7或图8,包括沿第一方向依次排列的 固定架1和抵触部2,所述抵触部2通过至少三个弹性限位臂3与所述固定架1连接,所述至少三个弹性限位臂3以均匀间隔设置在所述抵触部2靠近所述固定架1的一端。
本申请实施例提供的弹片10,由于抵触部2通过至少三个弹性限位臂3与固定架1连接,且至少三个弹性限位臂3以均匀间隔设置在抵触部2靠近固定架1的一端,因此至少三个弹性限位臂3可由抵触部2的侧向一周对抵触部2起限位作用,防止配合器件由抵触部2的任一侧向插入时使弹片10产生弹性极限形变或被撕裂,从而使配合器件的组装和拆卸顺序可以自由选择,进而提高了配合器件的组装和拆卸效率及良率。
在上述实施方式中,弹性限位臂3的数量可以为三个、四个、五个、六个等等,在此不做具体限定。第一方向可以为竖直向上、竖直向下、水平向左或水平向右等方向,在此不做具体限定。且本申请实施例提供的弹片10可以应用于终端设备中,具体可以应用于终端内主摄像头钢罩子及天线区域附近器件的接地处理,当然,本申请实施例提供的弹片10还可以应用于其他电子设备中,在此不做具体限定。
在本申请实施例的弹片中,固定架1可以为板状结构、块状结构等等,在此不做具体限定。可选的,如图7或图8所示,固定架1为板状结构,以利于与电路板焊接。
可选地,如图7或8所示,弹性限位臂3的数量为四个,四个弹性限位臂3包括相对设置的第一弹性限位臂31和第二弹性限位臂32、以及相对设置的第三弹性限位臂33和第四弹性限位臂34。四个弹性限位臂由抵触部2的四个侧向对抵触部2进行限位,限位稳定性高,且弹性限位臂的设置数量相对较少,制作难度较低。
可选地,参见图7或图8,第一弹性限位臂31和/或第二弹性限位臂32的两端分别与抵触部2和固定架1固定连接,第三弹性限位臂33和第四弹性限位臂34为自抵触部2靠近固定架1的一端向外延伸形成,第三弹性限位臂33和第四弹性限位臂34的延伸方向上设有翼部11,翼部11与固定架1固定,第三弹性限位臂33和第四弹性限位臂34的末端与翼部11的内侧壁抵接,且当配合元器件插入并与抵触部2弹接时,第三弹性限位臂33和第四弹性限位臂34的末端可沿翼部11的内侧壁向靠近固定架1的方向滑动,由此,在实现弹片10的侧向插入限位的同时,可增大弹片10的弹性,减小在将配合元器件由弹片10的侧向插入时所需的插入力,降低配合元器件的插入难度。
可选地,参见图8,第一弹性限位臂31包括自抵触部2靠近固定架1的一端向外延伸形成的第一弹性段311、自第一弹性段311末端向靠近固定架1的一侧反向折弯形成的第一拉紧段312、及自第一拉紧段312末端向第一弹性段311的延伸方向的反方向延伸形成的第一支撑段313,第一支撑段313的末端与固定架1连接。由此,通过使第一弹性限位臂31的延伸路径反向折弯,以在保证弹片10的弹性力臂(也即是如图9所示第一拉紧段312上的弯折点至配合元器件在弹接于抵触部2上时向抵触部2施加的压力F的作用线的距离L1)的前提下,减小固定架1和翼部11所组成的结构在第一弹性段311的延伸方向上的高度,从而减小固定架1和翼部11所组成的结构的体积,以利于弹片10在小型电子设备内的安装。
可选地,参见图8,第二弹性限位臂32包括自抵触部2靠近固定架1的一端向外延伸形成的第二弹性段321、自第二弹性段321末端向靠近固定架1的一侧反向折弯形成的第二拉紧段322、及自第二拉紧段322末端向第二弹性段321的延伸方向的反方向延伸形成的第二支撑段323,第二支撑段323的末端与固定架1连接。由此,通过使第二弹性限位臂32的延伸路径反向折弯,以在保证弹片10的弹性力臂(也即是如图9所示第二拉紧段322上的弯折点至配合元器件在弹接于抵触部2上时向抵触部2施加的压力F的作用线的距离L2)的前提下,减小固定架1和翼部11所组成的结构在第二弹性段321的延伸方向上的高度,从而减小了固定架1和翼部11所组成的结构的体积,以利于弹片10在小型电子设备内的安装。
为了实现第二支撑段323的末端与固定架1之间的连接,在一个可能的实施方式中,参见图7或图8,第二支撑段323连接第二拉紧段322的一端固定,另一端向远离抵触部2的方向倾斜,第二支撑段323远离第二拉紧段322的一端固定有滑动部4,翼部11上开设有沿第二弹性段321延伸方向的反方向延伸的滑槽7,滑动部4配合安装于滑槽7的起始端内,当配合元器件插入并与抵触部弹接时,滑动部4可沿滑槽7向靠近滑槽7末端的方向滑动。由此,在弹片10上插入配合元器件时,第二弹性限位臂32连接固定架1的一端可沿滑槽7向靠近滑槽7末端的方向滑动,以减小弹片10对配合元器件插入时产生的阻力,从而增大弹片10的弹性,降低了配合元器件的插入难度,同时也降低了弹片10产生弹性极限形变的可能性。
可选地,参见图7或图8,滑槽7的起始端固定,末端向远离抵触部2的方向倾斜,由此,在弹片10上弹接配合元器件时,滑动部4在沿滑槽7向靠近滑槽7末端的方向滑动的同时,可向远离抵触部2的方向退让,以起到卸除弹片10的弹性力的作用,从而进一步降低弹片10在弹接配合元器件时产生弹性极限形变的可能性。
可选地,参见图7,滑动部4上与滑槽7内壁接触的面为弧面,弧面的平滑性好,防止滑动部4在滑槽7内滑动时出现卡死。
在上述实施方式中,滑动部4可以为圆柱状,也可以为如图7所示的弧片状,还可以是其他形状,在此不做具体限定,只要滑动部4上与滑槽7内壁接触的面为弧面即可。
可选地,参见图7,第三弹性限位臂33和第四弹性限位臂34连接抵触部2的一端固定,另一端向靠近固定架1的方向倾斜,这样,在配合元器件由抵触部2连接第三弹性限位臂33或第四弹性限位臂34的一侧插入弹接时,第三弹性限位臂33和第四弹性限位臂34可起到导向作用,以使配合元器件能够顺利地插入并与抵触部2抵接,从而减小了配合器件由抵触部2连接第三弹性限位臂33或第四弹性限位臂34的一侧插入时的插入难度。
可选地,参见图8,第一弹性段311连接抵触部2的一端固定,另一端向靠近固定架1的方向倾斜,这样,在配合元器件由抵触部2连接第一弹性限位臂31的一侧插入弹接时,第一弹性段311可起到导向作用,以使配合元器件能够顺利地插入并与抵触部2抵接,从而减小了配合器件由抵触部2连接第一弹性限位臂31的一侧插入时的插入难度。
可选地,参见图8,第二弹性段321连接抵触部2的一端固定,另一端向靠近固 定架1的方向倾斜,这样,在配合元器件由抵触部2连接第二弹性限位臂32的一侧插入弹接时,第二弹性段321可起到导向作用,以使元器件能够顺利地插入并与抵触部2抵接,从而减小了配合器件由抵触部2连接第二弹性限位臂32的一侧插入时的插入难度。
可选地,参见图8,翼部11在第一方向上的末端向靠近抵触部2的方向折弯形成有限位部5,这样,在配合器件由抵触部2连接第三弹性限位臂33或第四弹性限位臂34的一侧插入时,限位部5可阻止第三弹性限位臂33和第四弹性限位臂34的末端由翼部11的内侧壁翻出,从而保证了第三弹性限位臂33和第四弹性限位臂34对抵触部2的限位稳定性。
可选地,参见图8,第三弹性限位臂33和第四弹性限位臂34连接抵触部2的一端固定,另一端向靠近固定架1的方向倾斜,且第三弹性限位臂33和第四弹性限位臂34的另一端向靠近限位部5的方向折弯形成有勾部6,勾部6靠近限位部5的表面与限位部5的表面贴合。勾部6的表面与限位部5的表面贴合,提高了限位部5对第三弹性限位臂33和第四弹性限位臂34的末端的限位稳定性。
可选地,参见图7或图8,抵触部2上远离固定架1的一侧表面用于与配合元器件接触,且抵触部2上远离固定架1的表面为凸球面,凸球面的表面光滑,可防止配合元器件在由抵触部2的侧向一周插入弹接时被抵触部2刮伤。
具体的,参见图8,抵触部2可以包括支撑板21以及由支撑板21上冲压形成的凸球形壳体22。
可选地,弹片10由冲压成型法一体成型,一体成型的成型过程简单,耗时较短,成型效率较高。
图9为本申请实施例提供的一种终端,参见图9,终端包括终端本体20和摄像头30,所述终端本体上形成有安装槽40,所述摄像头30配合安装于所述安装槽40内,所述安装槽40的一侧设有弹片10,所述弹片10为如上任一技术方案所述的弹片10,所述弹片10的固定架与所述终端本体20固定,所述弹片10的抵触部与所述摄像头30的侧壁抵触。
本申请实施例提供的终端,由于终端内的弹片为如上任一技术方案所述的弹片,因此摄像头可以由安装槽的任一开口处插入安装槽内,均可顺利实现摄像头与弹片的弹接,示例的,参见图10~图12所示,在弹片10上的四个弹性限位臂的限位作用下,摄像头30在由安装槽40的上方开口插入(如图10所示)、由安装槽40的下方开口插入(如图11所示)或者由安装槽40的后方开口插入(如图12所示)时,均可顺利插入安装槽40内并与弹片10弹接,从而使摄像头30的组装和拆卸顺序可以自由选择,进而提高了终端的组装和拆卸效率及良率。

Claims (16)

  1. 一种弹片,其特征在于,包括沿第一方向依次排列的固定架和抵触部,所述抵触部通过至少三个弹性限位臂与所述固定架连接,所述至少三个弹性限位臂以均匀间隔设置在所述抵触部靠近所述固定架的一端。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的弹片,其特征在于,所述弹性限位臂的数量为四个,四个所述弹性限位臂包括相对设置的第一弹性限位臂和第二弹性限位臂、以及相对设置的第三弹性限位臂和第四弹性限位臂。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的弹片,其特征在于,所述第一弹性限位臂和/或所述第二弹性限位臂的两端分别与所述抵触部和所述固定架固定连接,所述第三弹性限位臂和所述第四弹性限位臂为自所述抵触部靠近所述固定架的一端向外延伸形成,且所述第三弹性限位臂和所述第四弹性限位臂的延伸方向上设有翼部,所述翼部与所述固定架固定,所述第三弹性限位臂和所述第四弹性限位臂的末端与所述翼部的内侧壁抵接,且当配合元器件插入并与所述抵触部弹接时,所述第三弹性限位臂和所述第四弹性限位臂的末端可沿所述翼部的内侧壁向靠近所述固定架的方向滑动。
  4. 根据权利要求2或3所述的弹片,其特征在于,所述第一弹性限位臂包括自所述抵触部靠近所述固定架的一端向外延伸形成的第一弹性段、自所述第一弹性段末端向靠近所述固定架的一侧反向折弯形成的第一拉紧段、及自所述第一拉紧段末端向所述第一弹性段的延伸方向的反方向延伸形成的第一支撑段,所述第一支撑段的末端与所述固定架连接。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的弹片,其特征在于,所述第二弹性限位臂包括自所述抵触部靠近所述固定架的一端向外延伸形成的第二弹性段、自所述第二弹性段末端向靠近所述固定架的一侧反向折弯形成的第二拉紧段、及自所述第二拉紧段末端向所述第二弹性段的延伸方向的反方向延伸形成的第二支撑段,所述第二支撑段的末端与所述固定架连接。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的弹片,其特征在于,所述第二支撑段连接所述第二拉紧段的一端固定,另一端向远离所述抵触部的方向倾斜,所述第二支撑段远离所述第二拉紧段的一端固定有滑动部,所述翼部上开设有沿所述第二弹性段延伸方向的反方向延伸的滑槽,所述滑动部配合安装于所述滑槽的起始端内,当配合元器件插入并与所述抵触部弹接时,所述滑动部可沿所述滑槽向靠近所述滑槽末端的方向滑动。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的弹片,其特征在于,所述滑槽的起始端固定,末端向远离所述抵触部的方向倾斜。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的弹片,其特征在于,所述滑动部上、与所述滑槽内壁接触的面为弧面。
  9. 根据权利要求3所述的弹片,其特征在于,所述第三弹性限位臂和所述第四弹性限位臂连接所述抵触部的一端固定,另一端向靠近所述固定架的方向倾斜。
  10. 根据权利要求4所述的弹片,其特征在于,所述第一弹性段连接所述抵触部的一端固定,另一端向靠近所述固定架的方向倾斜。
  11. 根据权利要求5所述的弹片,其特征在于,所述第二弹性段连接所述抵触部的一端固定,另一端向靠近所述固定架的方向倾斜。
  12. 根据权利要求3所述的弹片,其特征在于,所述翼部在所述第一方向上的末端向靠近所述抵触部的方向折弯形成有限位部。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的弹片,其特征在于,所述第三弹性限位臂和所述第四弹性限位臂连接所述抵触部的一端固定,另一端向靠近所述固定架的方向倾斜,且所述第三弹性限位臂和所述第四弹性限位臂的另一端向靠近所述限位部的方向折弯形成有勾部,所述勾部靠近所述限位部的表面与所述限位部的表面贴合。
  14. 根据权利要求1所述的弹片,其特征在于,所述抵触部上远离所述固定架的表面为凸球面。
  15. 根据权利要求1所述的弹片,其特征在于,所述弹片由冲压成型法一体成型。
  16. 一种终端,其特征在于,包括终端本体和摄像头,所述终端本体上形成有安装槽,所述摄像头安装于所述安装槽内,所述安装槽的一侧设有弹片,所述弹片为权利要求1~15中任一项所述的弹片,所述弹片的固定架与所述终端本体固定,所述弹片的抵触部与所述摄像头的侧壁抵触。
