Description

货物支撑横梁紧固端头 技术领域
本发明涉及货箱中的分层安装结构技术领域,具体指一种货物支撑横梁紧固端头。
背景技术
物流运输过程中,大量货物放置在货箱内,通常车厢的内部空间不分层,有的只放入一层托盘,上面有一半是空的,导致车厢的内部空间利用率低;有的放入两层托盘,即直接在底层托盘上放置上层托盘,而这样下方的托盘就容易被压坏。
为了解决上述问题,授权公告号为CN102941992B的中国发明专利《一种用于货箱内的分层装置》(申请号:CN201210517407.2)披露了一种结构,其包括用于固连在货箱内侧呈长条状的定位轨道,定位轨道沿其长度方向具有若干定位孔,平行相邻的两定位轨道之间具有支撑横梁,支撑横梁的两端均具有扣合件,扣合件上具有能使其扣合在定位孔处或者由定位孔处脱离的扣合结构,该扣合结构包括分别凹入扣合件两侧的定位卡口和让位部,当扣合件插入定位孔后定位卡口卡接于上述定位孔下侧的边沿处,上述让位部与定位孔上侧边沿之间具有供扣合件由定位孔处脱离的间隙,扣合件上还铰接有挡条,挡条与扣合之间设有弹簧,在弹簧的弹力作用下挡条外端具有伸出让位部的趋势。上述结构虽然便于对车厢进行分层,但是,由于其为了便于手指操作,使挡条的操作部位于顶部并高出扣合件的上表面,这样在装配完毕状态下,挡条顶部的操作部就容易被上层货物压弯或压坏,进而导致支撑横梁无法顺利脱卸;同时,将操作部设置在档条的顶部,装配完成后,操作部离定位轨道太近,操作空间较小,也不便于操作。
因此,对于目前的货物支撑横梁的定位安装结构,有待于做进一步的改进。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是针对现有技术的现状,提供一种能有效避免外力损坏、操作方便的货物支撑横梁紧固端头。
本发明解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案为:一种货物支撑横梁紧固端头,包括第一侧板、第二侧板、挡板及扭簧,所述第一侧板与第二侧板平行并间隔布置,二者之间形成有一安装间隙,所述第一侧板与第二侧板的前端对应形成为能插置在货箱内壁的定位孔中的插接部,该插接部的底部对应开设有能与定位孔下沿相卡接限位的第一限位口,所述挡板能转动的设于安装间隙的前部,所述扭簧设于挡板下方并使挡板顶部始终保持与定位孔内沿相紧抵的趋势,其特征在于:所述挡板的顶部成形为一平面,所述挡 板的侧面上设置有能穿过第一侧板和/或第二侧板的操作翼片;还包括衬板,该衬板设于安装间隙中并具有能在挡板顶部与定位孔相紧抵状态下对挡板提供支撑力的支撑面。
在上述方案中,所述挡板成形为L形,该挡板的中部弯折处能转动的连接于第一侧板和/或第二侧板上,所述衬板的前侧形成有能供挡板的后部插入并转动的容置口,所述扭簧设于该容置口中,且该扭簧的一端与挡板的下表面相抵,该扭簧的另一端与容置口的底部边缘相抵。采用这样的结构,以使挡板与衬板相互配合,实现挡板的转动,进而实现挡板与货箱内壁定位孔之间的锁定与拆卸,便于使用。
优选地,所述操作翼片倾斜布置于挡板后端,所述的支撑面成形为与该操作翼片相对应的斜面;所述第一侧板和/或第二侧板上开有供操作翼片穿过的操作孔,装配完成状态下,所述操作孔与容置口相对齐。采用这样的结构,可同时利用侧板上的操作孔、衬板上的容置口斜面为操作翼片提供支撑作用,使挡板的上表面可与定位孔的内沿紧抵从而将紧固端头锁紧;这样的结构也便于在人手拨动操作翼片时使挡板克服扭簧作用力而与定位孔相脱离。
为了使挡板能与衬板配合协调,所述衬板上形成有能供挡板上部向后转动的让位部。
在上述各优选方案中,所述衬板底部开设有能与插接部底部的第一限位口相对齐的第二限位口。

本实施例的货物支撑横梁紧固端头用以将货物支撑横梁可脱卸的安装在货箱中。具体的,货箱内壁上设置有纵向布置的定位轨道10,该定位轨道10上设置有沿纵向间隔布置的多个定位孔100,本实施例的紧固端头可与该定位孔100脱卸式连接,而货物支撑横梁管20则可以套置在紧固端头外周从而安装在货箱中。
如图1~5所示,本实施例的货物支撑横梁紧固端头包括第一侧板1、第二侧板2、挡板3、衬板4及扭簧5,第一侧板1与第二侧板2平行并间隔布置,且该第一侧板1与第二侧板2之间通过连接铆钉50相紧固连接。第一侧板1与第二侧板2之间形成有一安装间隙102,挡板3、衬板4均设于该安装间隙102中。第一侧板1与第二侧板2的前端对应形成为能插置在定位孔100中的插接部11、21,挡板3能转动的设于安装间隙102的前部,衬板4通过固定销60固定在挡板3的后侧,扭簧5设于挡板3下方,且扭簧5始终使挡板3的顶部保持与定位孔100的顶部内沿相紧抵的趋势。

本实施例中的挡板3成形为L形,该挡板3的中部弯折处通过-销钉30能转动的连接于第一侧板1、第二侧板2上,衬板4的前侧形成有能供挡板3的后部插入并转动的容置口42。挡板3的顶部成形为一平面31,衬板4上形成有能供挡板3上部向后转动的让位部43。挡板3的两侧面上分别设置有向外延伸并能相应穿过第一侧板1、第二侧板2的操作翼片32,该操作翼片32倾斜布置于挡板3后端,对应的,第一侧板1、第二侧板2上开有供操作翼片32穿过的操作孔12、22,容置口42与第一侧板1、第二侧板2上的操作孔12、22相对齐,且容置口42、操作孔12、22的上部边缘成形为能在挡板3顶部与定位孔100相紧抵状态下对挡板后端的操作翼片32提供支撑力的支撑面, 本实施例中的支撑面成形为与倾斜布置的操作翼片32相对应的斜面421、121、221。扭簧5设于容置口42中并通过一销钉70定位在安装安装间隙102中,且该扭簧5的一端与挡板3的下表面相抵,该扭簧5的另一端与容置口42的底部边缘相抵,从而为挡板3提供弹力,使其始终保持向上弹起的状态。
在本实施例中,第一侧板1的顶部边缘与底部边缘分别向两侧延伸形成为第一上支撑臂13与第一下支撑臂14,第二侧板2的顶部边缘与底部边缘分别向两侧延伸形成为第二上支撑臂23与第二下支撑臂24,装配完成状态下,挡板3的顶部平面31略低于第一上支撑臂13、第二上支撑臂23的上表面。设置上述支撑臂,一方面可以对伸出于第一侧板1、第二侧板2两侧的操作翼片32构成保护,防止货箱内的货物或外力对操作翼片32造成挤压损坏;另一方面,增大了第一侧板1、第二侧板2与货物支撑横梁管20的接触面积,使其相互之间的连接更为稳固。货物支撑横梁管20能横向移动的套置在第一侧板1、第二侧板2的外周,第一侧板1、第二侧板2的侧面上开有横向布置的导向孔15、25,对应的,货物支撑横梁管20上设置有供导向销40穿过的连接孔201。
使用本实施例的货物支撑横梁紧固端头时,将紧固端头前端的插接部11、21插置在定位孔100中并向前推动,如图4所示,开始推动时,挡板3的上端在定位孔100上侧的挤压下向后转动,此时,扭簧5被挡板3的底部压缩;继续向前推动紧固端头,使第一侧板1、第二侧板2、衬板4底部的限位口111、211、41与定位孔100的下边沿相卡,如图5所示,此时,挡板3在扭簧5的弹力下复位并顶部表面31卡入定位孔100中与定位孔100的顶部内沿相紧抵,从而使紧固端头锁定在货箱内壁上。当需要将紧固端头自货箱内壁上拆卸下来时,向一侧拨动操作翼片32,使挡板3的底部向下压缩扭簧5,同时挡板3的上部向后转动脱离定位孔100,此时,将紧固端头向上抬起然后向后拉即可将紧固端头自货箱内壁脱卸下来,操作极为便利。

Claims (7)

  1. 一种货物支撑横梁紧固端头,包括第一侧板(1)、第二侧板(2)、挡板(3)及扭簧(5),所述第一侧板(1)与第二侧板(2)平行并间隔布置,二者之间形成有一安装间隙(102),所述第一侧板(1)与第二侧板(2)的前端对应形成为能插置在货箱内壁的定位孔(100)中的插接部(11,21),该插接部(11,21)的底部对应开设有能与定位孔(100)下沿相卡接限位的第一限位口(111,211),所述挡板(3)能转动的设于安装间隙(102)的前部,所述扭簧(5)设于挡板(3)下方并使挡板(3)顶部始终保持与定位孔(100)内沿相紧抵的趋势,其特征在于:
    所述挡板(3)的顶部成形为一平面(31),所述挡板(3)的侧面上设置有能穿过第一侧板(1)和/或第二侧板(2)的操作翼片(32);还包括衬板(4),该衬板(4)设于安装间隙(102)中并具有能在挡板(3)顶部与定位孔(100)相紧抵状态下对挡板(3)提供支撑力的支撑面。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的货物支撑横梁紧固端头,其特征在于:所述挡板(3)成形为L形,该挡板(3)的中部弯折处能转动的连接于第一侧板(1)和/或第二侧板(2)上,所述衬板(4)的前侧形成有能供挡板(3)的后部插入并转动的容置口(42),所述扭簧(5)设于该容置口(42)中,且该扭簧(5)的一端与挡板(3)的下表面相抵,该扭簧(5)的另一端与容置口(42)的底部边缘相抵。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的货物支撑横梁紧固端头,其特征在于:所述操作翼片(32)倾斜布置于挡板(3)后端,所述的支撑面成形为与该操作翼片(32)相对应的斜面;所述第一侧板(1)和/或第二侧板(2)上开有供操作翼片(32)穿过的操作孔(12,22),装配完成状态下,所述操作孔(12,22)与容置口(42)相对齐。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的货物支撑横梁紧固端头,其特征在于:所述衬板(4)上形成有能供挡板(3)上部向后转动的让位部。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的货物支撑横梁紧固端头,其特征在于:所述衬板(4)底部开设有能与插接部(11)底部的第一限位口(111,211)相对齐的第二限位口(41)。
  6. 根据权利要求1~5中任一权利要求所述的货物支撑横梁紧固端头,其特征在于:所述第一侧板(1)的顶部边缘与底部边缘分别向两侧延伸形成为第一上支撑臂(13)与第一下支撑臂(14),所述第二侧板(2)的顶部边缘与底部边缘分别向两侧延伸形成为第二上支撑臂(23)与第二下支撑臂(24),装配完成状态下,所述挡板(3)的顶部平面(31)低于第一上支撑臂(13)、第二上支撑臂(23)的上表面或与第一上支撑臂(13)、第二上支撑臂的(23)上表面相齐平。
  7. 根据权利要求1~5中任一权利要求所述的货物支撑横梁紧固端头,其特征在于:货物支撑横梁管(20)能横向移动的套置在第一侧板(1)、第二侧板(2)的外周,所述第一侧板(1)、第二侧板(2)的侧面上开有横向布置的导向孔(15,25),对应的,所述货物支撑横梁管(20)上设置有供导向销(40)穿过的连接孔(201)。
