一种新型果蔬预煮装置 技术领域
本发明涉及农业处理技术领域,具体涉及一种新型果蔬预煮装置。
背景技术
目前,在食品加工生产领域中,果蔬加工中的果蔬煮制,一般都是采用夹层煮制锅,产品倒入和取出都是依靠人工手持工具操作。在这种加工方法中,一方面,人力劳动强度大,人为搅动后造成烂果多,损耗大。另一方面,由于夹层锅中的温度不均一,果蔬煮制后的成熟度有差异,造成产品质量低下,劳动力资源浪费等不足。
实用内容
本发明的目的在于解决上述问题,提供一种新型果蔬预煮装置,能够解决上述问题。
本实用通过以下技术方案来实现上述目的:
一种新型果蔬预煮装置,包括进料口、倒Y型管道、预煮箱、电加热器、气泵、进水口、进气孔、放置板、通孔、过滤板、过滤孔、排污口、支架、万向滑轮,在预煮箱上设置进水口和进料口,在预煮箱下端设置支架,在所述的预煮箱内设置电加热器,在预煮箱内侧上端设置进气孔,在预煮箱上端设置气泵,气泵通过倒Y型管道连接进气孔,在预煮箱内设置放置板,在放置板上设置若干个通孔。
作为本实用的进一步优化方案,在所述的放置板下端设置过滤板,在过滤板上设置若干个过滤孔,在预煮箱右侧设置排污口,排污口连接过滤板。
作为本实用的进一步优化方案,所述的通孔的直径大于所述的过滤孔的直径。
作为本实用的进一步优化方案,在所述的支架下端设置万向滑轮。
本发明的有益效果是:
1、本发明包括进料口、倒Y型管道、预煮箱、电加热器、气泵、进水口、 进气孔、放置板、通孔、过滤板、过滤孔、排污口、支架、万向滑轮,在预煮箱上设置进水口和进料口,在预煮箱下端设置支架,在所述的预煮箱内设置电加热器,在预煮箱内侧上端设置进气孔,在预煮箱上端设置气泵,气泵通过倒Y型管道连接进气孔,在预煮箱内设置放置板,在放置板上设置若干个通孔。可以通过气泵将气体通过进气孔进入预煮箱内,能够使放置板上的果蔬煮制的程度相同,提高产品质量。
2、本发明在所述的放置板下端设置过滤板,在过滤板上设置若干个过滤孔,在预煮箱右侧设置排污口,排污口连接过滤板。可以将在预煮过程中产生的杂质通过放置板内的通孔流入过滤板上,并通过排污口排出。
3、本发明所述的通孔的直径大于所述的过滤孔的直径。可以通过通孔和过滤孔进一步将杂质过滤干净。
4、本发明在所述的支架下端设置万向滑轮。可以通过万向滑轮对预煮箱进行移动,降低劳动强度,提高劳动效率。
5、本发明结构简单,易于制作,适宜于工业化生产。

如图1所示,一种新型果蔬预煮装置,包括进料口1、倒Y型管道2、预煮箱3、电加热器4、气泵5、进水口6、进气孔7、放置板8、通孔9、过滤板10、过滤孔11、排污口12、支架13、万向滑轮14,在预煮箱3上设置进水口6和进料口1,在预煮箱3下端设置支架13,在所述的预煮箱3内设置电加热器4,在预煮箱3内侧上端设置进气孔7,在预煮箱3上端设置气泵5,气泵5通过倒 Y型管道2连接进气孔7,在预煮箱3内设置放置板8,在放置板8上设置若干个通孔9。可以通过气泵5将气体通过进气孔7进入预煮箱3内,能够使放置板8上的果蔬煮制的程度相同,提高产品质量。在所述的放置板8下端设置过滤板10,在过滤板10上设置若干个过滤孔11,在预煮箱3右侧设置排污口12,排污口12连接过滤板10。可以将在预煮过程中产生的杂质通过放置板8内的通孔9流入过滤板10上,并通过排污口12排出。所述的通孔9的直径大于所述的过滤孔11的直径。可以通过通孔9和过滤孔11进一步将杂质过滤干净。在所述的支架13下端设置万向滑轮14。可以通过万向滑轮14对预煮箱3进行移动,降低劳动强度,提高劳动效率。

  1. 一种新型果蔬预煮装置,其特征在于:包括进料口(1)、倒Y型管道(2)、预煮箱(3)、电加热器(4)、气泵(5)、进水口(6)、进气孔(7)、放置板(8)、通孔(9)、过滤板(10)、过滤孔(11)、排污口(12)、支架(13)、万向滑轮(14),在预煮箱(3)上设置进水口(6)和进料口(1),在预煮箱(3)下端设置支架(13),在所述的预煮箱(3)内设置电加热器(4),在预煮箱(3)内侧上端设置进气孔(7),在预煮箱(3)上端设置气泵(5),气泵(5)通过倒Y型管道(2)连接进气孔(7),在预煮箱(3)内设置放置板(8),在放置板(8)上设置若干个通孔(9)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种新型果蔬预煮装置,其特征在于:在所述的放置板(8)下端设置过滤板(10),在过滤板(10)上设置若干个过滤孔(11),在预煮箱(3)右侧设置排污口(12),排污口(12)连接过滤板(10)。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种新型果蔬预煮装置,其特征在于:所述的通孔(9)的直径大于所述的过滤孔(11)的直径。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种新型果蔬预煮装置,其特征在于:在所述的支架(13)下端设置万向滑轮(14)。
