Description

移动照明灯塔排风机构 技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种移动照明灯塔,特别涉及一种移动照明灯塔排风机构。
背景技术
移动照明灯塔用于道路照明、工业场所的照明、建筑物外墙的泛光照明以及在室外用于商业照明、工业照明。
移动照明灯塔的发电机组安装在车体内,发电机组工作时会产生热量,需要将车体内的热量排出,目前多采用在车体的箱板上开设排风槽,便于车体内部通风排出热量。为加强车体内部空气流动,通常在前箱板和后箱板上分别开设若干排风槽进行散热,为加快散热,通常通过风扇进行强制对流,将热风从后箱板上的排风槽排出。
由于热风被直接排出,对操作人员的安全性也有影响,在使用过程中需要尽量避开排风区域。
实用新型内容
为解决上述问题,本实用新型提供一种移动照明灯塔排风机构,实现车体内热风的安全排放,确保操作人员的安全。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型的移动照明灯塔排风机构,包括冷却器、出风罩和风扇,所述冷却器和出风罩分别置于移动照明灯塔的后箱板的两侧,所述冷却器安装于移动照明灯塔的底盘上,位于所述 后箱板的内侧,所述出风罩固定安装在所述后箱板的外侧;所述冷却器具有进风口和出风口,所述后箱板上开设有排风槽,所述风扇置于所述冷却器的进风口,所述排风槽的位置与所述出风口相对应;所述出风罩覆盖所述排风槽,所述出风罩的底部呈敞口状。
优选地,所述冷却器通过安装支架固定于所述底盘上。
优选地,所述出风罩的内壁铺设有消音层。
优选地,所述消音层由消音棉构成。
优选地,所述出风罩和所述后箱板之间设置有弹性垫片。
本实用新型的移动照明灯塔排风机构,并通过出风罩把排风方向改为向下排风,避免风直接排风对操作人员的安全影响;将移动照明灯塔车体内的热空气通过冷却器冷却后排出车体外,出风罩内设置吸音层降低噪音使得移动照明灯塔更环保,满足热风排放要求以及噪音等级要求。采用本实用新型的移动照明灯塔排风机构,使移动照明灯塔具有安全、环保等优点。

具体实施方式
下面参照附图详细地说明本实用新型的具体实施方式。
如图1~4所示,本实用新型的移动照明灯塔排风机构,包括冷却器10、出风罩20和风扇30,所述冷却器10和出风罩20分别置于移动照明灯塔的后箱板110的两侧,所述冷却器10安装于移动照明灯塔的底盘100上,位于所述后箱板110的内侧,所述出风罩20固定安装在所述后箱板110的外侧,所述冷却器10优选通过安装支架11固定于所述底盘100上,所述安装支架11与后箱板100之间可以进行固定,也可以是安装支架11与后箱板100分别固定在底盘100上。
所述冷却器10具有进风口和出风口(图中未示出),所述后箱板110上开设有排风槽(图中未示出),图3中示出了前箱板120上开设的排风槽121,所述后箱板110上开设的排风槽的结构与前箱板120上开设的排风槽121结构相同,排风槽的结构可以是多个排风槽上下排列。所述风扇30置于所述冷却器10的进风口,所述排风槽的位置与所述出风口相对应,用于将所述出风口排出的风通过所述排风槽排出移动照明灯塔车体外。车体内的热风通过冷却器10进行冷却后,从出风口出来并通过排风槽排出车体外,所述风扇30可以加速车体内热空气的排出,热空气通过冷却器10冷却后排放,避免热空气对周围环境的副作用。这里的风扇30可以是发电机组101的发动机自带的风扇,也可以另外独立设置风扇30来加强排风。
所述出风罩20覆盖所述排风槽,所述出风罩20的底部21呈敞口状,所述出风罩20可以使从排风槽排出的风从出风罩20的底部排出,从而避免直接对着人体排风,确保操作人员的安全。所述出风罩20覆盖所述排风槽,还可以避免灰尘等经过排风槽进入车体内。
移动照明灯塔在使用时有相应的噪音等级要求,由于排风直接对着出风罩20时会产生噪音,为降低噪音,所述出风罩20的内壁铺设有消音层22,所述消音层22由消音棉构成,所述消音棉贴在所述出风罩20的内壁。
所述出风罩20和所述后箱板110之间设置有弹性垫片(图中未示出),可减少出风罩20由于排风导致的振动,避免出风罩因振动而损坏,同时可以降低噪音。

    所述冷却器具有进风口和出风口,所述后箱板上开设有排风槽,所述风扇置于所述冷却器的进风口,所述排风槽的位置与所述出风口相对应;
    所述出风罩覆盖所述排风槽,所述出风罩的底部呈敞口状。
