Description

本申请涉及数据处理技术领域,特别涉及一种虚拟资源分配方法、客户端及服务器。
背景技术
目前,虚拟资源已经广泛应用于日常的网络支付中,虚拟资源诸如虚拟货币、积分、游戏点数等。虚拟货币已经逐步代替传统纸币,广泛应用于人们的日常生活中。使用安装于客户端中的具有虚拟货币支付功能的应用(Application,英文缩写为APP),用户可以完成信用卡还款、发送红包、购物结账等多种支付活动。总之,虚拟资源具有消费抵扣作用,具有一定的使用价值。
网络使得用户之间更加容易获取资讯,用户也习惯于在个人网络生活圈中发表观点、发布个人生活记录等资讯。用户也逐渐认识到资讯的价值,因此,在现有技术中,用户可以对其他用户发布的观点、生活记录等资讯支付一定的虚拟资源,以表示对该资讯的作者的认可或赞赏。已有的支付虚拟资源的方式包括用户点击界面中支付虚拟资源的触发控件,客户端或者服务器响应于用户的触发,随机产生虚拟资源的数额,并将该数额展示给用户。用户在确认该数额之后,可以点击支付触发控件以完成支付。
对于上述针对赞赏资讯而向作者账户支付虚拟资源的方法,至少存在如下问题:客户端或者服务器随机产生的虚拟资源的数额可能不符合用户的预期数额,另外,用户支付虚拟资源的过程中需要进行多次点击等操作,用户体验感不高。
发明内容
本申请实施例的目的在于提供一种虚拟资源分配方法、客户端及服务器,可以使得虚拟资源的分配更加符合用户的意图,提高虚拟资源分配过程中的趣味性。

S1:展示分配虚拟资源给第一账户的界面,获取用户在所述界面中的预设操作行为。
本实施例中,可以是由客户端展示分配虚拟资源给第一账户的界面,并获取用户的预设操作行为。在本实施例中,所述客户端可以为能够基于网络协议接入通信网络并具有虚拟资源投递功能的终端设备。具体的,例如,所述客户端可以为移动智能电话、计算机(包括笔记本电脑,台式电脑)、平板电子设备、个人数字助理(PDA)或者智能可穿戴设备等。此外,所述客户端还可以为运行于任一上述所列设备上的具有虚拟资源支付功能的APP,例如支付宝APP、微信APP、钉钉APP等。
在本实施例中,所述虚拟资源可以包括红包、积分、优惠券、游戏点卡、比特币等能够进行网络支付的资源。在其他实施例中,所述虚拟资源还可以包括任何可以产生使用价值的虚拟资源,本申请在此不做限制。

在本申请的一个实施例中,若所述预设操作手势可以包括在所述界面上滑动,则所述预设操作手势的行为参数值可以包括下述中的至少一种:滑动幅度、滑动频率、滑动时间、滑动轨迹。
本实施例中,当用户在所述界面上滑动时,客户端可以通过显示所述界面的显示屏感应滑动手势的行为参数。所述显示屏例如可以包括电容式触摸屏、电阻式触摸屏等。所述显示屏可以根据用户滑动的幅度、频率、时间、力度、轨迹等参数的不同向客户端反馈不同的参数值。
在本申请的一个实施例中,可以设置所述虚拟资源的分配数额与所述滑动幅度的参数值具有关联关系,例如,所述关联关系包括正比关系,即用户在所述界面上滑动幅度越大,所述虚拟资源的分配数额越大。在本申请的另一个实施例中,可以设置所述虚拟资源的分配数额与滑动手势的滑动轨迹具有关联关系。例如,在一个具体的场景中,用户用一个手指滑动和用三个手指滑动,所述虚拟资源的分配数额不相同。例如,可以设置滑动手指数越多,分配数额越多。当然,所述滑动轨迹还可以包括滑动的方向,例如,向上滑动的分配数额要多于向下滑动的分配数额。具体的设置方式可以包括上述任何行为参数的组合与所述虚拟资源分配数额的关联关系,本申请在此不做限制。
在本申请的一个实施例中,若所述预设操作手势可以包括移动展示所述界面的设备,则所述预设操作手势的行为参数值可以包括下述中的至少一种:移动频率、移动幅度、移动时间、移动轨迹。
本实施例中,所述预设操作手势还可以包括用户移动展示所述界面的设备,此时,客户端在获取所述预设操作手势时,可以开启所述设备中耦合的传感器,所述传感器例如加速度传感器、重力传感器等。当用户移动所述设备时,客户端可以通过所述传感器获取用户的行为参数。根据用户移动所述设备的频率、幅度、时间、轨迹等参数的不同,所述传感器可以向客户端反馈不同的参数值。
在本申请的一个实施例中,可以设置所述虚拟资源的分配数额与所述移动频率的参数值具有关联关系,例如,所述关联关系包括正比关系,即用户摇晃所述设备的频率越高,所述虚拟资源的分配数额越大。在本申请的另一个实施例中,还可以设置所述虚拟资源的分配数 额与所述移动频率和/或所述移动幅度的行为参数值成正比,即用户摇晃所述设备的频率越高和/或幅度越大,所述虚拟资源的分配数额越大。在本申请的一个实施例中,还可以设置所述虚拟资源的分配数额与移动所述设备的移动轨迹具有关联关系。例如,用户垂直摇晃所述设备比水平摇晃所述所对应的分配数额要多。具体的设置方式可以包括上述任何行为参数的组合与所述虚拟资源分配数额的关联关系,本申请在此不做限制。
如上所述,所述预设操作行为还可以包括用户的生物特征行为,例如,所述生物特征行为可以包括用户观察所述界面、用户发出声音、用户做出面部表情等多种行为。
在本申请的一个实施例中,所述生物特征行为可以包括用户观察所述界面,所述用户观察所述界面的行为参数值包括下述中的至少一种:目光观察时间、目光观察轨迹。
本实施例中,所述生物特征行为可以包括用户观察所述界面,此时,客户端在获取用户观察所述界面的行为时,可以开启所述客户端中耦合的摄像设备。所述客户端可以通过所述摄像设备跟踪用户的眼球位置。根据用户的眼球位置,所述摄像设备可以将用户观察所述界面的行为参数值反馈给客户端。具体地,所述行为参数可以包括目光观察时间、目光观察轨迹等。
在本申请的一个实施例中,可以设置所述虚拟资源的分配数额与所述目光观察时间具有关联关系,例如,所述关联关系包括正比关系,此时,用户观察所述界面的时间越久,所述虚拟资源的分配数额越多。在本申请的另一个实施例中,还可以设置所述虚拟资源的分配数额与所述目光观察轨迹具有关联关系,所述摄像设备可以根据用户眼球的移动,分析出眼球移动轨迹所形成的数字,例如,用户用眼球移动出“0.5”字样的轨迹,则设置所述虚拟资源的分配数额为0.5。具体的设置方式可以包括上述任何行为参数的组合与所述虚拟资源分配数额的关联关系,本申请在此不做限制。
在本申请的一个实施例中,若所述生物特征行为包括用户发出声音,则所述用户发出声音的行为参数值可以包括下述中的至少一种:声音频率、声音响度、声音关键字。
本实施例中,所述生物特征行为可以包括用户发出声音,此时,客户端在获取用户发出声音的行为时,可以开启所述客户端中耦合的麦克风设备。所述客户端可以通过所述麦克风设备获取用户的声音信息。根据用户的声音,所述麦克风设备可以将用户声音的行为参数值反馈给客户端。具体地,所述行为参数可以包括声音频率、声音响度、声音关键字。
在本申请的一个实施例中,可以设置所述虚拟资源的分配数额与所述声音响度参数具有关联关系,例如,所述关联关系包括正比关系,此时,用户发出的声音越响,所述虚拟资源的分配数额越多。在本申请的一个实施例中,可以设置所述虚拟资源的分配数额与所述声音频率参数具有关联关系,例如,所述关联关系包括反比关系,此时,用户的音调越高,所述 虚拟资源的分配数额越少。在本申请的另一个实施例中,可以设置所述虚拟资源的分配数额与所述声音关键字参数具有关联关系,例如,所述声音关键字可以包括数字、虚拟资源单位等,例如,用户可以对着麦克风设备说出“5元”,那么所述虚拟资源的分配数额即为5元。具体的设置方式可以包括上述任何行为参数的组合与所述虚拟资源分配数额的关联关系,本申请在此不做限制。
在本申请的一个实施例中,所述生物特征行为包括用户做出面部表情,所述面部表情的参数值包括面部表情所属情绪。
本实施例中,所述生物特征行为可以包括用户做出面部表情,此时,客户端在获取用户做出的面部表情时,可以开启所述客户端中耦合的摄像头设备以及面部表情识别模块。所述客户端可以通过所述摄像头设备获取用户的面部图像信息。所述面部表情识别模块可以根据用户的面部图像信息,将用户面部的行为参数值反馈给客户端。所述行为参数可以包括面部表情所属情绪。例如,所述面部表情所述情绪可以包括开心、悲伤、兴奋、羡慕、厌恶等情绪,具体地,所述面部表情设别模块可以根据用户面部表情的结构不同分析得到不同的情绪。
在本申请的一个实施例中,可以设置所述虚拟资源的分配数额与所述面部表情所属情绪具有关联关系。例如,可以分别给每一种面部表情所属情绪设置对应的虚拟资源分配数额,例如,当面部表情所属情绪为羡慕时,设置所述虚拟资源分配数额为最高值,当面部表情所属情绪为厌恶时,设置所述虚拟资源分配数额为最低值。具体根据面部表情所属情绪设置虚拟资源分配数额的方式还包括其他多种方式,本申请在此不做限制。
本申请实施例中所述生物特征行为所涉及的生物特征,还可以包括眼部特征、声纹、指纹、掌纹、心跳、脉搏、染色体、DNA、人牙咬痕等。其中眼纹可以包括虹膜、巩膜等生物特征,本申请在此不做限制。
S3:从第二账户中分配数额与所述行为参数值相匹配的虚拟资源至所述第一账户。
在根据所述行为参数值设置相应的虚拟资源的分配数额之后,还可以从第二账户中分配数额与所述行为参数相匹配的虚拟资源至所述第一账户。
具体地,在本申请的一个实施例中,所述从第二账户中分配与所述行为参数值相匹配数额的虚拟资源至所述第一账户可以包括:
SS1:从第二账户中扣除与所述行为参数值相匹配数额的虚拟资源;
SS2:在所述第一账户中增加所述数额的虚拟资源。
本实施例中,可以从所述第二账户中扣除相应数额的虚拟资源,并在所述第一账户中增加相应数额的虚拟资源,从而实现将虚拟资源从第二账户转移至第一账户的目的。
在本申请的一个实施例中,用户的预设操作行为可以经历一定的时间区间。例如,所述预设操作行为可以包括用户在1分钟之内点击显示屏预设位置的次数,那么,在这1分钟内,所述预设操作行为的行为参数值随着用户的点击次数的增加而变化。基于此,在本申请的一个实施例中,在所述获取所述预设操作行为的行为参数值之后,所述方法还可以包括:
在所述界面中展示与所述行为参数值相匹配的虚拟资源的数额。
即在所述界面上展示动态的虚拟资源的数额,方便用户实时了解可以支付给第一账户的赏金的数额,进而可以采取下一步的决策(如停止所述预设操作行为)。
下面结合图2-图4展示的用户界面对本申请实施方式的应用场景进行说明。
图2所示的用户界面1为XX应用的“资讯平台”界面,用户为小王,第二账户为“wang2016”。在该“资讯平台”中,展示了小王的好友小明、小花、小英等发表的个人状态、原创文章等资讯信息。如图2所示的用户界面1,可以在每条资讯的右下角设置一个页面控件“支付赏金”,通过所述页面控件,小王可以向资讯对应的账户支付一定数额的虚拟资源,以表示对资讯作者的赞赏和好评。
如图2所示,小王点击了小英所发表资讯对应的“支付赏金”页面控件。在现有技术中,在用户点击所述页面控件之后,可以展示如图3所示的用户界面2。如图3所示,用户界面2中展示了第一账户标识(即“小英”)、赏金数额(即0.49元)等信息,其中,所述赏金数额为客户端随机产生。用户还可以通过点击用户界面2中的“其他金额”页面控件以改变赏金数额,直至达到预期的数额。在确认赏金数额之后,可以点击用户界面2中的“支付赏金”页面控件以确认将对应数额的赏金发送至目标账户“小英”。
可以发现,按照现有技术中的虚拟资源分配方法分配赏金,若要分配得到用户理想数额的赏金,需要进行多次更换金额才有可能达到,操作过程很繁琐。
图4所示的用户界面3是利用本申请实施例方法所得到的支付赏金的界面,如图4所示,在用户界面3中展示提示用户摇晃客户端的手势,并在手势下面展示“摇晃手机,摇晃越快,支付赏金越多哦”的提示语。同时,随着用户晃动手机,可以在显示窗口的最下方展示实时的赏金数额,例如当前实时的赏金数额为1.08元。此后,若用户觉得赏金数额超过预期数额,可以降低摇晃速度,使奖金数额降低;若用户觉得奖金数额低于预期数额,可以加快摇晃速度,使奖金数额增多。直至最后达到预设时刻,如30秒时限,用户界面3所显示的奖金数额即为最终确定的奖金数额。客户端可以将相应的奖金从登录账户(即小王的账户“wang2016”)中扣除,并添加至小英的账户中。
本申请提供的虚拟资源分配方法,可以对用户在虚拟资源分配界面中的预设操作行为进行分析处理,获取所述预设操作行为的行为参数值,再从登录账户中分配与所述行为参数值 相匹配的数额的虚拟资源至所述目标账户。本实施例中所述虚拟资源的数额与用户的操作行为相关联,因此,所述虚拟资源的数额符合用户的意图和偏向。相对于现有技术中随机产生的虚拟资源分配数额,本申请方法获取的虚拟资源分配数额更加符合用户的预期目标。另外,提供用户操作行为分配虚拟资源的方式增强了用户与界面之间互动的趣味性,大大提高用户的使用体验感。
本申请另一方面还从服务器角度提供一种虚拟资源分配方法,与上述S1-S3方法的区别在于,上述S1-S3均在客户端一侧执行,而实际上服务器也可以完成虚拟资源的分配,图5是本申请提供的虚拟资源分配方法的另一种实施例的方法流程图,如图5所示,所述方法可以包括:
S51:获取用户在界面中的预设操作行为;
S52:获取所述预设操作行为的行为参数值;
S53:从第二账户中分配与所述行为参数值相匹配数额的虚拟资源至第一账户。
本实施例中,服务器可以从客户端获取用户在界面中的预设操作行为,后续的S52-S53可以参考本申请S2-S3的实施方式,本申请在此不再赘述。
对应于S1-S3,如图6所示,本申请还提供一种客户端60,所述客户端60可以包括显示器61和处理器62,其中,
显示器61,用于展示分配虚拟资源给第一账户的界面;
所述处理器62包括:
操作行为获取单元621,用于获取用户在所述界面中的预设操作行为;
操作行为分析单元622,用于获取所述预设操作行为的行为参数值;
虚拟资源分配单元633,用于从第二账户中分配与所述行为参数值相匹配数额的虚拟资源至所述第一账户。
可选的,在本申请的一个实施例中,所述显示器61还用于在所述界面中展示与所述行为参数值相匹配的虚拟资源的数额。

在20世纪90年代,对于一个技术的改进可以很明显地区分是硬件上的改进(例如,对二极管、晶体管、开关等电路结构的改进)还是软件上的改进(对于方法流程的改进)。然而,随着技术的发展,当今的很多方法流程的改进已经可以视为硬件电路结构的直接改进。设计人员几乎都通过将改进的方法流程编程到硬件电路中来得到相应的硬件电路结构。因此,不能说一个方法流程的改进就不能用硬件实体模块来实现。例如,可编程逻辑器件(Programmable Logic Device,PLD)(例如现场可编程门阵列(Field Programmable Gate Array,FPGA))就是这样一种集成电路,其逻辑功能由用户对器件编程来确定。由设计人员自行编程来把一个数字系统“集成”在一片PLD上,而不需要请芯片制造厂商来设计和制作专用的集成电路芯片。而且,如今,取代手工地制作集成电路芯片,这种编程也多半改用。“逻辑编译器(logic compiler)”软件来实现,它与程序开发撰写时所用的软件编译器相类似,而要编译之前的原始代码也得用特定的编程语言来撰写,此称之为硬件描述语言(Hardware Description Language,HDL),而HDL也并非仅有一种,而是有许多种,如ABEL(Advanced Boolean Expression Language)、AHDL(Altera Hardware Description Language)、Confluence、CUPL(Cornell University Programming Language)、HDCal、JHDL(Java Hardware Description Language)、Lava、Lola、MyHDL、PALASM、RHDL(Ruby Hardware Description Language) 等,目前最普遍使用的是VHDL(Very-High-Speed Integrated Circuit Hardware Description Language)与Verilog。本领域技术人员也应该清楚,只需要将方法流程用上述几种硬件描述语言稍作逻辑编程并编程到集成电路中,就可以很容易得到实现该逻辑方法流程的硬件电路。
控制器可以按任何适当的方式实现,例如,控制器可以采取例如微处理器或处理器以及存储可由该(微)处理器执行的计算机可读程序代码(例如软件或固件)的计算机可读介质、逻辑门、开关、专用集成电路(Application Specific Integrated Circuit,ASIC)、可编程逻辑控制器和嵌入微控制器的形式,控制器的例子包括但不限于以下微控制器:ARC 625D、Atmel AT91SAM、Microchip PIC18F26K20以及Silicone Labs C8051F320,存储器控制器还可以被实现为存储器的控制逻辑的一部分。本领域技术人员也知道,除了以纯计算机可读程序代码方式实现控制器以外,完全可以通过将方法步骤进行逻辑编程来使得控制器以逻辑门、开关、专用集成电路、可编程逻辑控制器和嵌入微控制器等的形式来实现相同功能。因此这种控制器可以被认为是一种硬件部件,而对其内包括的用于实现各种功能的装置也可以视为硬件部件内的结构。或者甚至,可以将用于实现各种功能的装置视为既可以是实现方法的软件模块又可以是硬件部件内的结构。

  1. 一种虚拟资源分配方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    展示分配虚拟资源给第一账户的界面,获取用户在所述界面中的预设操作行为;
    获取所述预设操作行为的行为参数值;
    从第二账户中分配与所述行为参数值相匹配数额的虚拟资源至所述第一账户。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述从第二账户中分配与所述行为参数值相匹配数额的虚拟资源至所述第一账户包括:
    从第二账户中扣除与所述行为参数值相匹配数额的虚拟资源;
    在所述第一账户中增加所述数额的虚拟资源。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述预设操作行为包括用户在所述界面中的预设操作手势。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,若所述预设操作手势包括点击所述界面,则所述预设操作手势的行为参数值包括下述中的至少一种:点击力度、点击频率、点击时间。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,若所述预设操作手势包括在所述界面上滑动,则所述预设操作手势的行为参数值包括下述中的至少一种:滑动幅度、滑动频率、滑动时间、滑动轨迹、滑动力度。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,若所述预设操作手势包括移动展示所述界面的设备,则所述预设操作手势的行为参数值包括下述中的至少一种:移动频率、移动幅度、移动时间、移动轨迹。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述预设操作行为包括用户的生物特征行为。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,若所述生物特征行为包括用户观察所述界面,则所述用户观察所述界面的行为参数值包括下述中的至少一种:目光观察时间、目光观察轨迹。

    在所述界面中展示与所述行为参数值相匹配的虚拟资源的数额。
  12. 一种虚拟资源分配方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    获取用户在界面中的预设操作行为;
    获取所述预设操作行为的行为参数值;
    从第二账户中分配与所述行为参数值相匹配数额的虚拟资源至第一账户。
  13. 一种客户端,其特征在于,所述客户端包括显示器和处理器,其中,

  15. 一种服务器,其特征在于,所述服务器包括:
    操作行为获取单元,用于获取用户在界面中的预设操作行为;
    操作行为分析单元,用于获取所述预设操作行为的行为参数值;
    虚拟资源分配单元,用于从第二账户中分配与所述行为参数值相匹配数额的虚拟资源至第一账户。
