装订用U型槽体、制作方法及其应用 技术领域

背景技术
办公装订的第一要求就是:装订可靠,既不应有掉页或在文本翻阅过程中易掉页,有此现象代表可靠性差;第二就是工作效率,繁琐或按部就班的操作规范都会使工作效率大打折扣;然后才是美观等要求。
当下办公装订普遍采用的方式主要有两种(各类文件夹、文件袋不在此表述范围内),即打孔装订和热熔胶粘合装订。打孔装订顾名思义就是先将文页打孔后,再使用不同形式的装订耗材将文本完成装订,打孔装订一般不需要预制好的装订封套,这种传统的办公装订方式缺点在于操作繁琐,工作效率低;热熔胶粘合装订是使用预制好的封套,封脊内部涂敷有热熔胶,通过热熔装订机加热达到文本装订的目的。此法虽比打孔装订方便,但装订的可靠性次之。
目前还有一种装订方式,该装订方式为导管装订(channel bind,metal bind),其在使用的封套中预制了一根金属U型槽,通过装订机夹紧U型槽达到装订目的。该类装订的主要缺陷在于,由于金属变形后的回弹性质,久之存在着文本单页脱落致使逐页脱落的现象,尤其在装订只有几张复印纸的文本时脱落更易发生。
发明内容
针对上述技术中存在的不足之处,本发明提供一种装订用U型槽体、制作方法及其应用,由该U型槽体制成的装订封套使装订更加可靠、快速和方便。

本发明的有益效果是:与现有技术相比,本发明提供的装订用U型槽体、制作方法及其应用,采用钢材料冲压形成U型槽主体,且在U型槽主体的其中一上端或者两个上端上均包裹防脱落用胶带,再在包裹有防脱落用胶带的U型槽主体外表面包裹包裹物,加入的防脱落用胶带有效减小了金属夹紧后的回弹影响,即由于防脱落用胶带的回弹量大于U型槽主体变形后的回弹量,防脱落用胶带的位置在U型槽主体的槽壁与文页之间,不能充分回弹的防脱落用胶带其效果起到了防止文页松脱的作用,以达到装订可靠的目的。因此使用该装订用U型槽体与各类封面封底及封脊的组合后形成装订封套,用该装订封套使用专用装订机可快速完成文本装订并有效地解决了装订的首要需求--牢靠和方便,使得装订更加可靠、快速和方便。

在本实施例中,封底封面封脊13b包括外表面131b、内表面132b和两内芯133b,内芯由纸板制成,使得精装型装订封套具有一定的硬度;外表面与内表面的中间部分固定贴合后形成一第一包裹腔,平板型结构包裹在该第一包裹腔内,外表面与内表面的两端第一部分固定压合后均形成衔接部,外表面与内表面的两端第二部分固定贴合后均形成第二包裹腔,每个内芯均包裹在对应的第二包裹腔内;第一包裹腔的两端均通过对应的衔接部连接对应的第二包裹腔。最终,将需要装订的文本一端放入到精装型装订用封套内,再通过压紧式装订机将文本与封套压紧。
相较于现有技术的情况,本发明提供的装订用U型槽体、制作方法及其应用,采用钢材料冲压形成U型槽主体,且在U型槽主体的其中一上端或者两个上端上均包裹防脱落用胶带,再在包裹有防脱落用胶带的U型槽主体外表面包裹包裹物,加入的防脱落用胶带有效减小了金属夹紧后的回弹影响,即由于防脱落用胶带的回弹量大于U型槽主体变形后的回弹量,防脱落用胶带的位置在U型槽主体的槽壁与文页之间,不能充分回弹的防脱落用胶带其效果起到了防止文页松脱的作用,以达到装订可靠的目的。因此使用该装订用U型槽体与各类封面封底及封脊的组合后形成装订封套,用该装订封套使用专用装订机可快速完成文本装订并有效地解决了装订的首要需求--牢靠和方便,使得装订更加可靠、快速和方便。
以上公开的仅为本发明的几个具体实施例,但是本发明并非局限于此,任何本领域的技术人员能思之的变化都应落入本发明的保护范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种装订用U型槽体,其特征在于,包括由钢材料制成的U型槽主体,所述U型槽主体的其中一个上端或两个上端均包裹防脱落用胶带;所述U型槽主体的其中一个上端包裹一圈该防脱落用胶带后形成一单边包裹成型体,所述U型槽主体的两个上端均包裹一圈该防脱落用胶带后形成一双边包裹成型体;所述单边包裹成型体或双边包裹成型体的外表面包裹有包裹物后形成该装订用U型槽体。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的装订用U型槽体,其特征在于,所述U型槽主体由钢板通过冲压机冲压成U型而成的。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的装订用U型槽体,其特征在于,所述防脱落用胶带的材料可以是为橡胶、硅胶或塑胶。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的装订用U型槽体,其特征在于,所述包裹物的材料可以是为纸、布或塑胶。
  5. 一种装订用U型槽体的制作方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
    步骤1,将适合的钢板经冲压机冲压成U型后形成U型槽主体;
    步骤2,将防脱落用胶带包裹在U型槽主体的其中一个上端或两个上端上后形成单边包裹成型体或双边包裹成型体;
    步骤3,通过异形包覆设备将包裹物包裹在单边包裹成型体的外表面或双边包裹成型体的外表面上后,形成装订用U型槽体。
  6. 一种装订用U型槽体的应用,其特征在于,该装订用U型槽体与封底封面封脊结合在一起形成简易型装订用封套;该简易型装订用封套的具体制作方法为:将预制好的封底封面封脊整体居中嵌入装订用U型槽体内,该封底封面封脊的材料为纸或胶片。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的装订用U型槽体的应用,其特征在于,将需要装订的文本一端放入到简易型装订用封套内,再通过压紧式装订机将文本与封套压紧。
  8. 一种装订用U型槽体的应用,其特征在于,该装订用U型槽体与封底封面封脊结合在一起形成精装型装订用封套;该封底封面封脊具有硬度,且采用的是两上端均包裹防脱落用胶带的装订用U型槽体;且该精装型装订 用封套的具体制作方法为:将装订用U型槽体制成平板型后形成平板型结构;所述封底封面封脊的中间部包裹平板型结构,且该平板型结构的两端连接封底封面封脊的两端部后,平板型结构与封底封面封脊两者经液压成型后形成精装型装订封套。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的装订用U型槽体的应用,其特征在于,所述封底封面封脊包括外表面、内表面和两内芯,内芯由纸板制成;所述外表面与内表面的中间部分固定贴合后形成一第一包裹腔,所述平板型结构包裹在该第一包裹腔内,所述外表面与内表面的两端第一部分固定压合后均形成衔接部,所述外表面与内表面的两端第二部分固定贴合后均形成第二包裹腔,每个内芯均包裹在对应的第二包裹腔内;所述第一包裹腔的两端均通过对应的衔接部连接对应的第二包裹腔。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的装订用U型槽体的应用,其特征在于,将需要装订的文本一端放入到精装型装订用封套内,再通过压紧式装订机将文本与封套压紧。
