本申请涉及产品包装技术领域,尤其涉及一种包装组件及包装盒。
背景技术
市场上彩盒里的纸托都只是做为手机的载体,消费者在购买电子产品后,对包装盒的利用率低,纸托没有实现很好的利用价值,造成资源浪费和不环保。
发明内容
本申请提供了一种包装组件及包装盒,使得用于放置移动终端的纸托具有支架功能的增值服务,改善消费者资源循环利用。
本申请提供了一种包装组件,该包装组件包括纸托、与所述纸托层叠设置并连接的纸板,还包括可弯折的卡板;其中,所述纸托背离所述纸板的一面设置有用于固定移动终端的第一凹槽,所述纸板背离所述纸托的一面与所述卡板的一端连接,且所述纸板背离所述纸托的一面还设有与所述卡板的另一端配合的卡槽,所述卡板弯折后,所述卡板的另一端插入所述卡槽内形成支撑所述纸板的支架。

上述实施例中,卡板的一端与纸板连接,另一端在卡板弯折后插入卡槽中形成稳定的三角支架,对与纸板相连接的纸托起到支撑作用,使得纸托不仅具有移动终端载体的功能,同时还具有支架功能,改善了消费者资源循环利用。
下面对该包装组件的结构进行详细地描述。
该包装组件主要包括纸托10、与纸托10层叠设置并连接的纸板20,其中,如图2所示,纸托10背离纸板20的一面设有用于固定移动终端的第一凹槽11,且第一凹槽11的侧壁上还设有用于取出移动终端的第二缺口12,具体可以根据人机工程学对第二缺口12的位置、形状、大小等作相关设计,使第二缺口12满足取用方便等要求,如图1所示,第二缺口12为矩形缺口,且第二缺口12位于第一凹槽11右侧的侧壁上;该包装组件还包括可弯折的卡板30,纸板20背离纸托10的一面与卡板30的一端连接,且纸板20背离纸托10的一面还设有与卡板30的另一端配合的卡槽,卡板30弯折后,卡板30的另一端插入卡槽内形成支撑纸板20的支架。支架可以用于移动终端在柜台上展示或用户观影时做支撑,实现包装的重复利用。
具体设置时,如图3所示,纸板20背离纸托10的一面设有用于容纳卡 板30的第二凹槽21,卡板30的一端与第二凹槽21的侧壁连接形成一体结构,另一端作为自由端,在纸托10不需要支架支撑时,可将卡板30放置于第二凹槽21内,如图4所示,这样减小了包装组件占用的空间;在纸托10需要支架的支撑作用时,将卡板30的自由端取出,弯折后将卡板30的自由端插入纸板20上的卡槽中形成稳定的三角支架,如图1所示,三角支架对纸托10起到支撑作用,便于移动终端在柜台上展示或用户观影时对移动终端的固定。在一个具体的实施方式中,卡槽包括至少一对相对设置的第三凹槽22,每对第三凹槽22设置在第二凹槽21相对的两个侧壁上,相应的,卡板30的另一端设有与其中任意一对第三凹槽22配合的凸起31,具体的,凸起31与卡板30形成T型结构。卡板30弯折后,将凸起31插入一对第三凹槽22中形成支撑纸板20的支架;另外,在将卡板30置于第二凹槽21内时,第二凹槽21相对的两个侧壁上还设有用于容纳凸起31的第四凹槽23。
