본 발명은 평판 도파관의 테두리측 절단면에 2 내지 10㎛의 두께로, 차광막 두께 1.0㎛ 기준으로 0.7 내지 1.0 의 광학밀도(Optical Density, OD)를 가지는 차광막이 형성되어 있는 도파관 및 그의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
