瓷砖找平支架、推紧钳及瓷砖铺平系统
技术领域
本发明涉及一种瓷砖铺设用具,尤其是一种瓷砖找平支架、一种推紧钳及一种瓷砖铺平系统。
背景技术
建筑装修行业中经常使用的瓷砖镶贴工艺,主要是采用传统的手工铺贴方法,常见的地面瓷砖铺贴方法一般分为干铺法和湿铺法两种。
湿铺法是采用水泥砂浆等作为粘合剂,直接将瓷砖粘贴至墙壁或地面上。其不足之处在于,一方面,瓷砖铺贴后的平整度和饱满度相对较差,其粘性也较差,只能适用于粘贴小型瓷砖,局限性较大;另一方面,在粘贴过程中工作量较大,对施工人员技术要求较高,施工效率较低。
干铺法是直接将尺寸及面积较大的瓷砖,如地砖,铺设于平整并干化后的地面上。其不足之处在于,一方面,所需的铺贴材料较厚,对地面平整性要求较高,需要用足够多的水泥将整个地面抹平,对施工人员的技术水平要求较高,浪费材料现象比较严重,如果平整度不够,很容易产生空鼓现象,影响铺贴质量;另一方面,需要等水泥固化并干燥后才能开始铺设瓷砖,铺设后还要用橡皮锤将瓷砖砸实,工艺过程复杂,工作量较大,铺设速度较慢,施工效率较低。
市场上需要有一种能够辅助瓷砖铺贴的设备,可以快速实现瓷砖找平,提高施工效率。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种瓷砖铺平装置,解决现有技术存在的铺平工艺复杂、铺贴效率低、对操作人员技术要求高等问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种瓷砖铺平系统,包括瓷砖找平支架,设于两块相邻瓷砖的连接处;塞块,其一端插入至所述瓷砖找平支架的塞块通孔;以及所述推紧钳,用以将所述塞块推入并卡紧至所述塞块通孔,使得塞块底面与两块瓷砖的上表面相切。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明还提供一种瓷砖找平支架,包括垫片,用以支撑两个相邻瓷砖的底面;插片,突出于所述垫片上表面的中线处,用以插入至两个相邻瓷砖之间的缝隙中;以及可断裂的薄片,位于所述插片下部,且靠近所述垫片;其中,所述插片包括塞块通孔,贯穿所述插片,且被塞块插入;和/或,卡口,设于所述插片一侧或两侧的侧边,其高度大于所述薄片高度。
进一步地,在不同实施例中,所述插片还包括钩状卡块,设于所述插片一侧或两侧的侧边,朝向所述卡口突出;其中,所述卡口的底部为弧线形,所述卡口靠近所述钩状卡块的部分形成钩状卡口部。
进一步地,在不同实施例中,所述插片包括直线形凹槽,下凹于所述插片一侧或两侧的表面,所述直线形凹槽的底部即为所述薄片。
进一步地,在不同实施例中,所述垫片底面为弧形面,其为一圆柱侧面的一部分;所述垫片两端由底面中部向上延伸,用以接触瓷砖底面。

本发明的优点在于,提供一种瓷砖找平支架、一种推紧钳以及一种瓷砖铺平系统,在瓷砖铺贴过程中,利用瓷砖找平支架和塞块支撑相邻两块瓷砖的连接处,使得同一区域内的多块瓷砖的上表面都保持在同一平面上,操作简单方便,有效提高铺贴效率和铺平质量,便于大规模推广应用。

如图1所示,本实施例提供一种瓷砖铺平系统,包括彼此配合使用的瓷砖找平支架1、塞块2以及推紧钳3,用以在瓷砖铺设工程中辅助瓷砖4找平,使得所有瓷砖的上表面位于同一平面上。
在铺设瓷砖的施工过程中,用户可以根据需要在地面或墙面上涂覆水泥、瓷砖胶等粘合剂,然后按顺序将多块瓷砖铺设在地面或墙面上,在铺设过程中,在任意两块相邻瓷砖4的连接处放置一个瓷砖找平支架1,以方形瓷砖为例,其四条边上都需要设置一个瓷砖找平支架1。
如图2~4所示,瓷砖找平支架1包括一体设置的垫片11与插片12,插片12突出于垫片11上表面的中线处,瓷砖找平支架1的纵向截面近似于倒置的T字形。垫片11设于两个相邻瓷砖4的下方,插片12插入至两个相邻瓷砖4之间的缝隙中。
垫片11的底面为弧形面,其为一圆柱侧面的一部分。垫片11两端由底面中部向上平顺地延伸,垫片11两端的顶部设有加强筋14 以接触并支撑两个相邻瓷砖4的底面,垫片11设有两个以上的垫片通孔15,贯穿垫片11,在瓷砖找平过程中,瓷砖4下方的粘合剂会从垫片通孔15进入至垫片11与瓷砖4下表面围成的空间内,在粘合剂固化过程中,垫片11与两块瓷砖4被固定为一体。
如图4~5所示,插片12中部设有塞块通孔16,塞块通孔16贯穿插片12,可以被一塞块2插入其中。塞块2的纵向截面为楔形,其包括塞块底面21及塞块顶面22,塞块底面21为一平面;塞块顶面22为一倾斜的平面,与塞块底面21的夹角为锐角,优选20~30度。塞块顶面22设有突出的两个以上锯齿23,多个锯齿排成同一直线。每一锯齿23包括锯齿竖直面24和锯齿倾斜面25,锯齿竖直面24与塞块底面21垂直,锯齿倾斜面25的倾斜角与塞块顶面22的倾斜角一致。
如图1所示,瓷砖找平支架1装配至两个相邻瓷砖4之间的缝隙中之后,塞块2较低的一端可以插入至塞块通孔16内,塞块2较高的一端的横截面为半圆形。用户可以利用推紧钳3将塞块2尽量推入至塞块通孔16,使得插片12可以卡合至塞块顶面22上的两个锯齿之间的锯齿键隙中,从而将两块瓷砖4的位置锁定。在塞块2逐步推入至塞块通孔16的过程中,垫片11相对瓷砖4发生小范围移动,将瓷砖4托起;两块瓷砖4的高度发生微调,使得塞块底面21与两块瓷砖4的上表面相切,此时,瓷砖4下方的粘合剂并未固化,可通过垫片通孔15流动至垫片11与瓷砖4围成的空间内,待粘合剂固化后,垫片11与瓷砖4被固定为一体。由于塞块底面21为平面,因此两块瓷砖4的上表面必然也位于同一平面内,如此即可完成这两块瓷砖的找平过程。
本实施例中,瓷砖4为矩形或正方形,其四条边与其他瓷砖的连接处都可以参照上述方法分别设置一个瓷砖找平支架1,以此类推,在施工现场铺设的所有瓷砖的上表面都可以被多个瓷砖找平支架1定位于同一平面上,之后静置一段时间,使得粘合剂(水泥、瓷砖胶等)固化。
如图2~3所示,插片12下部靠近垫片11处设有可断裂的薄片13,薄片13为插片12的一部分,其形状为一条有一定宽度的直线,用户可以沿着该直线将薄片13撕扯断裂,进而将插片12从此撕裂处被分为上下两个部分。薄片13的高度基本与瓷砖4下表面平齐。
插片12还包括直线形凹槽17,下凹于插片12一侧或两侧的表面,直线形凹槽17的底部即为薄片13。薄片13一侧或两侧的凹槽结构使得薄片13的厚度比较薄,其厚度一般为1~2mm左右,这种凹槽结构使得薄片13便于撕裂。当粘合剂固化后,用户可以用普通的钳类工具将插片12的上部从薄片13处暴力折断或撕裂。
如图4所示,本实施例中,插片12一侧的侧边设有一个卡口18,或者,插片12两侧的侧边分别设有一个卡口18,卡口18的高度大于薄片13的高度。插片12还包括钩状卡块19,设于插片11一侧或两侧的侧边,朝向卡口18突出;卡口18底部的纵向截面为弧线形,卡口18靠近钩状卡块19的部分形成钩状卡口部20。卡口18底部为可与推紧钳3的钩角部351外缘配合的接触边,卡口18底部的纵向截面为弧线形,该弧线形接触边的开口端(即钩状卡块19)向下方弯曲。
用户可以用小型羊角锤之类的起拔工具,将插片12的上部从薄片13处拔除,具体地说,是使用起拔工具的倒钩结构卡入至卡口18,利用杠杆原理,将薄片13以上的部分插片拔除。本实施例中,在推进钳3中设置了起拔装置,起拔装置具有钩状卡口部20,可以卡合至卡口18,快捷有效地拔除部分插片,在下文中会有详细说明。
在瓷砖铺设施工中,待水泥、瓷砖胶等粘合剂固化后,将所有瓷砖找平支架1的插片12从薄片13处折断,插片12上半部及塞块2被取下并清理之后,将所有瓷砖之间的缝隙填平,即可完成瓷砖铺设的全部工序,操作简单,可有效减少施工流程,提高施工效率。
本实施例中,推紧钳3用以将塞块2推入并卡紧至塞块通孔16,使得塞块底面21与两块瓷砖4的上表面相切。
如图6~7所示,推紧钳3包括第一部件31、第二部件32及轴销33。第一部件31包括第一夹持部311及第一手持部312; 第二部件32包括第二夹持部321及第二手持部322;其中,第二夹持部311通过轴销33可转动式连接至第一夹持部311。第一夹持部311顶端设有第一夹持块313,第二夹持部321顶端设有第二夹持块323,第二夹持块323与第一夹持块313位于同一高度且相对设置。
第一夹持块313、第二夹持块323彼此相对的内侧面可以设有夹齿34,第一夹持块313的夹齿34与第二夹持块323相对设置;第二夹持块323的夹齿34与第一夹持块313相对设置,也可以说,第一夹持块313的夹齿34与第二夹持块323的夹齿34相对设置,两个夹持块彼此相对的内侧面为夹持面,夹齿34可以增大夹持面与被夹持物表面的摩擦系数,防止被夹持物滑出。
如图1、图6~7所示,本实施例中,第一夹持块313的内侧壁设有一下凹的夹持凹槽314,其槽口方向朝向第二夹持块323;第二夹持块323设有一夹持通槽324,横向贯穿整个第二夹持块323,夹持通槽324与夹持凹槽314相对设置且位于同一直线上。第二夹持块323在夹持通槽324两侧及底部的部分形成分叉形的结构,包括两个分叉部,夹持通槽324位于两个分叉部之间,夹齿34设于两个分叉部内侧的夹持面上。
如图9所示,夹持通槽324与夹持凹槽314用于将塞块2在瓷砖找平支架1的塞块通孔16中被推紧。当塞块2较低的一端被推入至塞块通孔16时,用户将推紧钳3倒持并张开,将塞块2较高的一端放置于夹持凹槽314内,将塞块2较低的一端放置于夹持通槽324内,然后用力将两个手持部312、322合拢。推紧钳3在合拢过程中时,第一夹持块313将塞块2较高的一端向塞块通孔16内推动,第二夹持块323分叉部顶在插片12的一侧,塞块2较低的一端从夹持通槽324内滑过,将塞块2紧固在塞块通孔16中,使得插片12可以卡合至塞块顶面22上的某一锯齿,从而将两块瓷砖4的位置锁定。
本实施例中,推紧钳3还包括起拔装置35,用以破坏瓷砖找平支架1的薄片13,将插片12在薄片13上方的部分拔除。
如图6~7 所示,起拔装置35包括钩角部351和圆角部352。钩角部351呈倒钩状突出于第一夹持块313的外侧壁,钩角部351外缘为一平顺的平面或弧形曲面,设于第一夹持块313的侧壁与顶部的连接处;圆角部352设于第二夹持块323的侧壁与顶部的连接处,两个分叉部各有一个圆角部352。或者,钩角部351呈倒钩状突出于第二夹持块323的外侧壁,两个分叉部向外突出并延伸出一个钩角部351,钩角部351外缘为一平顺的平面或弧形曲面,设于第二夹持块323的侧壁与顶部的连接处;圆角部352设于第一夹持块313的侧壁与顶部的连接处。
本实施例中,插片12两侧的侧边分别设有一个卡口18及一个钩状卡块19,钩状卡块19设于卡口18上部且向卡口18突出,卡口18靠近钩状卡块19的部分形成钩状卡口部20。卡口18底部为可与推紧钳3的钩角部351外缘配合的接触边,卡口18底部的纵向截面为弧线形,该弧线形接触边的开口端(即钩状卡块19)向下方弯曲。
在瓷砖铺设过程中,在粘合剂固化后,垫片11及瓷砖4都被粘合剂固定住,用户可以利用推紧钳3的起拔装置35将插片12的上半部去除。如图10 所示,首先,用户需要将推紧钳3合拢并锁定,将起拔装置35的钩角部351卡入至插片12侧边的卡口18,钩角部351的外缘顺着卡口18接触边滑动,钩角部351卡入至钩状卡口部20处,起拔装置35的圆角部352置于瓷砖4上表面,根据杠杆原理,用户可以以圆角部352为支点,将插片12的上半部向上拉,由于插片12的下部靠近垫片11处设有可断裂的薄片13,插片12上部受到向上的力时,薄片13被撕裂或被拉断,从而将薄片13以上的插片12部分去除。若是薄片13受力后只是被撕裂而不是完全被撕断,由于插片12两侧都设有卡口18,用户可以从另一侧再重复上述操作,直至将插片12的上部完全去除。
如图6~7 所示,本实施例中,推紧钳3还包括弹性件36,其一端连接至第一夹持部311,其另一端连接至第二夹持部321;或者,其一端连接至第一手持部312,其另一端连接至第二手持部322。推紧钳3的第一部件31和第二部件32,相对合拢时只需用户单手向内侧发力即可,但相对张开时,需要用户同时使用双手,操作比较不便。安装于第一部件31和第二部件32之间的弹性件36,可以使得第一部件31和第二部件32之间存在一定的向外张力,从而使用户单手即可实现张开及合拢的操作。
优选地,本实施例还包括第一导向柱361及第二导向柱362,分别设于两个手持部312、322相对的两个侧面。第一导向柱361突出于第一手持部312内侧面;第二导向柱362突出于第二手持部322内侧面,第二导向柱362与第一导向柱361相对设置。弹性件36优选一螺旋弹簧,其一端套设于第一导向柱361,其另一端套设于第二导向柱362。在其他变形实施例中,也可以分别将两个导向柱361、362设于两个夹持部311、321相对的两个侧面,第一导向柱361突出于第一夹持部311内侧面;第二导向柱362突出于第二夹持部321内侧面,第二导向柱362与第一导向柱361相对设置。
如图6~8 所示,本实施例中,推紧钳3还包括锁定装置37,用以切换推紧钳37的张合状态,所述张合状态包括合拢状态及张开状态;当锁定装置37被锁定时,推紧钳3处于合拢状态;当锁定装置37被解除锁定时,推紧钳3处于张开状态。
本实施例中,推紧钳3还包括第一弯折部315及第二弯折部325,皆套设于轴销外部,使得第二部件32通过轴销33铰接至第一部件31。第一弯折部315为第一夹持部311的一部分,第二弯折部325为第二夹持部321的一部分。
如图6~10所示,锁定装置37包括锁定槽371、锁定件372以及阻挡块373。锁定件372与阻挡块373分别设于两个夹持部的末端,靠近手持部处。
本实施例中,优选地,锁定槽371设于第一弯折部315外侧壁,锁定件372可转动式装配至第二夹持部321末端的表面,且与锁定槽371相对设置。阻挡块373设于第一夹持部311末端的表面,且与第二弯折部325相对设置;当推紧钳的张角最大时,阻挡块373接触第二弯折部325外侧壁。
如图8所示,锁定件372包括锁定件本体3721,锁定卡块3722以及拨片3723。锁定件本体3721可以为金属片,通过第二轴销3724可转动式连接至第一夹持部311或第二夹持部321末端。锁定件372与第一夹持部311或第二夹持部321之间设有一垫圈3725,锁定件372与夹持部311、321皆为金属制成,垫圈3725可以辅助二者发生相对转动,减少部件磨损。锁定卡块3722突出于锁定件本体3721表面的前端,当锁定卡块3722卡入至锁定槽371时,锁定装置37被锁定;当锁定卡块3722脱离锁定槽371时,锁定装置37被解除锁定。拨片3723突出于且垂直于锁定件本体3721表面,用户可以用手指拨动拨片3723带动锁定件本体3721转动,使得锁定卡块3722卡入或脱离锁定槽371。
当推紧钳3需要由合拢状态调整为张开状态时,用户可以先将两个手持部进一步合拢,然后逆时针旋转拨片3723,使得锁定卡块3722从锁定槽371中脱离出来,从而解除锁定,在弹性件36(螺旋弹簧)的作用下,两个夹持部被张开。
当推紧钳3需要由张开状态调整为合拢状态时,用户可以先将两个手持部合拢,然后顺时针旋转拨片3723,使得锁定卡块3722卡入至锁定槽371内,从而将两个夹持部锁定为合拢状态。
类似地,锁定槽371也可以设于第二弯折部325外侧壁,锁定件372可转动式装配至第一夹持部311末端的表面,且与锁定槽371相对设置。阻挡块373设于第二夹持部321末端的表面,且与第一弯折部315相对设置;当推紧钳的张角最大时,阻挡块373接触第二弯折部315外侧壁。
本实施例提供一种瓷砖找平支架、一种推紧钳以及一种瓷砖铺平系统,在瓷砖铺贴过程中,利用瓷砖找平支架和塞块支撑相邻两块瓷砖的连接处,使得同一区域内的多块瓷砖的上表面都保持在同一平面上,操作简单方便,有效提高铺贴效率和铺平质量,便于大规模推广应用。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施例,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,本技术领域的普通技术人员还可以对上述技术方案做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种瓷砖找平支架,其特征在于,包括
    垫片,用以支撑两个相邻瓷砖的底面;
    插片,突出于所述垫片上表面的中线处,用以插入至两个相邻瓷砖之间的缝隙中;以及
    可断裂的薄片,位于所述插片下部,且靠近所述垫片;
    其中,所述插片包括
    塞块通孔,贯穿所述插片,被塞块插入;和/或,
    卡口,设于所述插片一侧或两侧的侧边,其高度大于所述薄片高度。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的瓷砖找平支架,其特征在于,所述插片还包括
    钩状卡块,设于所述插片一侧或两侧的侧边,朝向所述卡口突出;
    其中,所述卡口的底部为弧线形,所述卡口靠近所述钩状卡块的部分形成钩状卡口部。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的瓷砖找平支架,其特征在于,所述插片包括
    直线形凹槽,下凹于所述插片一侧或两侧的表面,所述直线形凹槽的底部即为所述薄片。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的瓷砖找平支架,其特征在于,
    所述垫片底面为弧形面,其为一圆柱侧面的一部分;
    所述垫片两端由底面中部向上延伸,用以接触瓷砖底面。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的瓷砖找平支架,其特征在于,所述垫片包括
    加强筋,设于所述垫片两端的顶部;和/或,
    垫片通孔,贯穿所述垫片。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的瓷砖找平支架,其特征在于,
    所述塞块的纵向截面为楔形,其包括
    塞块底面,其为一平面;
    塞块顶面,其为一倾斜的平面,与所述塞块底面的夹角为锐角;以及
    两个以上锯齿,突出于所述塞块顶面,且排成同一直线;每一锯齿包括锯齿竖直面和锯齿倾斜面,所述锯齿竖直面与所述塞块底面垂直。
  7. 一种推紧钳,包括
    第一部件,包括第一夹持部及第一手持部;
    第二部件,包括第二夹持部及第二手持部;以及
    轴销,所述第二夹持部通过所述轴销可转动式连接至所述第一夹持部;
    其特征在于,还包括
    第一夹持块,设于所述第一夹持部顶端,
    第二夹持块,设于所述第二夹持部顶端,与所述第一夹持块相对设置;
    夹持凹槽,下凹于所述第一夹持块的内侧壁,其槽口方向朝向所述第二夹持块;以及
    夹持通槽,贯穿所述第二夹持块,且与所述夹持凹槽相对设置。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的推紧钳,其特征在于,还包括
    起拔装置,用以破坏瓷砖找平支架的薄片,将在薄片上方的插片部分拔除。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的推紧钳,其特征在于,
    所述起拔装置包括
    钩角部,呈倒钩状突出于所述第一夹持块的外侧壁;以及
    圆角部,设于所述第二夹持块的侧壁与顶部的连接处;或者,
    所述起拔装置包括
    钩角部,呈倒钩状突出于所述第二夹持块的外侧壁;以及
    圆角部,设于所述第一夹持块的侧壁与顶部的连接处。
  10. 如权利要求7所述的推紧钳,其特征在于,还包括
    夹齿,设于所述第一夹持块的内侧面,与所述第二夹持块相对设置;
    和/或,设于所述第二夹持块的内侧面,与所述第一夹持块相对设置。
  11. 如权利要求7所述的推紧钳,其特征在于,还包括
    弹性件,其一端连接至所述第一夹持部,其另一端连接至所述第二夹持部;或者,其一端连接至所述第一手持部,其另一端连接至所述第二手持部。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的推紧钳,其特征在于,还包括
    第一导向柱,突出于所述第一夹持部侧面;
    第二导向柱,突出于所述第二夹持部侧面,且与所述第一导向柱相对设置;
    其中,所述弹性件为螺旋弹簧,其一端套设于所述第一导向柱,其另一端套设于所述第二导向柱。
  13. 如权利要求11所述的推紧钳,其特征在于,还包括
    第一导向柱,突出于所述第一手持部侧面;
    第二导向柱,突出于所述第二手持部侧面,且与所述第一导向柱相对设置;
    其中,所述弹性件为螺旋弹簧,其一端套设于所述第一导向柱,其另一端套设于所述第二导向柱。
  14. 如权利要求7所述的推紧钳,其特征在于,还包括
    锁定装置,用以切换所述推紧钳的张合状态;
    当所述锁定装置被锁定时,所述推紧钳处于合拢状态;
    当所述锁定装置被解除锁定时,所述推紧钳处于张开状态。
  15. 如权利要求7所述的推紧钳,其特征在于,还包括
    第一弯折部,其为所述第一夹持部的一部分,套设于所述轴销外部;以及
    第二弯折部,其为所述第二夹持部的一部分,套设于所述轴销外部。
  16. 如权利要求14所述的推紧钳,其特征在于,所述锁定装置包括
    锁定槽,设于第一弯折部外侧壁;
    锁定件,可转动式装配至所述第二夹持部末端的表面,且与所述锁定槽相对设置;以及
    阻挡块,设于所述第一夹持部末端的表面,且与第二弯折部相对设置;当所述推紧钳的张角最大时,所述阻挡块接触所述第二弯折部外侧壁。
  17. 如权利要求14所述的推紧钳,其特征在于,所述锁定装置包括
    锁定槽,设于第二弯折部外侧壁;
    锁定件,可转动式装配至所述第一夹持部末端的表面,且与所述锁定槽相对设置;以及
    阻挡块,设于所述第二夹持部末端的表面,且与第一弯折部相对设置;当所述推紧钳的张角最大时,所述阻挡块接触所述第一弯折部外侧壁。
  18. 如权利要求16或17所述的推紧钳,其特征在于,所述锁定件包括
    锁定件本体,通过第二轴销可转动式连接至第一夹持部或第二夹持部末端;
    锁定卡块,突出于所述锁定件本体表面;以及
    拨片,突出于所述锁定件本体表面,用以带动锁定件本体转动。
  19. 如权利要求18所述的推紧钳,其特征在于,
    当所述锁定卡块卡入至所述锁定槽时,所述锁定装置被锁定;
    当所述锁定卡块脱离所述锁定槽时,所述锁定装置被解除锁定。
  20. 一种瓷砖铺平系统,包括
    如权利要求1-6中任一项所述的瓷砖找平支架,设于两块相邻瓷砖的连接处;
    塞块,其一端插入至所述瓷砖找平支架的塞块通孔; 以及
    如权利要求7-19中任一项所述的推紧钳,用以将所述塞块推入并卡紧至所述塞块通孔,使得塞块底面与两块瓷砖的上表面相切。
