现在的自行车电池都是一些外置电池,电池都安放在车外,露在外面,这种电池在使用过程中比较麻烦,线路比较混乱,走线麻烦;电池安放在外边固定不稳定,容易损坏,在行车过程中遇到颠簸路面还会发出响声;对于一些公路自行车来说,由于电池安放在外面,风阻加大,所以也会影响到行车时的车速。

本实用新型针对现有技术以上技术缺陷,提供了一种自行车内置电池组的装配结构,通过固定套件将电池组固定,从而使电池组稳定固定、减小了风阻;并且设置线路从电池组内部通过,简化了电路走线。

碗盖2、套环4和顶盖6依次连接,碗盖螺丝1穿过碗盖2和紧缩螺丝5连接,碗盖螺丝1将碗盖2和套环4固定在紧缩螺丝上。

最后用碗盖螺丝1将碗盖2和套环4与固定套件连接固定即可。
