Description

绝缘的多角度棘轮起子 技术领域
本发明有关于一种绝缘的多角度棘轮起子,尤指一种整只绝缘的摆头式棘轮起子。
背景技术
目前现有的棘轮起子,如中国台湾2001年4月1日所核准专利公告号第428515号的「复棘轮结构及摆头」,该申请日期为2000年8月8日,而由附件的申请专利范围及图式中可分析得知,其尚有下述的问题:(一)其各部零件均未有效绝缘,该在电气环境中使用存在有触电的危险;(二)其控制轴需配合一钢珠进行使用,才能在衔接件摆头后,以该控制轴顶推钢珠迫入衔接件的定位槽中,而该额外增设的钢珠实会让整体结构更显复杂,通过钢珠以四分之一球面进行卡固,还有接触范围过小,稳定度相对不佳的问题。
发明内容
针对现有技术中棘轮起子定位力不佳、且无法绝缘的技术问题,本发明提供一种绝缘的多角度棘轮起子。
本发明提供一种绝缘的多角度棘轮起子,包括:一握柄、一弹簧、一压钮、一驱动头与一枢接件,该枢接件外部盖设有一以绝缘材质制成的封盖,所述握柄外露的金属部分、压钮外露的金属部分以及驱动头外露的金属部分上均包覆有一绝缘层,其中:
握柄一端伸出有一结合座,该结合座具有一旋动口,结合座的一侧边设有通过所述旋动口的一第一枢孔与一容槽,该容槽与握柄相邻设置,所述弹簧与压钮能够安装于该容槽中;
压钮具有一第一端与一第二端,在第一端与第二端之间于压钮底缘形成有一闪避缺口,当弹簧与压钮水平放入握柄的容槽,使弹簧撑抵在容槽与压钮的第二端之间,且所述压钮能够内缩,所述闪避缺口对正于旋动口;
驱动头具有一本体部,本体部上设有受控于棘轮装置的一接杆,在本体部相异于接杆伸出的一端上设有一齿轮凸体,齿轮凸体一侧在相连两个凸齿部之间均连接有一挡缘,所述齿轮凸体中央贯穿有一第二枢孔,该驱动头利用齿轮凸体放入握柄的旋动口,使齿轮凸体的第二枢孔能够与旋动口的第一枢孔保持相对,所述枢接件穿置于该第一枢孔和该第二枢孔中,使驱动头借由齿轮凸体在握柄的结合座上获得枢组,所述压钮能够卡入齿轮凸体其中二凸齿部所形成的凹部中,并抵止在挡缘上,所述封盖盖设并封闭第一枢孔。
其中,所述枢接件利用螺锁的方式与握柄的第一枢孔结合。
本发明对照现有技术具有以下优点:
(一)本发明提供绝缘的多角度棘轮起子,其握柄、压钮与驱动头外露的金属部上均包覆有一绝缘层,因此将能达到整只完全绝缘的效果,该在电气环境中使用相对安全。
(二)本发明提供绝缘的多角度棘轮起子,其通过压钮卡入于凹部,配合挡缘的抵止,将能达到多平面的接触,该对于驱动头于卡止后的稳定度具有显著的提升。

首先,请由图1至图3所示,本发明提供一种绝缘的多角度棘轮起子,其包含有:一握柄10、一弹簧20、一压钮30、一驱动头40与一枢接件50,该枢接件50配合使用有一以绝缘材质制成的封盖60,所述握柄10、压钮30与驱动头40外露的金属部分上则均包覆有一绝缘层70,其中,握柄10一端伸出有一结合座11,该结合座11具有一旋动口12,结合座11的一侧边设有通过所述旋动口12的一第一枢孔13与一容槽14,该容槽14与握柄10相邻设置,让弹簧20与压钮30能依序放入于该容槽14中安装,压钮30具有一第一端31与一第二端32,第一端31与第二端32之间在压钮30底缘形成有一闪避缺口33,当弹簧20与压钮30水平放入握柄10的容槽14使,让弹簧20撑抵在容槽14与压钮30的第二端32之间,并持续对压钮30的第一端31进行按压时,使所述压钮30能顺利内缩,通过闪避缺口33对正于旋动口12,驱动头40具有一本体部41,本体部41上设有受控于棘轮装置42的一接杆43,该接杆43是用来提供起子工具头连接,借由棘轮装置42的操控,让接杆43能被双向卡住或产生单向的空转,在本体部41相异于接杆43伸出的一端上则设有一齿轮凸体44,齿轮凸体44一侧在相邻两个凸齿部441之间均连接有一挡缘442,所述齿轮凸体44中央贯穿有一第二枢孔443,该驱动头40利用齿轮凸体44放入握柄10的旋动口12中,让齿轮凸体44的第二枢孔443能与旋动口12的第一枢孔13保持相对,利用所述枢接件50穿置在该第一枢孔13、第二枢孔443中,使驱动头40能借由齿轮凸体44在握柄10的结合座11上获得枢组,枢组后再将压钮30放开,让压钮30能受弹簧20弹力的回推,掣动闪避缺口33错开握柄10的旋动口12,使压钮30能顺势卡入齿轮凸体44,其中二凸齿部441所形成的凹部中,并抵止在挡缘442上,借由封盖60的盖设,对握柄10的第一枢孔13进行封闭,则使枢接件50能完全内藏而不外露,该相对能达到整只绝缘的效果。
本发明提供一种绝缘的多角度棘轮起子,其中,所述枢接件50利用螺锁的方式与握柄10的第一枢孔13结合。
其实际使用时,利用压钮30第一端31的按压,请同时由图4所示,掣动闪避缺口33对正于旋动口12,让齿轮凸体44能暂时脱离压钮30卡固,以顺利在握柄10上摆头,该相对能用来改变螺锁时的使用角度,让棘轮起子的操作可更顺手,调整后再将压钮30放开,让压钮30能重新卡入其中二凸齿部441所形成的凹部中,请同时由图4、图5及图6所示,并在齿轮凸体44的挡缘442上获得抵止,通过该压钮30卡入于凹部,配合挡缘442的抵止,将能达到多平面的接触,该对于驱动头40于卡止后的稳定度具有 显著的提升。
借上述具体实施例的结构,可得到下述效果:(一)其握柄10、压钮30与驱动头40外露的金属部上均包覆有一绝缘层70,因此将能达到整只完全绝缘的效果,该在电气环境中使用相对安全;(二)其通过压钮30卡入于凹部,配合挡缘442的抵止,将能达到多平面的接触,该对于驱动头40于卡止后的稳定度具有显著的提升。

  1. 一种绝缘的多角度棘轮起子,其特征在于,包括:一握柄、一弹簧、一压钮、一驱动头与一枢接件,该枢接件外部盖设有一以绝缘材质制成的封盖,所述握柄外露的金属部分、压钮外露的金属部分以及驱动头外露的金属部分上均包覆有一绝缘层,其中:握柄一端伸出有一结合座,该结合座具有一旋动口,结合座的一侧边设有通过所述旋动口的一第一枢孔与一容槽,该容槽与握柄相邻设置,所述弹簧与压钮能够安装于该容槽中;
    压钮具有一第一端与一第二端,在第一端与第二端之间于压钮底缘形成有一闪避缺口,当弹簧与压钮水平放入握柄的容槽,使弹簧撑抵在容槽与压钮的第二端之间,且所述压钮能够内缩,所述闪避缺口对正于旋动口;
    驱动头具有一本体部,本体部上设有受控于棘轮装置的一接杆,在本体部相异于接杆伸出的一端上设有一齿轮凸体,齿轮凸体一侧在相连两个凸齿部之间均连接有一挡缘,所述齿轮凸体中央贯穿有一第二枢孔,该驱动头利用齿轮凸体放入握柄的旋动口,使齿轮凸体的第二枢孔能够与旋动口的第一枢孔保持相对,所述枢接件穿置于该第一枢孔和该第二枢孔中,使驱动头借由齿轮凸体在握柄的结合座上获得枢组,所述压钮能够卡入齿轮凸体其中二凸齿部所形成的凹部中,并抵止在挡缘上,所述封盖盖设并封闭第一枢孔。
