접이식 담배갑 케이스
본 발명은 접이식 담배 케이스에 관한 것으로, 좀 더 상세하게는 몸체 또는 덮개의 측면부를 가압할 경우, 몸체의 측면부들이 접히면서 담배갑의 수납공간이 형성되고, 동시에 덮개의 측면부들이 접히면서 덮개 상면에 구비된 체결부들이 서로 체결됨에 따라 담배갑의 상부를 덮을 수 있도록 공간부가 형성됨으로써 조립이 간편하며, 내부에 담배갑이 통째로 수납됨에 따라 담배를 보호할 수 있음은 물론, 담배갑에 부착된 경고 그림 등을 시각적으로 가릴 수 있어 노출에 대한 심리적인 부담감을 줄일 수 있는 접이식 담배갑 케이스에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로, 담배 케이스는 등록실용신안공보 제20-0326408호(공개일 2003.09.19)에 개시된 바와같이 담배를 옷이나 가방 등에 보관하여 담배가 손상되거나 파손되는 것을 방지하기 위한 담배 보관용 케이스이다.
종래의 담배 보관용 케이스는 케이스 본체와 케이스 본체의 개구부를 개폐하기 위한 케이스 덮개가 힌지핀을 통하여 연결되는 구조로 이루어진 기술이었다.
하지만, 종래기술은 담배가 손상되거나 파손되는 것을 방지하기 위해 담배갑 내에 있는 담배를 모두 꺼내어 옮기는 과정이 수반되기 때문에 번거로운 문제점 있으며, 담배를 옮기는 과정이나 담배를 인출할 때에 담배 가루가 떨어지기 때문에 이를 항상 관리해야 하는 불편한 문제점이 있었다.
또한, 담배 구입시 포함된 담배갑에 담배를 그대로 수납한 채로 사용하는 경우, 담배갑에 혐오스러운 경고 그림 또는 사진 등을 의무적으로 삽입시키는 정책이 2016년 12월 23일부터 우리나라에서도 시행되기 때문에 이러한 경고 그림 등이 시각적으로 흡연자뿐만 아니라, 어린아이 또는 노약자 등의 주변사람에게도 그대로 노출될 수 있어 이를 방지하기 위한 담배 보관용 케이스가 요구되고 있다.
본 발명은 상기 문제점을 해결하기 위해 창작된 것으로써, 본 발명의 목적은 몸체 또는 덮개의 측면부를 가압할 경우, 몸체의 측면부들이 접히면서 담배갑의 수납공간이 형성되고, 동시에 덮개의 측면부들이 접히면서 덮개 상면에 구비된 체결부들이 서로 체결됨에 따라 담배갑의 상부를 덮을 수 있도록 공간부가 형성됨으로써 조립이 간편하며, 내부에 담배갑이 통째로 수납됨에 따라 담배를 보호할 수 있음은 물론, 담배갑에 부착된 경고 그림 등을 시각적으로 가릴 수 있어 노출에 대한 심리적인 부담감을 줄일 수 있는 접이식 담배갑 케이스를 제공하는데 있다.
상기 목적 달성을 위한 본 발명의 기술적 사상에 따른 접이식 담배갑 케이스는, 담배갑이 수납되도록 하단부가 개방되고, 내부에 상기 담배갑의 수납공간이 형성되는 몸체 및 하단부가 개방되고, 내부에 상기 수납공간에 수납된 담배갑의 상부를 덮기 위한 공간부가 형성되는 덮개를 포함하되, 상기 몸체에는 복수의 몸체 측면부들이 형성되어 상기 몸체 측면부들이 접히면서 내부에 상기 수납공간이 형성되도록 구성하며, 상기 덮개에는 복수의 덮개 측면부들과, 덮개 상면에 제 1, 2 체결부가 형성되어 상기 덮개 측면부들이 접히면서 상기 제 1, 2 체결부가 서로 체결됨에 따라 내부에 상기 공간부가 형성되도록 구성한다.
상기 몸체 측면부는 한쌍의 제 1, 2 장측면과, 한쌍의 제 1, 2 단측면을 포함하며, 상기 제 1 장측면과 제 1 단측면의 경계에는 제 1 접힘선 및 상기 제 2 장측면과 제 2 단측면의 경계에는 제 2 접힘선이 형성되어, 상기 제 1, 2 접힘선을 양측에서 가압할 경우 상기 수납공간이 형성되는 구성이다.

도 1은 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 접이식 담배갑 케이스를 도시한 사시도이며, 도 2는 본 발명의 다른 실시예에 따른 접이식 담배갑 케이스를 도시한 사시도이고, 도 3은 본 발명의 다른 실시예에 따른 접이식 담배갑 케이스와 이에 수납되는 담배갑을 도시한 분해사시도이며, 도 4는 본 발명의 다른 실시예에 따른 접이식 담배갑 케이스와 이에 수납된 담배갑의 수납상태를 도시한 사시도이고, 도 5는 본 발명의 다른 실시예에 따른 접이식 담배갑 케이스를 도시한 전개도이며, 도 6은 본 발명의 다른 실시예에 따른 접이식 담배갑 케이스의 덮개 상면을 도시한 평면도이다.
도 1 내지 도 6을 참조하여 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 접이식 담배갑 케이스(10)는 몸체(100) 및 덮개(200)를 포함하여 구성될 수 있다.
여기서, 몸체(100)는 담배갑(20)이 수납되도록 하단부(120)가 개방되고, 내부에 담배갑(20)의 수납공간(101)이 형성되는 구성이며, 덮개(200)는 하면측이 개방되고, 내부에 수납공간(101)에 수납된 담배갑(20)의 상부를 덮기 위한 공간부(201)가 형성되는 구성이다.
이러한 덮개(200)에는 복수의 덮개 측면부(210)들이 형성되어 덮개 측면부(210)들이 접히면서 제 1, 2 체결부(230, 240)가 서로 체결됨에 따라 덮개(200)의 내부에 담배갑(20)의 상부(덮개)를 덮기 위한 공간부(201)가 형성되도록 구성할 수 있다.
즉, 본 발명의 담배갑 케이스(10)는 도1 및 도2에 도시된 바와 같이, 몸체(100)와 덮개(200)는 전체적인 형상이 몸체(100)의 하단부(120)가 개방된 직육면체로 형상으로 담배갑(20)의 형상과 유사하게 마련되는 것이다. 따라서, 몸체(100)에 담배갑(20)이 수납될 경우 담배갑(20)의 외측면에 부착된 경고 그림 또는 사진 등을 흡연자가 볼 수 없도록 구성되는 것이다.
좀 더 구체적으로, 몸체 측면부(110)는 도5에 도시된 바와 같이, 한쌍의 제 1, 2 장측면(111, 112)과, 한쌍의 제 1, 2 단측면(113, 114)을 포함할 수 있으며, 제 1, 2 장측면(111, 112)과 제 1, 2 단측면(113, 114)의 경계에는 각각 제 1, 2 접힘선(115, 116)이 형성될 수 있다. 즉, 제 1 장측면(111)과 제 1 단측면(113)의 경계에는 제 1 접힘선(115)이 형성되고, 제 2 장측면(112)과 제 2 단측면(114)의 경계에는 제 2 접힘선(116)이 형성되는 것이다.
이러한 제 1, 2 접힘선(115, 116)을 양측에서 가압할 경우 몸체(100)의 내부에 수납공간(101)이 형성되는 것이다.
한편, 덮개 측면부(220)는 도5에 도시된 바와 같이, 몸체 측면부(120)와 마찬가지로, 한쌍의 제 3, 4 장측면(211, 212)과, 한쌍의 제 3, 4 단측면(213, 214)을 포함할 수 있으며, 제 3, 4 장측면(211, 212)과 제 3, 4 단측면(213, 214)의 경계에는 각각 제 3, 4 접힘선(215, 216)이 형성될 수 있다. 즉, 제 3 장측면(211)과 제 3 단측면(213)의 경계에는 제 3 접힘선(215)이 형성되고, 제 4 장측면(212)과 제 4 단측면(214)의 경계에는 제 4 접힘선(216)이 형성되는 것이다.
이러한 제 3, 4 접힘선(215, 216)을 도6의 (a)에 도시된 바와 같이, 양측에서 가압할 경우 제 1, 2 체결부(230, 240)가 서로 엇갈리면서 체결됨에 따라 도6의 (b)에 도시된 바와 같이, 덮개 상면(220)이 형성됨으로써 덮개(200)의 내부에 공간부(201)가 형성될 수 있다.
또한, 제 1, 2 체결부(230, 240)는 도5 및 도6에 도시된 바와 같이, 각각 제 3, 4 장측면(211, 212)으로부터 연장 형성되는 제 1, 2 체결면(231, 241)과, 제 1, 2 체결면(231, 241)의 일측으로부터 돌출 형성되어 3, 4 접힘선(215, 216)을 양측에 가압할 때에 제 1, 2 체결부(230, 240)가 서로 체결되도록 가이드하는 제 1, 2 경사선(233, 243)이 형성된 제 1, 2 돌출면(232, 242)과, 제 1, 2 체결면(231, 241)의 타측으로부터 연장 형성되어 제 3, 4 단측면(213, 214)으로부터 연장 형성되는 제 1, 2 밀폐면(250, 260)에 부착되는 제 1, 2 부착면(234, 244)을 포함할 수 있다.
따라서, 제 1, 2 체결부(230, 240)가 서로 체결될 경우, 제 1 돌출면(232)은 제 1 경사선(233, 243)의 가이드에 따라 제 2 체결면(241)의 하면측에 접하며, 제 2 돌출면(242)은 제 2 경사선(243)의 가이드에 따라 제 1 체결면(231)의 하면측에 접하도록 구성되는 것이다.
아울러, 제 1, 2 경사선(233, 243)에는 서로 체결된 제 1, 2 체결부(230, 240)가 체결이 해제되어 외측으로 이탈되는 것을 방지하기 위한 제 1, 2 걸림부분(233a, 243a)이 각각 형성될 수 있다.
즉, 덮개 상면(220)은 제 1, 2 체결부(230, 240)가 전술한 바와 같은 구조로 이루어져 서로 안정적으로 체결되기 때문에 덮개(200)가 수납공간(101)에 수납된 담배갑(20)의 상부를 안정적으로 덮을 수 있는 것이다.
본 발명의 접이식 담배갑 케이스(10)는 제 1, 2 접힘선(115, 116) 또는 제 3, 4 접힘선(215, 216)을 양측에서 가압할 경우, 담배갑(20)이 수납되는 수납공간(101)이 형성되고, 동시에 제 1, 2 체결부(230, 240)이 서로 체결됨에 따라 덮개 상면(220) 및 담배갑(20)의 상부를 덮는 공간부(201)가 형성되기 때문에 조립이 매우 간편한 장점이 있다.
또한, 본 발명은 실시하기에 따라 도 4 및 도 5에 도시된 바와 같이, 몸체(100)와 덮개(200)의 경계에 수납공간(101)을 개폐할 수 있도록 제 1 절취선(270)이 형성될 수 있다. 즉, 몸체(100)의 수납공간(101)과 덮개(200)의 공간부(201)가 형성되고 나서 개방된 몸체(100)의 하단부(120)로 담배갑(20)을 삽입한 이후에 제 1 절취선(270)을 따라 절취할 수 있도록 마련되는 것이다.
추가적으로, 몸체(100)에는 제 1 절취선(270)과 연결되는 제 2 절취선(280)이 형성될 수 있으며, 이러한 제 2 절취선(280)이 절취됨에 따라 몸체(100)의 상부측에 안내홈(130)이 형성될 수 있다. 즉, 제 2 절취선(280)을 따라 절취할 경우 몸체(100)와 덮개(200)의 경계점에서 몸체(100)의 일부분이 관통된 안내홈(130)이 형성되므로, 제 1 절취선(270)을 손쉽게 절취할 수 있으며, 덮개(200)를 편리하게 개방시킬 수 있어 사용상 편의성을 제공할 수 있다.
따라서, 전술한 바와 같은 본 발명의 조립이 완성된 이후에 도 3에 도시된 바와 같이, 몸체(100)의 하단부(120)로 담배갑을 수납시키고 제 1, 2 절취선(270, 280)들을 절취하여 사용하는 바람직하다.
이와 같이, 본 발명은 누구나 손쉽게 조립할 수 있으며, 몸체(100) 및 덮개(200)의 내부에 담배갑(20)이 수납되어 담배를 보호할 수 있고, 이에 따라 담배갑(20)에 부착된 경고 그림 또는 사진 등을 가릴 수 있어 흡연자 또는 어린아이 및 노약자 등의 주변사람들에게 노출되는 것을 방지할 수 있기 때문에 심리적인 안정감을 제공할 수 있게 된다.
본 발명은 내부에 담배갑이 통째로 수납됨에 따라 담배를 보호할 수 있음은 물론, 담배갑에 부착된 혐오스러운 경고 그림 등을 가릴 수 있어 흡연자뿐만 아니라, 어린아이 또는 노약자 등의 주변사람에게 그대로 노출되기 않기 때문에 심리적인 안정감을 제공하는 것이다.

Claims (7)

  1. 담배갑이 수납되도록 하단부가 개방되고, 내부에 상기 담배갑의 수납공간이 형성되는 몸체 및 하단부가 개방되고, 내부에 상기 수납공간에 수납된 담배갑의 상부를 덮기 위한 공간부가 형성되는 덮개를 포함하되,
    상기 몸체에는 복수의 몸체 측면부들이 형성되어 상기 몸체 측면부들이 접히면서 내부에 상기 수납공간이 형성되도록 구성하며,
    상기 덮개에는 복수의 덮개 측면부들과, 덮개 상면에 제 1, 2 체결부가 형성되어 상기 덮개 측면부들이 접히면서 상기 제 1, 2 체결부가 서로 체결됨에 따라 내부에 상기 공간부가 형성되도록 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 접이식 담배갑 케이스.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 몸체 측면부는 한쌍의 제 1, 2 장측면과, 한쌍의 제 1, 2 단측면을 포함하며,
    상기 제 1 장측면과 제 1 단측면의 경계에는 제 1 접힘선 및 상기 제 2 장측면과 제 2 단측면의 경계에는 제 2 접힘선이 형성되어, 상기 제 1, 2 접힘선을 양측에서 가압할 경우 상기 수납공간이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 접이식 담배갑 케이스.
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 덮개 측면부는 한쌍의 제 3, 4 장측면과, 한쌍의 제 3, 4 단측면을 포함하며,
    상기 제 3 장측면과 제 3 단측면의 경계에는 제 3 접힘선 및 상기 제 4 장측면과 제 4 단측면의 경계에는 제 4 접힘선이 형성되어, 상기 제 3, 4 접힘선을 양측에서 가압할 경우 상기 제 1, 2 체결부가 체결되어 상기 덮개 상면이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 접이식 담배갑 케이스.
  4. 제 3 항에 있어서,
    상기 제 1, 2 체결부는 각각 상기 제 3, 4 장측면으로부터 연장 형성되는 제 1, 2 체결면과, 상기 제 1, 2 체결면의 일측으로부터 돌출 형성되어 상기 3, 4 접힘선을 양측에 가압할 때에 상기 제 1, 2 체결부가 서로 체결되도록 가이드하는 제 1, 2 경사선이 형성된 제 1, 2 돌출면과, 상기 제 1, 2 체결면의 타측으로부터 연장 형성되어 상기 제 3, 4 단측면으로부터 연장 형성되는 제 1, 2 밀폐면에 부착되는 제 1, 2 부착면을 포함하며,
    상기 제 1, 2 체결부가 서로 체결될 경우, 상기 제 1 돌출면은 상기 제 1 경사선의 가이드에 따라 상기 제 2 체결면의 하면측에 접하며, 상기 제 2 돌출면은 상기 제 2 경사선의 가이드에 따라 상기 제 1 체결면의 하면측에 접하도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 접이식 담배갑 케이스.
  5. 제 4 항에 있어서,
    상기 제 1, 2 경사선에는 서로 체결된 제 1, 2 체결부가 체결이 해제되어 외측으로 이탈되는 것을 방지하기 위한 제 1, 2 걸림부분이 각각 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 접이식 담배갑 케이스.
  6. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 몸체와 덮개의 경계에는 상기 수납공간을 개폐할 수 있도록 제 1 절취선이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 접이식 담배갑 케이스.
  7. 제 6 항에 있어서,
    상기 몸체에는 상기 제 1 절취선과 연결되는 상기 제 2 절취선이 형성되어 상기 제 2 절취선이 절취됨에 따라 안내홈이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 접이식 담배갑 케이스.
