Abstract

본 발명은 하나의 단일체 전개도에 의해서 케이스가 완성되며 수용된 내용물의 인출이 용이할 뿐만 아니라 내용물을 안전하게 포장할 수 있는 다목적 포장 케이스에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따른 다목적 포장 케이스는 전면판, 후면판, 좌측면판, 우측면판, 상면판 및 하면판에 의해 내부 수용공간이 형성되는 다목적 포장 케이스에 있어서, 상기 좌측면판 또는 우측면판 중 선택된 하나의 판에 일체형으로 연장된 인출밴드가 형성된 것을 기술적 특징으로 한다.

Description

다목적 포장 케이스
본 발명은 다목적 포장 케이스에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 하나의 단일체 전개도에 의해서 케이스가 완성되며 수용된 내용물의 인출이 용이할 뿐만 아니라 내용물을 안전하게 포장할 수 있는 다목적 포장 케이스에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 케이크, 빵, 햄버거 등과 같은 음식물은 별도의 케이스에 수용되어 판매되며, 케이스에 수납된 상태로 운반된다.
특히, 햄버거는 종이를 감싸서 판매되고 이를 먹기 위해서는 감싼 종이를 풀어야 하는 번거로움이 있으며, 감싼 종이를 푸는 과정에서 햄버거에 내재된 소스 등이 흘러나오는 등의 불편함이 발생된다.
이에 본 출원인은 이러한 문제점을 개선하고자 등록특허공보 제10-0840840호에 햄버거 포장 케이스를 제안하였다.
위에 제안된 햄버거 포장 케이스는 햄버거가 수납되는 전면부(1), 후면부(2), 좌우측면부(4, 5)를 가지는 햄버거 포장 케이스(100)의 좌측면부(4)의 내측에 띠 형상의 인출밴드(6) 일측을 접합하여 고정하는 접합부(7)가 마련되고, 좌측면부(4)와 마주보는 우측면부(5)에 인출밴드(6)의 다른 일측이 외부로 관통되도록 인출밴드 통공(8)이 형성되며, 인출밴드 통공(8)으로 인출밴드(6)가 관통되도록 구성된다. 이에, 햄버거를 수용하는 과정에서 햄버거에 의해 인출밴드(6)가 케이스의 내측으로 안내되고, 햄버거를 인출하고자 하는 경우 인출밴드(6)를 당기는 동작만으로 수용된 햄버거가 자연스럽게 인출되는 것을 기술적 특징으로 한다.
그런데 이러한 햄버거 포장 케이스에서의 인출밴드는 별도로 제작되며, 이를 측면부에 접합하여 이루어지는 것으로, 케이스를 제작하는 과정, 인출밴드를 제작하는 과정 및 인출밴드를 케이스의 내측에 접합하는 과정 등이 요구되어 제작이 번거롭다.
또한, 측면부에 접합된 인출밴드는 수용되는 내용물(햄버거 등의 음식물)에서 방출되는 열기에 의해 접합된 부분이 탈리되어 인출밴드가 측면부로부터 분리되는 문제점이 발생되며, 이에 인출밴드는 수용된 내용물을 지지하여 인출시키는 본연의 역할을 수행하지 못하게 된다.
또한, 측면부와 인출밴드의 접합에 사용되는 접착제는 인체에 무해한 조성물로 이루어져야 하는 것으로, 전체적으로 햄버거 포장 케이스의 제조단가를 상승시키는 원인이 된다.
본 발명은 위의 문제점을 해결하고자 안출된 것으로, 본 발명에서 해결하고자 하는 과제는 접착제를 사용하지 않고도 단일체 전개도에 의해서 인출밴드가 형성된 케이스가 완성되며 인출밴드가 케이스로부터 분리되는 것을 방지할 수 있는 다목적 포장 케이스를 제공하는 데에 있다.
위와 같은 과제를 해결하기 위한 본 발명에 따른 다목적 포장 케이스는 전면판(10), 후면판(20), 좌측면판(30), 우측면판(40), 상면판(50) 및 하면판(60)에 의해 내부 수용공간이 형성되는 다목적 포장 케이스에 있어서, 좌측면판(30) 또는 우측면판(40) 중 선택된 하나의 판에 일체형으로 연장된 인출밴드(70)가 형성된 것을 기술적 특징으로 한다.
또는, 상하부가 외측으로 돌출된 반원형을 가지는 정면판(11) 및 후면판(21); 정면판(11) 및 후면판(21)에 사이에 각각 형성되는 좌측면판(31) 및 우측면판(41); 좌측면판(31)의 일측에 좌측면판(31)과 일체형으로 연장되는 인출밴드(71); 좌측면판(31)의 타측에 좌측면판(31)과 일체형으로 연장되되 인출밴드(71)와 대응되는 하면판(61) 및 우측면판(41)의 일측에 우측면판(41)과 일체형으로 연장되는 상면판(51)으로 구성된 것을 기술적 특징으로 한다.
본 발명에 따른 다목적 포장 케이스는 단일체 전개도의 조립에 의해서 인출밴드가 형성된 케이스가 제작되므로, 제작 공정이 간단하여 대량 생산이 가능하므로 포장 케이스의 제조 비용을 감소시킬 수 있다.
또한, 인출밴드는 포장 케이스에 일체형으로 제작되어 쉽게 분리되지 않으므로 더욱 안전하게 내용물을 인출할 수 있다.

본 명세서 및 청구범위에 사용된 용어나 단어는 통상적이거나 사전적인 의미로 한정해서 해석되어서는 안 되며, 발명자는 그 자신의 발명을 가장 최선의 방법으로 설명하기 위해 용어의 개념을 적절하게 정의할 수 있다는 원칙에 입각하여 본 발명의 기술적 사상에 부합하는 의미와 개념으로 해석되어야만 한다.
따라서 본 명세서에 기재된 실시예와 도면에 도시된 구성은 본 발명의 가장 바람직한 실시예에 불과할 뿐이고 본 발명의 기술적 사상을 모두 대변하는 것은 아니므로, 본 출원시점에 있어서 이들을 대체할 수 있는 다양한 균등물과 변형예들이 있을 수 있음을 이해하여야 한다.
본 발명은 하나의 단일체 전개도에 의해서 인출밴드가 형성된 케이스가 완성되며 수용된 내용물의 인출이 용이할 뿐만 아니라 내용물을 안전하게 포장할 수 있는 다목적 포장 케이스에 관한 것으로, 첨부된 도면의 도 2는 본 발명에 따른 다목적 포장 케이스의 전개도이며, 도 3은 본 발명에 따른 다목적 포장 케이스 조립 사시도를 나타낸 것이다. 전개도에서 파선은 접힘선을 의미한다.
첨부된 도면에 도시된 바와 같이, 본 발명에 따른 다목적 포장 케이스는 전면판(10), 후면판(20), 좌측면판(30), 우측면판(40), 상면판(50) 및 하면판(60)에 의해 내부 수용공간이 형성되며, 좌측면판(30)에 일체형으로 연장된 인출밴드(70)가 형성된 것을 특징으로 한다.
이때, 첨부된 도면에서는 좌측면판(30)에 일체형으로 연장된 인출밴드(70)가 형성된 것으로 도시하였으나, 보는 관점에 따라 좌측면판(30) 또는 우측면판(40) 중 선택된 하나의 판에 인출밴드(70)가 형성될 수 있는 것으로, 첨부된 도면에 의해 본 발명의 권리범위가 한정되지 않는다.
본 발명에서 다목적 포장 케이스에 사용되는 재질은 합성수지재 또는 종이재 등으로 구성될 수 있으며, 종이재를 사용할 경우 단순히 내용물을 보호하는 데 알맞으며 적정한 내구성 및 내수성이 가지는 종이재이면 충분하다.
또한, 전면판(10), 후면판(20), 좌측면판(30), 우측면판(40), 상면판(50) 및 하면판(60)은 종래의 구성을 그대로 사용하여도 무방하나, 수용되는 내용물에 따라 전면판(10) 및 후면판(20)은 8각 형상으로 제작될 수 있다.
전면판(10) 및 후면판(20)이 8각 형상으로 제작될 경우, 좌측면판(30) 및 우측면판(40)에도 그에 대응되는 절곡판(도면에 미표시)이 형성된다.
정면판(10)에 좌측면판(30)과의 접합을 위한 측면접합부(12)가 형성되며, 상면판(50)에 연장되는 상면끼움판(52)이 구비되고, 정면판(10)의 상부에 상면끼움판(52)을 일부 노출시키는 절개부(14)가 형성될 수 있다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 다목적 포장 케이스의 하면판(60)은 정면판(10)에 연장되어 정면판(10)과 일체형으로 형성되며 제1하면접합부(63)를 가지는 제1하면판(62); 후면판(20)에 연장되어 후면판(20)과 일체형으로 형성되며 제2하면접합부(65)를 가지는 제2하면판(64); 좌측면판(30)에 연장되어 좌측면판(30)과 일체형으로 형성되며 제2면접합부(65)와 접합되는 제3하면판(66) 및 우측면판(40)에 연장되어 우측면판(40)과 일체형으로 형성되며 제1하면접합부(63)와 접합되는 제4하면판(68)으로 구성될 수 있다. 또한, 도면에 도시된 바와 같이 제1하면판(62)과 제2하면판(64)은 서로 겹침과 끼움이 가능하도록 일부를 절개한 부분이 형성된다.
이러한 구성으로 하면판(60)은 2번의 접합과 1번의 끼움결합으로 조립된다.
인출밴드(70)는 좌측면판(30) 또는 우측면판(40) 중 선택된 하나의 판에 일체형으로 연장되며, 내용물을 수용하는 과정에서 내용물에 의해 케이스 내측으로 휘어져 삽입된다. 따라서 인출밴드(70)의 길이는 내용물이 수납된 상태에서 그 선단이 다목적 포장 케이스의 외측으로 돌출되어 파지(把持)할 수 있도록 충분한 길이를 가져야 한다. 또한, 인출밴드(70)의 선단에는 손잡이부(72)가 형성될 수 있다. 그리고 인출밴드(70)의 폭은 좌측면판(30) 또는 우측면판(40)의 폭보다 소정으로 좁게 형성되어 인출밴드(70)가 수납되는 내용물에 의해 내측으로 삽입 휘어지는 과정 또는 인출시키는 과정에서 정면판(10) 및 후면판(20)과의 마찰을 최소화하도록 구성될 수 있다.
이러한 인출밴드(70)의 구성에 의해서 인출밴드(70)를 당기는 동작만으로 수용된 내용물을 인출할 수 있어 다양한 내용물을 용이하게 인출할 수 있다.
인출밴드(70)가 형성된 판의 타측면판에 인출밴드(70)가 관통되는 관통홀(80)이 형성될 수 있다. 즉, 인출밴드(70)가 당겨짐에 따라 이를 안내하는 관통홀(80)이 인출밴드(70)가 구비된 타측판에 형성될 수 있다. 이를 첨부된 도면에 따라 설명하면, 인출밴드(70)가 좌측면판(30)에 연장되어 설치된 경우 우측 낯(40)에 인출밴드(70)가 관통되는 관통홀(80)이 구비되며, 반대의 경우도 마찬가지이다.
이에 따라 인출밴드(70)를 당기는 인출 동작시에 인출밴드(70)는 관통홀(80)에 안내되어 인출되므로, 수용된 내용물이 자연스럽게 인출된다.
또한, 인출밴드(70)가 형성된 판의 타측면판에 인출밴드(70) 측으로 형성되는 측면날개판(42)을 더 구비하되, 측면날개판(42)은 상면판(50)의 좌우 길이방향에 대응되어 형성되며, 그 선단에 측면끼움판(43)이 형성되도록 구성될 수 있다.
그리고 측면날개판(42)이 구비된 판과 마주보면 판에는 측면끼움판(43)이 끼워지는 절개홈(32)이 형성될 수 있다. 이를 첨부된 도면으로 설명한다.
첨부된 도면의 도 3에 도시된 바와 같이, 측면날개판(42)이 우측면판(40)에 일체로 연장되어 구비되고, 측면날개판(42)의 선단에는 측면끼움판(43)이 구비된다. 포장 케이스에 내용물이 수납된 이후에 측면날개판(42)은 접힘에 의해 내용물의 상부를 패킹하고 그 선단의 측면끼움판(43)은 절개홈(32)에 끼워진다.
이에 따라 측면날개판(42)은 수용된 내용물의 상부를 상면판(50)과 함께 한번 더 패킹하여 내용물을 안전하게 수용시킬 수 있다.
한편, 본 발명의 다목적 포장 케이스는 수납되는 내용물에 따라 그 형상이 달라질 수 있다. 도 4는 본 발명의 다른 실시예에 따른 다목적 포장 케이스의 전개도이며, 도 5는 도 4의 조립 사시도를 나타낸 것이다.
첨부된 도면과 같이, 정면판(11) 및 후면판(21)은 외측으로 돌출된 반원형을 가지며, 좌측면판(31) 및 우측면판(41)은 정면판(11) 및 후면판(21)에 사이 위치하되 사각 형상으로 이루어진다.
또한, 인출밴드(71)는 좌측면판(31)의 일측에 좌측면판(31)과 일체형으로 구비되며, 하면판(61)은 좌측면판(31)의 타측에 좌측면판(31)과 일체형으로 연장되되 인출밴드(71)와 대응되게 구성되고, 상면판(51)은 우측면판(41)의 일측에 우측면판(41)과 일체형으로 연장되어 구비된다.
이때, 인출밴드(71)가 포장 케이스의 내부에서 외부로 관통되는 관통홀(81)은 우측면판(41)에 형성된다. 그리고 상면판(51)에 상면끼움판(52)이 구비되고, 좌측면판(31)에 상면끼움판(52)이 끼워지는 절개홈(32)이 형성된다.
이때, 하면판(61)에 정면판(11) 및 후면판(21)과 접합을 위한 접합부(도면에 미표시)가 더 포함될 수 있다.
이러한 구성을 조립하게 되면 도 7과 같이 이루어져 수용되는 내용물이 원형인 경우 수용에 따른 공간이 감소되어 수용률이 증가되며, 전체적으로 라운드 형상으로 미려한 외관과 함께 본 발명의 다목적 포장 케이스를 파지하여 다루기가 수월하다.
상기에서 도 2 내지 도 5를 이용하여 서술한 것은, 본 발명의 주요 사항만을 서술한 것으로, 그 기술적 범위 내에서 다양한 설계가 가능한 만큼, 본 발명이 도 2 내지 도 5의 구성에 한정되는 것이 아님은 자명하다.

Claims (11)

  1. 전면판(10), 후면판(20), 좌측면판(30), 우측면판(40), 상면판(50) 및 하면판(60)에 의해 내부 수용공간이 형성되는 다목적 포장 케이스에 있어서,
    상기 좌측면판(30) 또는 우측면판(40) 중 선택된 하나의 판에 일체형으로 연장된 인출밴드(70)가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 다목적 포장 케이스.
  2. 청구항 1에 있어서,
    상기 인출밴드(70)가 형성된 판의 타측면판에 상기 인출밴드(70)가 관통되는 관통홀(80)이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 다목적 포장 케이스.
  3. 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 있어서,
    상기 전면판(10) 및 후면판(20)은 8각 형상인 것을 특징으로 하는 다목적 포장 케이스.
  4. 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 있어서,
    상기 인출밴드(70)의 선단에는 손잡이부(72)가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 다목적 포장 케이스.
  5. 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 있어서,
    상기 하면판(60)은
    상기 정면판(10)에 연장되어 상기 정면판(10)과 일체형으로 형성되며 제1하면접합부(63)를 가지는 제1하면판(62);
    상기 후면판(20)에 연장되어 상기 후면판(20)과 일체형으로 형성되며 제2하면접합부(65)를 가지는 제2하면판(64);
    상기 좌측면판(30)에 연장되어 상기 좌측면판(30)과 일체형으로 형성되며 상기 제2면접합부(65)와 접합되는 제3하면판(66) 및
    상기 우측면판(40)에 연장되어 상기 우측면판(40)과 일체형으로 형성되며 상기 제1하면접합부(63)와 접합되는 제4하면판(68)으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 다목적 포장 케이스.
  6. 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 있어서,
    상기 인출밴드(70)가 형성된 판의 타측면판에 상기 인출밴드(70) 측으로 형성되는 측면날개판(42)을 더 구비하되,
    상기 측면날개판(42)은 상기 상면판(50)의 좌우 길이방향에 대응되어 형성되며, 그 선단에 측면끼움판(43)이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 다목적 포장 케이스.
  7. 청구항 6에 있어서,
    상기 측면날개판(42)이 구비된 판과 마주보면 판에는 상기 측면끼움판(43)이 끼워지는 절개홈(32)이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 다목적 포장 케이스.
  8. 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 있어서,
    상기 상면판(50)에 연장되는 상면끼움판(50)이 구비되고,
    상기 정면판(10)의 상부에 상기 상면끼움판(50)을 일부 노출시키는 절개부(14)가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 다목적 포장 케이스.
  9. 상하부가 외측으로 돌출된 반원형을 가지는 정면판(11) 및 후면판(21);
    상기 정면판(11) 및 후면판(21)에 사이에 각각 형성되는 좌측면판(31) 및 우측면판(41);
    상기 좌측면판(31)의 일측에 상기 좌측면판(31)과 일체형으로 연장되는 인출밴드(71);
    상기 좌측면판(31)의 타측에 상기 좌측면판(31)과 일체형으로 연장되되 상기 인출밴드(71)와 대응되는 하면판(61) 및
    상기 우측면판(41)의 일측에 상기 우측면판(41)과 일체형으로 연장되는 상면판(51)으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 다목적 포장 케이스.
  10. 청구항 9에 있어서,
    상기 우측면판(41)에는 상기 인출밴드(71)가 관통되는 관통홀(81)이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 것을 다목적 포장 케이스.
  11. 청구항 9에 있어서,
    상기 상면판(51)에 상면끼움판(52)이 구비되고, 상기 좌측면판(31)에 상기 상면끼움판(52)이 끼워지는 절개홈(32)이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 다목적 포장 케이스.
