냉장유통을 위한 달걀 포장용기
본 발명은 전개된 상태로 재단된 판지를 접어서 제조되는 냉장유통을 위한 달걀 포장용기에 관한 것으로서, 보다 구체적으로는 달걀의 견고한 고정, 넓은 인쇄광고면 제공, 냉장 보관시 냉기 유통 개선, 내용물(파각란 : 금이 생기거나 깨진 것)의 확인, 달걀을 눕혀 보관하여 신선도를 오래도록 지속할 수 있는 등의 기능성을 두루 제공할 수 있는 냉장유통을 위한 달걀 포장용기를 제공코자 하는 것이다.
달걀의 일반적인 유통은 달걀판에 안치한 상태로 이루어지게 되는데, 종래 달걀판은 통상적으로 합성수지재(PET) 또는 펄프를 금형(Pulp Mold)으로 가압하여 달걀을 안치할 수 있는 홈이 형성되도록 입체 구성하여 달걀을 세워서 유통 및 보관하였다.
대부분 상기한 달걀판을 기본으로 하고, 외부에 포장지를 덧씌운 구성으로 이루어진다.
그러나 상기한 종래 달걀판에 달걀을 안치한 경우 달걀 전체에 고른 냉기가 제공되지 못하여 상품성을 유지하는데 많은 어려움이 있었다.
또한 종래 달걀 포장용기는 광고면 형성이 어려워 별도의 인쇄물(label, sleeve, sticker)을 삽입 또는 끼우거나 붙이는 방법에 의해 달걀 광고가 이루어졌으며, 내용물의 확인이 불가능하며, 포장용기의 측벽 부분이 막혀 있는 구조로 냉장 보관시 냉기 유통이 원활하지 못한 경우가 많았다. 그리고 달걀이 유통 및 냉장 보관 과정에서 세워진 상태로 보관되는데 이는 달걀의 호흡이나 난황을 잡고 있는 알끈의 상태가 불안하여 달걀의 신선도를 저하시키는 문제점을 유발하게 되는 바, 업계에서는 상기한 종래 달걀 포장용기의 총체적인 문제점을 근본적으로 해결할 수 있는 신규한 구성의 달걀 포장용기가 요구되고 있는 실정이었다.
이에 본 발명자는 상기한 종래 문제점을 일소코자 본 발명을 연구 개발한 것으로서, 본 발명에서는 전개된 상태로 재단된 판지를 접어서 달걀 포장용기를 제작함에 있어서 달걀의 견고한 고정, 넓은 광고면 제공, 냉장 보관시 냉기 유통 개선, 내용물의 확인, 달걀을 눕혀 보관하여 신선도를 오래도록 지속할 수 있는 등의 기능성을 두루 제공할 수 있는 냉장유통을 위한 달걀 포장용기를 제공함에 발명의 기술적 과제를 두고 본 발명을 완성한 것이다.
과제 해결수단으로 본 발명에서는 상하판 및 측판의 외면을 넓은 광고면으로 사용될 수 있게 하고, 상하판 사이에는 일정 간격을 두고 상하부고정판을 배치하고, 이들 상하고정판에는 대향되는 위치에 달걀내입부를 형성하며, 달걀내입부는 달걀 가압력에 의해 좌우 양쪽으로 가압되면서 벌어지는 달걀지지판에 의해 대응하는 상하부 달걀끼움홈을 형성하되, 상기 달걀지지판은 연결부의 양측으로 상하판에 지지되는 2개의 지지단이 형성되게 하였다.
이러한 구성은 달걀이 상판과 하판에 형성된 달걀내입부를 구성하고 있는 달걀지지판의 연결부와 지지단이 달걀의 상부와 하부 12점에 접하여 안정되게 달걀을 지지할 수 있게 한 것이다.
또한 상하부고정판의 달걀내입부에 형성되는 홈(2개의 달걀지지판에 의해 형성되는 홈)이 달걀의 직경보다 작아 달걀을 잡아주는 효과로 달걀이 지지 및 보호되게 하였다.
본 발명에서 제공하는 냉장유통을 위한 달걀 포장용기를 사용할 경우 하기와 같은 효과를 득할 수 있다.

본 발명에서 제공하는 냉장유통을 위한 달걀 포장용기는 후지를 단순히 재단하고 접어서 이루어지는 구성으로, 측판을 기준으로 좌측과 우측에 각각 절곡되도록 연장된 상판 및 하판과, 상기 측판 반대쪽으로 상판과 하판에 연장된 상부분할측판 및 하부분할측판과, 상기 하부분할측판에서 연장되며 측벽에 접착 고정되는 제1고정판에 의해 하판과 일정 간격을 두고 평행하게 설치되는 하부고정판과, 상기 제1고정판에서 연장되며 상부분할측벽에 접착 고정되는 제2고정판에 의해 상판과 일정 간격을 두고 평행하게 설치되는 상부고정판과, 상기 상부고정판과 하부고정판에 대향되게 형성된 달걀내입부들을 포함하는 것으로, 이하에서 본 발명에서 제공하는 냉장유통을 위한 달걀 포장용기의 실시예를 첨부 도면에 의거하여 설명한다.
도 1은 본 발명에서 제공하는 냉장유통을 위한 달걀 포장용기의 일 실시예를 보인 전개도를 도시한 것이고, 도 2는 본 발명에서 제공하는 냉장유통을 위한 달걀 포장용기를 조립한 상태에서 외형을 보인 사시도, 도 3은 본 발명에서 제공하는 냉장유통을 위한 달걀 포장용기를 조립한 상태에서 상판이 열린 사시도를 도시한 것이다. 그리고 도 4는 본 발명에서 제공하는 냉장유통을 위한 달걀 포장용기의 측 단면도, 도 5는 본 발명에서 제공하는 냉장유통을 위한 달걀 포장용기의 달걀지지판의 지지상태를 보인 단면도를 도시한 것이다.
본 발명에서 제공하는 달걀 포장용기(1)는 도시된 바와 같이 측판(2)을 기준으로 좌측과 우측에 각각 상판(3)과 하판(4)이 절곡 가능하게 배치된다.
상기 상판(3)에는 상부분할측판(5)이 절곡 가능하게 연장되며, 하판(4)에는 하부분할측판(6)이 절곡 가능하게 연장 형성된다.
상기 상부분할측판(5)과 하부분할측판(6)은 달걀(A)의 형상에 부합하도록 서로 다른 폭을 가진다. 즉, 달걀(A)은 한 쪽이 반구형이고 반대쪽이 뾰족하게 형성되는데, 반구형 쪽 보다 뾰족한 쪽이 더 긴 비대칭형이므로 뾰족한 부분이 결합되는 하부분할측판(6)을 상부분할측판(5)보다 넓은 폭으로 형성하여 달걀(A) 형상에 부합하는 위치에 후술할 상부 및 하부고정판(7)(9)이 위치될 수 있게 한다.
또한 상기 하부분할측판(6)의 우측으로는 하부고정판(7)과 측벽(2)에 접착 고정되는 제1고정판(8)과 상부고정판(9) 및 상부분할측벽(5)에 접착 고정되는 제2고정판(10)을 순차적으로 절곡 가능하게 배치한다.
이때 상기 상부고정판(9)과 하부고정판(7)에는 대향하는 달걀내입부(11)가 형성된다. 본 발명에서는 10개가 형성된 예를 도시하였으나, 2개 혹은 30개 등 다양하게 개수를 증감할 수 있음은 당연하다.
이러한 구성은 상기 상판(3)과 하판(4) 및 측판(2) 그리고 상하부분할측판(5)(6)이 외부로 노출되는데 노출된 부분 전체를 넓은 광고면으로 사용할 수 있는 것이며, 이는 결국 광고를 위한 간지를 별도 제작하여 삽입하는 등의 번거로움을 해결할 수 있으면서도 목적하는 광고를 소비자에게 제공할 수 있는 것이다.
상기 달걀내입부(11)는 내입되는 달걀(A)의 가압력에 의해 좌우 양쪽으로 벌어지는 달걀지지판(12)에 의해 달걀끼움홈을 형성된다.
상기 달걀지지판(12)은 상판(3) 또는 하판(4)에 접하는 2개의 지지편(12a)과 이들 지지편(12a)을 상호 연결하는 연결편(12b)이 서로 마주보게 재단형성하고, 연결편(12b)은 달걀내입부(11)를 벗어난 위치에 절곡부(12c)를 형성하여 달걀지지판(12)의 절곡이 용이하게 이루어질 수 있게 한다.
상기와 같이 구성되는 본 발명의 달걀지지판(12)은 도 4, 도 5에 도시된 바와 같이 달걀(A)이 내입될 때 달걀지지판(12)이 상판(3) 및 하판(3) 쪽으로 회동되는데, 이때 연결편(12b)을 기준으로 양쪽 지지편(12a)이 달걀(A)쪽으로 조금 접어지면서 달걀(A)을 감싸게 되므로 4개의 달걀지지판(12)에 의해 달걀(A)의 반구형 쪽과 뾰족한 쪽 12개의 지지점에 의해 감싸진 상태로 고정됨과 아울러 외부 충격으로부터 달걀(A)을 안전하게 보호할 수 있는 것이다.
한편 본 발명에서는 상기 상판(3)과 하판(4)에 각각 상부고정판(9)과 하부고정판(9) 쪽으로 기립되는 간격유지편(3a)(4a)들을 2개씩 형성하고, 상부고정판(9)과 하부고정판(7)에는 이들 간격유지편(3a)(4a)의 단부가 끼워지는 고정구멍(9a)(7a)을 형성하여 유통과정이나 보관시 상판(3) 및 하판(4)의 일정 간격과 비틀림 등 변형되는 것을 방지할 수 있게 한다.
그리고 본 발명의 달걀 포장용기(1)에는 고정수단(13)이 구비되어 있으며, 고정수단(13)으로는 상기 상부분할측판(5)의 단부에는 결합편(5a)과 V형 고정편(5b)을 돌출되게 형성하고, 하부분할측판(6)에는 결합편(5a)이 끼워지는 결합홈(6a)과 V형 고정편(5b)이 끼워지는 고정홈(6b)을 형성한다.
상기 측판(2)과 하판(4)의 경계에는 체인걸림홈(14)을 형성한다. 체인걸림홈(14)은 달걀집하장에서 컨베이어체인으로 본 발명의 달걀 포장용기(1)를 이동시킬 때 체인이 걸리게 한 것이다.
또한 상기 측판(2)과 제1고정판(8)에는 각각 절첩선(2a)(8a)을 두어 달걀집하장에서 달걀(A)을 내입시키기 위해 컨베이어체인으로 본 발명 달걀 포장용기(1)를 이동할 때 상판(3) 및 상부고정판(9)이 하부고정판(7)과 수평에 가깝게 개방되게 한다.
상기와 같이 고정수단(13)을 마련할 경우 별도의 수단 없이 고정이 가능하며, 유통과정에서 상부고정판(9)이 결합된 상판(3)과 하부고정판(7)이 결합된 하판(4)이 임의로 분리되는 등의 염려를 일소할 수 있다.
본 발명에 도시되지는 않았지만 취급 편리성을 위해서 상판(3)과 하판(4) 또는 상부고정판(9)과 하부고정판(7)에 손잡이를 일체로 형성할 수 있음은 당연하다.
이상과 같이 구성되는 본 발명의 냉장유통을 위한 달걀 포장용기(1)는 도 3과 같이 재단된 상태에서 측판(2)을 기준으로 상판(3)과 하판(4)을 접고, 하판(4)과 연결되어 있는 하부분할측판(6)과 하부고정판(7), 제1고정판(8), 상부고정판(9), 제2고정판(10)을 순차적으로 접은 상태에서 측판(2)에 제1고정판(8)을 접착 고정하고, 상판(3)에 일체 형성된 상부분할측판(5)에 제2고정판(10)을 결합하여 달걀 포장용기(1)를 완성한다.
상기와 같이 완성된 달걀 포장용기(1)에 달걀(A)을 포장코자 할 시에는 하판(4) 쪽에 결합되어 있는 하부고정판(7)에 형성된 달걀내입부(11)에 달걀(A)의 뾰족한 부분을 내입시킨 상태에서 상판(3) 쪽에 고정된 상부고정판(9)을 달걀(A)의 반구형 부분이 덮이도록 한 후 고정수단(13)을 이용하여 상하부분할측판(5)(6)을 결합하면 되는 것으로, 달걀내입부(11)에 내입되는 달걀(A)이 달걀지지판(12)을 구성하는 연결편(12b)과 지지편(12a)에 의해 12지점에서 안전하게 달걀(A)을 지지하게 되는 것이다.
한편 본 발명은 측벽(2)이 넓은 평면으로 구성되므로 냉장 보관할 때 측벽(2)이 바닥과 접하도록 하면 달걀(A)이 누운 상태로 보관될 수 있는 것이다. 달걀(A)이 누운 상태로 보관되는 것은 달걀 기실(공기방)의 호흡작용을 원활하게 하며, 배아원반이 위로 향하고 난황을 잡고 있는 알끈의 상태가 규형을 유지하므로 달걀의 신선도를 오래도록 유지할 수 있다.
그리고 본 발명의 달걀 포장용기(1) 지류에 의해 구성되는 것으로 사용 후 폐기할 때에도 종이로 분류 처리할 수 있고, 쓰레기 배출시 간격유지편(3a)(4a)을 분리한 상태에서 고정구멍(7a)(9a)에서 분리한 상태에서 발로 가압하는 등의 방법으로 포장용기를 찌그러뜨릴 경우 부피를 최소화 할 수 있어 분리 배출에도 매우 유리하다.
본 발명의 상세한 설명에는 구체적인 실시예에 관하여 설명하고 있으나, 본 발명의 기술범주에서 벗어나지 않는 범위 내에서 적정한 변형이 가능하다. 따라서 본 발명의 보호 범위는 이상의 명세서에 설명된 실시예에 국한되는 것은 아니며 후술하는 청구범위와 관련되는 균등수단에 대해서도 그 보호범위가 미친다 할 것이다.
본 발명은 달걀의 견고한 고정, 넓은 광고면 제공, 냉장 보관시 냉기 유통 개선, 내용물의 확인, 달걀을 눕혀 보관하여 신선도를 오래도록 지속할 수 있는 등의 기능성을 두루 제공할 수 있어 산업상 충분한 이용가능성이 있다.

Claims (4)

  1. 측판(2)을 기준으로 좌측과 우측에 각각 절곡되도록 연장된 상판(3) 및 하판(4)과;
    상기 측판(2) 반대쪽으로 상판(3)과 하판(4)에 연장된 상부분할측판(5) 및 하부분할측판(6)과;
    상기 하부분할측판(6)에서 연장되며 측벽(2)에 접착 고정되는 제1고정판(8)에 의해 하판(4)과 일정 간격을 두고 평행하게 설치되는 하부고정판(7)과,
    상기 제1고정판(8)에서 연장되며 상부분할측벽(5)에 접착 고정되는 제2고정판(10)에 의해 상판(3)과 일정 간격을 두고 평행하게 설치되는 상부고정판(9)과,
    상기 상부고정판(9)과 하부고정판(7)에 대향되게 형성된 달걀내입부(11)들을 포함하며;
    상기 달걀내입부(11)는 내입되는 달걀(A)의 가압력에 의해 좌우 양쪽으로 벌어지는 달걀지지판(12)에 의해 달걀끼움홈을 형성되며;
    상기 달걀지지판(12)은 상판(3) 또는 하판(4)에 접하는 2개의 지지편(12a)과 이들 지지편(12a)을 상호 연결하는 연결편(12b)을 재단형성하고, 연결편(12c)은 달걀내입부(11)를 벗어난 위치에 절곡부(12c)를 형성하여 달걀지지판(12)이 절곡되게 한 것을 특징으로 하는 냉장유통을 위한 달걀 포장용기.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서,
    상기 상부분할측판(5)과 하부분할측판(6)은 달걀(A)의 형상에 부합하도록 뾰족한 부분이 결합되는 하부분할측판(6)을 반구형 부분이 결합되는 상부분할측판(5)보다 넓은 폭으로 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 냉장유통을 위한 달걀 포장용기.
  3. 제 1항에 있어서.
    상기 상판(3)과 하판(4)에 각각 상부고정판(9)과 하부고정판(7) 쪽으로 기립되는 간격유지편(3a)(4a)들이 형성하고, 상부고정판(9)과 하부고정판(7)에는 이들 간격유지편(3a)(4a)의 단부가 끼워지는 고정구멍(9a)(7a)을 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 냉장유통을 위한 달걀 포장용기.
  4. 제 1항에 있어서;
    상기 상부분할측판(5)의 단부에는 결합편(5a)과 V형 고정편(5b)을 돌출되게 형성하고, 하부분할측판(6)에는 결합편(5a)이 끼워지는 결합홈(6a)과 V형 고정편(5b)이 끼워지는 고정홈(6b)을 형성한 고정수단(13)을 더 마련한 것을 특징으로 하는 냉장유통을 위한 달걀 포장용기.
