본 발명은 컵 캐리어에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 다수 개의 컵을 동시에 수용하여 운반할 수 있는 종이 컵 캐리어에 관한 것이다.
일회용 컵은 사용이 편리한 장점 때문에 음료 컵, 커피 컵, 컵 라면 및 음식물 용기 컵 등 매우 다양한 용도로 사용되며, 현대 생활에서 꼭 필요한 범용 생활용품이 되고 있다.
한편 바쁜 현대인들은 커피 전문점에 앉아서도 커피를 마시지만, 이미 보편화된 테이크 아웃(take-out) 방식에 따라 커피를 가져가서 별도의 다른 장소에서도 마시게 된다.
이와같이 일반적으로 커피전문점에서 고객이 커피를 주문하고 그 전문점 내의 탁자에서 커피를 마시는 커피판매방식 이외에 커피를 마실 수 있는 장소를 별도로 마련하지 않고 고객이 커피를 주문하고 판매자가 커피를 일회용 컵에 담아 판매하며 고객은 이러한 컵커피를 인도받아 판매자가 제공하지 않는 임의의 장소에서 커피를 마실 수 있도록 하는 테이크 아웃방식의 커피판매점이 성업을 이루고 있다. 이때, 일회용 종이컵을 커피용기로 사용하게 되는데, 커피를 두잔 이상 들고다닐 때 불편하기 때문에 커피 캐리어를 제작해서 소비자에게 제공하고 있다.
즉, 이러한 테이크 아웃 방식의 커피판매점에서는 고객의 주문에 따라서 한 컵 이상의 커피를 고객에게 판매하고 있는데 고객이 뜨거운 컵커피를 들고 이동하기 어려우며, 특히 한 사람이 둘 이상의 뜨거운 커피가 담겨있는 컵을 손으로 들고 운반하기 어렵다.
따라서, 상기한 뜨거운 내용물이 담겨있는 컵을 다수 개 운반하고자 컵 캐리어가 사용되고 있다.
일반적으로 사용하던 일회용 컵 캐리어(Disposable Cup Carrier)는 판지를 풀이나 접착제 등으로 붙인 상자형이나 쟁반형의 구조를 가지고 있거나 또는 계란판 등을 만드는 방법으로, 펄프를 틀형에 부어 굳힌 쟁반 형태의 구조를 가지고 있으며, 이는 제작에 필요한 원재료의 원가 비중이 높고, 제작공정이 복잡하여 공정에 따른 제작비용이 많이 들어갈 뿐만 아니라, 완성품의 부피가 크기 때문에 그 자체의 포장비, 운반비 및 보관비 등의 비용이 많이 소요되었다.
또한, 컵과 빨대를 함께 수납할 수 없어 별도로 보관하여야 하는 불편함과 쉽게 빨대를 분실하는 문제점도 있다.
본 발명은 상술한 종래기술의 문제점을 극복하기 위한 것으로서, 재료를 절약하면서도 간단하고 견고한 구조로 보다 안정적으로 컵을 지지할 수 있는 컵 캐리어를 제공하는 데에 목적이 있다.
또한, 컵과 빨대를 함께 수납하여 보관이 용이하고 분실 위험이 없는 컵 캐리어를 제공하는 데에 다른 목적이 있다.
본 발명의 또 다른 목적은 바닥에 내려놓아도 컵 아래로 빠지지 않도록 체결되는 받침지지대인 다리부를 형성한 특징이 있다.

도 10에 도시한 다른 실시예의 본 발명은 바닥판부(100)의 중앙에 빨대꽂이 홀(151)이 관통되어 있고, 상기 바닥판부(100)에 다수의 원형의 구멍으로 절개시 아랫방향으로 절곡되어 컵을 지지하도록 컵 보조지지대(150)가 형성된 특징이 있다. 컵을 넣을 시에 밀착력을 높이도록 하여 크기가 다른 컵을 넣어도 쉽게 빠지지않도록 형성한 특징이 있다.
따라서, 한장의 종이로 컵 캐리어를 구성하여 재료를 절약하면서도, 4개의 다리부(120)를 서로 결합시켜 간단하고 견고한 구조로 보다 안정적으로 컵을 지지하고, 빨대 수직 보관홈(112)을 통하여 컵과 함께 다양한 종류의 빨대를 동시에 수납하여 보관이 용이하고 분실 위험이 없는 효과를 가질 수 있다.
본 명세서에 기재된 본 발명의 실시예와 도면에 도시된 구성은 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예에 관한 것으로, 발명의 기술적 사상을 모두 포괄하는 것은 아니므로, 출원시점에 있어서 이들을 대체할 수 있는 다양한 균등물과 변형예들이 있을 수 있음을 이해하여야 한다. 따라서, 본 발명은 상술한 실시예에 한정되지 아니하며, 청구범위에서 청구하는 본 발명의 요지를 벗어남이 없이 당해 발명이 속하는 기술분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자라면 누구든지 다양한 변형실시가 가능한 것은 물론이고, 그와 같은 변경은 본 발명의 청구범위 기재의 권리범위 내에 있게 된다.

Claims (7)

  1. 바닥을 이루는 장방형의 바닥판부(100);
    상기 바닥판부(100)의 양측 가장자리부에 형성되고, 띠 형태로 절개되어 윗방향으로 접어 올려지는 한쌍의 손잡이부(110)(111);
    상기 한쌍의 손잡이부(110)(111)가 절개된 상기 바닥판부(100)의 양측 가장자리에 형성되어 아랫방향으로 접혀지고, 중앙 일부가 부분 절개되어 각각의 빨대 수평 보관홈(140)(141)이 형성되는 한쌍의 날개부(130)(131);
    상기 바닥판부(100)에 다수의 원형의 구멍으로 절개되며 아랫방향으로 절곡되어 바닥으로부터 지지되는 다수의 다리부(120);를 포함하는 컵 캐리어.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서,
    상기 다수의 다리부(120)는;
    일측에 돌출 형성된 돌출편(121) 및 타측에 상기 돌출편(121)이 끼워지는 끼움홈(122)이 형성되고,
    상기 하나의 다리부(120)의 돌출편(121)이 상기 다른 하나의 다리부(120)의 끼움홈(122)에 결합되어 인접한 서로 다른 다리부(120) 끼리 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 컵 캐리어.
  3. 제 1항에 있어서,
    상기 바닥판부(100)는;
    상기 한쌍의 날개부(130)(131)가 형성되지 않은 다른쪽 가장자리부에 다수의 빨대 수직 보관홈(112)을 더 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 컵 캐리어.
  4. 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 바닥판부(100)의 중앙에 빨대꽂이 홀이 관통되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 컵 캐리어.
  5. 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 다수의 다리부(120)는;
    바닥면에 세워지도록 보조다리를 더 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 컵 캐리어.
  6. 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 바닥판부(100)에 다수의 원형의 구멍으로 절개되며 아랫방향으로 90도 내외로 절곡되어 바닥으로부터 지지되는 다수의 다리부(120);를 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 컵 캐리어.
  7. 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 바닥판부(100)에 다수의 원형의 구멍으로 절개시 아랫방향으로 절곡되어 컵을 지지하도록 컵 보조지지대(152)가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 컵 캐리어.
