상기 담배 수납부(30)는 담배를 수납하기 위해, 다시 말해서, 복수의 담배들이 담겨있는 담뱃갑을 수납하기 위해 마련되는 것으로, 상하로 이격 배치되는 한 쌍의 수평 지지대들(10) 및 상기 수평 지지대들(10)과 연결되도록 설치된 수직 지지대(20)를 포함할 수 있다. 실시 예에서, 수평 지지대들(10) 및 수직 지지대(20)를 포함하는 담배 수납부(30)는 플라스틱 또는 경량 금속 재질로 이루어질 수 있다. 이와 다르게, 담배 수납부(30)는 경량이면서 탄성을 갖는 다른 재질로 이루어지는 것도 가능하다.
상기 수평 지지대들(10)은 각각 서로 평행하게 배치되는 한 쌍의 제1연결대들(12) 및 한 쌍의 제2연결대들(14)을 포함할 수 있으며, 이러한 제1연결대들(2)과 제2연결대들(4)은 각각의 양측 단부들이 상호 간에 연결됨으로써 전체적으로 사각형의 띠 형상을 가질 수 있다.
실시 예에서, 제1연결대들(12)은 담뱃갑의 전면부 및 후면부와 밀착되는 부재로서 제2연결대들(14)에 비해 상대적으로 긴 길이를 갖도록 마련될 수 있으며, 제2연결대들(14)은 담뱃갑의 양측면들과 밀착되는 부재로서 제1연결대들(12)보다 상대적으로 짧은 길이를 갖도록 마련될 수 있다. 이러한 제1연결대들(12)과 제2연결대들(14)은 각각의 양측 단부들이 힌지 수단, 예를 들어, 경첩(24)에 의해 상호 연결될 수 있으며, 이에 따라, 제1연결대들(12)과 제2연결대들(14)은 경첩(24)에 의해 상호간 펴졌다 접혀졌다 할 수 있다.
즉, 본 고안의 실시 예에 따른 휴대 케이스(100)는 담배 수납부(30)에 담배가 수납되기 전, 도 4에 도시된 바와 같이, 경첩(24)에 의해 수평 지지대들(10)에서의 제1연결대(12)와 제2연결대(14) 상호 간 펼쳐지거나 접혀질 수 있으며, 이에 따라, 사용자의 휴대가 간편해지도록 할 수 있다.
또한, 다양한 폭 및 두께의 담뱃갑을 수납하기 위해 제1연결대들(12) 및 한 쌍의 제2연결대들(14)에는 각각 제1 및 제2 길이 조절부들이 설치될 수 있다. 실시 예에서, 제1연결대들(12) 및 제2연결대들(14)은 각각 하나의 절단부를 가지며, 도 5에 도시된 바와 같이, 각 절단부에서 어느 한쪽(a)의 절단면에는 홈(h)이 마련되고, 이에 대응하는 다른 한쪽(b)의 절단면에는 홈(h)의 내부에 삽입되거나 홈(h)으로부터 인출되는 삽입부(I)가 마련될 수 있다. 또한, 삽입부(I)의 삽입 및 인출 정도가 제어될 수 있도록 삽입부(I)의 표면에는 복수의, 예를 들어, 3개 정도의 홀들(22b)이 마련될 수 있고, 홈(h)이 마련된 절단면 쪽에는 홀들(22b)에 끼워질 수 있는 돌기(22a)가 마련될 수 있다.
따라서, 제1연결대들(12) 및 제2연결대들(14)에 마련되는 제1 및 제2 길이 조절부들 각각은 삽입부(I)가 홈(h) 내에 삽입되거나 홈(h)으로부터 삽입부(I)가 인출되는 형태로 마련되고, 이때, 삽입부(I)에 마련된 어느 하나의 홀들(22b) 중 어느 하나에 돌기(22a)가 끼워짐으로써 다양한 폭 및 두께의 담뱃갑이 담배 수납부(30) 내에 신뢰성 있게 수납되도록 할 수 있다.
여기서, 전술한 제1연결대들(12)에서의 제1 길이 조절부는 수직 지지대(30)의 양측 부분들 중에서 어느 한쪽 부분에 마련됨이 바람직하며, 제2연결대들(14)에서의 제2 길이 조절부는 어디에 마련되어도 무방하다.
한편, 혹시나 일어날 수 있는 담배 수납부(30)로부터 담뱃갑이 미끄러져 빠지는 현상이 억제되도록, 도시하지는 않았으나, 제1연결대들(12) 및 제2연결대들(14)에서 담뱃갑과 접촉하는 면들 각각에는 고무재질로 이루어진 미끄럼 방지 부재가 설치될 수 있으며, 이러한 미끄럼 방지 부재는 랜드 또는 라인 형태로 설치될 수 있다.
상기 수직 지지대(20)는 그의 양단부들이 각각 대응하는 수평 지지대들(10)에 연결되도록 마련될 수 있다. 예를 들어, 본 고안의 실시 예에 따른 담배 및 라이터 휴대 케이스(100)에서 수직 지지대(20)는 수평 지지대들(10)과 일체형으로 마련될 수 있다.
이러한 수직 지지대(20)는 다양한 길이(또는 높이)의 담뱃갑을 신뢰성 있게 수납할 수 있도록 수평 지지대들(10)에서와 동일하게 제3 길이 조절부를 구비할 수 있으며, 제3 길이 조절부는 수평 지지대들(10)에 마련된 제1 및 제2 길이 조절부들(a, b)과 동일한 구성을 가질 수 있다.
따라서, 본 고안의 실시 예에 따른 담배 및 라이터 휴대 케이스(100)의 경우, 수평 지지대들(10)의 제1연결대들(12) 및 제2연결대들(14)에 마련된 제1 및 제2 길이 조절부들과 수직 지지대(20)에 마련된 제3 길이 조절부를 통해 다양한 폭 및 두께와 길이를 갖는 담배들을 신뢰성 있게 수납할 수 있다. 또한, 담배 수납부(30)가 플라스틱 또는 경략 금속으로 이루어지면서 접혀질 수 있기 때문에 사용자가 간편하게 휴대할 수 있다.
계속해서, 상기 라이터 수납부(50)는 한 쌍의 U자형 결속수단들(52)과 수평 지지대들(10)과 접촉하는 각 U자형 결속수단(52) 면에 마련되는 가이드 돌기(54)를 포함할 수 있다. 그리고 가이드 돌기(54)가 마련된 U자형 결속수단들(52)은 각각 대응하는 수평 지지대들(10)의 가이드 홈들(26)에 각각 슬라이딩 방식으로 체결될 수 있다.
여기서, 가이드 돌기(54)를 구비한 U자형 결속수단들(52)로 이루어지는 라이터 수납부(50)는 담배 수납부(30)와 동일하게 플라스틱 또는 경량 금속 재질로 이루어질 수 있으며, 이에 따라, 플라스틱 또는 경량 금속 재질로 이루어진 U자형 결속수단(52)이 탄성을 가짐에 따라 U자형 결속수단(52) 내에 억지 끼움으로 라이터를 수납한 경우, 수납된 라이터는 U자형 결속수단(52)에 일정 크기 이상의 외력이 가해지지 않는 한 U자형 결속수단(52)으로부터 빠져나오지 않고 수납되어 있을 수 있다.
도 6 내지 도 8은 본 고안의 실시 예에 따른 담배 및 라이터 휴대 케이스의 사용 예들을 설명하기 위한 사시도들로서, 도 6은 일반적인 폭 및 두께를 갖는 담배와 라이터가 수납된 경우를 도시한 사시도이고, 도 7은 일반적인 폭을 갖되 도 6의 그것과 비교해서 상대적으로 얇은 두께를 갖는 담배와 라이터가 수납된 경우를 도시한 사시도이며, 도 8은 일반적인 폭을 갖되 도 6의 그것과 비교해서 상대적으로 긴 길이를 갖는 담배와 USB 라이터가 수납된 경우를 도시한 사시도이고, 도 9는 본 고안의 실시 예에 따른 담배 및 라이터 휴대 케이스에 USB 라이터가 수납된 상태를 나타낸 사시도이다.
도시된 바와 같이, 본 고안의 실시 예에 따른 담배 및 라이터 휴대 케이스는 수평 지지대들 및 수직 지지대에 마련된 길이 조절부를 이용해서 제1연결대들의 길이, 제2연결대들의 길이 및 수직 지지대의 길이를 자유롭게 조절할 수 있다.
따라서, 본 고안의 실시 예에 따른 담배 및 라이터 휴대 케이스를 이용하는 경우 다양한 폭 및 두께와 길이를 갖는 담배들을 신뢰성 있게 수납할 수 있으며, 아울러, 라이터를 수납할 수 있다.
이상에서와같이, 본 고안의 실시 예에 따른 담배 및 라이터 휴대 케이스를 이용하는 경우, 플라스틱 또는 경량 금속으로 이루어진 담배 수납부로 담뱃갑의 외주면이 감싸지므로 담뱃갑이 찌그러지거나 이로 인해 담배가 손상되는 등의 문제가 억제될 수 있다.
또한, 본 고안의 실시 예에 따른 담배 및 라이터 휴대 케이스는 담배 수납부에 길이 조절부가 설치됨으로써 다양한 폭 및 두께와 길이의 담배들을 신뢰성 있게 휴대할 수 있다.
게다가, 본 고안의 실시 예에 따른 담배 및 라이터 휴대 케이스를 이용하는 경우, 담배와 라이터를 함께 휴대할 수 있으므로 라이터가 분실되어 추가 구매해야 함에 따른 경제적 손실을 방지할 수 있다.
한편, 전술한 본 고안의 실시 예에서는 길이 조절을 위한 수단으로서 홀 및 돌기의 설치를 예로 들었으나, 이에 한정되는 것은 아니며, 예를 들어 삽입부 표면에 그루브(groove)들을 형성하고, 이에 대응하여 홈의 인접부에 고정 핀 등을 설치하는 등의 다양한 예들이 적용 가능하다.
또한, 본 고안의 담배 및 라이터 휴대 케이스에서 라이터 수납부에 수납되는 라이터는 대중적으로 많이 사용되는 가스라이터인 것으로 이해될 수 있겠지만, 도 9에 도시된 바와 같이, 전기적 충전이 가능한 USB 라이터를 수납할 수 있고, 아울러, 라이터 수납부에 수납된 라이터를 라이터 수납부로부터 꺼내어 사용한 후, 다시 라이터 수납부 내에 라이터를 수납하는 방식이 아니라, 라이터가 라이터 수납부 내에 수납된 상태 그대로 라이터를 사용하는 방식도 적용 가능하다. 이 경우, 바람직하게 지퍼라이터가 수납되는 것으로 이해될 수 있다.

Claims (4)

  1. 담배가 수납되는 담배 수납부; 및
    상기 담배 수납부에 착탈 가능하게 설치되는 라이터 수납부;
    를 포함하며,
    상기 담배 수납부는,
    상하로 이격 배치되는 한 쌍을 포함하며, 각각은 상호 간 담뱃갑을 둘러싸는 직사각 띠 형상을 만들도록 펴졌다가 다시 휴대가 간편하도록 접혀지게 양측 단부들이 경첩에 의해 상호 연결되고, 각각 길이 조절부를 구비한 한 쌍의 제1연결대들 및 한 쌍의 제2연결대들을 포함하는 수평 지지대들;
    상기 수평 지지대들의 어느 하나의 제1연결대들에 연결되며, 길이 조절부를 구비한 수직 지지대; 및
    상기 수평 지지대들 각각에 상기 라이터 수납부와의 결합을 위해 설치된 가이드 홈들;
    을 포함하는 담배 및 라이터 휴대 케이스.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 담배 수납부 및 라이터 수납부는 플라스틱 또는 경량의 금속 재질로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 담배 및 라이터 휴대 케이스.
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 길이 조절부는
    제1연결대, 제2연결대 및 수직 지지대의 절단면에 설치되며,
    어느 하나의 절단면에 마련된 홈;
    상기 홈에 대응하는 다른 하나의 절연막에 마련된 삽입부;
    상기 삽입부의 표면에 설치된 복수의 홀들; 및
    상기 홈이 마련된 절단면 인접 부분에 마련되며, 상기 홀들 중 어느 하나에 삽입되는 돌기;
    를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 담배 및 라이터 휴대 케이스.
  4. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 라이터 수납부는
    상기 수평 지지대들 각각에 설치되는 U자형 결속수단들; 및
    상기 수평 지지대들과 마주하는 U자형 결속수단들 면에 각각 마련되며, 상기 수평 지지대들의 가이드 홈들에 슬라이딩 결합되는 가이드 돌기;
    를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 담배 및 라이터 휴대 케이스.
