Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un dispositivo de sujeción de gafas en prendas de vestir que comprende un elemento alargado en el que se disponen medios de fijación a prendas de vestir y medios de sujeción de una patilla de gafas.

Description

DISPOSITIVO PARA LA SUJECIÓN DE GAFAS EN PRENDAS DE VESTIR
DESCRIPCIÓN La presente invención pertenece al sector de los dispositivos destinados a sujetar y transportar utilizables. En particular, se refiere a un dispositivo para la sujeción de gafas que permite la fijación de las mismas en una prenda de vestir cuando dichas gafas no están siendo utilizadas.
La sujeción de las gafas en las prendas de vestir supone una incomodidad para el usuario. Las gafas son habitualmente colgadas de un bolsillo o del cuello de una camisa/camiseta mediante la introducción de una de sus patillas dentro de dicho bolsillo o dicho cuello. Sin embargo, este tipo de sujeción es muy insegura y requiere la presencia de un bolsillo o de un cuello de camisa con la disposición y las dimensiones adecuadas. Este problema ha conducido al desarrollo de diversos dispositivos que se adhieren a una de las patillas de las gafas y que, mediante un elemento tipo clip, permiten su sujeción en cualquier prenda de vestir. Sin embargo, los dispositivos conocidos presentan muchos inconvenientes. Por un lado, algunos de estos dispositivos (como los descritos en las Patentes norteamericanas US2005128430A1 y US6343859B1 ) son fabricados directamente en la montura, lo cual no permite que sean utilizados con distintas gafas. Además, estos dispositivos están presentes en la patilla de las gafas incluso cuando estas están siendo utilizadas, con los evidentes problemas de comodidad y estética que ello conlleva.
Alternativamente, existen otros dispositivos que son adheridos de manera no permanente a la patilla de las gafas, bien sea mediante un elemento rígido a medida, como en la patente norteamericana US3883236, o mediante gomas elásticas, como en la patente norteamericana US4903375A. A pesar de que estos dispositivos presentan la ventaja de poder ser usados en diferentes monturas de gafas, siguen suponiendo un problema estético y de comodidad puesto que son concebidos para mantenerse unidos a la patilla de las gafas aunque estas estén siendo utilizadas, pues su enganche y desenganche a las mismas es un proceso complicado que no permite una realización fácil y rápida.
El inventor de la presente invención ha conseguido eliminar la inseguridad de la sujeción de las gafas en las prendas de vestir mediante un ingenioso dispositivo. Dicho dispositivo presenta diversas ventajas respecto al estado de la técnica pues no implica la adhesión a las gafas de ningún elemento de manera permanente, permite un rápido enganche y desenganche de las mismas y puede ser utilizado con varias monturas. Esta última característica es particularmente interesante pues permite al usuario alternar fácilmente entre el uso de unas gafas graduadas y unas gafas de sol. Por otro lado, dicho dispositivo de sujeción puede presentar funcionalidades adicionales a la de sujeción de gafas.
En particular, la presente invención da a conocer un dispositivo para la sujeción de gafas caracterizado porque comprende un elemento alargado en el que se disponen medios de fijación a prendas de vestir y medios de sujeción a una patilla de gafas. Dicho dispositivo se mantiene adherido a la ropa mediante los medios de fijación y permite la fácil sujeción de las gafas mediante el enganche de una de las patillas de dichas gafas a los medios de fijación sitiados en dicho dispositivo. Una vez que el usuario quiere utilizar las gafas, se desenganchan fácilmente del dispositivo sin la necesidad de separar dicho dispositivo de la ropa y quedando las gafas libres de él.
Opcionalmente, el elemento alargado podrá tener funcionalidades adicionales cuando no esté siendo usado para la sujeción de gafas, por ejemplo, puede ser un bolígrafo, portaminas, puntero para dispositivos móviles, linterna, pequeña herramienta o puntero láser, entre otros.
Preferentemente, los medios del dispositivo para su fijación en la ropa es una pinza de tipo clip de plástico o de metal.
En una realización preferente de la presente invención, los medios de sujeción del dispositivo a las gafas son al menos dos anillas configuradas para poder introducir a través de las mismas la patilla de unas gafas. En otra realización de la invención, dichos medios de sujeción son al menos dos pinzas configuradas para poder introducir a presión la patilla de unas gafas. Dichas pinzas permiten la fácil adaptación de la patilla al dispositivo independientemente de la forma y tamaño de la misma. Preferentemente, los medios de sujeción de la patilla son desmontables y se fijan a presión al elemento alargado a través de al menos dos orificios situados en la superficie de dicho elemento alargado.
Para la mejor comprensión de la presente invención, se describen a continuación varios ejemplos de realización en base a unos dibujos a título explicativo pero no limitativo, en los que:
La figura 1 muestra una vista en perspectiva de una posible realización del dispositivo de sujeción de gafas de la presente invención en el que los medios de sujeción de la patilla no han sido insertados en el elemento alargado. La figura 2 muestra una vista en perspectiva de una posible realización del dispositivo de sujeción de gafas de la presente invención junto a unas gafas en la posición apropiada para ser sujetadas en dicho dispositivo.
La figura 3 muestra una vista en perspectiva de una posible realización del dispositivo de sujeción de gafas de la presente invención en el que una patilla de las gafas ha sido introducida en las anillas que actúan como elementos de sujeción.
La figura 4 muestra una vista en perspectiva de una posible realización del dispositivo de sujeción de gafas de la presente invención junto con unas gafas sujetas por dicho dispositivo mediante anillas.
La figura 5 muestra una vista en perspectiva de una posible realización del dispositivo de sujeción de gafas de la presente invención junto con unas gafas sujetas por dicho dispositivo mediante pinzas. La figura 6 muestra una vista en perspectiva de una posible realización del dispositivo de sujeción de gafas de la presente invención, con anillas como medio de sujeción y fijado al bolsillo de una camisa de un usuario. La figura 7 muestra una vista en perspectiva de una posible realización del dispositivo de sujeción de gafas de la presente invención, con pinzas como medio de sujeción y fijado al bolsillo de una camisa de un usuario.
La figura 8 muestra una vista en perspectiva de una posible realización del dispositivo de sujeción de gafas de la presente invención con unas gafas sujetas a dicho dispositivo y donde dicho dispositivo está fijado al bolsillo de una camisa de un usuario.
Como se observa en una realización de la presente invención mostrada en la figura 1 , el dispositivo de sujeción de gafas presenta un elemento alargado -1 -,medios de fijación a prendas de vestir -2- y medios de sujeción de una patilla de gafas -3-, -3'-.
El elemento alargado presenta dos orificios -4-, -4'- con la disposición y el tamaño adecuados para la fijación a presión de los medios de sujeción de gafas -3-, -3'-. Asimismo, el elemento alargado contiene una punta -5- que puede conferir al dispositivo de sujeción de gafas funcionalidades adicionales, por ejemplo, puede ser un bolígrafo, portaminas, puntero para dispositivos móviles, linterna, pequeña herramienta o puntero láser, entre otros.
Tal y como se muestra en la figura 2, para la sujeción de las gafas -6- al elemento alargado -1 - cuando los medios de fijación del mismo son dos pinzas -3-, -3'-, dichas gafas han de ser dispuestas con una de sus patillas -7- en posición paralela a dichas pinzas.
La figura 3 muestra la sujeción de las gafas -6- al elemento alargado -1 - cuando los medios de fijación del mismo son dos anillas -3-, -3'-. En esta realización de la invención la patilla de las gafas -7- es introducida a través de dichas anillas -3-, -3'-.
En las figuras 4 y 5 se muestra la disposición de unas gafas -6- cuando la patilla de dichas gafas -7- es fijada al elemento alargado -1 - a través de los elementos de sujeción -3-, -3'-, bien sean estos dos anillas -figura 4- o dos pinzas -figura 5-.
En las figuras 6 y 7 se muestra la disposición del dispositivo -8- cuando este está fijado al bolsillo de una camisa -9-. Los medios de sujeción de gafas -3-, -3'- quedan orientados hacia el exterior del bolsillo, bien sean estos dos anillas -figura 6- o dos pinzas -figura 7-. En la figura 8 se muestra la disposición de unas gafas -6- sujetas al dispositivo de la presente invención -8- cuando este está fijado al bolsillo de una camisa -9-. Si bien la invención se ha descrito con respecto a ejemplos de realizaciones preferentes, éstos no se deben considerar limitativos de la invención, que se definirá por la interpretación más amplia de las siguientes reivindicaciones.

Claims

REIVINDICACIONES
1 . Dispositivo (8) para la sujeción de gafas caracterizado por que comprende un elemento alargado (1 ) en el que se disponen medios de fijación en prendas de vestir (2) y medios de sujeción de una patilla de gafas (3, 3').
2. Dispositivo, según la reivindicación 1 , caracterizado por que dicho elemento alargado (1 ) es un instrumento para escribir, un puntero para dispositivos móviles, una linterna, una pequeña herramienta o un puntero láser.
3. Dispositivo, según la reivindicación 1 o 2, caracterizado por que dichos medios de fijación en prendas de vestir (2) son una pinza de tipo clip.
4. Dispositivo, según las reivindicaciones 1 a 3, caracterizado por que dichos medios de sujeción de una patilla (3, 3') son anillas configuradas para poder introducir a través de las mismas una patilla de unas gafas (7).
5. Dispositivo, según las reivindicaciones 1 a 3, caracterizado por que dichos medios de sujeción de una patilla (3, 3') son pinzas configuradas para poder introducir a presión una patilla de unas gafas (7).
6. Dispositivo, según las reivindicaciones 1 a 5, caracterizado por que dichos medios de sujeción de la patilla (3, 3') son desmontables y se fijan a presión al elemento alargado (1 ) a través de orificios (4, 4') situados en la superficie de dicho elemento.
