Abstract

一种洗衣机,包括内筒(3),内筒(3)的筒底上安装有内筒底盖(1),内筒底盖(1)与内筒(3)的筒底之间密封连接形成密封空间,如此设置,避免了洗衣机在洗涤衣物过程中,洗涤水进入内筒底盖(1),并长时间积存在内筒底盖(1)与内筒(3)的筒底形成的腔室内,而滋生细菌,产生脏污的问题。

一种洗衣机 技术领域
本发明涉及洗衣机领域,特别是一种洗衣机。
背景技术
洗衣机内部附件包括有提升筋和内筒底盖,提升筋是洗衣机内筒的主要部件之一,其主要作用是在洗衣机洗涤衣物时,一方面使衣物与之产生摩擦力,衣物靠近提升筋部分与相对运动部分互相摩擦产生揉搓作用;另一方面提升筋带动衣物一起转动,衣物被提升出液面并送到一定高度,由于重力作用又重新跌入洗衣液中,与洗衣液撞击产生棒打、摔跌作用,从而达到洗涤效果。
提升筋通过螺钉安装在内筒上,在洗衣过程中洗涤水会通过提升筋与内筒之间的缝隙进入内部空间,导致洗涤水在内部长时间存积,滋生细菌,产生脏污。
内筒通过螺栓穿过不锈钢筒体和三角架的螺纹孔固定在电机轴的法兰盘上,为了防止洗涤水大量进入螺孔,在内筒中间安装孔上设置了内筒底盖。和提升筋同样的道理,在洗涤时会有洗涤水进入内筒底盖和内筒的筒底之间形成的腔室内,另一方面,现有内筒清洁方式包括了用水流冲刷、用毛刷刷洗、使用清洗颗粒等方案,但是因为内筒底盖和内筒的提升筋处的结构空间狭小,上述内筒清洁方式均无法实现清洗目的,且进入内筒底盖内的的洗涤水可能无法排泄出,则长时间积累会产生脏污。
有鉴于此特提出本发明。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种洗衣机,该洗衣机内至少内筒底盖与内筒的筒底密封连接,与内筒的内部空间相隔离,从而避免了洗涤水在内筒底盖与内筒的筒底形成的腔室内长时间积存,造成滋生细菌,产生脏污的问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案的基本构思是:
一种洗衣机,包括内筒,内筒的筒底上安装有内筒底盖,其特征在于,内筒底盖与内筒的筒底之间密封连接形成密封空间。
在上述方案中,洗涤水进入内筒底盖后,难以排除,洗涤水会在内筒底盖内长时间积存,造成滋生细菌,产生脏污的问题,本发明中直接将内筒底盖和内筒的筒底直接密封连接形成密封的腔室,从根本上断绝了洗涤水进入内筒底盖与内筒的筒底之间形成的腔室内。
优选的,所述内筒的筒底通过螺栓固定在三角架上,所述内筒底盖与内筒的筒底配合形成密封的腔室,所述的螺栓设置在密封的腔室内。
在上述方案中,内筒的筒底通过螺栓固定在三角架上或穿过三角架上的螺栓孔固定在法兰盘上,洗衣机的内筒底盖通过螺钉固定在内筒的筒底以覆盖内筒的筒底上的螺栓,并与内筒的筒底之间形成腔室,当在洗涤中,污水进入该腔室内后,无法排处,长期积累容易滋生细菌,则在下次洗衣服时,容易造成对衣物的污染,针对于此,本发明将内筒底盖和内筒的筒底之间密封连接,杜绝了内筒中污水进入其中。
优选的,所述内筒的筒底中心内陷形成凹槽,凹槽底部开设螺栓孔,所述内筒底盖与凹槽配合形成密封覆盖螺栓的腔室。
优选的,所述内筒底盖中心设有螺钉孔以通过螺钉固定在内筒的筒底,所述内筒底盖的外圆周与内筒的筒底,内筒底盖的螺钉孔外周与内筒的筒底分别密封连接。
在上述方案中,因为内筒底盖与内筒的筒底之间具有两处缝隙,及内筒底盖圆周处以及内筒底盖中心的螺钉孔处,因此,要将内筒底盖与内筒的筒底密封连接,必须将该两处进行密封处理。
优选的,所述内筒底盖上同心设置有伸向内筒的筒底的多个圆环凸筋,最外圈的圆环凸筋与内筒的筒底密封连接,螺钉孔外围的圆环凸筋与内筒的筒底密封连接。
在上述方案中,螺钉孔外围可能具有多个圆环凸筋,本申请中优选将最接近螺钉孔外围的圆环凸筋与内筒的筒底密封连接实现密封。当然的,本发明中对内筒底盖的密封不限于通过圆环凸筋,其他可实现密封的结构在此也适用。
优选的,所述各圆环凸筋与螺钉孔同心设置,最外圈的圆环凸筋的端面与内筒的筒底密封连接,最内圈的圆环凸筋的端部与内筒的筒底密封连接。
在上述方案中,最外圈的圆环凸筋优选设置在内筒底盖的外圆周上,为最优的防水结构。
优选的,最外圈的圆环凸筋的端面通过密封圈与内筒的筒底紧压配合进行密封连接,所述内筒的筒底中心具有用于装配螺钉的螺钉座,所述最内圈的圆环凸筋端部内侧面通过密封圈与螺钉座外壁紧压配合进行密封连接。
优选的,最外圈的圆环凸筋的端面和最内圈的圆环凸筋端部内侧面上分别设置有凹槽,所述的密封圈容纳在凹槽内并伸出凹槽以与内筒表面密封接触;
进一步优选的,最外圈的圆环凸筋的端面和最内圈的圆环凸筋端部内侧面上分别至少设置一圈凹槽,每一圈凹槽对应设置一密封圈;
更优选的,最外圈的圆环凸筋的端面和最内圈的圆环凸筋端部内侧面上分别设置有多圈 凹槽,多圈凹槽对应一密封圈,所述密封圈的一侧具有分别对应每一凹槽的凸出部,另外一侧与内筒的筒底密封接触。
在上述方案中,多个凹槽对应一个密封圈可以简化安装流程,直接将密封圈安装在对应的多个凹槽内即可完成初步完成安装,进一步的,所述密封圈的凸出部宽度稍大于凹槽,则将密封圈安装在凹槽内会有自动紧压连接在凹槽内的效果,从而使得密封圈与凹槽之间的连接更加牢固。
优选的,所述洗衣机还包括设置在内筒的筒壁上的提升筋,所述提升筋与内筒的筒壁密封连接形成密封空间。
现有洗衣机中,其提升筋通常表面设置有连通其内部空腔与洗衣机内筒空间的通孔,则提升筋内部空间在内筒水的冲刷下能够变得干净,但是,当洗衣结束后,提升筋内部经常会存留少量的水,则在洗衣周期较长时,该部分水由于存放时间较长会滋生细菌等,造成对下次洗衣的衣物的污染。本发明中则直接将提升筋与内筒内部空间隔离设置形成密封的空间从而杜绝了洗涤水进入提升筋内部。同时,内筒底盖与内筒内部空间隔离密封,并不能达到预期的效果,为了达到最好的减污效果,本发明中在内筒底盖与内筒的筒底密封连接的前提下,进一步设置提升筋与内筒的筒壁密封连接,则将内筒内的附件均与内筒进行了密封连接,则基本可保证洗衣机内筒内部环境干净不受到污染。
优选的,所述提升筋具有开口端,所述开口端与内筒的筒壁密封连接,优选的,所述提升筋通过螺钉和/或卡扣连接件固定在内筒的筒壁,其开口端也设有容纳密封圈的凹槽,提升筋在螺钉和/或卡扣连接件的压力下将密封圈压缩配置在凹槽和内筒的筒壁之间。
本发明还同时提供了一种洗衣机,该洗衣机包括内筒,所述内筒的筒壁上设有提升筋,所述提升筋与内筒的筒壁密封连接形成密封空间,或者所述的提升筋与内筒的筒壁一体成型且为实心结构;
优选地,所述提升筋具有开口端,所述开口端与内筒的筒壁密封连接,优选的,所述提升筋通过螺钉和/或卡扣连接件固定在内筒的筒壁,其开口端也设有容纳密封圈的凹槽,提升筋在螺钉和/或卡扣连接件的压力下将密封圈压缩配置在凹槽和内筒的筒壁之间。
采用上述技术方案后,本发明与现有技术相比具有以下有益效果:
1、本发明的洗衣机针对其内部接触水的附件进行了密封处理,从而将洗涤水排斥在外部,杜绝了洗涤水在内部长时间存积,滋生细菌,产生脏污。其中,进一步的,本发明的附件主要包括了设置在内筒的筒壁的提升筋和安装在内筒的筒底的内筒底盖,此两部位最为容易进入洗涤水,是对洗涤水进行防脏防污的重心之处,本发明中提供了分别对内筒底盖和提升筋 进行密封的技术方案,解决了洗涤水进入内筒底盖内及提升筋内部并存储较长的时间,造成下次洗衣污染的问题。
2、本发明旨在提供一种防止洗衣污水留存在内筒附件的洗衣机,所以只将提升筋或只将内筒底盖与内筒内部空间隔离并不能达到预期的效果,因此,本发明中优选将提升筋和内筒底盖都与内筒内部空间隔离设置,基本可以保证洗衣机内部环境干净无污染。

实施例一
参见图1至图5所示,本实施例中提供一种滚筒洗衣机,包括内筒3,内筒3的筒底上安装有内筒底盖1,其中,内筒底盖1与内筒表面密封连接形成密封空间。
现有技术中,在洗衣时,洗涤水进入内筒底盖1与内筒的筒底之间的腔室后,难以排除,现有内筒清洁方式包括了用水流冲刷、用毛刷刷洗、使用清洗颗粒等方案,但是因为该处结构空间狭小上述内筒清洁方式均无法实现清洗目的。则在洗衣过程中,洗涤水会在内筒底盖内长时间积存,造成滋生细菌,产生脏污的问题,本发明中将内筒底盖和内筒的筒底直接密封连接形成密封的腔室,从根本上断绝了洗涤水进入内筒底盖与内筒的筒底之间形成的腔室内,解决了洗涤水在其中长期滞留滋生细菌,对之后洗衣造成污染的问题。
内筒的筒底通过螺栓固定在三角架2上或穿过三角架2上的螺栓孔固定在法兰盘上,洗衣机的内筒底盖1通过螺钉12固定在内筒的筒底以覆盖内筒的筒底上的螺栓,并与内筒的筒底之间形成腔室,当在洗涤中,污水进入该腔室内后,无法排处,长期积累容易滋生细菌,则在下次洗衣服时,容易造成对衣物的污染,针对于此,本实施例将内筒底盖和内筒的筒底之间密封连接,杜绝了内筒中污水进入其中。具体的,所述内筒3的筒底中心内陷形成凹槽,凹槽底部开设螺栓孔,所述内筒底盖1与凹槽配合形成密封覆盖螺栓的腔室。
具体的,内筒的筒底通过环形排列的六个螺栓固定在三角架2上或通过螺栓穿过三角架2的螺栓孔固定在法兰盘上,而所述的内筒底盖1朝向内筒的筒底的一侧对应各螺栓设置有容纳避让螺钉的容置腔11,容置腔11覆盖包围螺栓,其端面也与内筒的筒底密封连接,防止洗涤水由螺栓处进入内部空间。
实施例二
参见图1-图5所示,在本实施例中,洗衣机的内筒底盖1为盘形结构,扣在内筒的筒底,并通过螺钉12固定在内筒的筒底,因为该内筒底盖1是通过螺钉固定在内筒的筒底,因此洗涤水也可能沿着螺钉12进入内筒底盖1与内筒的筒底之间形成的腔室,因此本实施例要对内 筒底盖进行两处密封,第一密封部是内筒底盖1的外圆周上,第二密封部是在内筒底盖中心的螺钉孔处。其中,优选的,内筒底盖圆周面上和其螺钉孔处均通过密封件与内筒的筒底密封连接。进一步的,所述的密封件为密封圈,所述内筒底盖1通过密封圈与内筒的筒底密封连接实现密封,其中,第二密封部的螺钉孔处可在螺钉与螺钉孔之间进行密封处理,也可以在螺钉孔周围设置密封结构来进行密封处理。优选的,本发明中可同时设置螺钉与螺钉孔之间以及在螺钉孔周围通过设置密封结构进行密封连接则效果更佳。
具体的,所述内筒底盖1的中心开设有螺钉孔13,以通过螺钉13固定在内筒的筒底,所述内筒底盖1上同心设置有伸向内筒的筒底的多个圆环凸筋,最外圈的圆环凸筋15与内筒的筒底密封连接,螺钉孔外围的圆环凸筋与内筒的筒底密封连接。螺钉孔外围可能具有多个圆环凸筋,本实施例中优选将最接近螺钉孔外围的圆环凸筋与内筒的筒底密封连接实现密封。当然的,本实施例中对内筒底盖的密封不限于通过圆环凸筋,其他可实现密封的结构在此也适用。
优选的,所述各圆环凸筋均与螺钉孔同心设置,最外圈的圆环凸筋15的端面与内筒的筒底密封连接,最内圈的圆环凸筋14的端部与内筒的筒底密封连接。其中,最外圈的圆环凸筋15优选设置在内筒底盖的外圆周上,此结构设计为最优的防水结构。
进一步的,最外圈的圆环凸筋15的端面通过密封圈与内筒3的筒底紧压配合进行密封连接,所述内筒的筒底中心具有用于装配螺钉12的螺钉座,所述最内圈的圆环凸筋14端部内侧面通过密封圈与螺钉座外壁紧压配合进行密封连接。
实施例三
参见图1-图5所示,在实施例中,本实施例洗衣机的内筒底盖1上设置有固定密封圈的结构,具体的,最外圈的圆环凸筋15的端面和最内圈的圆环凸筋14端部内侧面上分别设置有凹槽4,所述的密封圈容纳在凹槽4内并伸出凹槽以与内筒表面密封接触;
进一步优选的,最外圈的圆环凸筋15的端面和最内圈的圆环凸筋14端部内侧面上分别至少设置一圈凹槽,每一圈凹槽对应设置一密封圈;
为了进一步提高密封圈的密封效果,本发明中的密封圈可多样性设计,凹槽4也可随之多样化,更优选的,最外圈的圆环凸筋15的端面和最内圈的圆环凸筋14端部内侧面上分别设置有多圈凹槽,多圈凹槽对应一密封圈,所述密封圈的一侧具有分别对应每一凹槽的凸出部,另外一侧与内筒的筒底密封接触。多个凹槽对应一个密封圈可以简化安装流程,直接将密封圈安装在对应的多个凹槽内即可完成初步完成安装,进一步的,所述密封圈的凸出部宽度稍大于凹槽,则将密封圈安装在凹槽内会有自动紧压连接在凹槽内的效果,从而使得密封 圈与凹槽之间的连接更加牢固。
实施例四
参见图6至图8所示,本实施例的洗衣机的提升筋设置为与内筒内部空间密封隔离的结构,所述提升筋5为具有开口的壳体,壳体表面不设置通孔,壳体的开口端与内筒的筒壁密封连接,所述开口端设置有的凹槽4,所述凹槽4容纳有密封圈,所述密封圈容纳在凹槽4内并伸出凹槽以与内筒表面密封接触。
进一步的,所述提升筋5通过螺钉和/或卡扣连接件固定在内筒的筒底,提升筋5在螺钉和/或卡扣连接件的压力下将密封圈压缩配置在凹槽和内筒的筒壁之间。具体的,所述提升筋5具有安装腔室,安装腔室的周围设置有卡扣连接件6,洗衣机内筒的筒壁上对应设置有卡扣座,以对提升筋5进行卡接定位。
进一步的,所述安装腔室内还设置有向洗衣机内筒的筒底延伸的提升筋螺钉座7,以通过螺钉固定在洗衣机的内筒的筒壁上。当然的,提升筋5的壳体开口端的可设置一圈配合密封圈的凹槽4,所述凹槽4内容置一密封圈,密封圈凸出凹槽以压缩在凹槽和洗衣机内筒的筒壁之间。进一步的,提升筋的壳体开口端可以设置多圈平行排列的凹槽,各凹槽分别对应一密封圈或者各凹槽共对应一个密封圈,当各凹槽共对应一个密封圈,该密封圈结构稍微复杂一侧具有分别容纳在各凹槽内的凸出部,另一侧与内筒的筒壁密封接触。作为优选的技术方案,本实施例中,提升筋的壳体开口端上设置有两圈凹槽,所述密封圈包括两个分别容纳在凹槽内的凸出部和连接所述凸出部的连接部,所述连接部设置压缩配置在提升筋的壳体开口端和内筒的筒壁之间,防止洗衣机内筒内的水进入提升筋的壳体内部,造成提升筋内长期积累污水滋生细菌而影响健康。
当然的,为了实现提升筋内不积存洗衣污水,本实施例的洗衣机内筒的提升筋5可与内筒一体设置,比如洗衣机的提升筋5为由内筒的筒壁向中心轴冲压形成,则洗衣机内部提升筋不具有可容置洗衣污水的腔室,从而达到提升筋第二次洗衣零污染的目的。
作为进一步的优化,本实施例中所述的提升筋也可以设置为实心结构,则也不具有容纳洗衣污水的容置腔室可避免了洗涤水在内部长时间存积,滋生细菌,产生脏污。
在上述方案中,将提升筋设置为实心结构会增加内筒的重量,则需要选用密度小且硬度高的材质。因此为了减少难度,本实施例中,所述的提升筋可设置为密封空心结构则既可以减少其重量,也避免了洗涤水在提升筋内部长时间存积,滋生细菌,产生脏污。
实施例五
由于只将提升筋5或只将内筒底盖1与内筒内部空间隔离密封,并不能达到预期的效果, 为了达到最好的防污染效果。本实施例与上述实施例的区别在于:本实施例将内筒的内部附件都设置为与内筒内部空间密封隔离的结构,其中,内筒的附件主要包括了提升筋5和内筒底盖1。本实施例中,内筒底盖采用实施例一或实施例二或实施例三或上述三者的任意结合的技术方案,而本实施例的内筒提升筋则采用实施例四中的技术方案,则本实施例中通过将提升筋和内筒底盖同时设置为与内筒密封的结构可基本保证洗衣机内筒内部环境干净不产生污染。
需要进行说明的是:本发明的上述实施例所限定的技术方案可单独实施,也可相互组合实施。本发明的上述实施例所限定的技术方案可适用滚筒洗衣机,也可适用于波轮洗衣机。

  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种洗衣机,其特征在于,所述内筒的筒底通过螺栓固定在三角架上,所述内筒底盖与内筒的筒底配合形成密封的腔室,所述的螺栓设置在密封的腔室内。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种洗衣机,其特征在于,所述内筒的筒底中心内陷形成凹槽,凹槽底部开设螺栓孔,所述内筒底盖与凹槽配合形成密封覆盖螺栓的腔室。
  4. 根据权利要求2或3所述的一种洗衣机,其特征在于,所述内筒底盖中心设有螺钉孔以通过螺钉固定在内筒的筒底,所述内筒底盖的外圆周与内筒的筒底,内筒底盖的螺钉孔外周与内筒的筒底分别密封连接。
  5. 根据权利要求1-4所述的一种洗衣机,其特征在于,所述内筒底盖上同心设置有伸向内筒的筒底的多个圆环凸筋,最外圈的圆环凸筋与内筒的筒底密封连接,螺钉孔外围的圆环凸筋与内筒的筒底密封连接。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种洗衣机,其特征在于,所述各圆环凸筋与螺钉孔同心设置,最外圈的圆环凸筋的端面与内筒的筒底密封连接,最内圈的圆环凸筋的端部与内筒的筒底密封连接。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种洗衣机,其特征在于,最外圈的圆环凸筋的端面通过密封圈与内筒的筒底紧压配合进行密封连接,所述内筒的筒底中心具有用于装配螺钉的螺钉座,所述最内圈的圆环凸筋端部内侧面通过密封圈与螺钉座外壁紧压配合进行密封连接。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种洗衣机,其特征在于,最外圈的圆环凸筋的端面和最内圈的圆环凸筋端部内侧面上分别设置有凹槽,所述的密封圈容纳在凹槽内并伸出凹槽以与内筒表面密封接触;
    优选的,最外圈的圆环凸筋的端面和最内圈的圆环凸筋端部内侧面上分别至少设置一圈凹槽,每一圈凹槽对应设置一密封圈;
    更优选的,最外圈的圆环凸筋的端面和最内圈的圆环凸筋端部内侧面上分别设置有多圈凹槽,多圈凹槽对应一密封圈,所述密封圈的一侧具有分别对应每一凹槽的凸出部,另外一侧与内筒的筒底密封接触。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的一种洗衣机,其特征在于,还包括设置在内筒的筒壁上的提升筋,所述提升筋与内筒的筒壁密封连接形成密封空间;
    优选地,所述提升筋具有开口端,所述开口端与内筒的筒壁密封连接,优选的,所述提升筋通过螺钉和/或卡扣连接件固定在内筒的筒壁,其开口端也设有容纳密封圈的凹槽,提升 筋在螺钉和/或卡扣连接件的压力下将密封圈压缩配置在凹槽和内筒的筒壁之间。
  10. 一种洗衣机,其特征在于,包括内筒,所述内筒的筒壁上设有提升筋,所述提升筋与内筒的筒壁密封连接形成密封空间,或者所述的提升筋与内筒的筒壁一体成型且为实心结构;
