可选的,还包括前扶手,所述前扶手包括前扶手中杆以及两个前扶手连杆;
所述两个前扶手连杆对称设置且分别可转动地连接在前扶手中杆两端,每个前扶手连杆未连接前扶手中杆的一端可转动地连接有前扶手插头,所述前扶手插头插入侧扶手连杆中。
可选的,还包括相互可转动地连接的第一推把和第二推把,所述第一推把和第二推把分别可转动地连接于所述推杆。
可选的,所述第一推把和第二推把之间设有锁定件,所述锁定件用于锁定以及解锁所述第一推把和第二推把。
可选的,所述侧扶手和推杆之间设有用于锁定整车车架的锁定机构,所述锁定件解锁第一推把和第二推把且同时向下向前压推杆时,所述锁定机构自动解除对所述整车车架的锁定。
可选的,还包括:
座杆,所述座杆的第一端与前轮支架连杆可转动连接,
座杆连杆,座杆连杆的第一端与所述座杆的第二端可转动地连接,所述座杆连杆第二端与可转动地连接于后轮支架,且所述座杆连杆与所述后轮支架的 转动轴心同轴于后撑杆与后轮支架的转动轴心。
可选的,还包括与侧扶手可转动地连接的座杆滑套,所述座杆滑套内滑动设有座杆,所述座杆一端可转动地连接于侧扶手连杆,所述侧扶手连杆上端可转动地连接有前扶手插座,且所述前扶手插座的转动轴心与所述前扶手连杆与侧扶手的转动轴心同轴,所述前扶手的前扶手插头插入前扶手插座中。
一种可折叠推车,包括上述任一项所述的可折叠推车车架。
本公开通过上述结构,能够使得推车车架的折叠更加方便快捷,且折叠后的体积小,便于携带收纳,给用户带来极大的方便。而且上述结构在推车展开时,整车结构更加稳定。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图并通过具体实施方式来说明本公开的技术方案。
实施例一
本实施例提供一种可折叠推车车架,在本实施例中,涉及到的“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、“上”、“下”等方向,均以用户推车时所面向的方向,即用户推车时其正对的方向即为前方,以此为基准,来说明上述多个方向。
如图1-7所示,该可折叠推车车架包括前轮支架1、后轮支架2、侧扶手3、推 杆4、后撑杆5、前轮支架连杆6、侧扶手连杆7、滑套8、前轮组件11以及后轮组件12,其中:
上述前轮组件11安装在前轮支架1上,后轮组件12安装在后轮支架2上。
如图2所示,上述前轮支架1与后轮支架2之间通过销钉27转动销接,具体的,该后轮支架2包括左后轮支架(第一后轮支架)2a以及右后轮支架(第二后轮支架)2b,左后轮支架2a和右后轮支架2b分别通过销钉27转动销接于前轮支架1的两侧。
后轮支架2的上端与侧扶手3通过销钉29转动销接,后端(即第一位置处)与后撑杆5通过销钉33转动销接,侧扶手3通过销钉30可转动连接于推杆4,该推杆4通过销钉30还连接有千蓬杆19,即上述侧扶手3、推杆4以及千蓬杆19之间通过销钉30同轴的可转动连接,上述推杆4与后撑杆5之间通过销钉32转动销接。本实施例中,上述推杆4下端通过销钉32转动销接于后撑杆5。
在后轮支架2上设置有滑套8,上述滑套8上通过销钉36转动销接有前轮支架连杆6,通过销钉35转动销接有侧扶手连杆7,上述前轮支架连杆6未连接滑套8的一端通过销钉28转动销接于前轮支架1,上述侧扶手连杆7未连接滑套8的一端通过销钉31转动销接于侧扶手3。具体的,本实施例中,上述滑套8包括滑套8a和滑套8b。
本实施例中,如图3和图4所示,上述可折叠婴儿推车还包括中间部位通过销钉49可转动连接且交叉设置的左后撑杆(第二撑杆)23和右后撑杆(第一撑杆)22,其中左后撑杆23的一端通过销钉44转动销接有左前撑杆(第四撑杆)25,另一端通过销钉48可转动连接于前轮支架连杆6的右前轮支架连杆(第二车轮支架连杆)6b,右后撑杆22一端通过销钉45可转动连接有右前撑杆(第三撑杆)24,另一端通过销钉47可转动连接于前轮支架连杆6的左前轮支架连杆(第一车轮支架连杆)6a,上述左前撑杆25未连接左后撑杆23的一端通过销钉43可转动连接于左前轮支架连杆6a未连接右后撑杆22的一端,右前撑杆24未连接右后撑杆22的一端通过销钉46可转动连接于右前轮支架连杆6b未连接左后撑杆23的一端。
本实施例中,上述可折叠婴儿推车还包括中间部位通过销钉42可转动连接且交叉设置的上十字撑杆20和下十字撑杆21,其中上十字撑杆20一端通过销钉40b可转动连接于后轮支架2的右后轮支架2b,另一端通过销钉41a可转动连接有 左U形件(第一连接件)26a,左U形件26a通过销钉36可转动连接于左前轮支架连杆6a,且左U形件26a的转动轴心同轴于左前轮支架连杆6a和滑套8的转动轴心;
下十字撑杆21一端通过销钉40a可转动连接于后轮支架2的左后轮支架2a,另一端通过销钉41b可转动连接有右U形件(第二连接件)26b,右U形件26b通过另一个销钉36可转动连接于右前轮支架连杆6b,且右U形件26b的转动轴心同轴于右前轮支架连杆6b和滑套8的转动轴心。
本实施例中,上述可折叠婴儿推车还包括前扶手,可选的,该前扶手包括前扶手中杆16,对称设置且可转动连接在前扶手中杆16两端的两个前扶手连杆(包括左前扶手连杆15a以及右前扶手连杆15b),每个前扶手连杆未连接前扶手中杆16的一端可转动连接有前扶手插头(包括连接于左前扶手连杆15a的左前扶手插头14a,连接于右前扶手连杆15b的右前扶手插头14b),在将上述前扶手中杆16、前扶手连杆以及前扶手插头组装后,可将上述组装好的结构通过前扶手插头插入侧扶手连杆7中。
本实施例中,在推杆4两侧上端分别通过销钉38a和销钉38b可转动连接有左推把(第一推把)17a和右推把(第二推把)17b,左推把17a和右推把17b之间通过销钉39可转动连接,且在左推把17a和右推把17b之间设有锁定件,该锁定件用于锁定以及解锁左推把17a和右推把17b。本实施例中,上述锁定件为解锁按钮18。
本实施例中在侧扶手3和推杆4之间还设有用于锁定整车车架的锁定机构341,在锁定件解锁左推把17a和右推把17b并且向下向前压推杆4时,锁定机构341自动解除对整车车架的锁定,以完成对整车车架的折叠。
本实施例中,上述可折叠婴儿推车还设有与前轮支架连杆6通过销钉34可转动连接的座杆9,该座杆9未连接前轮支架连杆6的一端通过销钉50可转动连接有座杆连杆10,座杆连杆10未连接座杆9的一端通过销钉33可转动连接于后轮支架2,且座杆连杆10与后轮支架2的转动轴心同轴于后撑杆5与后轮支架2的转动轴心。上述座杆9上还通过销钉37可转动连接有靠背杆13。
当对本实施例的可折叠推车车架进行折叠时,首先通过锁定件解除左推把17a和右推把17b之间的锁定关系,随后将左推把17a和右推把17b向下并向前压,使得侧扶手3和推杆4之间的锁定机构341自动解锁,随后将推杆4继续下压,此时可折叠推车车架状态如图5和图6所示。
之后,继续向前并向下折叠整个车架,通过上述各个部件的联动关系,即可实现整个可折叠推车车架的完全折叠,完全折叠后的状态如图7所示。
本公开还提供一种可折叠推车,包括上述的可折叠推车车架,通过上述可折叠推车车架的结构,能够使得推车车架的折叠更加方便快捷,且折叠后的体积小,便于携带收纳,给用户带来极大的方便。而且上述结构在推车展开时,整车结构更加稳定。
实施例二
本实施例与实施例一区别在于本实施例的座杆9并非可转动连接在前轮支架连杆6上,如图8-12所示,上述座杆9滑动设置在座杆滑套51内,该座杆滑套51通过销钉52与侧扶手3可转动连接,上述座杆9一端通过销钉53可转动连接于侧扶手连杆7,侧扶手连杆7上端可转动连接有前扶手插座55,可选的,是在侧扶手3上设有连接件,该连接件与前扶手插座55可转动连接,上述前扶手插座55的转动轴心同轴于前扶手连杆7与侧扶手3的转动轴心,也就是均通过销钉54实现前扶手插座55、前扶手连杆7以及侧扶手3之间的可转动连接,上述前扶手通过前扶手插头插入前扶手插座55中。
当对本实施例的可折叠推车车架进行折叠时,首先通过锁定件解除左推把17a和右推把17b之间的锁定关系,随后将左推把17a和右推把17b向下并向前压,使得侧扶手3和推杆4之间的锁定机构341自动解锁,随后将推杆4继续下压,此时可折叠推车车架状态如图10和图11所示。
之后,继续向前并向下折叠整个车架,通过上述多个部件的联动关系,即可实现整个可折叠推车车架的完全折叠,完全折叠后的状态如图12所示。
工业实用性
本公开提供的可折叠推车车架,能够使得推车车架的折叠更加方便快捷,且折叠后的体积小,便于携带收纳,给用户带来极大的方便。而且上述结构在推车展开时,整车结构更加稳定。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种可折叠推车车架,包括:
    前轮支架(1),
    与前轮支架(1)可可转动连接的后轮支架(2),
    与所述后轮支架(2)的上端可可转动连接的侧扶手(3),在后轮支架(2)的第一位置处与所述后轮支架(2)可转动连接的后撑杆(5),
    与所述侧扶手(3)以及后撑杆(5)异轴可转动连接的推杆(4),
    设置在所述后轮支架(2)上的滑套(8),
    前轮支架连杆(6),所述前轮支架连杆(6)的第一端与所述滑套(8)可转动连接,所述前轮支架连杆(6)的第二端与前轮支架(1)可转动连接;以及
    侧扶手连杆(7),所述侧扶手连杆(7)的第一端与所述滑套(8)可转动连接,所述侧扶手连杆(7)的第一端与所述侧扶手(3)可转动连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的可折叠推车车架,还包括第一撑杆(22)、第二撑杆(23)、第三撑杆(24)以及第四撑杆(25);
    第一撑杆(22)和第二撑杆(23)处于中间部位并且可转动连接;
    所述第二撑杆(23)的第一端与第四撑杆(25)的第一端可转动连接,所述第二撑杆(23)的第二端与前轮支架连杆(6)的第二车轮支架连杆(6b)的第一端可转动地连接,所述第四撑杆(25)的第二端与所述第一车轮支架连杆(6a)的第一端可转动连接;
    所述第一撑杆(22)的第一端与第三撑杆(24)的第一端可转动连接,所述第一撑杆(22)的第二端与前轮支架连杆(6)的第一车轮支架连杆(6a)的第二端可转动连接,所述第三撑杆(24)的第二端与所述第二车轮支架连杆(6b)的第二端可转动连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的可折叠推车车架,还包括中间部位可转动地连接且交叉设置的上十字撑杆(20)和下十字撑杆(21),
    所述上十字撑杆(20)第一端可转动地连接于后轮支架(2)的第二后轮支架(2b),第二端可转动地连接有第一连接件(26a),所述第一连接件(26a)可转动地连接于第一车轮支架连杆(6a),且第一连接件(26a)的转动轴心同轴于所述第一车轮支架连杆(6a)和滑套(8)的转动轴心;
    所述下十字撑杆(21)第一端可转动地连接于后轮支架(2)的第一后轮支 架(2a),第二端可转动地连接有第二连接件(26b),所述第二连接件(26b)可转动地连接于第二车轮支架连杆(6b),且第二连接件(26b)的转动轴心同轴于所述第二车轮支架连杆(6b)和滑套(8)的转动轴心。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的可折叠推车车架,还包括前扶手,所述前扶手包括前扶手中杆(16)以及两个前扶手连杆(15a,15b);
    所述两个前扶手连杆(15a,15b)对称设置且分别可转动地连接在前扶手中杆(16)两端,每个前扶手连杆(15a,15b)未连接前扶手中杆(16)的一端可转动地连接有前扶手插头(14a,14b),所述前扶手插头(14a,14b)插入侧扶手连杆(7)中。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的可折叠推车车架,还包括相互可转动地连接的第一推把(17a)和第二推把(17b),所述第一推把(17a)和第二推把(17b)分别可转动地连接于所述推杆(4)。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的可折叠推车车架,其中,所述第一推把(17a)和第二推把(17b)之间设有锁定件(18),所述锁定件(18)用于锁定以及解锁所述第一推把(17a)和第二推把(17b)。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的可折叠推车车架,其中,所述侧扶手(3)和推杆(4)之间设有用于锁定整车车架的锁定机构(341),所述锁定件(18)解锁第一推把(17a)和第二推把(17b)且同时向下向前压推杆(4)时,所述锁定机构(341)自动解除对所述整车车架的锁定。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的可折叠推车车架,还包括:
    座杆(9),所述座杆(9)的第一端与前轮支架连杆(6)可转动连接,
    座杆连杆(10),座杆连杆(10)的第一端与所述座杆(9)的第二端可转动地连接,所述座杆连杆(10)第二端与可转动地连接于后轮支架(2),且所述座杆连杆(10)与所述后轮支架(2)的转动轴心同轴于后撑杆(5)与后轮支架(2)的转动轴心。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的可折叠推车车架,还包括与侧扶手(3)可转动地连接的座杆滑套(51),所述座杆滑套(51)内滑动设有座杆(9),所述座杆(9)一端可转动地连接于侧扶手连杆(7),所述侧扶手连杆(7)上端可转动地连接有前扶手插座(55),且所述前扶手插座(55)的转动轴心与所述前扶手连杆(7)与侧扶手(3)的转动轴心同轴,所述前扶手的前扶手插头(14a,14b)插入前 扶手插座(55)中。
  10. 一种可折叠推车,包括权利要求1-9任一所述的可折叠推车车架。
