  1. 一种折叠式的婴儿推车,其包括前轮支架(1),后轮支架(2),座架(3)和推杆(4);前轮支架(1)的下端设有前轮组件(5),后轮支架(2)的下端设有后轮组件(6),其特征在于推杆(4)通过枢接组件(7)与前轮支架(1)和后轮支架(2)连接,所述的婴儿推车还包括与枢接组件(7)连接并可收折推杆的第一收折结构(8),所述的婴儿推车还包括可收折前轮支架和后轮支架的第二收折结构(9)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种折叠式的婴儿推车,其特征在于所述的推杆(4)包括枢接在一起的上推杆(41)和下推杆(42),上推杆的下部设有上推杆枢接座(411),下推杆(42)的上部设有与上推杆枢接座枢接的下推杆枢接座(421),第一收折结构(8)包括设置在上推杆(41)的开关按钮(81),开关按钮(81)通过第一拉绳(82)连接有第一弹性插销(83),第一弹性插销(83)伸入到下推杆(42)内。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种折叠式的婴儿推车,其特征在于所述的枢接组件(7)包括与下推杆(42)连接的上枢接座(71),及与前轮支架和后轮支架连接的下枢接座(72);上枢接座(71)与下枢接座(72)枢接,第一收折结构(8)还包括与上推杆枢接座(411)连接的第二拉绳(84),第二拉绳(84)连接有第二弹性插销(85),下枢接座(72)设有供第二弹性插销(85)卡入的下枢接座卡槽(721)。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种折叠式的婴儿推车,其特征在于 所述的前轮支架(1)包括前轮架上连杆(11)和前轮架下连接杆(12),前轮架上连杆(11)的上端与枢接组件(7)固定连接,前轮架上连杆(11)的下端插接到前轮架下连接杆(12)内,第二收折结构(9)包括固定在前轮架下连接杆(12)上的固定座(91),固定座(91)上设有可在固定座上前后移动的弹性拉板(92),弹性拉板(92)上设有一对呈八字设置的斜槽(93),固定座(91)上设有可在固定座上左右移动的横杆(94),横杆(94)的一端通过横杆头(95)插入到其中一斜槽(93)内,横杆(94)的另一端插入到前轮架上连杆(11)的前轮架上连杆孔(111)内。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种折叠式的婴儿推车,其特征在于所述的座架(3)的后端通过座架连接座(31)与上推杆枢接座(411)连接,座架(3)的前端下部铰接有与固定座(91)连接的座架下连杆(32)。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的一种折叠式的婴儿推车,其特征在于所述的第一弹性插销(83)和第二弹性插销(85)包括插销本体(851),插销本体(851)上设有插销槽(852),插销槽(852)内设有插销弹簧(853),插销槽(852)内上端设有插销横孔(854)。
  7. 根据权利要求3所述的一种折叠式的婴儿推车,其特征在于所述的前轮支架(1)与后轮支架(2)之间铰接有可收折横杆(211)。
  8. 根据权利要求2所述的一种折叠式的婴儿推车,其特征在于所述的上推杆枢接座(411)上连接有遮阳布架(10)。
