一种内桶底平衡环结构,包括,内桶底(1),安装在内桶底(1)底部的内桶底盖(2),所述内桶底(1)与内桶底盖(2)密封连接,且两者之间形成一封闭的环形腔室(4),所述环形腔室(4)内填充有平衡液,在所述环形腔室(4)内,内桶底(1)和内桶底盖(2)上设有交错分布的挡板,相邻挡板之间构成平衡液的流通通道。该平衡环结构简单,可以方便的改装至现有的洗衣机上,充分利用了内桶底(1)与内桶底盖(2)之间的空间,提高了洗衣机内部的空间利用效率,并且内桶底(1)与内桶底盖(2)形成的环形腔室(4)内设有交错分布的挡板,有效限制了平衡液的流动速度,在洗衣机脱水过程的初期,可以达到较好的平衡效果。

Description

一种内桶底平衡环结构 技术领域
本实用新型涉及洗衣机,尤其是一种洗衣机上的内桶底平衡环结构。
背景技术
波轮洗衣机的平衡环一般设置在内桶的上部,用于平衡脱水时洗衣机产生的不平衡载荷,这种平衡环对内桶上部的不平衡载荷平衡效果较好,但对内桶下部难以起到很好的平衡作用,为了有效的抵制内桶下部的不平衡载荷,目前市场上也出现了在洗衣机的内桶底部设置下平衡环,但现有的下平衡环在脱水过程的初期,其内部的平衡液难以均匀的分布在平衡环的整个腔室内,因此,在洗衣机脱水初期,平衡效果较差,使用效果不理想。
鉴于此提出本实用新型。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种通过限制平衡液流动速度,以到达较好平衡效果的内桶底平衡环结构。
为了实现该目的,本实用新型采用如下技术方案:
一种内桶底平衡环结构,包括,内桶底,安装在内桶底底部的内桶底盖,所述内桶底与内桶底盖密封连接,且两者之间形成一封闭的环形腔室,所述环形腔室内填充有平衡液,在所述环形腔室内,内桶底和内桶底盖上设有交错分布的挡板,相邻挡板之间构成平衡液的流通通道。
进一步,所述挡板包括,由内桶底的底部向下延伸出的上挡板和由内桶底盖的内侧上表面向上延伸出的下挡板,所述上挡板的面积与下挡板的面积大小不同。
进一步,所述上挡板沿内桶底径向的内外两侧分别设有一上环形凸缘,所述下挡板沿内桶底径向的内外两侧分别设有一下环形凸缘,所述上环形凸缘与下环形凸缘密封接触,以界定所述环形腔室。
进一步,所述下挡板设置在所述环形腔室内的外圈一侧,且延伸至相邻的两上挡板之间。
进一步,所述下挡板设置在所述环形腔室内的内圈一侧,且不超过上挡板远离内桶底轴心一侧的边缘。
进一步,所述下挡板设置在所述环形腔室的中间位置,且下挡板的遮挡面积小于上挡板。
进一步,所述上、下挡板的遮挡面的延伸面经过内桶底的轴心。
进一步,所述下挡板和/或上挡板沿着内桶底的径向偏离一定角度设置,且相邻的上下两挡板互不平行。
进一步,所述内桶底和内桶底盖通过熔敷固定连接在一起。
进一步,所述环形腔室内的平衡液的体积占环形腔室内容积的20%-70%。
采用本实用新型所述的技术方案后,带来以下有益效果:
本实用新型结构简单,可以方便的改装至现有的洗衣机上,并且充分利用了内桶底与内桶底盖之间的空间,提高了洗衣机内部的空间利用效率,另外,本实用新型在内桶底与内桶底盖形成的环形腔室内设有交错分布的挡板,有效限制了平衡液的流动速度,使平衡液的分布更加均匀,在洗衣机脱水过程的初期,可以达到较好的平衡效果。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型的具体实施方式作进一步详细的描述。
实施例一
如图1至图3所示,一种内桶底平衡环结构,包括,内桶底1,安装在内桶底1底部的内桶底盖2,一般还包括安装在内桶底盖2底部,用于加强内桶底盖2强度的法兰盘3。其中,内桶底1为一体注塑成型,法兰盘3通过螺钉固定在内桶底盖2的底部。所述内桶底1与内桶底盖2密封连接,且两者之间形成一封闭的环形腔室4,所述环形腔室4内填充有平衡液,具体地,在内桶底1的上部设置有注液口,用于注入平衡液(如:氯化钙等),注入后有阀塞将其封闭,防止脱水时平衡液从注液口溢出。
在所述环形腔室4内,内桶底1和内桶底盖2上设有交错分布的挡板,相邻挡板之间构成平衡液的流通通道,平衡液在环形腔室4内流动时,将受到挡板的阻挡,使平衡液的流速减慢。
所述内桶底盖2通过熔敷的方式与内桶底1结合一体,优选地,内桶底盖2将内桶底1的竖直侧面和底部全部包裹。
具体地,所述挡板包括,由内桶底1的底部向下延伸出的上挡板5和由内桶底盖2的内侧上表面向上延伸出的下挡板6,所述的上挡板5和下挡板6为多个,并沿内桶体圆周方向上等间距分布,所述上挡板5的面积与下挡板6的面积大小不同,以形成不同的阻挡效果。
如图5所示,所述上挡板5沿内桶底1径向的内外两侧分别设有一上环形凸缘7,所述下挡板6沿内桶底1径向的内外两侧分别设有一下环形凸缘8,所述上环形凸缘7与下环形凸缘8密封接触,以界定所述环形腔室4。具体地,所述上环形凸缘7和下环形凸缘8对接后,通过熔敷的方式连接在一起,形成封闭的环形腔室4。
如图4所示,所述下挡板6设置在所述环形腔室4的中间位置,且下挡板6的遮挡面积小于上挡板5,下挡板6和上挡板5在环形腔室4的中间部位存在重叠的阻挡区,以阻挡平衡液,而在环形腔室4的内圈侧和外圈侧,则无挡板遮挡,平衡液可以顺畅的流动。
优选地,所述上、下挡板6的遮挡面的延伸面经过内桶底1的轴心,即沿着内桶底1的径向设置。
所述环形腔室4内的平衡液的体积占环形腔室4内容积的20%-70%,优选为40%-60%,以达到较好的平衡效果。
实施例二
如图6所示,本实施例与实施例一的区别在于,所述下挡板6设置在所述环形腔室4内的外圈一侧,且延伸至相邻的两上挡板5之间,下挡板6和上挡板5在环形腔室4的外圈部位存在重叠的阻挡区,以阻挡平衡液,而在环形腔室4的内圈侧则无挡板遮挡,平衡液可以顺畅的流动,另外,下挡板6也可以设置的较短,不延伸至上挡板5之间,或仅略微延伸至上挡板5之间。
实施例三
如图7所示,本实施例与实施例一的区别在于,所述下挡板6设置在所述环形腔室4内的内圈一侧,且不超过上挡板5远离内桶底1轴心一侧的边缘,下挡板6和上挡板5在环形腔室4的内圈部位存在重叠的阻挡区,以阻挡平衡液,而在环形腔室4的外圈侧则无挡板遮挡,平衡液可以顺畅的流动。
实施例四
如图8所示,在上述实施例的基础上,所述下挡板6和/或上挡板5的延伸面也可以不经过内桶底1的轴心,即下挡板6和/或上挡板5沿着内桶底1的径向偏离一定角度设置,且相邻的上下两挡板互不平行,上述方案可形成多种新的实施例。
以上所述为本实用新型的实施方式,应当指出,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,在不脱离本实用新型原理前提下,还可以做出多种变形和改进,这也应该视为本实用新型的保护范围。

  1. 一种内桶底平衡环结构,包括,内桶底,安装在内桶底底部的内桶底盖,其特征在于:所述内桶底与内桶底盖密封连接,且两者之间形成一封闭的环形腔室,所述环形腔室内填充有平衡液,在所述环形腔室内,内桶底和内桶底盖上设有交错分布的挡板,相邻挡板之间构成平衡液的流通通道。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种内桶底平衡环结构,其特征在于:所述挡板包括,由内桶底的底部向下延伸出的上挡板和由内桶底盖的内侧上表面向上延伸出的下挡板,所述上挡板的面积与下挡板的面积大小不同。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种内桶底平衡环结构,其特征在于:所述上挡板沿内桶底径向的内外两侧分别设有一上环形凸缘,所述下挡板沿内桶底径向的内外两侧分别设有一下环形凸缘,所述上环形凸缘与下环形凸缘密封接触,以界定所述环形腔室。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的一种内桶底平衡环结构,其特征在于:所述下挡板设置在所述环形腔室内的外圈一侧,且延伸至相邻的两上挡板之间。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的一种内桶底平衡环结构,其特征在于:所述下挡板设置在所述环形腔室内的内圈一侧,且不超过上挡板远离内桶底轴心一侧的边缘。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的一种内桶底平衡环结构,其特征在于:所述下挡板设置在所述环形腔室的中间位置,且下挡板的遮挡面积小于上挡板。
  7. 根据权利要求4-6任一项所述的一种内桶底平衡环结构,其特征在于:所述上、下挡板的遮挡面的延伸面经过内桶底的轴心。
  8. 根据权利要求4-6任一项所述的一种内桶底平衡环结构,其特征在于:所述下挡板和/或上挡板沿着内桶底的径向偏离一定角度设置,且相邻的上下两挡板互不平行。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的一种内桶底平衡环结构,其特征在于:所述内桶底和内桶底盖通过熔敷固定连接在一起。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的一种内桶底平衡环结构,其特征在于:所述环形腔室内的平衡液的体积占环形腔室内容积的20%-70%。
