目前市面上在售的洗衣机,无论是德系、日系、韩系和国产品牌,大都采用了各种安全装置:童锁、电子门锁等,防止儿童胡乱操作、不安全使用洗衣机,比如钻入洗涤筒内。但是,各个系列的洗衣机对于童锁功能的设计却是五花八门:对于按键式的洗衣机采用的是组合键方式设置童锁功能的开和关闭,且不同品牌的洗衣机或者同一品牌不同型号的洗衣机采用的组合键方式有时也不一致。对于TFT屏全触摸滚筒洗衣机多数是在待机状态下的设置界面中,设置童锁功能的打开和关闭。不管是按键式滚筒洗衣机,还是TFT屏全触摸滚筒洗衣机,童锁功能多数是在洗衣程序运行以后才起作用,前提是要用户自己通过组合键设置童锁(按键式滚筒洗衣机),或者在TFT显示屏设置选项中设置童锁功能打开(TFT屏全触摸式滚筒洗衣机)。
目前只要洗衣机电源插头插到插座上,整机就进入接通电源状态,一旦按下洗衣机的电源开关键,机器就会进入待机状态,此时门锁解锁,滚筒洗衣机的机门可以打开。所以,在用户没有拔下电源插头,洗衣机通电的情况下,儿童有可能自己按下电源按键开机,在待机状态胡乱操作洗衣机。如果有俩儿童,可能会出现一个钻进洗涤内筒中,另一个关闭机门并且选择程序运行的情况,势必会造成危险事故的发生。设置童锁功能的目的就是在程序方面增加整机的安全性,但是由于童锁功能的使用方法不同,且用户很多时候会忽略洗衣机自带的童锁功能,造成目前的童锁功能设计没有发挥到最佳功能。
当前童锁功能的设计主要方法是:
1、洗衣机开机后进入待机状态,待机状态下默认是童锁功能是关闭的。但是,用户可以通过组合键设置童锁功能打开(按键式滚筒洗衣机),或者在TFT显示屏设置选项中设置童锁功能打开(TFT屏全触摸式滚筒洗衣机)。设置童锁后,待机状态下操作无效。
2、洗衣机运行状态下默认是童锁功能是关闭的。用户选择洗衣程序运行之后,在程序过程中,用户通过组合键的方式或者通过设置选项,进行童锁功能的设定。童锁功能设定后,运行过程中操作无效。
目前童锁功能需要用户在说明书学习使用,整机在开机和运行状态下,童锁功能是默 认关闭的,很多用户直接不看说明书,不了解童锁功能,甚至不使用童锁功能,使得童锁功能有点摆设的感觉。所以,有必要对现有的童锁设置功能进行再次优化,提供一种新的洗衣机控制方法。
有鉴于此特提出本发明。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种洗衣机控制方法。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用技术方案的基本构思是:
一种洗衣机控制方法,洗衣机开机默认进入锁定状态,当洗衣机接收到解锁指令时,洗衣机解除锁定,用户可进行洗衣设置操作。

和/或,所述洗衣设置操作还包括程序参数设置,所述的程序参数至少包括程序运行时间选择,衣物种类选择。
本实施例所述的洗衣机控制方法在洗衣机的开机状态、进行洗衣设置操作时、洗衣程序运行状态实现洗衣机的锁定,多状态、全方位的对用户的使用进行了限制,以防止他人或儿童对洗衣机进行操作。
实施例二
本实施例提供了一种洗衣机,采用如实施例一所述的控制方法。
实施例三
本实施例提供了一种具有童锁功能的洗衣机,采用如实施例一所述的洗衣机控制方法,本实施例中洗衣机的锁定状态指的是洗衣机童锁功能开启,洗衣机解锁指的是童锁功能关闭。
用户按下洗衣机电源开关键,控制电路板通电后,洗衣机开机默认进入童锁状态。
当用户使用洗衣机时,首先要先解除锁定,此时,用户可查阅说明书学习解锁的方法,解除锁定。
具体的,本实施例的洗衣机为按键式滚筒洗衣机,控制方法具体包括:
洗衣机开机默认进入锁定状态,相应的童锁提示图标开启,用户的操作无效。
用户需要使用洗衣机时,首先解除童锁功能,输入解除童锁的指令,当洗衣机接收到关闭童锁指令时,洗衣机童锁功能解除,相应的提示图标关闭。
输入解除童锁的指令即为输入洗衣机解锁指令,洗衣机接收解锁指令时:判断是否接收到用户的解锁指令,若判断结果为是,则洗衣机解除锁定,若判断结果为否,则洗衣机保持锁定状态。
进一步地,解除童锁的方式还可以包括和/或在触控屏幕上进行图形密码解锁或数字密码解锁,和/或通过识别模块进行指纹识别解锁;所述的识别解锁包括识别指纹,人脸特征,语音特征进行解锁等方式对洗衣机进行解锁。
当洗衣机解除童锁功能后,用户可进行洗衣设置操作;
对于按键式滚筒洗衣机,采用组合按键的解锁方式输入解锁指令,洗衣机解除童锁功能后等待用户操作,如图2所示。
所述的组合按键数量可以是两个按键组合,也可以是三个按键组合,按键的组合数量不作限制。
进一步地,洗衣机解除锁定,用户可进行洗衣设置操作。用户在进行洗衣设置操作时可能会中断操作,为避免在中断时间内其他人员或者儿童进行误操作,本发明通过判断在一定时间T1内是否接收到用户设置操作的指令,若在未接收到用户的设置操作的指令,则进入锁定状态。一定时间T1的设定应该满足用户正常进行设置操作的时间间隔,同时不应过长,以杜绝用户中断期间其他人员或者儿童进行误操作。
在用户解除童锁后,进入洗衣程序选择,用户根据实际情况,进行衣物的洗涤,脱水,烘干,杀菌程序选择或漂洗,浸洗等程序选择;并进行程序参数设置,所述的参数设置包括程序运行时间选择,衣物种类选择;衣物种类可以为羊毛,纯棉,化纤,丝绸,混合等种类。例如,用户选择洗涤程序,衣物种类为羊毛,洗涤时间为15分钟。
具体地,在洗衣程序中将所述的一定时间T1设置为30-60秒,优选的,本实施例中T1为60秒,即在用户进行洗衣设置操作时,若相邻两次的按键或屏幕操作或语音输入洗衣设置指令的时间间隔大于60秒,洗衣机自动进入锁定状态。
用户再次进行洗衣设置操作时,需要解除童锁后再进行洗衣设置操作。
在程序运行时,用户需要更改设置或者终止洗衣程序时,则用户需要先解除童锁,这样程序运行过程中,保证外界对洗衣机操作都是无效的。
洗衣设置操作完毕,洗衣机开始运行洗衣程序自动进入锁定状态。
实施例四
本实施例的滚筒洗衣机包括可进行触控显示的触控屏,优选地,触控屏为TFT屏全触控屏。
对于本实施例洗衣机的解锁方式,TFT屏全触控屏上弹出提示信息界面,增加相关的提醒,即解除童锁的时候会提示用户:“用户设置童锁?”,用户再次进行确认选择,解锁,用户操作,如图3所示。
实施例五
本实施例提供了一种洗衣系统,包括移动控制端和洗衣机,所述的移动控制端可对洗衣机进行如下控制方法,具体包括:
S1:洗衣机开机,
S2:洗衣机进入锁定状态;
S3:洗衣机判断是否接收到用户的解锁指令,若判断结果为是,则进入S4;若判断结果为否,则返回S2;
S4:洗衣机解锁,进行洗衣设置操作,洗衣设置操作完毕,则进入S5,所述洗衣设置操作过程中,洗衣机在一定时间T1内未接收到用户的设置操作指令,则返回S2;
S5:洗衣机运行洗衣程序,自动进入锁定状态,洗衣程序运行完毕,则进入S6;
S6:洗衣机自动解锁。
用户在移动控制端与洗衣机端进行匹配,用户可以在移动控制端对洗衣机进行解锁、选择洗衣程序或程序参数设置。
在用户进行洗衣设置操作时,移动控制端与洗衣机端在一定时间T1内判断是否接收到用户操作指令,所述的一定时间T1为程序预设的两次相邻操作之间的时间间隔。
如果在一定时间T1内,移动控制端或洗衣机端未接收到用户操作指令,则洗衣机自动进入锁定状态。
所述的移动控制端可以是手机,穿戴式设备,电脑、平板电脑等智能设备。
移动控制端与洗衣机端的匹配方式可以是一台移动设备匹配一台洗衣机或者多台移动设备匹配一台洗衣机。
所述的匹配可以是通过在移动控制端中输入洗衣机的识别码进行匹配。
所述的移动控制端与洗衣机的数据传输可以通过蓝牙、WIFI等方式进行传输。
以上所述仅是本发明的较佳实施例而已,并非对本发明作任何形式上的限制,虽然本发明已以较佳实施例揭露如上,然而并非用以限定本发明,任何熟悉本专利的技术人员在不脱离本发明技术方案范围内,当可利用上述提示的技术内容作出些许更动或修饰为等同变化的等效实施例,但凡是未脱离本发明技术方案的内容,依据本发明的技术实质对以上实施例所作的任何简单修改、等同变化与修饰,均仍属于本发明方案的范围内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种洗衣机控制方法,其特征在于:洗衣机开机默认进入锁定状态,当洗衣机接收到解锁指令时,洗衣机解除锁定,用户可进行洗衣设置操作。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种洗衣机控制方法,其特征在于:所述洗衣机接收解锁指令包括:判断是否接收到用户的解锁指令,若判断结果为是,则洗衣机解除锁定,若判断结果为否,则洗衣机保持锁定状态。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种洗衣机控制方法,其特征在于:所述解锁指令包括组合按键解锁,
    和/或在触控屏幕上进行图形密码解锁或数字密码解锁,
    和/或通过识别模块进行识别解锁,所述的识别解锁包括识别指纹,语音,人脸特征进行解锁。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种洗衣机控制方法,其特征在于:洗衣设置操作过程中,洗衣机若在一定时间T1内未接收到用户的设置操作指令,则进入锁定状态;
    所述的时间T1由洗衣机的控制系统设置或者由用户进行设置。
  5. 根据权利要求1或4所述的一种洗衣机控制方法,其特征在于:洗衣设置操作完毕,洗衣机开始运行洗衣程序,洗衣机自动进入锁定状态。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的一种洗衣机控制方法,其特征在于:洗衣机判断洗衣程序是否结束,若洗衣程序结束,洗衣机自动解锁。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种洗衣机控制方法,其特征在于:所述洗衣机包括相互连接的电源开关键和控制电路板,按下电源开关键,控制电路板上电,洗衣机开机。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种洗衣机控制方法,其特征在于:所述洗衣设置操作包括洗衣程序选择,所述的洗衣程序至少包括洗涤程序、漂洗程序、脱水程序;
    和/或,所述洗衣设置操作还包括程序参数设置,所述的程序参数至少包括程序运行时间选择,衣物种类选择。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的一种洗衣机控制方法,其特征在于:包括:
    S1:洗衣机开机,
    S2:洗衣机进入锁定状态;
    S3:洗衣机判断是否接收到用户的解锁指令,若判断结果为是,则进入S4;若判断结果为否,则返回S2;
    S4:洗衣机解锁,进行洗衣设置操作,洗衣设置操作完毕,则进入S4,所述洗衣设置操作过程中,洗衣机在一定时间T1内未接收到用户的设置操作指令,则返回S2;
    S5:洗衣机运行洗衣程序,洗衣机自动进入锁定状态,洗衣程序运行完毕,则进入S6;
    S6:洗衣机自动解锁。
  10. 一种洗衣机,其特征在于:采用如权利要求1-8所述的控制方法。
