Description
本实用新型涉及地板生产技术领域,具体涉及一种实木贴片塑料地板。
目前市场上的实木地板厚度在20mm左右,制作普通实木地板需消耗大量的高档木材,其原材料属于环境保护资源,有限的开采已不能满足日益扩张的市场需求,然而其它材质的铺地材料又不能具有实木地板的质感与装饰效果,为此研究如何能节约木材的使用量,又能达到与实木地板一样的装饰效果的地板是十分必要的。
实用新型内容:
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题在于克服现有的技术缺陷,提供一种节约木材的使用量,又能达到与实木地板一样的装饰效果的实木贴片塑料地板。
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题采用以下的技术方案来实现:
一种实木贴片塑料地板,其特征在于:包括油漆层、实木薄片层和热熔型塑料片层,所述的实木薄片层设置在油漆层的下侧,所述的热熔型塑料片层设置在实木薄片层的下侧;所述的热熔型塑料片层为单层、双层、三层或者三层以上塑料片层构成;所述的三层的塑料片层的上层为软质塑料片层,中层为玻璃纤维层,以及底层为软质塑料片层。
所述的实木薄片层包括0.5mm厚度以下为600~1000mm或1000mm宽幅以上的实木薄片,以及0.5mm厚度以上宽度从100~200mm的长条状实木薄片。
所述的热熔型塑料片的厚度为4~20mm。
所述的热熔型塑料片层为单层时的材质为刚性硬质片。
所述的热熔型塑料片层为双层时,上层为硬质塑料,下层柔性软性塑料片。
所述的实木薄片层与热熔型塑料片层之间通过聚氨酯粘结剂进行粘结。
本实用新型实木贴片塑料地板为室内装饰市场提供一种价廉物美的地面铺装新材料,本产品具有实木地板表面装饰效果,还具有防水、阻燃、无甲醛等优点。实现其目的技术方案是:由实木基材刨切成0.2~5.0mm厚度的实木薄片层作为表面层,由热熔型塑料片作为其基材层。
上述技术方案中所述的表面实木片可分为0.5mm厚度以下为600~1000mm或1000mm宽幅以上的实木薄片,0.5mm厚度以上的为长条状。宽度从100~200mm不等,长度与市场上的各种型号的长条型实木地板大致相符。上述技术方案中,热熔型塑料片基材宽度及长度与实木贴片相符,厚度为4~20mm可分为多种产品型号,有单层、双层、三层或三层以上,不同的厚度都需经热压机加热压成片状。单层为刚性硬质片,双层为上层硬质塑料,下层柔性软性塑料片,三层为上层柔性软质塑料片,中层刚性硬质塑料片,下层为柔性软质塑料片,三层以上有玻璃纤维层。其功能:上层的柔性软质材料有弹性,在地板上行走有脚感,即舒适的感觉,中层硬质材料刚性平整,不易产生翘曲变形,中层加入玻璃纤维,防止地板的膨胀收缩,下层软质塑料片与水泥地面接触良好,减少在行走时地板与地面摩擦而发出响声。
出于提高实木贴片表面耐污、耐磨的考虑,本技术还主张在实木贴面层的表面加入紫外线光固化树脂油漆层。实木贴片与塑料基材的连接优选的是聚氨酯粘结剂或其它环保型的热溶胶。
厚度0.2~5.0mm的实木贴片面层,各种木材的刨切薄片经砂光机砂光定尺厚度,厚度的误差控制在0.05mm以内,烘干水分,与热溶性塑料胶合制作成地板后还需紫外线光固化油漆涂层基材。三层的热溶性塑料层的材质如下:
一:上层基材的材料,聚氯乙烯塑料30~40份,钙锌稳定剂5份,DOTP软化增塑剂20份,OPE润滑剂2~3份,碳酸钙填充剂40~50份。
二:中层基板材料,聚氯乙烯塑料35~45份,CPE增强剂5~8份,钙锌稳定剂5份,OPE润滑剂2~3份,碳酸钙填充剂40~50份。
三:底层板与面板基材基本相同,起到上下层平衡的作用。
制作方法:面板与底板采用密炼机塑化压延成软质薄片基材,中层硬质刚性基材采用双螺杆挤出机挤出压延成型。
上述材料经裁切成统一尺寸,经层压机热压,热压温度在150℃左右,压力500~1000吨,热压时间约40分钟左右,冷压时间20分钟左右即成复合板材,在经过冲切、开槽,制成方便安装的锁扣地板。
本实用新型的有益效果是:本实用新型节约木材的使用量,成本低,便于生产,又能达到与实木地板的装饰效果。

为了使本实用新型实现的技术手段、创作新特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体图示,进一步阐述本实用新型。
如图1所示,一种实木贴片塑料地板,包括油漆层1、实木薄片层2和热熔型塑料片层,实木薄片层2设置在油漆层1的下侧,热熔型塑料片层设置在实木薄片层2的下侧;热熔型塑料片层为三层塑料片层构成;三层的塑料片层的上层为软质塑料片层3,中层为玻璃纤维层4,以及底层为软质塑料片层3。
实木薄片层2包括各种宽幅长度的实木薄片,厚度0.2~5.0mm。热熔型塑料片的厚度为4~20mm。实木薄片层与热熔型塑料片层之间通过聚氨酯粘结剂进行粘结。

- 一种实木贴片塑料地板,其特征在于:包括油漆层、实木薄片层和热熔型塑料片层,所述的实木薄片层设置在油漆层的下侧,所述的热熔型塑料片层设置在实木薄片层的下侧;所述的热熔型塑料片层为单层、双层、三层或者三层以上塑料片层构成;所述的三层的塑料片层的上层为软质塑料片层,中层为玻璃纤维层,以及底层为软质塑料片层。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种实木贴片塑料地板,其特征在于:所述的实木薄片层包括0.5mm厚度以下为600~1000mm或1000mm以上宽幅的实木薄片,以及0.5mm厚度以上宽度从100~200mm的长条状实木薄片。
- 根据权利要求1或2所述的一种实木贴片塑料地板,其特征在于:所述的热熔型塑料片的厚度为4~20mm。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种实木贴片塑料地板,其特征在于:所述的热熔型塑料片层为单层时的材质为刚性硬质片。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种实木贴片塑料地板,其特征在于:所述的热熔型塑料片层为双层时,上层为硬质塑料,下层柔性软性塑料片。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种实木贴片塑料地板,其特征在于:所述的实木薄片层与热熔型塑料片层之间通过聚氨酯粘结剂进行粘结。
