Description

一种旋转治具台 技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种工作台,具体涉及一种旋转治具台。
背景技术
在电子行业中,为了满足批量生产的需求,需要将待组装的多个电子元器件放置在治具中,然后装有多个电子元器件的治具进入流水线以便于组装。在一些特殊线体的要求下,治具设计的尺寸较大。当作业员站在或坐在第一工作位将电子元器件逐一放入治具上靠近作业员的第一区域,由于治具设计的尺寸较大,作业员作业员无法触及,需要换到第二工作位(第二工作位位于第一工作位的对面)继续将电子元器件放入治具上靠近作业员的第二区域,如此不仅增加了工作人员的工作量,且降低了工作效率。
实用新型内容
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型目的在于一种旋转治具台,其可以进行旋转,从而方便于作业员放置电子元器件。
为达到上述目的,本实用新型的技术方案如下:
一种旋转治具台,包括工作台和设置于所述工作台上的治具,所述治具上设置若干排产品容纳槽,所述工作台的下方设置有旋转机构,所述旋转机构包括旋转电机,所述旋转电机的轴端与所述工作台的下方相连接,所述治具具有相对设置的第一区域和第二区域,且所述第一区域靠近作业员工作位,所述治具的两端设置有光电传感器,当所述第一区域放满产品,所述光电传感器的光信号被所述第一区域上最接近所述第二区域的容纳槽内的产品阻断之后,所述旋转电机带动所述工作台旋转180°而使得所述治具的第二区域朝向所述工作位。
优选的,所述旋转电机的轴线与所述工作台以及治具的中心线在同一条直线上。
优选的,所述工作台上设置有用于定位所述治具的定位机构。
优选的,所述定位机构包括设置于所述工作台上的定位柱,所述定位柱与所述治具底端部的定位套相匹配。
通过上述技术方案,本实用新型提供的旋转治具台,当治具上的第一区域的放满产品时时,光电传感器的对射信号被产品阻断,此时传感器传递信号给旋转气缸,旋转气缸带动工作台旋转180°,从而使得所述治具的第二区域朝向所述工作位,进而方便作业员将产品放置于治具上。如此,作业员无需变换工作位进行作业,不仅减少了工作量,且提高了工作效 率。

参见图1-2所示,本实用新型实施例公开了一种旋转治具台,包括工作台1和设置于工作台1上的治具2,治具2上设置若干排产品容纳槽,工作台1的下方设置有旋转机构,旋转机构包括旋转电机3,旋转电机3的轴端与工作台1的下方相连接,治具2具有相对设置的第一区域21和第二区域22,且第一区域21靠近作业员工作位,治具2的两端设置有光电传感器4,当第一区域21放满产品,光电传感器4的光信号被第一区域21上最接近第二区域22的容纳槽内的产品阻断之后,旋转电机3带动工作台1旋转180°而使得治具2的第二区域22朝向工作位。
优选的,旋转电机3的轴线与工作台1以及治具2的中心线在同一条直线上。
优选的,工作台1上设置有用于定位治具2的定位机构。进一步的,定位机构包括设置于工作台1上的定位柱,定位柱与治具2的底端部的定位套相匹配。当然,定位机构不限于,定位柱和定位套的组合,还可以利用挡块、吸附机构等定位治具。
通过上述技术方案,本实用新型提供的旋转治具台,当治具2上的第一区域21的放满产品时时,光电传感器4的对射信号被产品阻断,此时传感器传递信号给旋转气缸,旋转气缸带动工作台1旋转180°,从而使得治具2的第二区域22朝向工作位,进而方便作业员将产品放置于治具2上。如此,作业员无需变换工作位进行作业,不仅减少了工作量,且提高了工作效率。

  1. 一种旋转治具台,其特征在于,包括工作台和设置于所述工作台上的治具,所述治具上设置若干排产品容纳槽,所述工作台的下方设置有旋转机构,所述旋转机构包括旋转电机,所述旋转电机的轴端与所述工作台的下方相连接,所述治具具有相对设置的第一区域和第二区域,且所述第一区域靠近作业员工作位,所述治具的两端设置有光电传感器,当所述第一区域放满产品,所述光电传感器的光信号被所述第一区域上最接近所述第二区域的容纳槽内的产品阻断之后,所述旋转电机带动所述工作台旋转180°而使得所述治具的第二区域朝向所述工作位。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种旋转治具台,其特征在于,所述旋转电机的轴线与所述工作台以及治具的中心线在同一条直线上。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种旋转治具台,其特征在于,所述工作台上设置有用于定位所述治具的定位机构。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种旋转治具台,其特征在于,所述定位机构包括设置于所述工作台上的定位柱,所述定位柱与所述治具底端部的定位套相匹配。
