Abstract

La présente invention concerne une imprimante tridimensionnelle (3D) qui génère des articles 3D manufacturés par durcissement sélectif de résines liquides durcissables à la lumière. L'imprimante 3D comprend un récipient, un accessoire, un mécanisme de déplacement, un moteur de lumière, une source de pression réglable et un dispositif de commande. Le récipient contient une résine durcissable à la lumière, une partie inférieure comprenant une feuille transparente. Le moteur de lumière éclaire de manière sélective une face inférieure d'un article 3D manufacturé qui est formé à travers la feuille transparente. L'accessoire et le mécanisme de déplacement déplacent de façon sélective la face inférieure vers le haut et vers le bas, ce qui génère une pression variable de la résine contre une surface supérieure de la feuille transparente. La source de pression réglable applique une pression de gaz à une surface inférieure de la feuille transparente pour décaler la pression variable de la résine.
