Abstract
Description
(A)0.01質量%以上かつ1.5質量%未満のアクリル酸Naグラフトデンプン、
(B)アニオン性界面活性剤及び非イオン性界面活性剤から選択される少なくとも1種からなる界面活性剤、及び、
(C)油分を含有し、
粉末状整髪剤の配合量が1質量%未満であることを特徴とする、水中油型乳化整髪料組成物を提供する。
本発明の整髪料におけるアクリル酸Naグラフトデンプン(A成分)は、デンプンにアクリル酸をグラフト重合したもののナトリウム塩であり、高吸水性のポリマーとして知られている。アクリル酸Naグラフトデンプンは、化粧料分野においては、従来、吸着剤、結合剤、乳化安定剤、親水性増粘剤等として使用されていた。
また、デンプンを主鎖とし、アクリル系ポリマーがグラフトされた高吸水性ポリマーも本発明におけるアクリル酸Naグラフトデンプンに包含されるものとする。そのようなポリマー(INCI名:デンプン/アクリルアミド/アクリル酸ナトリウムコポリマー)の市販品としては、Water Lock A-240、A-180、B-204、D-223、A-100、C-200及びD-223(Grain Processing社製)が挙げられる。
本発明の整髪料に配合される界面活性剤(B成分)は、アニオン性界面活性剤及び非イオン性界面活性剤から選択される少なくとも1種からなる。
R1CO-a-(CH2)nSO3M1 (I)
(上記式(I)中、
R1CO-は平均炭素原子数10~22の飽和または不飽和の脂肪酸残基(アシル基)を表す。R1COとして、C11H23CO、C12H25CO、C13H27CO、C14H29CO、C15H31CO、C16H33CO、C17H35CO、ココヤシ脂肪酸残基、パームヤシ脂肪酸残基等が例示される。なお、R1COは、安全性等の点から、その平均炭素原子数が12~22のものがより好ましい。
aは-O-または-NR-(ただし、Rは水素原子、または炭素原子数1~3のアルキル基を示す)を表す。これらは電子供与性基である。aとしては、-O-、-NH-、-N(CH3)-が好ましい。
M1は、水素原子、アルカリ金属類、アルカリ土類金属類、アンモニウムまたは有機アミン類を表す。M1として、例えばリチウム、カリウム、ナトリウム、カルシウム、マグネシウム、アンモニウム、モノエタノールアミン、ジエタノールアミン、トリエタノールアミン、タウリンナトリウム、N-メチルタウリンナトリウム等が挙げられる。

本発明の整髪料に配合される油分(C成分ともいう)は、(C1)液状油分(25℃で液状を呈する揮発性及び不揮発性の油分)及び(C2)固形油分(25℃で固形の油分)を含む。
揮発性油としては、例えば、軽質イソパラフィン(=水添ポリイソブテン)、イソドデカン、イソヘキサデカン等の揮発性炭化水素油; ヘキサメチルシクロトリシロキサン、オクタメチルテトラシクロシロキサン、デカメチルシクロペンタシロキサン、ドデカメチルシクロヘキサシロキサン、テトラデカメチルシクロヘプタシロキサン等の揮発性シリコーン油等が挙げられる。
本発明の整髪料における固形油分(C2成分)の配合量は、整髪料全量に対し10~50質量%とするのが好ましく、より好ましくは12~40質量%、特に好ましくは15~30質量%である。
本発明の整髪料は水中油型乳化組成物であり、外相(水相)の主成分としての水(D成分ともいう)を含んでいる。本発明の整髪料では、外相(水相)を組成物全体の30~80質量%程度、内相(油相)を5~50質量%程度とするが好ましい。
無水ケイ酸としては、(1)粉末表面に凹凸を有し、例えば特許文献1において整髪効果を発揮するものと、(2)表面が比較的平滑な球状のもの、とが存在する。本明細書においては、前者(1)の「表面に凹凸を有する粉末」を「無水ケイ酸(又はシリカ)」、後者(2)の「表面が平滑な球状の粉末」を「球状無水ケイ酸(又はシリカ)」と呼称して区別し、本発明における「粉末状整髪剤(E成分ともいう)」は、前者(1)の「無水ケイ酸(又はシリカ)」を意味する。
本発明の整髪料における粉末状整髪剤(無水ケイ酸:E成分)の配合量は、組成物全体に対して1.0質量%未満とし、より好ましくは0.2質量%以下、更に好ましくは0.1質量%以下(又は0.1質量%未満)、更により好ましくは0.05質量%以下であり、本発明は無水ケイ酸を含まない態様も包含する。粉末状整髪剤の配合量を1質量%以上とすると、塗布時のひっかかり感が顕著になり、髪のきしみやごわつきが生じる。
本発明で配合可能な無水ケイ酸以外の粉末成分((E’)他の粉末成分)は、通常化粧料に用いられるものであれば特に限定されない。例えば、球状無水ケイ酸(シリカ)、タルク、マイカ、カオリン、雲母、絹雲母(セリサイト)、白雲母、金雲母、合成雲母、紅雲母、黒雲母、リチア雲母、バーミキュライト、炭酸マグネシウム、炭酸カルシウム、ケイ酸アルミニウム、ケイ酸バリウム、ケイ酸カルシウム、ケイ酸マグネシウム、ケイ酸ストロンチウム、タングステン酸金属塩、マグネシウム、球状シリカ、ゼオライト、硫酸バリウム、焼成硫酸カルシウム(焼セッコウ)、リン酸カルシウム、弗素アパタイト、ヒドロキシアパタイト、セラミックパウダー、金属石鹸(ミリスチン酸亜鉛、パルミチン酸カルシウム、ステアリン酸アルミニウムなど)、窒化ホウ素等の無機粉末;ポリアミド球状樹脂粉末(ナイロン球状粉末)、球状ポリエチレン、架橋型ポリ(メタ)クリル酸メチル球状樹脂粉末、球状ポリエステル、架橋ポリスチレン球状樹脂粉末、スチレンとアクリル酸の共重合体球状樹脂粉末、ベンゾグアナミン球状樹脂粉末、ポリ四弗化エチレン球状粉末、球状セルロース等の球状の有機粉末;二酸化チタン、酸化亜鉛等の無機白色顔料;酸化鉄(ベンガラ)、チタン酸鉄等の無機赤色系顔料;γ-酸化鉄等の無機褐色系顔料;黄酸化鉄、黄土等の無機黄色系顔料;黒酸化鉄、カーボンブラック、低次酸化チタン等の無機黒色系顔料;マンゴバイオレット、コバルトバイオレット等の無機紫色系顔料;酸化クロム、水酸化クロム、チタン酸コバルト等の無機緑色系顔料;群青、紺青等の無機青色系顔料;酸化チタンコーテッドマイカ、酸化チタンコーテッドオキシ塩化ビスマス、酸化チタンコーテッドタルク、着色酸化チタンコーテッドマイカ、オキシ塩化ビスマス、魚鱗箔等のパール顔料;アルミニウムパウダー、カッパーパウダー等の金属粉末顔料;赤色、黄色、橙色、黄色、緑色、青色等の色材、あるいはこれらをジルコニウム、バリウムまたはアルミニウム等でレーキ化した色材(有機顔料);クロロフィル、β-カロリン等の天然色素などが例示される。
また、前記界面活性剤(B成分)と前記高級脂肪族アルコールとが、水中でαゲルを形成するようにしてもよく、その場合の(B)界面活性剤と(F)高級脂肪族アルコールとの配合比は、(B):(F)=1:2~1:10(モル比)とするのが好ましい。
評価基準:
A:ひっかかりがない
B:少しひっかかりを感じる
C:非常にひっかかる感じがする
A:極めてふんわりと仕上がる
B:ふんわりと仕上がる
C:ふんわりした仕上がりが得られない
A:全くべたつかない
B:少しべたつく
C:べたつく

+:良好(析出物が観察されず均一)

この処方例Aの整髪料も、塗布時のひっかかりや整髪後のべたつきがなく、整髪後のエアリー感がある。また、整髪力、外観、及び増粘性にも優れている。

工程3.(A)に(B)を添加し強撹拌を加えて乳化させる(C)。
工程4.(15)~(17)を(C)に添加し、全体が均一になるまで撹拌した後に冷却する。
Claims (5)
- (A)0.01質量%以上かつ1.5質量%未満のアクリル酸Naグラフトデンプン、
(B)アニオン性界面活性剤及び非イオン性界面活性剤から選択される少なくとも1種からなる界面活性剤、及び、
(C)油分を含有し、
粉末状整髪剤の配合量が1質量%未満であることを特徴とする、水中油型乳化整髪料組成物。 - 前記(C)油分は、組成物全量に対して4~30質量%の液状油分及び組成物全量に対して10~50質量%の固形油分を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の整髪料組成物。
- 粉末状整髪剤の配合量が0.2質量%以下であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の整髪料組成物。
- カチオン性樹脂及び非イオン性樹脂から選択される少なくとも一種の樹脂を更に含有する、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の整髪料組成物。
- 前記アニオン性界面活性剤が、長鎖アシルスルホン酸塩型アニオン性界面活性剤である、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の整髪料組成物。
