Description
本发明涉及洗衣设备,尤其是一种内筒三角架及滚筒洗衣机。
洗衣机内筒三角架作为内筒的支撑加强部件,在洗衣过程中发挥极其重要的作用。但是,现有的内筒三角架因其长时间浸泡在洗涤水中,在三角架的表面会附着很多线屑以及污垢,特别是在三角架和内筒之间的区域,相对密闭,洗涤水进入后不易出来,容易产生脏污,且难以去除。申请号为201520933197.4的中国发明专利公开了一种滚筒洗衣机,其特征在于,所述滚筒洗衣机包括:外筒、内筒、三角架、清洗装置;所述内筒安装于所述外筒中,所述三角架安装于所述内筒上;所述清洗装置包括喷淋槽和喷淋盖,所述喷淋槽开设于所述外筒与所述三角架相对的桶壁上,所述喷淋槽朝向所述内筒和三角架设置,所述喷淋盖覆盖于所述喷淋槽上,且所述喷淋盖上开设有若干喷淋孔。该专利通过设置清洗装置,对三角架与内筒连接处进行冲洗,以达到去除污物的作用,但由于三角架与内筒之间的空隙狭小,冲洗水难以完全覆盖,因此,冲洗效果有限,不能从根本上解决三角架与内筒之间存在脏污的问题。
鉴于此提出本发明。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种具有密封结构的内筒三角架,该三角架安装在内筒上后,可以有效避免污物进入三角架与内筒之间。
本发明的另一目的在于提供一种配置有上述内筒三角架的滚筒洗衣机。
为了实现第一发明目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种内筒三角架,包括,用于与洗衣机内筒连接的本体,所述本体的一侧面向洗衣机内筒,另一侧背对洗衣机内筒,所述本体上的与洗衣机内筒相接触的部位设有阻止洗涤水进入本体与洗衣机内筒之间区域的密封结构。

实施例一
如图1所示,一种内筒三角架,一般安装在洗衣机内筒1的底部,以提高洗衣机内筒1的强度,具体包括,一用于与洗衣机内筒1连接的本体2,所述本体2为三角形结构,包括三个辐射状延伸的支撑臂,所述支撑臂呈120度角分布,并具有一定的厚度。

一种配置有上述两种实施例中的内筒三角架的滚筒洗衣机,所述滚筒洗衣机,一般还包括,外壳、设置在外壳内的洗衣机外筒和洗衣机内筒1,以及动力装置和控制系统,所述洗衣机内筒1的底部设有与内筒三角架配合的安装结构,优选地,所述安装结构为与内筒三角架形状相匹配的凹槽,所述内筒三角架通过扣合的方式固定安装在洗衣机内筒1的底部,并通过螺钉国定。所述内筒三角架上的密封结构与洗衣机内筒1表面接触,形成封闭式连接。
为使动力装置与洗衣机内筒1连接,所述洗衣机内筒1的底部设有第一中心通孔11,所述内筒三角架的中心设有第二中心通孔21,第一中心通孔11与第二中心通孔21同轴设置,所述动力装置的转轴穿过第二中心通孔21并伸入至第一中心通孔11内与洗衣机内筒1连接,以驱动洗衣机内筒1转动。
所述第二中心通孔21的边缘设有凸起的环形凸缘6,所述环形凸缘6的端面与洗衣机内筒1的第一中心通孔11密封性接触。
所述内筒三角架的支撑臂的端部与洗衣机内筒1底部的内圆周侧接触,在该端部和洗衣机内筒1壁上还设有相互配合的螺钉孔,并通过螺钉相互连接,具体为,所述螺钉从洗衣机内筒1底部的圆周外侧旋入至支撑臂的端部的螺钉孔内。
本发明由于在内筒三角架与洗衣机内筒1之间设置了密封结构,使得内筒三角架与洗衣机内筒1之间的空隙被密封,切断了洗涤水进入该空隙的通道,彻底解决了洗衣机内筒1与内筒三角架之间易于存污的问题。
以上所述为本发明的实施方式,应当指出,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,在不脱离本发明原理前提下,还可以做出多种变形和改进,这也应该视为本发明的保护范围。
Claims (10)
- 一种内筒三角架,包括,用于与洗衣机内筒连接的本体,所述本体的一侧面向洗衣机内筒,另一侧背对洗衣机内筒,其特征在于:所述本体上的与洗衣机内筒相接触的部位设有阻止洗涤水进入本体与洗衣机内筒之间区域的密封结构。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种内筒三角架,其特征在于:所述本体背对洗衣机内筒的一侧为平整光滑的表面,面向洗衣机内筒的一侧设置有多个加强筋。
- 根据权利要求1或2所述的一种内筒三角架,其特征在于:所述密封结构包括,设置在本体的外边缘,且面向洗衣机内筒一侧的条形安装槽,以及设置在安装槽内,用于与洗衣机内筒表面接触的密封件,所述密封件具有一定的弹性。
- 根据权利要求3所述的一种内筒三角架,其特征在于:所述本体背对洗衣机内筒的一侧设有沿其表面平行延伸出的凸缘,所述凸缘沿着本体的外边缘设置,凸缘面向洗衣机内筒方向的一侧为内端面,所述安装槽设置在内端面上,并向洗衣机内筒方向凸起。
- 根据权利要求4所述的一种内筒三角架,其特征在于:所述安装槽由两道并排凸起的条状筋构成,所述密封件卡在两道条状筋之间,并高于所述条状筋。
- 根据权利要求4所述的一种内筒三角架,其特征在于:所述安装槽由至少三道并排凸起的条状筋构成,所述密封件为一体或分体式结构,并相应卡在条状筋之间,所述密封件高于所述条状筋。
- 根据权利要求5或6所述的一种内筒三角架,其特征在于:所述本体具有三个支撑臂,所述安装槽为三组,并对应分布在支撑臂的两侧,安装槽由其中一个支撑臂的端部起始延伸至另一支撑臂的端部结束。
- 一种配置有如权利要求1-7任一项所述的内筒三角架的滚筒洗衣机,其特征在于:至少还包括,洗衣机内筒,所述洗衣机内筒的底部设有与内筒三角架配合的安装结构,所述内筒三角架固定安装在洗衣机内筒的底部,且内筒三角架上的密封结构与洗衣机内筒表面接触,形成封闭式连接。
- 根据权利要求8所述的滚筒洗衣机,其特征在于:所述洗衣机内筒的底部设有第一中心通孔,所述内筒三角架的中心设有第二中心通孔,所述第二中心通孔的边缘设有凸起的环形凸缘,所述环形凸缘的端面与洗衣机内筒的第一中心通孔密封性接触。
- 根据权利要求8或9所述的滚筒洗衣机,其特征在于:所述内筒三角架的支撑臂的端部与洗衣机内筒底部的内圆周侧接触,在该端部和洗衣机内筒壁上还设有相互配合的螺钉孔,并通过螺钉相互连接。
