Abstract
一种洗衣机水龙头被公开。该水龙头包括本体(1)和与本体(1)相连接的出水头(2),出水头(2)内部具有与本体(1)连通的水流通道,还包括分体式设置的封堵件(9)和顶柱(10),封堵件(9)设置在水流通道内与出水头(2)的出水口(202)相配合以截断水流通道,顶柱(10)的一端由外部自出水头(2)的出水口(202)伸入出水头(2)中与封堵件(9)配合顶起封堵件(9)以导通水流通道。该洗衣机水龙头采用分体式的封堵件(9)和顶柱(10)可以实现洗衣机进水管脱落时,水龙头自动止水,避免产生严重漏水的问题。顶柱(10)独立设置或者安装在进水管中,避免了裸露在水龙头外的情况,容易包装运输,也减少了碰撞损坏,也易于更换零部件。
Description
本发明属于洗衣机领域,具体地说,涉及一种洗衣机水龙头及洗衣机。
在现有洗衣机水龙头市场上,生产厂家众多,标准不规范,与洗衣机的进水管接头连接时会造成二者连接处接触密封不良,产生漏水问题。现有的洗衣机水龙头在使用过程中,水龙头处于常开状态,遇到停水后供水水压过大、进水管与水龙头连接不够完好导致的两者分离,或者连接处意外断裂时,往往导致进水管脱落,使得流水四溅。有的水龙头即便缠绕生料带即四氟乙烯带仍然漏水的问题。特别是无人看管的自动洗衣机,会造成水的浪费,漏水严重的更是会浸泡整个房屋地面,导致地板、家具、墙面等受损。
申请号为201520495693.6的中国专利公开了一种新型洗衣机水龙头,包括节流阀,其出口端固定连接有第二级阀门,第二级阀门包括外壳,外壳上下两端敞开且内设有阶梯孔状流水通道,分别为第一流水通道和第二流水通道,外壳上端与节流阀出口固定连接且连通;流水通道内匹配安装有可沿其轴向移动的阀体活动杆,阀体活动杆与节流阀出口之间留有间隙,间隙内装填有弹簧,阀体活动杆下端伸出外壳并裸露在外;阀体活动杆受弹簧弹力顶紧第一流水通道和第二流水通道的交界口,防止水流通过;阀体活动杆向上移动并压缩弹簧,阀体活动杆与第一流水通道和第二流水通道的交界口之间形成节流缝隙,允许水流通过。但是该种洗衣机的水龙头的阀体活动杆下端伸出外壳并裸露在外,不利于包装,也容易磕碰损坏,更缺乏美观性。当阀体活动杆损坏时,更是需要整体更换与内部流水通道的相匹配的阀体活动杆,或者更换整个水龙头,缺乏通用性,也提高了成本。
有鉴于此特提出本发明。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种洗衣机水龙头及洗衣机,该洗衣机水龙头采用分体式的封堵件和顶柱实现洗衣机进水管脱落时,水龙头自动止水,避免产生严重漏水的问题。顶柱可以安装在进水管中,避免了裸露在水龙头外的情况,容易包
装运输,也减少了碰撞损坏,易于更换零部件;另外,水龙头可以配合专用的洗衣机进水管使用,避免发生连接不匹配的问题,提高了用户体验和保护了用户的财产安全。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用技术方案的基本构思是:
本发明的第一目的是提供一种洗衣机水龙头,包括本体和与本体相连接的出水头,出水头内部具有与本体连通的水流通道,还包括分体式设置的封堵件和顶柱,所述的封堵件设置在水流通道内与出水头的出水口相配合以截断水流通道,所述顶柱的一端由外部自出水头的出水口伸入出水头中与封堵件配合顶起封堵件以导通水流通道。
进一步地,所述顶柱的一端穿过出水头的出水口与封堵件可拆卸式连接;
或者顶柱设置在洗衣机的进水管接头内,并与封堵件接触配合以顶起封堵件。
进一步地,所述封堵件上设有与顶柱相配合的定位部,所述顶柱穿过出水头的出水口的一端与定位部可拆卸式连接,顶柱的另一端与洗衣机的进水管配合设置;
或者顶柱穿过出水头的出水口的一端与定位部相接触以顶起封堵件,顶柱的另一端固定在洗衣机的进水管接头内。
进一步地,所述定位部为凹槽,所述凹槽设置在封堵件朝向出水口的一端的底面,所述进水管接头与出水头连接时,所述顶柱的顶端插入凹槽中,顶起封堵件,允许水流通过;
优选地,所述凹槽的内径与固定在进水管接头内的顶柱的外径配合设置。
进一步地,所述顶柱包括立柱和支架,所述支架与进水管接头的内部固定连接,所述立柱的外径与定位槽的内径相匹配,立柱的下部或支架上设有流道槽。
进一步地,所述定位部为定位槽,定位槽的内壁设有螺纹,所述顶柱穿过出水头的出水口的一端与定位部螺纹连接,顶柱的另一端与进水管的接头内部相抵触。
进一步地,所述封堵件朝向水龙头的出水口的一端侧壁上设有密封槽,所述密封槽上套有密封圈,所述水龙头的出水口的内壁与密封圈配合设置;
优选的,所述水龙头的出水口的内壁具有与密封圈相配合的弧形面。
进一步地,所述封堵件的密封槽上部的周向外壁上设有导流槽,用于水流通过;
优选地,导流槽沿水流方向间隔设置,相邻导流槽之间形成导向筋,导向筋与出水头的内壁配合设置,用于引导封堵件归位并密封出水头的出水口。
进一步地,所述封堵件朝向本体的一端连接有弹性件,所述弹性件的另一端抵触在本体
的下端,弹性件作用于封堵件使其复位密封出水头的出水口,所述本体的水流通道中或出水头的水流通道中还设有用于限定弹性件上下运动的限位导向机构。
本发明的第二目的是提供一种洗衣机,包括洗衣机的进水管和进水管接头,所述洗衣机的进水管通过进水管接头安装在所述的洗衣机水龙头上,所述的顶柱的一端设置在进水管的接头内。
采用上述技术方案后,本发明与现有技术相比具有以下有益效果:
1、本发明的洗衣机水龙头中,封堵件和顶柱分体式设置,两者即能够以可拆卸的方式连接,作为整体一起作用;也可以作为单独的两个件,分别设置在水龙头和进水管接头中分别起作用。如此,顶柱可以在安装时再连接到封堵件上,或者固定在进水管接头中,不需要伸出水龙头外部,因此易于包装且美观大方,也避免磕碰问题导致部件的损坏。
2、本发明的洗衣机水龙头的封堵件和顶柱分体式设置,便于更换零件,节约成本。
3、本发明的洗衣机水龙头的封堵件和顶柱配合设置,设有定位结构和导向结构,能够准确限定封堵件和顶柱的上下运动,避免封堵件侧偏导致密封失效,自动止水效果更好更安全。
4、本发明的洗衣机洗衣机水龙头的出水口与封堵件的密封圈配合设置,可以增强密封效果,同时防止损伤密封圈,起一定的导向作用。

如图1至图7所示,本发明提供一种洗衣机水龙头,包括本体1和与本体相连接的出水头2,出水头2内部具有与本体连通的水流通道,还包括分体式设置的封堵件9和顶柱10,所述的封堵件9设置在水流通道内与出水头的出水口202相配合以截断水流通道,所述顶柱10的一端由外部自出水头的出水口202伸入出水头中与封堵件9配合顶起封堵件9以导通水流通道。
本体,是水龙头的主体部分,是其他零部件的组装骨架,也是出水头安装的固定元件。
本体一端为螺纹连接部,可以旋入消费者家庭中预留的自来水管路接口中。并能够保证密封。螺纹末端具有止挡,作用一是可以限制螺纹部过多进入预留的自来水管路接口中,使得接口被破坏;二是可以使得旋入紧固后,止挡恰好的遮挡了连接部,使得整体美观。
本体上部具有阀芯帽4,遮挡阀芯阀体,更美观。阀体安装在本体上,且二者之间有密封圈或者密封垫片6密封,目的是使阀体安装在本体后,确保阀体与本体之间无任何液体的泄露。阀芯能够控制水龙头开、关和水流的大小。阀芯安装在阀体上。
阀芯帽上具有把手5,便于消费者旋转0-90°,方便用户调节阀芯,进而控制水流的通断及水流大小。把手5可以是一字型把手,且把手与阀芯帽是一体成型。阀芯帽具有连接件,连接件与阀芯连接固定,进而利用把手的旋转带动阀芯的转动。
出水头2与本体1相连接,出水头内部具有与本体连通的水流通道,可以组装在水龙头的本体上,水流可以经本体由出水头流出。出水头的内壁至少部分具有内螺纹,与本体的末端的外螺纹可以紧固连接。连接处的外部具有方便消费者紧固的结构,如竖条的筋、多个切面等结构,如图2中为紧固切面,可以方便消费者使用扳手、钳子等工具进一步的紧固在本体上。
出水头的外壁上设有出水头凹槽201,便于与洗衣机进水管接头3快速卡接。
出水头与本体连接的相对端为出水口,水流经过出水口流出。出水口的外角可以为倒圆角结构,如图3的倒角结构,表面光滑,可以防止损伤损坏进水管的橡胶密封圈,引起漏水。
出水头的内壁在出水口处向内收缩,形成出水口。封堵件和顶柱分体式设置,封堵件设置在水流通道内,置于出水口的上端并与出水头的出水口配合设置。封堵件上可以设置密封圈,当封堵件与出水口密封接触时,可以截断水流通道;顶柱的一端由外部自出水头的出水口伸入出水头中与封堵件配合顶起封堵件以导通水流通道。顶柱与封堵件能够以可拆卸式的方式连接,也能够各自独立设置,两者通过接触而顶起封堵件,导通水流。如此设置,可将封堵件隐藏在出水头内,顶柱可以独立包装,因此,水龙头周边平滑,没有裸露在外的杆,也便于包装和运输,同时可以避免磕碰损坏;在顶柱或封堵件损坏时,易于单独更换部件。
实施例一
如图3-6所示,本实施例的顶柱10设置在洗衣机的进水管接头3内,并与封堵件9接触配合以顶起封堵件9。
封堵件设置在出水头的水流通道中,并可以沿水流通道上下运动,当封堵件与出水口密
封接触时可以封闭出水口,截断水流。顶柱可以独立设置,安装在洗衣机的进水管的接头中。顶柱可以与进水管接头一体注塑成型,也可以作为独立的部件,在需要时,固定安装在进水管接头中。当进水管通过进水管接头与出水头连接时,进水管接头中的顶柱可以自出水头的出水口伸入出水头中,与封堵件接触,顶起封堵件以导通水流通道。如此设置,不仅便于包装运输,免于磕碰损坏,还可制备成套的水龙头和进水管,保证水龙头和进水管连接完全匹配,避免意外地发生。
进一步地,所述封堵件9上设有与顶柱相配合的定位部903,顶柱10穿过出水头的出水口的一端与定位部903相接触以顶起封堵件9,顶柱10的另一端固定在洗衣机的进水管接头3内。
封堵件上的定位部为与顶柱接触的部位,可以设置为凹槽或者凸起等,能够与顶柱定位接触即可。顶柱从外部伸入出水头后,通过定位部与封堵件接触,并在进水管接头卡接在出水头上时,向上顶起封堵件,封堵件与出水口分离,形成间隙,水流通过出水口进入到进水管中。
进一步地,所述定位部903为凹槽,所述凹槽设置在封堵件9朝向出水口202的一端的底面,所述进水管接头3与出水头2连接时,所述顶柱10的顶端插入凹槽中,顶起封堵件9,允许水流通过。
优选的方案是顶柱的一端与定位部相配合,当定位部为凹槽时,顶柱一端可以插入凹槽中定期封堵件,当定位部为凸起时,顶柱的一端可以设置为与凸起配合的凹槽。这样可以便于顶柱竖直顶起封堵件,避免封堵件侧偏,防止归位落回出水口时密封不良。
更优选的方案,所述凹槽的内径与固定在进水管接头内的顶柱的外径配合设置。
顶柱的可以为圆柱型,方型,十字型等,凹槽的形状与顶柱的形状相匹配,并且凹槽的内径与固定在进水管接头内的顶柱的外径配合设置,使得进水管接头与水龙头快速连接时,接头内设置的顶柱恰好进入凹槽并能够顶开所述堵封堵件,便于顶柱竖直顶起封堵件,避免封堵件侧偏,防止归位落回出水口时密封不良。
进一步的,所述顶柱10包括立柱1002和支架1001,所述支架1001与进水管接头3的内部固定连接,所述立柱1002的外径与定位槽的内径相匹配,立柱的下部或支架上设有流道槽1003。
顶柱的支架可以为间隔设置的三脚支架,相邻支架间具有较大的间隙,允许水流通过,
三脚支架的上端与立柱一体成型,三脚支架的下端或者侧壁与进水管接头的侧壁一体成型,或者三脚支架的下端固定安装在进水管接头内部的环形凸台上。支架也可以设为环形台,环形台上设置流道槽或者过水孔。立柱上也可以设置竖直的流道槽,便于水流通过。
实施例二
本实施例所述顶柱10的一端穿过出水头2的出水口202与封堵件9可拆卸式连接。
顶柱以可拆卸的连接方式,在需要安装水龙头时,连接在封堵件上,成为一个整体,在进水管与水龙头连接时,顶柱的另一端抵靠在洗衣机进水管中内部的凸起上,顶柱和封堵件被顶起,水流可以通过封堵件与出水口之间的间隙通过。如此设置,在包装时,顶柱可以单独包装,水龙头周边平滑,没有裸露在外的杆,也便于包装和运输,同时可以避免磕碰损坏;在顶柱或封堵件损坏时,易于单独更换部件。
进一步地,所述封堵件9上设有与顶柱10相配合的定位部903,所述顶柱穿过出水头的出水口的一端与定位部可拆卸式连接,顶柱的另一端与洗衣机的进水管配合设置。
顶柱的一端与封堵件的定位部可拆卸式连接,例如螺纹连接、插接、卡口连接等,顶柱的另一端与洗衣机的进水管配合设置,可以在进水管与洗衣机水龙头连接时,抵靠在进水管接头的环形凸起上。
进一步的,所述定位部为定位槽,定位槽的内壁设有螺纹,所述顶柱穿过出水头的出水口的一端与定位部螺纹连接,顶柱的另一端与进水管的接头内部相抵触。
包装时,顶柱与水龙头可以容易的分别独立包装,安装使用时,顶柱穿过出水头的出水口的一端通过螺纹与封堵件的定位槽连接,洗衣机的进水管与水龙头卡接后,顶柱的另一端与进水管的接头内部相抵触,顶起封堵件,允许水流通过。
实施例三
如图3-6所示,本实施例为实施例一和实施例二的进一步限定,所述封堵件9朝向水龙头的出水口202的一端侧壁上设有密封槽901,所述密封槽901上套有密封圈902,所述水龙头的出水口202的内壁与密封圈902配合设置。
封堵件可以为堵头,封堵件与出水口接触的一端侧壁上设有密封槽,密封槽的内部设为弧形或者半圆形,便于套设O型密封圈,增强密封。或者也可以根据槽的形状设置其他类型的密封圈。水龙头的出水口的内壁与密封圈配合设置,优选的,所述水龙头的出水口的内壁具有与密封圈相配合的弧形面。如此,出水口的内壁可与密封圈完全贴合接触,大大增强了
密封性。
进一步的方案,所述封堵件的密封槽901上部的周向外壁上设有导流槽904,用于水流通过。
封堵件的密封槽上部的周向外壁上设置有竖直方向的导流槽,水流可以经导流槽,在封堵件的侧壁和出水头的内壁之间流过,使得封堵件尽可能的降低对水流的阻碍,使得流量速率不降低。
优选地,导流槽904沿水流方向间隔设置,相邻导流槽904之间形成导向筋905,导向筋905与出水头2的内壁配合设置,用于引导封堵件9归位并密封出水头的出水口202。
封堵件的密封槽上部的周向外壁上还设有竖直的间隔的导向筋,相邻的导向筋之间为导流槽,导向筋的外壁设置为与出水头的内壁配合的圆弧形,使封堵件既能够顺畅的上下运动,又能够起到限位导向作用,防止顶开封堵件时或者封堵件归位时封堵件侧偏导致密封失效等问题。
实施例四
如图3-6所示,本实施例为实施例一或实施例二的进一步限定,所述封堵件9朝向本体1的一端连接有弹性件,所述弹性件的另一端抵触在本体的下端的止挡件上,弹性件作用于封堵件使其复位密封出水头的出水口202。
本实施例的弹性件为弹簧8,止挡件为止挡片7。止挡片与出水头内部固定连接,所述固定连接可以是螺纹连接、卡扣连接,粘合连接,过盈配合方式连接等可以实现固定连接的方式。本实施例中采用过盈配合连接。止挡片的中心设置中心通孔11,可以有效防止对水流的阻挡,不降低管路的流量速度。止挡片的下端设有一个环形凸台,环形凸台的外径与弹簧的内径相适应,优选的是略大于弹簧的内径,使得弹簧一端固定。
弹簧的外径略小于出水头的内径,可以沿着出水头的内壁自由活动,实现上下伸缩运动,同时出水头的内壁对弹簧进行限位,防止伸缩运动导致弹簧竖直方向上的弯曲,进而导致堵头的侧偏,使得密封失效。
封堵件朝向本体的一端设有用于固定弹簧的定位筋906,所述定位筋竖向间隔设置并围成圆形,定位筋的数量为N,N≥2。所述定位筋形成的圆形外径略大于弹簧内径,使得弹簧可以紧固连接在封堵件上。定位筋之间形成导流槽904。
封堵件上固定弹簧的定位筋和用于限位导向的导向筋上下对应设置,因此定位筋之间和
导向筋之间的导流槽上下贯通,用于水流的畅通。
所述的水龙头的出水头2与本体1的连接处的内部还设有密封垫片6,密封垫片6设在止挡片7和本体1之间,密封垫片在出水头与本体紧固连接后会变形密封,使得出水头与本体的连接处是完全密封的,确保本体与出水头之间无任何泄露。
实施例五
如图7所示,本实施例所述封堵件朝向本体的一端连接有弹性件,所述弹性件的另一端抵触在本体的下端,弹性件作用于封堵件使其复位密封出水头的出水口,所述本体的水流通道中或出水头的水流通道中还设有用于限定弹性件上下运动的限位导向机构。
所述的限位导向机构包括止挡件和导向件,止挡件为止挡片7,导向件为导向柱13。导向柱设置在封堵件连接弹簧8的一端,与封堵件9一体成型或者与封堵件可拆卸式连接。导向柱的另一端穿过止挡片中心的限位通孔,限位通孔将对封堵件起到定位导向作用。未连接进水管时,所述封堵件的导向柱末端刚好位于止挡片中心的限位通孔中。连接进水管时,所述封堵件的导向柱穿过止挡片中心的限位通孔。限位通孔对导向柱起到竖直方向限位导向作用,防止封堵件侧偏导致密封失效。
进一步的方案,所述止挡件为止挡片,止挡片的外周固定在水流通道内,所述止挡片的中央设有限位通孔,所述止挡片的限位通孔和外周之间设有用于水流通过的过水孔。
方案1:止挡片的限位通孔由内环形筋围成,止挡片的外周为外环形筋,内环形筋与止挡环的外环形筋之间设有连接筋,相邻的连接筋之间形成过水孔。止挡片具有N个数量的连接筋,N≥2。优选的是3。连接筋之间为过水孔,可以尽可能的加大水流的横截面积,尽可能的减少流阻。
方案2:止挡片的中心设有限位通孔,限位通孔和外周之间的止挡片本体上分布有若干过水孔,加大水流的横截面积,尽可能的减少流阻。
实施例六
如图7所示,本实施例为另一种实施方案,所述的封堵件9侧壁上间隔设有向外凸出的导向筋905,所述导向筋905围成的圆形与水流通道的内壁相配合,限定封堵件9的运动。
封堵件的侧壁上设置了向外凸出的导向筋,所述导向筋具有三个作用:定位、导向、限位。所述导向筋数量为N,N≥2。优选为3。优选的是导向筋所围成的圆的直径与出水头内部流道的内径相适应,从而实现定位、导向作用,有效防止封堵件上下运动时的侧偏导致密封
失效。
导向筋可以设置为阶梯状并伸出封堵件的一端;侧壁的导向筋起到限位导向作用,伸出一端的导向筋可以作为定位筋906,固定连接弹簧。优选的是定位筋所围成的圆的直径略小于弹簧的外径,以便弹簧与封堵件定位固定更好。
进一步地,所述水流通道的内壁阶梯状设置并形成限位台203,所述限位台203与封堵件的导向筋905的下端面贴合支撑,限制封堵件过度往下运动。所述限位台下方的水流通道内壁设有配合斜面204,所述封堵件的一端套设有密封圈902,所述配合斜面与密封圈配合并密封接触。
封堵件与水流通道内壁配合控制水流,因此,与封堵件密封接触的水流通道内壁向内突出设置,形成小于水流通道内径的出水口。
封堵件朝向出水口的一端设有密封槽,密封槽上套设有密封圈。密封圈上方的封堵件的直径稍大于密封圈下方的封堵件的直径,如此套设密封圈后可基本形成斜面,与水流通道内壁的配合斜面贴合,密封接触,截断水流。
当封堵件截断水流时,封堵件一端套设的密封圈与水流通道的配合斜面密封接触,同时配合斜面上方的限位台与封堵件的导向筋的下端面贴合支撑,限制封堵件过度往下运动。同时防止水压过大时密封圈过度压合而导致密封失效。
实施例七
本实施例提供一种洗衣机,包括洗衣机的进水管和进水管接头3,所述洗衣机的进水管通过进水管接头安装在所述的洗衣机水龙头上,洗衣机水龙头的出水口内设有封堵件9,所述的顶柱的一端设置在进水管的接头内。
进水管的接头中包含接头管302和锁套301,锁套301相对接头管302上下可以活动,并可以通过自锁弹簧303归位锁死,限位圈防止锁套与接头管脱落。具体可以通过下面描述:
压下可以滑动的锁套301,将水龙头出水口插入进水管接头3,松开锁套301,在自锁弹簧303的弹性力,锁套在恢复弹力作用下向上运动复位,自锁倒角结构将滚珠305挤压并逐渐向内运动,结果会将滚珠挤压入出水头凹槽201内,且发出“啪”的声音,此时表明自锁结构的滚珠嵌入在水龙头的出水头凹槽201里面。进水管结构不会脱落,且出水口与接头有环形密封片304密封,进而确保龙头的出水头与进水管接头之间无泄露。
接水龙头出水头的锁套是活动的,里边有N个滚珠是起固定锁死作用,当向下施加外力
推时,水龙头的解锁倒角结构将滚珠挤压并逐渐向外运动,结果会将滚珠挤压进入解锁凹槽中,滚珠不能嵌入出水头凹槽中,就可轻松拔出下连接管的龙头。
本实施例的进水管接头内部预先安装了顶柱10,且顶柱的基部周围具有流道槽1003。
本实施例的进水管与所述的洗衣机水龙头连接后,进水管的顶柱自然的顶开封堵件,并压缩弹簧。当水龙头的把手旋转90°,水流可以通过本体进入出水头,再通过水龙头的出水口进入洗衣机进水管,水流进入洗衣机。
所述顶柱优选的是与进水管接头一体注塑成型。所述顶柱也可以是单个部件,固定在龙头接头中。
只有洗衣机进水管与洗衣机水龙头连接时,水龙头才给进水管供水,形成水流通道。当洗衣机进水管与洗衣机水龙头未连接或者脱落时,水龙头内部的封堵件密封水龙头的出水口。即便水龙头内打开阀芯,水也无法由出水口流出,极大的保障了消费者的财产。
以上所述仅是本发明的较佳实施例而已,并非对本发明作任何形式上的限制,虽然本发明已以较佳实施例揭露如上,然而并非用以限定本发明,任何熟悉本专利的技术人员在不脱离本发明技术方案范围内,当可利用上述提示的技术内容作出些许更动或修饰为等同变化的等效实施例,但凡是未脱离本发明技术方案的内容,依据本发明的技术实质对以上实施例所作的任何简单修改、等同变化与修饰,均仍属于本发明方案的范围内。
Claims (10)
- 一种洗衣机水龙头,包括本体和与本体相连接的出水头,出水头内部具有与本体连通的水流通道,其特征在于,还包括分体式设置的封堵件和顶柱,所述的封堵件设置在水流通道内与出水头的出水口相配合以截断水流通道,所述顶柱的一端由外部自出水头的出水口伸入出水头中与封堵件配合顶起封堵件以导通水流通道。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种洗衣机水龙头,其特征在于,所述顶柱的一端穿过出水头的出水口与封堵件可拆卸式连接;或者顶柱设置在洗衣机的进水管接头内,并与封堵件接触配合以顶起封堵件。
- 根据权利要求2所述的一种洗衣机水龙头,其特征在于,所述封堵件上设有与顶柱相配合的定位部,所述顶柱穿过出水头的出水口的一端与定位部可拆卸式连接,顶柱的另一端与洗衣机的进水管配合设置;或者顶柱穿过出水头的出水口的一端与定位部相接触以顶起封堵件,顶柱的另一端固定在洗衣机的进水管接头内。
- 根据权利要求3所述的一种洗衣机水龙头,其特征在于,所述定位部为凹槽,所述凹槽设置在封堵件朝向出水口的一端的底面,所述进水管接头与出水头连接时,所述顶柱的顶端插入凹槽中,顶起封堵件,允许水流通过;优选地,所述凹槽的内径与固定在进水管接头内的顶柱的外径配合设置。
- 根据权利要求4所述的一种洗衣机水龙头,其特征在于,所述顶柱包括立柱和支架,所述支架与进水管接头的内部固定连接,所述立柱的外径与定位槽的内径相匹配,立柱的下部或支架上设有流道槽。
- 根据权利要求3所述的一种洗衣机水龙头,其特征在于,所述定位部为定位槽,定位槽的内壁设有螺纹,所述顶柱穿过出水头的出水口的一端与定位部螺纹连接,顶柱的另一端与进水管的接头内部相抵触。
- 根据权利要求1-6任意一项所述的一种洗衣机水龙头,其特征在于,所述封堵件朝向水龙头的出水口的一端侧壁上设有密封槽,所述密封槽上套有密封圈,所述水龙头的出水口的内壁与密封圈配合设置;优选的,所述水龙头的出水口的内壁具有与密封圈相配合的弧形面。
- 根据权利要求7所述的一种洗衣机水龙头,其特征在于,所述封堵件的密封槽上部的 周向外壁上设有导流槽,用于水流通过;优选地,导流槽沿水流方向间隔设置,相邻导流槽之间形成导向筋,导向筋与出水头的内壁配合设置,用于引导封堵件归位并密封出水头的出水口。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种洗衣机水龙头,其特征在于,所述封堵件朝向本体的一端连接有弹性件,所述弹性件的另一端抵触在本体的下端,弹性件作用于封堵件使其复位密封出水头的出水口,所述本体的水流通道中或出水头的水流通道中还设有用于限定弹性件上下运动的限位导向机构。
- 一种洗衣机,包括洗衣机的进水管和进水管接头,其特征在于,所述洗衣机的进水管通过进水管接头安装在权利要求1-9任意一项所述的洗衣机水龙头上,所述的顶柱的一端设置在进水管的接头内。
