上盖组件、雾化器及电子烟 技术领域
本实用新型涉及电子烟技术领域,尤其涉及上盖组件、雾化器及电子烟。
背景技术
现有的电子烟通过电池对雾化器中的发热单元进行供电,使发热单元在电池的驱动下加热烟液产生烟雾,从而使用户获得吸烟体验。
然而,现有的电子烟,其雾化器结构中的注油结构和调气结构基本是通过两个不同的结构进行实现。这样,就导致雾化器的结构复杂,零件繁多,使得雾化器的生产成本较贵,而且不便操作。
实用新型内容
本实用新型提供一种上盖组件,通过在顶盖上设置注液孔和进气孔,在调气环上设置调气孔,使得上盖组件能够同时实现注液和调气的功能。本实用新型还提供包括所述上盖组件的雾化器,及包括所述上盖组件或所述雾化器的电子烟。
本实用新型的第一方面采用的技术方案为:一种雾化器,其包括:上盖组件、下盖组件、储液管、雾化头组件;所述雾化头组件设于所述储液管内,且所述雾化头组件的上端连接所述上盖组件,下端连接所述下盖组件;所述储液管的两端分别与所述上盖组件和所述下盖组件连接,所述上盖组件、所述储液管及所述下盖组件三者之间形成储液腔,所述上盖组件包括顶盖以及调气环;所述调气环可旋转的套接在所述顶盖的外围,所述顶盖包括筒状的连接部,以及自连接部的侧壁沿圆周方向一体向外延伸成型的安装部;所述调气环包括外环座,以及自外环座的底缘沿圆周方向一体向外延伸成型的内环座;所述连接部的侧壁开设有进气孔,所述外环座的侧壁开设有能够与所述进气孔相连通的调气孔;所述安装部上设有注液孔,所述注液孔连通所述储液腔,当所述调气环套接在所述顶盖上时,所述内环座封闭所述注液孔,当所述调气环与所述顶盖分离时,所述注液孔与外界相连通。
进一步地,所述上盖组件还包括密封件,所述内环座的底部设有凹槽,所述密封件设于所述凹槽内,当所述调气环套接在所述顶盖上时,所述密封件用于密封所述注液孔。
进一步地,所述连接部的外壁邻近所述安装部的位置设有第一螺纹,对应所述第一螺纹的位置,所述外环座的内壁设有第二螺纹,所述连接部的外壁上位于所述第一螺纹的下方设有退刀槽,当所述调气环顺着第一螺纹顺时针拧到底后,所述外环座内壁上的第二螺纹进入 所述退刀槽,实现所述调气环与所述顶盖的安装。
进一步地,所述上盖组件还包括连接件,所述连接件安装在所述连接部内,且连通所述雾化头组件。
进一步地,所述雾化头组件包括固定件和雾化头,所述固定件为中空结构,所述固定件的上端与所述顶盖的下端为可拆卸配合,所述雾化头安装在所述固定件内,且所述雾化头的顶端与所述连接件的底端连接。
进一步地,所述雾化头包括上盖以及护套;所述上盖设置于所述护套的顶端,且所述上盖与所述连接件连通,所述雾化头还包括第一电极接触件、以及第一绝缘件;所述第一绝缘件安装在所述护套的底部,所述第一电极接触件穿过所述第一绝缘件,从而将所述护套的底部密封;所述第一绝缘件电性隔离所述第一电极接触件与所述护套。
进一步地,所述护套的侧壁设有凹陷槽,所述凹陷槽内进一步开设有进液孔,所述凹陷槽与所述固定件相配合形成进液通道,所述进液通道连通所述储液腔与所述进液孔。
进一步地,所述雾化头还包括第一密封圈,所述第一密封圈套接于所述上盖与所述连接件之间。
进一步地,所述安装部的底部外缘设有卡槽,所述储液管的顶部卡接于所述卡槽内。
本实用新型的第二方面还提供一种电子烟,包括本实用新型的第一方面所述的任意一种雾化器以及电池组件,所述电池组件电性连接所述雾化器。
本实用新型的第三方面提供了一种上盖组件,所述上盖组件包括顶盖以及调气环,所述顶盖开设有进气孔以及注液孔,所述调气环开设有调气孔,当所述调气环安装在所述顶盖上时,所述调气环封闭所述注液孔,且,所述调气环能够相对所述顶盖旋转,使得所述调气孔与所述进气孔连通或错开,当所述调气环与所述顶盖分离时,所述注液孔与外界相连通。
进一步地,所述顶盖包括连接部以及自所述连接部的侧壁向外延伸形成的安装部,所述调气环包括外环座以及自所述外环座的底缘向外延伸形成的内环座,所述注液孔开设在所述安装部上,当所述调气环安装在所述顶盖上时,所述外环座套设在所述连接部外,所述内环座封闭所述注液孔。
进一步地,所述进气孔开设在所述连接部或者所述安装部上,所述调气孔开设在所述外环座或者所述内环座上。
进一步地,所述连接部的侧壁上设置有第一螺纹以及位于所述第一螺纹下方的退刀槽,所述外环座的内壁上设置有第二螺纹,当所述第二螺纹沿着所述第一螺纹旋转至卡入所述退刀槽内时,所述调气环安装到位,当所述第二螺纹自所述退刀槽旋转至所述第一螺纹并沿着所述第一螺纹旋出时,所述调气环与所述顶盖分离。
进一步地,所述上盖组件还包括密封件,所述内环座的底部设有凹槽,所述密封件设于所述凹槽内,当所述调气环安装在所述顶盖上时,所述密封件密封所述注液孔。
进一步地,所述密封件由硅胶或者橡胶制成。
进一步地,所述密封件为环状,所述凹槽为环形凹槽。
进一步地,所述上盖组件还包括连接件,所述连接件收容于所述顶盖内,所述顶盖与所述连接件之间的空间形成进气通道,所述连接件的内部空腔形成出烟通道。
本实用新型的第四方面提供一种雾化器,包括本实用新型的第三方面所述的任意一种上盖组件。
进一步地,所述雾化器还包括下盖组件、储液管及雾化头组件,所述雾化头组件设于所述储液管内,所述储液管的两端分别与所述上盖组件和所述下盖组件连接,所述上盖组件、所述储液管及所述下盖组件三者之间形成储液腔,所述注液孔连通所述储液腔。
进一步地,所述雾化头组件包括固定件和雾化头,所述固定件的上端与所述顶盖的下端为可拆卸配合,所述雾化头安装在所述固定件内,所述雾化头和所述固定件之间设置有进液通道,所述储液腔通过所述进液通道与所述雾化头连通。
进一步地,所述雾化头包括护套,所述护套的侧壁设有凹陷槽,所述凹陷槽内开设有与所述护套内腔连通的进液孔,所述凹陷槽与所述固定件配合形成所述进液通道,所述进液通道连通所述储液腔与所述进液孔。
进一步地,所述雾化头还包括第一电极接触件以及第一绝缘件,所述第一绝缘件安装在所述护套的底部,所述第一电极接触件穿过所述第一绝缘件,所述第一绝缘件电性隔离所述第一电极接触件与所述护套。
进一步地,所述雾化头和所述固定件之间设置有与所述进液通道相隔离的间隙,所述进气孔通过所述间隙与所述雾化头连通。

相较于现有技术,本实用新型的上盖组件、雾化器及电子烟,通过在顶盖的连接部的侧壁上开设进气孔,在顶盖的安装部开设注液孔;从而实现使用同一个部件完成注液和调气的功能,简化雾化器的结构,减少雾化器的组装零部件,进而简化安装步骤,降低生产成本,同时方便操作。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本实用新型的具体实施方式进行详细说明。应当理解的是,此处所描述的具体实施方式仅用于说明和解释本实用新型,并不用于限制本实用新型。
请参照图1至图3,本实用新型的雾化器(图未标)包括上盖组件100、下盖组件200、储液管1和雾化头组件(图未标)。雾化头组件设于储液管1内,且雾化头组件的上端连接上盖组件100,下端连接下盖组件200,储液管1、上盖组件100以及下盖组件200三者围成储液腔101用以存储烟液。上盖组件100固定在储液管1的顶部,下盖组件200固定在储液管1的底部。
请参照图1、图5至图7,具体地,上盖组件100包括顶盖2、密封件10、连接件7以及调气环3。调气环3套接在顶盖2的外围,且可以相对顶盖2旋转。顶盖2包括筒状的连接部20,以及自连接部20的侧壁沿圆周方向一体向外延伸成型的安装部21;连接部20的侧壁上开设有两个进气孔201,且两个进气孔201沿连接部20的周向设置,并位于安装部21的上方。安装部21上设有注液孔210,注液孔210连通储液腔101。连接件7安装在连接部20内,用于连通雾化头5。调气环3包括外环座30,以及自外环座30的底缘沿圆周方向一体向外延伸成型的内环座31;外环座30套接在连接部20的外周,内环座31安装在安装部21内。外环座30的侧壁上开设有两个调气孔301,且两个进调气孔301沿外环座的周向设置;每一个调气孔301对应一个进气孔201设置。因此,可以通过旋转调气环3,改变两个调气孔301和两个进气孔201的连通面积,从而调节进气量。可以理解的,密封件10由弹性材料制成,具体地,密封件10的材料为硅胶或者橡胶,并不以此为限。
可以理解的,在其他实施方式中,所述进气孔201还可以设置为1个,3个或3个以上,对应的,所述调气孔301也设有1个,3个或3个以上。
在其中一个实施方式中,如图8所示,进气孔201开设在连接部20上,内环座31上开设有与所述进气孔201相对应的调气孔301,进一步地,所述调气孔301开设在注液孔210上方并贯穿内环座31后与进气孔201连通。进一步地,所述调气孔301为L型。可以理解的,调气孔301的具体形状不做限定。
在其中一个实施方式中,所述进气孔201开设在安装部21上,并设置在注液孔210内侧且贯穿连接部20。所述内环座31上开设有与所述进气孔201相对应的调气孔301。
在其中一个实施方式中,所述进气孔201开设在安装部21上,并设置在注液孔210内侧且贯穿连接部20。所述外环座30上开设有与所述进气孔201相对应的调气孔301,调气孔301贯穿内环座31。
在其中一个实施方式中,连接件7大致为中空筒状结构,其收容于所述顶盖2内并与顶盖2间隔设置,顶盖2与连接件7之间的空间形成进气通道,连接件7的内部空腔形成出烟通道。连接件7的底端与雾化头5的顶端可拆卸的连接,进气通道、出烟通道均与雾化头7相连通,进气通道还与进气孔201相连通。
在其中一个实施方式中,内环座31可封闭注液孔210,进一步地,内环座31的底部设有凹槽310,密封件10设于凹槽310内,且夹设在内环座31与安装部21之间,用于密封注液孔210。本实施方式中,密封件10为环状,凹槽310为环形凹槽,可以防止在调气环3的转动过程中,密封件10与注液孔210分离。连接部20的外壁设有第一螺纹,第一螺纹位于两个进气孔201的 下方且位于安装部21的上方,外环座30的内壁上对应设置有第二螺纹,使得两者能够螺纹连接,从而将调气环3安装在顶盖2上。此外,连接部20的外壁上位于第一螺纹的下方设有退刀槽202,当调气环3顺着第一螺纹顺时针拧到底后,外环座30内壁上的第二螺纹进入退刀槽202,实现调气环3与顶盖2的安装,可以理解的,拧动方向并不做限定,也可以逆时针旋转。所述第二螺纹沿着所述第一螺纹旋转至卡入所述退刀槽202内时,所述调气环3安装到位;此时,密封件10对注液孔210进行密封;当调气环3再进一步顺时针转动时,改变进气孔201和调气孔301的连通面积,从而实现进气量大小控制。反之,当调气环3反向转动,本实施例为逆时针旋转,在其他实施方式中可以为顺时针旋转,调气环3顺着第一螺纹退出,当所述第二螺纹自所述退刀槽202旋转至所述第一螺纹并沿着所述第一螺纹旋出时,所述调气环3与所述顶盖2分离。此时注液孔210被打开,从而实现通过注液孔210往储液腔101内注入烟液。
请参照图1、图3和图4,雾化头组件包括固定件4和雾化头5;固定件4为上、下连通的中空状结构,雾化头5安装在固定件4内。雾化头5包括上盖51、第一密封圈52、护套50、第一电极接触件53、以及第一绝缘件54。上盖51封装护套50的顶部开口,且上盖51与连接件7连通;第一密封圈52套接于上盖51与连接件7之间,起到密封的作用,防止烟雾泄露至进气通道。第一绝缘件54安装在护套50的底部,第一电极接触件53穿过第一绝缘件54,从而将护套50的底部封装;第一绝缘件54电性隔离第一电极接触件53与护套50。护套50的侧壁设有凹陷槽501,在凹陷槽501内进一步开设有进液孔502,进液孔502位于凹陷槽501的上端。凹陷槽501使得护套50与固定件4之间形成进液通道401,储液腔101内的烟液可以通过进液通道401流向进液孔502,再从进液孔502流至护套50内部;即是:进液通道401连通储液腔101与进液孔502。
下盖组件200包括底盖6、第二电极接触件8、第三电极接触件9以及第二绝缘件11、第三绝缘件12。底盖6与储液管1的相接处形成有挡板60,储液管1的底部固定在挡板60上,从而实现底盖6封装储液管1的下端开口;进一步,储液管1的下端与底盖6之间套接有第二密封圈13,密封储液管1与底盖6之间的间隙,防止烟液泄漏。安装部21的底部外缘设有卡槽211,储液管1的顶部卡接在卡槽211中,从而实现顶盖2封装储液管1的上端开口,进而密封储液腔101。除此外,顶盖2的底部通过螺纹结构与固定件4的顶部连接;固定件4的底部亦通过螺纹结构与底盖6的上端连接。底盖6的下端向下凸伸形成有组装部61,第二电极接触件8和第三电极接触件9均设于组装部61内;且第二电极接触件8的下端与第三电极接触件9接触,第二电极接触件8的上端与第一电极接触件53接触。第三电极接触件9的下端用以与电子烟的电池组件(未图示)的正极电性接触。第二绝缘件11套接在第二电极接触件8外,电性绝缘第二电极接触件8与底盖6;第三绝缘件12套接在第三电极接触件9外,电性绝缘第三电极接触件9与底盖6。
本实用新型的雾化器注液时,将调气环3逆时针转动,此时,因密封件10的弹性作用, 调气环3顺着第一螺纹退出,打开注液孔210,通过注液孔210往储液腔101内注入烟液。注液完成后,将调气环3顺着第一螺纹顺时针拧到底,使得外环座30内壁上的第二螺纹进入退刀槽202实现安装,密封件10密封注液孔210。可以理解的,在其他实施方式中,也可以将螺纹方向设置相反,将调气环3顺着第一螺纹逆时针拧到底。
本实用新型的雾化器工作过程如下:储液腔101内的烟液通过进液通道401流向进液孔502,再经由进液孔502流向护套50中的导液件(未图示),对雾化器进行通电,护套50中的发热件(未图示)在电驱动下,加热雾化导液件(未图示)上的烟液以形成烟雾,用户通过连接件7吸气,使得空气从调气孔301、进气孔201进入,再通过进气通道、固定件4与护套50之间与进液通道401相隔离的间隙进入护套50带出雾化后的烟雾,最后烟雾从连接件7的内部空腔流出供用户吸取。
本实用新型还提供一种电子烟,包括所述雾化器以及电池组件(未图示);电池组件与雾化器的底端电性连接。具体地电池组件的正极与第三电极接触件9电性接触,从而实现雾化器与电池组件的电性连接。使用电子烟时,电池组件对雾化器供电,使得雾化头5对烟液进行加热雾化,用户再通过连接件7吸烟。
综上,本实用新型的雾化器和电子烟,通过在顶盖2的连接部20的侧壁上开设进气孔201,同时在顶盖2的安装部21开设注液孔210,当调气环3顺着第一螺纹顺时针拧到底后,外环座30内壁上的第二螺纹进入退刀槽202,实现调气环3与顶盖2的安装;此时,密封件10对注液孔210进行密封;同时,当调气环3再进一步顺时针转动时,改变进气孔201和调气孔301的连通面积,实现进气量大小控制。反之,当调气环3逆时针转动,因密封件10的弹性作用,调气环3顺着第一螺纹退出,打开注液孔210,通过注液孔210往储液腔101内注入烟液。从而实现使用同一个部件完成注液和调气的功能,简化雾化器的结构,减少雾化器的组装零部件,进而简化安装步骤,降低生产成本,同时方便操作。
只要不违背本实用新型创造的思想,对本实用新型的各种不同实施例进行任意组合,均应当视为本实用新型公开的内容;在本实用新型的技术构思范围内,对技术方案进行多种简单的变型及不同实施例进行的不违背本实用新型创造的思想的任意组合,均应在本实用新型的保护范围之内。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种上盖组件,其特征在于,所述上盖组件(100)包括顶盖(2)以及调气环(3),所述顶盖(2)开设有进气孔(201)以及注液孔(210),所述调气环(3)开设有调气孔(301),当所述调气环(3)安装在所述顶盖(2)上时,所述调气环(3)封闭所述注液孔(210),且,所述调气环(3)能够相对所述顶盖(2)旋转,使得所述调气孔(301)与所述进气孔(201)连通或错开,当所述调气环(3)与所述顶盖(2)分离时,所述注液孔(210)与外界相连通。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的上盖组件,其特征在于:所述顶盖(2)包括连接部(20)以及自所述连接部(20)的侧壁向外延伸形成的安装部(21),所述调气环(3)包括外环座(30)以及自所述外环座(30)的底缘向外延伸形成的内环座(31),所述注液孔(210)开设在所述安装部(21)上,当所述调气环(3)安装在所述顶盖(2)上时,所述外环座(30)套设在所述连接部(20)外,所述内环座(31)封闭所述注液孔(210)。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的上盖组件,其特征在于:所述进气孔(201)开设在所述连接部(20)或者所述安装部(21)上,所述调气孔(301)开设在所述外环座(30)或者所述内环座(31)上。
  4. 如权利要求2或3所述的上盖组件,其特征在于:所述连接部(20)的侧壁上设置有第一螺纹以及位于所述第一螺纹下方的退刀槽(202),所述外环座(30)的内壁上设置有第二螺纹,当所述第二螺纹沿着所述第一螺纹旋转至卡入所述退刀槽(202)内时,所述调气环(3)安装到位,当所述第二螺纹自所述退刀槽(202)旋转至所述第一螺纹并沿着所述第一螺纹旋出时,所述调气环(3)与所述顶盖(2)分离。
  5. 如权利要求2或3所述的上盖组件,其特征在于:所述上盖组件(100)还包括密封件(10),所述内环座(31)的底部设有凹槽(310),所述密封件(10)设于所述凹槽(310)内,当所述调气环(3)安装在所述顶盖(2)上时,所述密封件(10)密封所述注液孔(210)。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的上盖组件,其特征在于:所述密封件(10)由硅胶或者橡胶制成。
  7. 如权利要求5所述的上盖组件,其特征在于:所述密封件(10)为环状,所述凹槽(310)为环形凹槽。
  8. 如权利要求1-3任一项所述的上盖组件,其特征在于:所述上盖组件(100)还包括连接件(7),所述连接件(7)收容于所述顶盖(2)内,所述顶盖(2)与所述连接件(7)之间的空间形成进气通道,所述连接件(7)的内部空腔形成出烟通道。
  9. 一种雾化器,其特征在于:包括权利要求1-8任一项所述的上盖组件(100)。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述雾化器还包括下盖组件(200)、储液管(1)及雾化头组件,所述雾化头组件设于所述储液管(1)内,所述储液管(1)的两端分别与所述上盖组件(100)和所述下盖组件(200)连接,所述上盖组件(100)、所述储液管 (1)及所述下盖组件(200)三者之间形成储液腔(101),所述注液孔(210)连通所述储液腔(101)。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述雾化头组件包括固定件(4)和雾化头(5),所述固定件(4)的上端与所述顶盖(2)的下端为可拆卸配合,所述雾化头(5)安装在所述固定件(4)内,所述雾化头(5)和所述固定件(4)之间设置有进液通道(401),所述储液腔(101)通过所述进液通道(401)与所述雾化头(5)连通。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述雾化头(5)包括护套(50),所述护套(50)的侧壁设有凹陷槽(501),所述凹陷槽(501)内开设有与所述护套(50)内腔连通的进液孔(502),所述凹陷槽(501)与所述固定件(4)配合形成所述进液通道(401),所述进液通道(401)连通所述储液腔(101)与所述进液孔(502)。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述雾化头(5)还包括第一电极接触件(53)以及第一绝缘件(54),所述第一绝缘件(54)安装在所述护套(50)的底部,所述第一电极接触件(53)穿过所述第一绝缘件(54),所述第一绝缘件(54)电性隔离所述第一电极接触件(53)与所述护套(50)。
  14. 如权利要求11-13任一项所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述雾化头(5)和所述固定件(4)之间设置有与所述进液通道(401)相隔离的间隙,所述进气孔(201)通过所述间隙与所述雾化头(5)连通。
