所述重量传感器模块用于检测托盘上货物的重量；
所述温度检测模块用于检测托盘所处环境的温度；
所述湿度检测模块用于检测托盘所处环境的温度；
所述GPRS定位模块用于实时定位托盘的位置；
所述异常警报模块用于当托盘发生异常情况的发出警报；
所述信号发送模块用于将托盘的信息发送至远程计算机；
所述电源模块用于向主芯片模块供电。
优选的，所述电源模块为可充电的蓄电池。
综上所述，运用本实用新型的技术方案，具有如下有益效果：本实用新型的托盘不仅可以随时监控托盘上货物的重量，若超重警报，则发出警报；还可以实时监控托盘周围的温度、湿度，保证货物处于安全的可靠的环境中，而且还能够实时定位托盘，方便找到托盘。

所述重量传感器模块用于检测托盘上货物的重量；具体的，主芯片模块预设重量限值，当重量检测模块检测到货物重量超出其承受范围时，发出预警。
所述温度检测模块用于检测托盘所处环境的温度具体的，具体的，主芯片模块预设温度上下限值，温度检测模块检测到温度超出范围时，发出预警，温度检测模块可以是电子温度计；
所述湿度检测模块用于检测托盘所处环境的温度；具体的，主芯片模块可以预设湿度限值，也可根据实际产品进行限制设定，当湿度超出预设值，发出预警；
所述GPRS定位模块用于实时定位托盘的位置，以便于随时找到异常托盘；所述异常警报模块用于当托盘发生异常情况的发出警报，可以是发出声响，也可以是亮红灯警示等；
所述信号发送模块用于将托盘的信息发送至远程计算机；具体的由远程计算机采集监控每个托盘的实时信息；

    所述信号发送模块用于将托盘的信息发送至远程计算机；
    所述电源模块用于向主芯片模块供电。
