随着现代电子信息的进程,托盘不仅仅只是运输货物的媒介,而现有托盘功能单一。

所述湿度检测模块用于检测托盘所处环境的温度;
所述GPRS定位模块用于实时定位托盘的位置;
所述异常警报模块用于当托盘发生异常情况的发出警报;
所述信号发送模块用于将托盘的信息发送至远程计算机;
所述电源模块用于向主芯片模块供电。
优选的,所述电源模块为可充电的蓄电池。

所述温度检测模块用于检测托盘所处环境的温度具体的,具体的,主芯片模块预设温度上下限值,温度检测模块检测到温度超出范围时,发出预警,温度检测模块可以是电子温度计;
所述湿度检测模块用于检测托盘所处环境的温度;具体的,主芯片模块可以预设湿度限值,也可根据实际产品进行限制设定,当湿度超出预设值,发出预警;
所述GPRS定位模块用于实时定位托盘的位置,以便于随时找到异常托盘;所述异常警报模块用于当托盘发生异常情况的发出警报,可以是发出声响,也可以是亮红灯警示等;
所述信号发送模块用于将托盘的信息发送至远程计算机;具体的由远程计算机采集监控每个托盘的实时信息;
所述电源模块用于向主芯片模块供电;优选的,所述电源模块为可充电的蓄电池。
