托盘作业不仅可以显著提高装卸效果,它的实行,使仓库建筑的形式、船舶的构造、铁路和其他运输方式的装卸设施以及管理组织都发生变化。在货物包装方面,促进了包装规格化和模块化,甚至对装卸以外的一般生产活动方式也都会有显著的影响。随着生产设备越来越精密,自动化程度越来越高,生产的计划性越来越强和管理方式的逐步先进,工序间的搬运和向生产线供给材料和半成品的工作就越发显得重要了。
而托盘作业是迅速提高搬运效率和使材料流动过程有序化的有效手段,在降低生产成本和提高生产效率方面起着巨大的作用。目前绝大多数企业的托盘都是在企业内部周转,从而使企业的产品经过多次人工搬运装卸,极大地降低了工作效率,相应增加了产品的流通成本,从而降低了产品在市场中的竞争力。
随着现代电子信息的进程,托盘不仅仅只是运输货物的媒介,而现有托盘功能单一。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供能够在异常情况下发出警报的具有状态异常监 管功能的物流运输托盘。
为解决以上技术问题,本实用新型采用的技术方案是:一种智能托盘,包括一个托盘本体,在所述托盘本体上设置有主芯片模块以及与所述主芯片模块相连接的重量检测模块、温度检测模块、湿度检测模块、GPRS定位模块、异常警报模块、位置信息采集模块、路线比对模块、路线偏离警示模块、信号发送模块、信号接收模块、电源模块,其中:

所述温度检测模块用于检测托盘所处环境的温度;
所述湿度检测模块用于检测托盘所处环境的温度;
所述GPRS定位模块用于实时定位托盘的位置;
所述异常警报模块用于当托盘发生异常情况的发出警报;
所述信号发送模块用于将托盘的信息发送至远程计算机;
所述位置信息采集模块用于实时采集托盘的位置信息;
所述路线比对模块用于比对实时路线与主芯片内置路线,并确认是否偏离路线;
所述路线偏离警示模块用于当托盘偏离路线时发出警示;
所述信号接收模块用于接收远程计算机发来的信号指令;
所述LED显示模块用于显示托盘的时实信息;
所述电源模块用于向主芯片模块供电。

综上所述,运用本实用新型的技术方案,具有如下有益效果:本实用新型的托盘不仅可以随时监控托盘上货物的重量,若超重警报,则发出警报;还可以实时监控托盘周围的温度、湿度,保证货物处于安全的可靠的环境中,而且还能够实时定位托盘,方便找到托盘。而且当托盘偏离预设路线时,发出警示信息,防止货物偏离路线,丰富了托盘的功能。

所述重量传感器模块用于检测托盘上货物的重量;具体的,主芯片模块预设重量限值,当重量检测模块检测到货物重量超出其承受范围时,发出预警。
所述温度检测模块用于检测托盘所处环境的温度具体的,具体的,主芯片模块预设温度上下限值,温度检测模块检测到温度超出范围时,发出预警,
温度检测模块可以是电子温度计;
所述湿度检测模块用于检测托盘所处环境的温度;具体的,主芯片模块可以预设湿度限值,也可根据实际产品进行限制设定,当湿度超出预设值,发出预警;
所述GPRS定位模块用于实时定位托盘的位置,以便于随时找到异常托盘;
所述异常警报模块用于当托盘发生异常情况的发出警报,可以是发出声响,也可以是亮红灯警示等;
所述信号发送模块用于将托盘的信息发送至远程计算机;具体的由远程计算机采集监控每个托盘的实时信息;

    所述湿度检测模块用于检测托盘所处环境的温度;
    所述GPRS定位模块用于实时定位托盘的位置;
    所述异常警报模块用于当托盘发生异常情况的发出警报;
    所述信号发送模块用于将托盘的信息发送至远程计算机;
    所述位置信息采集模块用于实时采集托盘的位置信息;
    所述路线比对模块与主芯片用于比对实时路线与主芯片内置路线,并确认是否偏离路线;
    所述路线偏离警示模块,用于当托盘偏离路线时发出警示;
    所述信号接收模块用于接收远程计算机发来的信号指令;
