本发明属于纺织机械技术领域,尤其涉及一种纺织纱线放卷系统。
背景技术
纺织纱线用于生产的时候放置在放卷系统上,放卷系统的放卷效率直接影响到纱线生产的效率,普通的纺织纱线放卷系统在停止放卷时,纺织纱线放卷系统由于惯性会继续旋转一段距离,使得纺织纱线在纺织纱线放卷系统上松下来,造成纺织纱线在整个纺织纱线放卷系统上张力分布不均匀,再次启动放卷时,易造成纺线在生产的时候缠绕,降低了纺线的生产效率。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种纺织纱线放卷系统,能够使得纺织纱线在放卷的过程中张力均匀,纺织纱线放卷稳定,对纺织纱线的断线缠线及时检测发现。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案为:
一种纺织纱线放卷系统,其创新点在于:包括底盘、加强肋板、转盘、放卷柱、纺织纱线张力控制机构;
所述底盘位于纺织纱线放卷系统的最底端,底盘呈圆柱形状,底盘的上表面中心处安装有一圆筒,该圆筒内在水平方向安装有一轴承,底盘的下方安装有一环形板;
所述加强肋板呈三角形状,其固定安装在圆筒的外圆柱面与底盘的上表面之间,呈圆形分布;
所述转盘呈圆柱状,其位于圆筒的上端面,转盘的底面中心处焊接有一垂直方向的轴,该轴采用阶梯轴与圆筒内的轴承配合;
所述放卷柱呈圆柱状,其呈空心结构,底端焊接在转盘的中心处,
底盘的圆心、圆筒的轴线、轴的轴线、转盘的圆心、放卷柱的轴线均位于同一直线上;
所述纺织纱线张力控制机构包括固定杆、皮带;固定杆有两根固定安装在底盘上,两固定杆关于底盘的圆心对称,固定杆的顶端与转盘处于同一高度,两根固定杆的顶端分别安装有一固定夹和旋转调节夹,皮带的两端分别连接在固定夹和旋转调节夹上,皮带贴在转盘上与转盘处于同一高度;

进一步的,所述纺织纱线放卷系统放线口安装有断线检测器和缠线检测器。
本发明的优点在于:该纺织纱线放卷系统通过增加纺织纱线张力控制机构,使纺织纱线在放线的过程中张力更加均匀,受力稳定,不易造成整个纺织纱线放线系统时造成纱线的缠绕,同时在整个纺织纱线放卷系统中增加了断线检测器和缠线检测器,在纺织纱线断线和缠线的时候能够及时发现,及时处理,避免造成更大生产隐患。

如图1所示的一种纺织纱线放卷系统,其创新点在于:包括底盘1、加强肋板2、转盘3、放卷柱4、纺织纱线张力控制机构。
底盘1位于纺织纱线放卷系统的最底端,底盘呈圆柱形状,底盘1的上表面中心处安装有一圆筒5,该圆筒5内在水平方向安装有一轴承6,底盘1下方安装有一环形板16,在地面不平整的时候保证能够立在地面上。
加强肋板2呈三角形状,其固定安装在圆筒5的外圆柱面与,呈圆形分布。
转盘3呈圆柱状,其位于圆筒5的上端面,转盘的3底面中心处焊接有一垂直方向的轴7,该轴7采用阶梯轴与圆筒5内的轴承6配合。
放卷柱4呈圆柱状,其呈空心结构,底端焊接在转盘3的中心处,
底1盘的圆心、圆筒5的轴线、轴7的轴线、转盘3的圆心、放卷柱4的轴线均位于同一直线上。
纺织纱线张力控制机构包括固定杆8、皮带9;固定杆8有两根固定安装在底盘上,两固定杆8关于底盘1的圆心对称,固定杆8的顶端与转盘3处于同一高度,两根固定杆8的顶端分别安装有一固定夹10和旋转调节夹11,皮带9的两端分别连接在固定夹10和旋转调节夹上11,皮带9贴在转盘3上与转盘3处于同一高度。
圆筒5、底盘1和环形板16均采用对半拼装组合而成,方便组装与拆卸。
纺织纱线放卷系统放线口安装有断线检测器12和缠线检测器13,快速检测放线情况。
该纺织纱线放卷系统的工作原理是:纺织纱线从纺织纱线放卷系统的放卷口放出,依次穿过缠线检测器13、断线检测器12,安装在固定杆8上的旋转调节夹11,调节皮带9 的松紧,控制整个纺织纱线放卷系统纺织纱线放卷时的张力,在纺织纱线需要停止放线时,避免整个纺织纱线系统由于惯性继续旋转,放出纺织纱线以及纺织纱线发生缠绕。

    所述加强肋板呈三角形状,其固定安装在圆筒的外圆柱面与底盘的上表面之间,呈圆形分布;
    所述转盘呈圆柱状,其位于圆筒的上端面,转盘的底面中心处焊接有一垂直方向的轴,该轴采用阶梯轴与圆筒内的轴承配合;
    所述放卷柱呈圆柱状,其呈空心结构,底端焊接在转盘的中心处,
    底盘的圆心、圆筒的轴线、轴的轴线、转盘的圆心、放卷柱的轴线均位于同一直线上;
