Abstract

본 발명은 전기 보일러의 순환이상 제어장치 및 그 제어방법에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명의 따른 전기 보일러의 순환이상 제어장치는, 전기 보일러의 난방수의 순환이상을 감지하고 이를 제어하는 전기 보일러의 순환이상 제어장치에 있어서, 순환하는 난방수를 저장하고, 이 난방수를 가열하는 가열 수단이 설치된 가열탱크; 상기 가열탱크 상에 장착되어 가열되는 난방수의 온도를 측정하는 가열탱크 온도센서; 상기 가열탱크로부터 상기 전기 보일러의 외부로 상기 난방수를 공급하는 난방수 공급라인 상에 장착되어 순환되는 난방수의 온도를 측정하는 난방수 공급라인 온도센서; 및 상기 가열탱크 온도센서에 의해 측정된 난방수의 온도인 가열탱크 온도와 상기 난방수 공급라인 온도센서에 의해 측정된 난방수의 온도인 난방수 공급온도의 온도차를 계산하고, 이 계산 결과에 따라 상기 가열 수단의 작동을 온/오프시키는 컨트롤 유니트를 포함한다.
