Definitions
- the present invention relates to a drinking container unit, generalized approximately as a container unit, according to the preamble of claim 1.
- Drinking container unit consists of at least one container, such as a
- Drinking container which is prepared for receiving or storing a liquid
- a closure and pedestal unit such as a pedestal
- the base is releasably coupled to the drinking container.
- container units In order to handle liquids, such as drinks, both logistically efficient, as well as enjoyable to eat, it is possible to store them in container units, on the one hand serve as a storage container and on the other hand are convertible into drinking vessels.
- container units usually have sockets that are in contact with the liquid before the first opening and at the same time a
- detachable coupling sections such as a non-positive threaded connection or a positive bayonet connection, are available. Especially before the first opening, ie in the state in which the
- Coupling section is in contact with the liquid, the coupling section is exposed to a high load. This results, for example, from the hydrostatic pressure which the liquid in the drinking container has on it.
- liquid suspended solids such as yeast in a
- the coupling section is subjected to an additional load.
- the carbon dioxide induces additional pressure that damages the thread.
- German patent application DE 10 2016 1 10 807 A1 discloses a generic drinking container unit which can be filled in a filling line and which, without additional decanting, allows drinking from a mouth which is wide relative to the mouth.
- a disadvantage of the prior art is that the coupling portion, through which the drinking container is connectable to the base, is exposed to a high load, especially in a state prior to the first opening. It is also disadvantageous that the base from the first opening, when it is no longer in contact with the liquid from
- Residual stocks of the liquid is occupied / coated. This alleviates the convenience of handling the drinking container unit because the stand is perceived as sticky or dirty or at least unpleasantly wet because of the remnants.
- the present invention is based on this prior art, the task to overcome the disadvantages of the prior art or at least to mitigate, and in particular to disclose a drinking container of the generic type, in addition to a dense and reliable coupling of the base with the drinking container protects the coupling portion from particles contained in the liquid, such as suspended matter.
- a further object of the present drinking container unit is that the base after the first opening of the drinking container unit, ie after the release of the base of the large-diameter opening and connecting the base with the small-diameter opening, no or at least hardly
- Residuals of the liquid has to increase the handling comfort with the drinking container unit according to the invention.
- the invention aims at a gentle release of the base of the large diameter opening of the
- Drinking container to provide a consumer with a pleasant drinking experience.
- the coupling section is free of suspended matter, which is in the liquid
- the shielding lip serves as a primary seal and thus simplifies the
- the shielding lip is designed to peel off
- the Ablelippe has such an orientation that at a
- the largest outer diameter of the base is the largest
- the subject of the invention is therefore a drinking container unit for
- a liquid such as a beverage
- the drinking container unit also has a base serving as a base for the drinking container, which is prepared in a storage condition to be connected via a coupling portion so with the drinking container, that he
- the base closes the large-diameter opening of the drinking container, while the small-diameter opening of a
- Closing element such as a bottle cap
- a shielding lip is arranged on the inner wall of the drinking container in the circumferential direction, which, in cooperation with the base, protects the coupling section against suspended matter in the liquid.
- that shielding lip seals the contact area with respect to liquid.
- the arrangement of the shielding lip according to the invention is preferably integral, that is to say integral with the drinking container.
- the shielding lip is manufactured / manufactured / arranged in a joining process arranged downstream of the production of the remaining drinking container, for example by laser or friction welding.
- beers such as wheat beer or craftbeer
- the drinking-container unit according to the invention since they have suspended substances which are absorbed by the shielding lip.
- the base has a dome section which is prepared to project into the drinking-vessel interior.
- Dome section occupies a volume in the drinking container due to its entering in the storage state.
- a gas interaction volume is in the
- the dome portion allows a socket to be formed from the socket, which in turn permits overhead insertion of the small diameter opening. This results in the efficient conversion to the drinking state, as described in more detail in the above-mentioned document DE 10 2016 1 10 807 A1, which is herewith incorporated into this application.
- the free end of the Ablelippe is in this case preferably formed in the radial direction tapered sharp to a in Substantially tangential abutment of the shielding lip on the contact surface of the
- Dom section to allow.
- the sharp-edged design is also a roundish shape of the free end, which is also referred to as the end section allows.
- the contact between the shielding lip and the contact surface in the container height direction is advantageously constant.
- the contact surface is thus also referred to as a contact strip or even as a contact line.
- the coupling portion of the drinking container unit is configured via an external thread on the dome portion of the base and an internal thread on the drinking container.
- the connection between the base and the drinking container is preferably a reversible screw connection.
- the length of the shielding lip exceeds the thread depth.
- the Ablelippe is hereby speed by their material stiffness and their geometric configuration biased against the contact surface.
- Shielding function as primary seal serves to keep the liquid tight in the Drinking container unit to preserve the Abschirnnlippe further advantages. So a Zweistufig speed of the sealing mechanism is achieved.
- a primary seal is realized by the Abschirnnlippe, a
- Sealants ensure an efficient sealing of the drinking container unit from the environment. This is especially true at high pressures, which increases the value of the invention in that an economical production of the
- Drinking container unit made of a material is possible.
- Secondary seal also be reinforced by means of an additional sealing material.
- a further advantageous embodiment is characterized in that the
- Flow guide is used, which in a flow out of the liquid from the
- Drinking container prevents turbulence on the drinking-container-side part of the coupling section.
- the drinking-container-side part of the coupling section that is about the
- Internal thread is therefore located within the drinking container, that it does not give unpleasant drinking feeling that the lips of the consumer come into contact with the drinking container side coupling section. Characterized in that in this embodiment now caused by the internal thread
- Flow effect is equalized by the Ablelippe, thus creating a drinking experience for the consumer, which is identical to that from a drinking container without coupling section, so as a glass, such as a Weissbierglas.
- the shielding lip is directed away from the coupling portion, that is directed in the direction of the container interior, in order to allow accumulation of suspended matter in a circulating groove formed by the shielding lip in the storage condition.
- the circumferential groove thus serves as a catching furrow for the substances that should not get into the coupling section to to protect this.
- the circumferential groove serves as a catching furrow for those substances that when pulling out of the base of the drinking container, ie in the
- dome section at least one
- Pressure relief furrow which runs along the container height axis, and allows a gentle, over-pressure released release of the base of the drinking container. Due to the prestressed contact of the shielding lip to the contact region of the base, a certain resistance is felt when unscrewing the base from the drinking container. This is reinforced by the fact that in the drinking container, a higher pressure acts as in the environment. The pressure relief grooves are thus easily within the
