本发明涉及呼吸设备,特别涉及一种呼吸过滤装置。
背景技术
现有的可穿戴式呼吸过滤装置主要包括各种口罩、鼻罩等。现有装置大多数直接采用过滤材料制成,例如N95口罩等。这样的呼吸过滤装置存在两方面缺陷:一是在佩戴时不易固定,导致过滤效果不佳,二是往往仅能一次性使用,用过即被抛弃,造成材料浪费和环境污染。此外,有些改进的呼吸过滤装置的过滤材料可以更换,但是由于结构复杂而导致过滤材料不易更换。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种呼吸过滤装置,其能够克服现有呼吸过滤装置不易固定以及不便更换过滤材料的缺陷。
本发明提供一种呼吸过滤装置,包括:
内框架,所述内框架为中空结构,所述中空结构内部形成空气通道,所述内框架的侧壁上设置有至少一个内通气孔;
外框架,包围所述内框架,且其侧壁上设置有至少一个外通气孔;
至少一个过滤材料层,设置于所述内框架与外框架之间。
优选地,所述过滤材料层是活性炭层、PM2.5过滤膜或无纺布层。
优选地,所述外框架从所述内框架的一侧包围所述内框架。
优选地,所述外框架的横截面为U型。
优选地,所述外框架能够从所述内框架上拆卸下来。
优选地,所述空气通道通过通道出口与所述呼吸过滤装置的外部连通。
优选地,所述内框架与所述外框架均为曲线形状。
优选地,所述呼吸过滤装置还包括鼻罩,所述鼻罩包括:

这种鼻罩式呼吸过滤装置结构简单、佩戴舒适;鼻罩的鼻形壳体的进气口与出气口之间形成空气通道,当使用者佩戴鼻罩时,实现呼吸道沿着使用者鼻部的延伸;通过在进气口和出气口分别设置进气单向阀和出气单向阀,使得空气始终通过进气口进入鼻罩,通过出气口流出鼻罩,可以避免呼出的气体二次污染经过过滤的洁净气体。
作为优选方案,出气单向阀6为活动瓣膜,活动瓣膜能够朝向鼻罩的外部打开,从而允许空气流出。更为优选地,出气单向阀6为V型活动瓣膜,V型活动瓣膜的开口朝向鼻罩的外部。当使用者呼气时,空气通道2内的气体压力增大,在压力作用下,V型活动瓣膜的两边向内靠拢,即V型夹角缩小,出气口4被打开,气体可通过出气口4流出鼻罩。当使用者吸气时,气道2内形成负压,在负压作用下,V型活动瓣膜的两边向外分开,即V型夹角增大,出气口4被关闭。或者,出气单向阀6也可以为其他形状的活动瓣膜,可以在压力作用下打开和关闭。
作为优选方案,呼吸过滤装置还包括设置于出气单向阀6外侧的底部盖板20,底部盖板20能够透气,如图7所示。底部盖板20可以通过卡合的方式固定于鼻形壳体的底部,其主要作用是保护出气单向阀6,防止其受损。
作为优选方案,进气单向阀5包括透气的顶部支架21和设置于顶部支架21内侧的不透气的活动瓣膜22,顶部支架21和活动瓣膜22的结构分别如图8和 9所示。活动瓣膜22的一部分固定至顶部支架21内侧,在实施例中,活动瓣膜22的中心部分固定至顶部支架21内侧。与V型活动瓣膜的原理类似,当使用者吸气时,气道2内形成负压,在负压作用下,活动瓣膜22向内打开,进气口3打开,空气通过进气口3进入气道2;当使用者呼气时,气道2内的气体压力增大,在压力作用下,活动瓣膜22从内侧被压紧在顶部支架21上,进气口3关闭。
本领域技术人员可以根据实际需要选用其他形式的进气单向阀,例如,可以选择由压力控制的单向阀,并在气道2内设置压力传感器,当压力传感器检测到压力增大时,单向阀关闭;当压力传感器检测到压力减小时,单向阀打开,外部气体进入空气通道中。
根据示例性实施例的呼吸过滤装置也可以通过管道或者其他形式的连接装置连接至使用者的呼吸道,能够将经过过滤的清洁空气供给使用者。
图10显示根据另一个示例性实施例的呼吸过滤装置的立体图,在该实施例中,呼吸过滤装置还包括一对镜片17,一对镜片17对称设置于鼻形壳体1的两侧,镜片17通过卡接方式固定于外框架12和鼻形壳体1。特别地,鼻形壳体1的两侧分别设有侧面卡接槽18,外框架的底部设置底部卡接槽19,镜片17通过卡入侧面卡接槽18和底部卡接槽19进行固定。
使用之前,使用者将将镜片17卡接于外框架和鼻形壳体1上。使用时,使用者佩戴呼吸过滤装置,鼻形壳体1压扣于鼻部,镜片17遮挡双眼。该呼吸过滤装置能够对使用者的眼部和鼻部进行防护。不用时,可以将鼻形壳体、框架、镜片分别拆卸,便于收纳。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种呼吸过滤装置,其特征在于,包括:
    内框架(11),所述内框架(11)为中空结构,所述中空结构内部形成空气通道(10),所述内框架(11)的侧壁上设置有至少一个内通气孔(13);
    外框架(12),包围所述内框架(11),且其侧壁上设置有至少一个外通气孔(14);
    至少一个过滤材料层(16),设置于所述内框架(11)与外框架(12)之间。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的呼吸过滤装置,其特征在于,所述过滤材料层(16)是活性炭层、PM2.5过滤膜或无纺布层。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的呼吸过滤装置,其特征在于,所述外框架(12)从所述内框架(11)的一侧包围所述内框架(11)。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的呼吸过滤装置,其特征在于,所述外框架(12)的横截面为U型。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的呼吸过滤装置,其特征在于,所述外框架(12)能够从所述内框架(11)上拆卸下来。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的呼吸过滤装置,其特征在于,所述空气通道(10)通过通道出口(15)与所述呼吸过滤装置的外部连通。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的呼吸过滤装置,其特征在于,所述内框架(11)与所述外框架(12)均为曲线形状。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的呼吸过滤装置,其特征在于,还包括鼻罩,所述鼻罩包括:
    鼻形壳体(1),所述鼻形壳体(1)的顶部设置有进气口(3),底部设置有出气口(4),所述进气口(3)与出气口(4)之间形成气道(2),所述气道(2)与所述空气通道(10)连通;
    进气单向阀(5),设置于所述进气口(3),允许空气从所述空气通道(10)进入所述气道(2);以及
    出气单向阀(6),设置于所述出气口(4),允许空气从所述气道(2)流至所述鼻罩的外部。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的呼吸过滤装置,其特征在于,还包括一对镜片(17),所述一对镜片(17)对称设置于所述鼻形壳体(1)的两侧,所述镜片(17)通过卡接方式固定于所述外框架和/或所述鼻形壳体(1)。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的呼吸过滤装置,其特征在于,所述鼻形壳体(1)的两侧分别设有侧面卡接槽(18),所述外框架的底部设置底部卡接槽(19),所述镜片(17)通过卡入所述侧面卡接槽(18)和底部卡接槽(19)进行固定。
  11. 根据权利要求8所述的呼吸过滤装置,其特征在于,所述出气单向阀(6)为活动瓣膜,所述活动瓣膜能够朝向所述鼻罩的外部打开。
  12. 根据权利要求8所述的呼吸过滤装置,其特征在于,还包括设置于所述出气单向阀(6)外侧的底部盖板(20),所述底部盖板(20)能够透气。
  13. 根据权利要求8所述的呼吸过滤装置,其特征在于,所述进气单向阀(5)包括透气的顶部支架(21)和设置于所述顶部支架(21)内侧的不透气的活动瓣膜。
  14. 根据权利要求1所述的呼吸过滤装置,其特征在于,所述外框架(12)包括以插接形式连接在一起的第一外框架和第二外框架,所述内框架(11)包括以插接形式连接在一起的第一内框架和第二内框架,所述第一外框架和第二外框架分别包围所述第一内框架和第二内框架。
  15. 根据权利要求1所述的呼吸过滤装置,其特征在于,所述外框架(12)包括以卡接形式连接在一起的U型部分和平板部分。
