Description

易排出呼出气体的防护面罩 技术领域
本发明涉及穿戴式防护装置技术领域,具体涉及一种易排出呼出气体的防护面罩。
背景技术
防护面罩对于进入人体呼吸道的空气能够起到过滤作用,使用者在佩戴防护面罩后可以有效阻止口腔或鼻腔吸入空气中的有害物质,从而减少空气污染对人体健康造成的威胁。CN205730013U公开了一种面罩及用于面罩的净化组件,该面罩包括固定架,滤芯和单向阀。使用者吸气时,空气经滤芯过滤后流入面罩内侧;呼出气体主要经单向阀排出至面罩外侧。这种防护面罩能够对使用者的呼吸起到一定的保护作用,但由于单向阀面积有限,大量呼出气体容易积聚在面罩内侧的腔室内,从而使得面罩内侧容易处于湿热状态,降低了防护面罩使用的舒适性;且呼出气体容易再次被吸入人体,影响了使用者的呼吸效果。针对上述问题,目前已有在防护面罩上设置排风扇的产品出现,但在面罩上设置排风扇,大大增加了面罩的体积和重量,同时还增加了面罩的成本,因此限制了防护面罩的应用范围。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种易排出呼出气体的防护面罩,通过设置鼻罩,使得呼出气体能够快速排出至防护面罩外侧。
本发明的目的在于提供一种易排出呼气气体的防护面罩,包括面罩本体和鼻罩;所述面罩本体具有开口向内的拱形结构,其内侧边缘设有第一密封圈;所述鼻罩具有圈状结构,其一端密封连接在所述面罩本体的内侧,另一端设有第二密封圈;所述防护面罩通过第一密封圈和第二密封圈布置在使用者面部时,所述面罩本体和鼻罩内部之间形成罩设使用者鼻部的第一腔室,所述面罩本体、鼻罩外部、第一密封圈内部之间形成罩设使用者口部的第二腔室;所述防护面罩还包括滤芯、第一单向阀和第二单向阀,所述滤芯用于过滤从面罩本体外侧流入内侧的空气;所述第一单向阀设置在位于所述第一腔室内的面罩本体上,允许气体从第一腔室流出至防护面罩外侧;所述第二单向阀设置在所述鼻罩的圈状结构上,允许气体从第二腔室流入至第一腔室。

此说明书中,防护面罩使用时,靠近使用者面部一侧为“内侧”,远离使用者面部一侧为“外侧”。

本发明提供的防护面罩尤其适用于通过口腔和/或鼻腔吸气、通过鼻腔呼气的呼吸模式。吸气时,空气经滤芯过滤后进入防护面罩内侧,通过口腔吸气时,口腔可吸入进入第二腔室内的空气;通过鼻腔吸气时,在呼吸负压的作用下,进入第二腔室内的空气可经第二单向阀流入至第一腔室内,再被吸入至使用者肺部。使用者通过鼻腔呼气时,呼出气体能很快从第一单向阀排出至防护面罩外侧,而不会扩散至第二腔室内。本发明与未设置鼻罩的面罩相比,呼出气体在第一腔室内压力的作用下,能够快速地从第一单向阀中排出,不会在扩散至第二腔室内,从而有效减少了呼出气体在防护面罩内侧的积聚量,避免呼出气体中的水分凝聚在滤芯内影响滤芯的过滤效果,提升了防护面罩使用的舒适性。
本实施例中,所述第一密封圈111和第二密封圈121由硅胶材料制成。本方案使得防护面罩与使用者面部之间具有较好的密封性能,能够避免未过滤的空气流入面罩内侧;此外,由于硅胶具有较好的柔韧性和生物相容性,从而保障了使得防护面罩使用时的舒适性。
需要说明的是,本实施例中,第一单向阀的面积越大,防护面罩中呼出气体的排出效果越好。
针对滤芯的设置方式,本发明并无特殊限制。本实施例中,所述防护面罩还包括设置在所述面罩本体上的支撑架,所述支撑架用于将滤芯固定在面罩本体内侧。
具体地,如图3所示,所述支撑架包括第一架体16和第二架体17,所述第一架体16和第二架体17均具有与面罩本体11大致相同的拱形结构;所述第一架体16边缘设有卡槽,所述第二架体11内侧边缘上设有可卡设在所述卡槽内的卡扣;所述滤芯13也具有与所述面罩本体11大致相同的拱形结构,将滤芯13夹设在第一架体16和第二架体17之间后,再通过将卡扣卡设在卡槽中,即可实现滤芯13在支撑架上的固定。
进一步地,所述第一架体16正对鼻部位置设有单向阀阀座161,所述滤芯13和第二架体17正对单向阀阀座161的位置分别设有第一开孔131和第二开孔171,所述单向阀座161可用于卡设单向阀片141,从而形成可允许气体从防护面罩内侧向外侧流出的单向阀14。
进一步地,所述第一架体16上还设有安装座162,所述安装座162环设在所述单向阀阀座161周围,用于安装所述鼻罩12。
进一步地,如图4所示,所述鼻罩12还包括安装架122,所述安装架122连接在所述第二密封圈121正对面罩本体一端,所述安装架122由硬质塑料制成,用于与所述安装座121连接。本方案降低了鼻罩的安装难度。
