在上述的防护口罩结构中,所述单向出气阀包括卡接在所述出气安装孔处且呈环形的壳体,所述壳体的一端螺接有端盖,所述端盖上开设有与所述壳体内部相连通的出气孔,所述壳体的另一端端口固设有安装架,所述安装架朝外的侧面上设有橡胶材料制成的阀片,所述阀片贴靠在所述安装架上且能够封堵所述壳体的端口。出气时,阀片被气流顶开,向外界排气;吸气时,由于阀片贴靠在安装架上,无法打开,气流只能从呼吸阀进入,保证了面罩内进入空气的洁净卫生。
在上述的防护口罩结构中,所述壳体的外周面上设有环状的凹槽,所述出气安装孔的孔壁上具有沿其周向的环形凸沿且所述环形凸沿能够嵌设在所述凹槽内。面罩是柔性的,通过环形凸沿的形变能够方便快捷的将其卡进壳体的凹槽内,而且能够保证密 封性,单向出气阀的安装和拆卸都很方便,提高了整个防护口罩结构生产装配和单向出气阀更换的便捷性。类似的,所述安装通孔的孔壁上也具有沿其周向的环形凸沿且该环形凸沿能够嵌设在所述环形卡槽内,这样能够保证阀壳管与面罩连接的密封性,而且安装和拆卸都很方便。
在上述的防护口罩结构中,所述面罩的两侧具有卡接条,所述卡接条的两端固连在所述面罩的侧面上且所述卡接条与所述面罩的侧面之间形成卡接孔,所述连接带的一端具有凸缘且该端插接在所述卡接孔内。这样便于连接带的装配和更换。
在上述的防护口罩结构中,两个所述连接带能够通过连接扣相连接,所述连接扣套设在所述连接带的另一端,所述连接扣为磁吸连接扣。连接扣为市场上销售的现有产品,其具体结构不再赘述。当然,两个所述连接带也可以通过其它方式进行连接。两个连接带的连接非常方便,而且也便于人体佩戴时调整松紧度。
进一步的,卡接条可以与面罩一体成型,也可以分别加工后再用胶水或热熔技术粘接在一起;两个连接带能够非常方便的装配到面罩上,而且使用稳定可靠;通过连接扣将两个连接带连接起来,整个防护口罩结构的佩戴非常方便,连接扣在连接带上的位置可以根据不同人的需要进行调节,从而调整人体带上面罩后的松紧度,满足多样化需求。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型中的呼吸阀向下设置,与鼻孔相对应,使得吸气更加顺畅舒适;整个面罩采用硅胶材料制成,可重复使用,可以用100℃的开水进行消毒;面罩利用连接带进行佩戴,而非挂耳式结构,这样更加舒适,适合长时间佩戴,不会出现耳朵痛等症状。

具体实施方式
以下是本实用新型的具体实施例并结合附图,对本实用新型的技术方案作进一步的描述,但本实用新型并不限于以下实施例。
实施例一
如图1至图4所示,本防护口罩结构包括硅胶材料制成的面罩1,面罩1上具有朝下的台阶面1a,台阶面1a上开设有安装通孔1b,安装通孔1b处可拆卸的卡接有呼吸阀2且呼吸阀2朝下设置;呼吸阀2包括卡接在安装通孔1b处的阀壳管21,阀壳管21朝下设置,阀壳管21的下端封闭,阀壳管21的周面上呈镂空结构,阀壳管21内嵌设有呈柱状的海绵体22;海绵体22的外周面与阀壳管21的内壁之间设有喷熔布23,喷熔布23套设在海绵体22外;面罩1的两侧还设有连接带5。使用时,空气从外界经过呼吸阀2后进入面罩1内,在此过程中需要经过喷熔布23和海绵体22,其利用喷熔布23进行过滤。本实施例中呼吸阀2向下 设置,与鼻孔相对应,使得呼吸更加顺畅舒适。面罩1采用的是奶嘴级别的硅胶材料制成,可重复使用,可以用100℃的开水进行消毒。喷熔布23和海绵体22便于更换,而且可以根据不同的使用场合更换具有不同过滤效果等级的喷熔布23;例如分别运用在防病毒、防粉尘场合等;本实施例中的滤芯可以采用活性炭进行防毒。本实施例中利用连接带5进行佩戴,而非挂耳式结构,这样更加舒适,适合长时间佩戴,不会出现耳朵痛等症状。
具体的,如图1和图2所示,面罩1呈凹型结构,面罩1的上侧具有与人体鼻梁相贴合的凸出部,面罩1的两侧具有与人体脸颊相贴合的圆弧部;凸出部和圆弧部外沿向内侧翻折形成与鼻梁以及脸颊对应且相适配的贴合边;凸出部还设有能够形变的定型铁片8;通过贴合边可以提高面罩1与面部的密封性,增大与面部的接触面积,使得佩戴更加舒适;定型铁片8能够保证面罩1挂在鼻梁上,防止脱落;还可以使面罩1与鼻梁贴合,提高密封性。面罩1的两侧具有卡接条7,卡接条7的两端固连在面罩1的侧面上且卡接条7与面罩1的侧面之间形成卡接孔7a,连接带5的一端具有凸缘5a且该端插接在卡接孔7a内;两个连接带5能够通过连接扣6相连接,连接扣6套设在连接带5的另一端,连接扣6为磁吸连接扣6。连接扣6为市场上销售的现有产品,其具体结构不再赘述。当然,两个连接带5也可以通过其它方式进行连接。两个连接带5的连接非常方便,而且也便于人体佩戴时调整松紧度。进一步的,卡接条7可以与面罩1一体成型,也可以分别加工后再用胶水或热熔技术粘接在一起;两个连接带5能够非常方便的装配到面罩1上,而且使用稳定可靠;通过连接扣6将两个连接带5连接起来,整个防护口罩结构的佩戴非常方便,连接扣6在连接带5上的位置可以根据不同人的需要进行调节,从而调整人体带上面罩1后的松紧度,满足多样化需求。
如图3和图4所示,阀壳管21呈圆筒状,阀壳管21的上端 端面具有开口21a,阀壳管21的上端外周面上具有环形卡槽21b,安装通孔1b的侧壁卡接在环形卡槽21b内;海绵体22呈圆柱状且海绵体22的上端端面正对开口21a,喷熔布23呈圆筒状且覆盖阀壳管21的镂空结构;喷熔布23的内外两侧面紧贴阀壳管21的内壁与海绵体22的外周面。本实施例中海绵体22对喷熔布23进行支撑,而且海绵体22可以流通空气,通过喷熔布23围成的圆筒对空气进行过滤;整个喷熔布23与海绵体22以及阀壳管21的镂空结构接触面积大,提高了气流量,保证了人体舒适性。
实施例二
如图5、图6和图7所示,本实施例与实施例一大致相同,不同之处在于,本实施例中面罩1上还开设有至少一个出气安装孔1c,每个出气安装孔1c处均安装有单向出气阀3。作为优选,出气安装孔1c的数量为三个,其中两个位于凸出部的两侧,另外一个位于台阶面1a下方。进一步的,单向出气阀3包括卡接在出气安装孔1c处且呈环形的壳体31,壳体31的一端螺接有端盖4,端盖4上开设有与壳体31内部相连通的出气孔41,壳体31的另一端端口固设有安装架32,安装架32朝外的侧面上设有橡胶材料制成的阀片33,阀片33贴靠在安装架32上且能够封堵壳体31的端口。出气时,阀片33被气流顶开,向外界排气;吸气时,由于阀片33贴靠在安装架32上,无法打开,气流只能从呼吸阀2进入,保证了面罩1内进入空气的洁净卫生。壳体31的外周面上设有环状的凹槽31a,出气安装孔1c的孔壁上具有沿其周向的环形凸沿1d且环形凸沿1d能够嵌设在凹槽31a内。面罩1是柔性的,通过环形凸沿1d的形变能够方便快捷的将其卡进壳体31的凹槽31a内,而且能够保证密封性,单向出气阀3的安装和拆卸都很方便,提高了整个防护口罩结构生产装配和单向出气阀3更换的便捷性。类似的,安装通孔1b的孔壁上也具有沿其周向的环形凸沿且该环形凸沿能够嵌设在环形卡槽21b内,这样能够保证 阀壳管21与面罩1连接的密封性,而且安装和拆卸都很方便。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种防护口罩结构,包括硅胶材料制成的面罩(1),其特征在于,所述面罩(1)上具有朝下的台阶面(1a),所述台阶面(1a)上开设有安装通孔(1b),所述安装通孔(1b)处可拆卸的卡接有呼吸阀(2)且所述呼吸阀(2)朝下设置;所述呼吸阀(2)包括卡接在所述安装通孔(1b)处的阀壳管(21),所述阀壳管(21)朝下设置,所述阀壳管(21)的下端封闭,所述阀壳管(21)的周面上呈镂空结构,所述阀壳管(21)内嵌设有呈柱状的海绵体(22);所述海绵体(22)的外周面与所述阀壳管(21)的内壁之间设有喷熔布(23),所述喷熔布(23)套设在所述海绵体(22)外;所述面罩(1)的两侧还设有连接带(5)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的防护口罩结构,其特征在于,所述阀壳管(21)呈圆筒状,所述阀壳管(21)的上端端面具有开口(21a),所述阀壳管(21)的上端外周面上具有环形卡槽(21b),所述安装通孔(1b)的侧壁卡接在所述环形卡槽(21b)内;所述海绵体(22)呈圆柱状且所述海绵体(22)的上端端面正对所述开口(21a),所述喷熔布(23)呈圆筒状且覆盖所述阀壳管(21)的镂空结构;所述喷熔布(23)的内外两侧面紧贴所述阀壳管(21)的内壁与所述海绵体(22)的外周面。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的防护口罩结构,其特征在于,所述面罩(1)呈凹型结构,所述面罩(1)的上侧具有与人体鼻梁相贴合的凸出部,所述面罩(1)的两侧具有与人体脸颊相贴合的圆弧部;所述凸出部和圆弧部外沿向内侧翻折形成与鼻梁以及脸颊对应且相适配的贴合边;所述凸出部还设有能够形变的定型铁片(8)。
  4. 根据权利要求1或2所述的防护口罩结构,其特征在于,所述面罩(1)上还开设有至少一个出气安装孔(1c),每个出气安装孔(1c)处均安装有单向出气阀(3)。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的防护口罩结构,其特征在于,所述 单向出气阀(3)包括卡接在所述出气安装孔(1c)处且呈环形的壳体(31),所述壳体(31)的一端螺接有端盖(4),所述端盖(4)上开设有与所述壳体(31)内部相连通的出气孔(41),所述壳体(31)的另一端端口固设有安装架(32),所述安装架(32)朝外的侧面上设有橡胶材料制成的阀片(33),所述阀片(33)贴靠在所述安装架(32)上且能够封堵所述壳体(31)的端口。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的防护口罩结构,其特征在于,所述壳体(31)的外周面上设有环状的凹槽(31a),所述出气安装孔(1c)的孔壁上具有沿其周向的环形凸沿(1d)且所述环形凸沿(1d)能够嵌设在所述凹槽(31a)内。
  7. 根据权利要求1或2所述的防护口罩结构,其特征在于,所述面罩(1)的两侧具有卡接条(7),所述卡接条(7)的两端固连在所述面罩(1)的侧面上且所述卡接条(7)与所述面罩(1)的侧面之间形成卡接孔(7a),所述连接带(5)的一端具有凸缘(5a)且该端插接在所述卡接孔(7a)内。
  8. 根据权利要求1或2所述的防护口罩结构,其特征在于,两个所述连接带(5)能够通过连接扣(6)相连接,所述连接扣(6)套设在所述连接带(5)的另一端,所述连接扣(6)为磁吸连接扣(6)。
