目前的前挡风玻璃遮阳帘,大多为左右拉开式的,这种方式不能与挡风玻璃进行较好的贴合,并且由于从左向右拉开后遮阳帘布的伸出长度较大,在收卷时容易使帘布的边缘卷曲,造成帘布的收卷不平整,容易被卡死,从而造成遮阳帘的损坏,并且帘布回收时需全程手持遮阳帘下杆平行回收。而且现有的遮阳帘在拉出后,拉出端必须持续手持并及时进行固定,不然便会因弹性自动收回,此外,现有的遮阳帘均采用真空吸盘固定在前挡风玻璃上,这种固定方式不牢固,太阳晒久了或遇到小颠簸时就会脱落,影响使用效果和行车安全,只能是使用时当场进行固定操作,并不适合长时间悬挂在前挡风玻璃的顶部。

本发明的目的在于提供一种带遮阳功能的汽车车载移动投影帘,该投影帘设有阻离组合结构,投影帘布拉出时能在任意地方悬停,拉出端无需再进行固定,不仅能用于投影,根据投影面积大小拉出对应的长度,使乘客具有更好的娱乐体验,而且能应用于汽车前挡风玻璃的遮阳,此外,按下阻离解锁装置时,投影帘布能在收卷装置、单向器和单向摩擦组件的作用下匀速地自动收回,便捷度高,使用寿命长。
本发明的另一目的在于,提供一种汽车前挡风玻璃遮阳收卷帘固定装置, 该固定装置采用万向连接件连接于左右两端的汽车遮阳板固定轴,同时采用真空吸附件吸附于汽车前挡风玻璃上,不仅固定牢固可靠,适用于所有车型,而且能适应上下拉开式的遮阳收卷帘,不使用时可挂置于车上,不影响使用效果和行车安全。
本发明的又一目的在于,提供一种汽车前挡风玻璃遮阳收卷帘,该收卷帘设有阻离组合结构,遮阳帘拉出时能在任意地方悬停,拉出端无需再进行固定,不仅能应用于停车时全遮的场合,操作简单,而且能应用于行车过程中的遮阳,此外按下阻离解锁装置时,遮阳帘能在扭力弹簧和单向阻尼器的作用下匀速地自动收回,便捷度高,使用寿命长。

所述万向连接件包括主杆件、连接于主杆件和滑动箍套之间且角度可调的蛇形管、连接于主杆件和汽车遮阳板固定轴之间的U型螺纹扣以及中间的防滑垫,所述主杆件外周壁设有两条沿主杆件轴向分布的可供U型螺纹扣U型开口两侧边伸入的滑槽,所述万向连接件还包括活动套设于主杆件外周上的调节螺母以及设置于主杆件外周壁上的用于限制调节螺母向U型螺纹扣一端轴向移动的限位凸缘,所述调节螺母的内周壁与U型螺纹扣U型开口两侧边的外壁螺纹连接使得调节螺母将U型螺纹扣U型开口两侧边压迫在主杆件的滑槽内且旋转调节螺母时能使U型螺纹扣在滑槽上滑动,且U型螺纹扣可根据不同车型遮阳板固定轴的直径大小来调整滑动距离并将防滑垫与主杆件与锁死在遮阳板固定轴上。
所述主杆件内设有用于供蛇形管伸入的内圆管道,蛇形管伸入内圆管道内长度可调,且主杆件下端设有喇叭口,喇叭口外周套设有缩口螺母,所述缩口螺母内周壁与主杆件外周壁螺纹连接且内周壁随着缩口螺母的旋转逐渐对喇叭口进行收紧,从而将喇叭口和蛇形管的伸入端进行固定。所述蛇形管的另一端与滑动箍套通过螺纹连接进行固定,不同车型前挡风玻璃与汽车遮阳板固定轴的距离不同,可根据蛇形管伸入内圆管道的距离来调整。同时由于不同车型的前挡风玻璃的弯曲弧度也不相同,可以通过弯曲蛇形管的角度使得真空吸附件与各车型的前挡风玻璃相匹配从而达到最佳的吸附效果。
所述真空吸附件为真空吸盘。作为一种优选的方案,真空吸盘通过L型固定件与滑动箍套进行连接,L型固定件的一端与滑动箍套固定连接,真空吸盘可转动地连接于L型固定件的另一端上并通过螺栓进行固定,松开螺栓可转动真 空吸盘的角度,使得真空吸盘能与前挡风玻璃进行较好地贴合,能适应各种车型前挡风玻璃的弯曲弧度,适应性更强。
方案(四):
一种汽车前挡风玻璃遮阳收卷帘,其特征在于:包括固定套管、同轴固设于固定套管内的中轴、活动套设于中轴外周的卷帘管、一端卷绕于卷帘管上的遮阳帘、设置于中轴和卷帘管之间的用于使遮阳帘自动收回的收卷装置、设置于卷帘管和固定套管之间的用于实现遮阳帘自动匀速收回作用的单向阻尼器、设置于卷帘管和固定套管之间的用于使遮阳帘能拉出悬停的阻离组合结构以及设置于固定套管和阻离组合结构之间的用于解除遮阳帘单向拉出限制的阻离解锁装置。所述中轴和卷帘管之间还设有一个以上的过桥垫圈,用于防止中轴过长时出现弯曲,影响使用效果。
所述单向阻尼器用于实现拉遮阳帘时不受单向阻尼器的阻力作用,在遮阳帘自动回收时,由于扭力弹簧变形释放力大于单向阻尼器的阻力,带动阻尼器阻尼外管匀速旋转,达到遮阳帘匀速回收的效果。
所述单向阻尼器包括固定连接于卷帘管上的阻尼外管以及同轴设置于阻尼外管内的阻尼内管,所述固定套管位于单向阻尼器一端的端面上固设有左端盖,所述阻尼内管与左端盖固定连接;所述阻尼内管同轴活动套设于中轴外周壁。
作为另一种优选的方案,所述左端盖内设有限位缓冲槽,所述阻尼内管上固设有限位凸台,所述限位凸台活动装配于限位缓冲槽内使得阻尼内管转动设定的角度后不再沿同一方向转动。由于收卷帘向下拉开到预定位置后,扭力弹簧处于变形崩紧状态,刚要缩回时,初始释放的弹力比较小,因此设置限位缓冲槽使其初始收回时不受阻尼作用,使遮阳帘收回更顺畅。
所述扭力弹簧的小端固设于中轴上,扭力弹簧内壁与中轴之间设有内消声套,扭力弹簧外壁与卷帘管内壁直径设有外消声套,扭力弹簧大端固设与同轴套端部,同轴套与卷帘管同轴固设。在拉帘时,卷帘管带动扭力弹簧旋转,弹簧收紧变形,储存能量。
所述固定套管位于单向阻尼器一端的端面上固设有左端盖,位于同轴套一端固设有右端盖。所述左端盖与右端盖侧面各设有一平行螺纹孔,螺纹孔穿透左端盖与右端盖固定中心轴的轴孔,中心轴一端套至于左端盖轴孔另一端套至于右端盖的轴孔内,用螺丝通过左端盖与右端盖的螺纹孔将中心轴及固定套管固定。
所述阻离组合结构设置于左端盖内,阻离组合结构包括同轴固设于单向阻尼器上的外棘轮、转动连接于左端盖内的压杆以及设置于左端盖内的扭簧,所述压杆的中部转动连接于右端盖,所述压杆一端设有与外棘轮相匹配的棘爪且另一端处于自由状态,所述扭簧的一端压置于压杆上使得棘爪压紧外棘轮,从而外棘轮只能在遮阳帘拉出时单向转动。
所述阻离解锁装置包括滑动连接于左端盖上的阻离解锁按键,所述阻离解锁按键的下端位于压杆自由端上方,所述阻离解锁按键向左端盖内滑动时能下压压杆自由端使得棘爪脱离棘轮以解除棘轮单向转动的限制。
所述收卷帘还包括两个以上的收卷帘固定装置,所述滑动箍套滑动连接于固定套管外周壁上且能沿固定套管轴向滑动。所述滑动箍套可根据不同车型左右汽车遮阳板固定轴的相对位置的距离来调整在收卷帘两端上的安装位置。
所述收卷帘还包括连接于固定套管和汽车观后镜支架之间的观后镜固定装置,所述观后镜固定装置包括滑动连接于固定套管上的滑动中间箍套、可拆卸地固设于滑动中间箍套上的固定活扣、一端转动连接于固定活扣上的调节件一、与调节件一相配合的调节件二、连接于节件一和调节件二之间的螺栓螺帽固定装置、转动连接于调节件二上的偏心蹄以及连接于偏心蹄和汽车观后镜支架之间的尼龙扎带,所述调节件一和调节件二的配合面上设有相匹配的锯齿使得调节件一和调节件二的配合位置可调,所述偏心蹄上设有通孔,所述尼龙扎带穿过通孔后与汽车观后镜支架固定连接。
所述收卷装置为连接于中轴和卷帘管之间的扭力弹簧。
所述遮阳帘的拉出端固设有拉帘杆,所述拉帘杆靠近前挡风玻璃的一侧设有燕尾滑槽,所述燕尾滑槽内滑动连接有由十一个数字颗粒组成的车主电话。
所述扭力弹簧内壁与中轴之间设有内消声套,所述扭力弹簧外壁与卷帘管内壁之间设有外消声套。
较之现有技术而言,本发明具有以下优点:
(1)本发明提供的带遮阳功能的汽车车载移动投影帘,设有阻离组合结构,投影帘布拉出时能在任意地方悬停,拉出端无需再进行固定,不仅能应用于停车时全遮的场合,操作简单,而且能应用于行车过程中的遮阳,此外按下阻离解锁装置时,投影帘布能在收卷装置、单向器和单向摩擦组件的作用下匀速地自动收回,便捷度高,使用寿命长;
(2)本发明提供的带遮阳功能的汽车车载移动投影帘,作为汽车遮阳帘时, 不仅能应用于停车时全遮的场合,而且拉出时能在任意位置悬停,能应用于行车过程中的遮阳,此外,固定牢固,不影响使用效果和行车安全;
(3)本发明提供的带遮阳功能的汽车车载移动投影帘,在投影帘布拉出时,由于卷帘管转动方向与单向弹簧的螺旋方向相反,单向弹簧变松,从而不动带动单向内管转动,拉出时不受单向摩擦组件的阻力作用,在投影帘布收回时由于卷帘管转动方向与单向弹簧的螺旋方向相同,单向弹簧变紧,从而带动单向内管转动,单向内管带动甩件转动,甩件中的甩珠甩出与甩件腔进行摩擦,使投影帘布匀速收回;
(4)本发明提供的带遮阳功能的汽车车载移动投影帘,单向内管和甩件之间设有增带齿轮组,从而增大甩件转动的速度,增大摩擦阻力,使投影帘布匀速收回时更慢,延长使用寿命;
(5)本发明提供的带遮阳功能的汽车车载移动投影帘,投影帘装配完成之后,可通过预紧操作孔调节收卷装置的预紧力,不仅能使收卷装置达到预设的预紧力,而且进一步降低了组装难度;
(6)本发明提供的带遮阳功能的汽车车载移动投影帘,采用万向连接件连接于左右两端的汽车遮阳板固定轴,同时采用真空吸附件吸附于汽车前挡风玻璃上,不仅固定牢固可靠,适用于所有车型,而且能适应上下拉开式的遮阳投影帘,不使用时可挂置于车上,不影响使用效果和行车安全;
(7)本发明提供的带遮阳功能的汽车车载移动投影帘,万向连接件采用蛇形管和可调节的U型螺纹扣与汽车遮阳板固定轴进行连接,长度和角度均可调节,不仅能使投影帘与前挡风玻璃较好的贴合,而且能适应各种车型,适用范围广,此外,可长期牢固地固定在车上,无需担心其掉落影响行车安全等问题;
(8)本发明提供的带遮阳功能的汽车车载移动投影帘,主杆件通过喇叭口和缩口螺母与蛇形管进行连接,连接牢固可靠,而且便于安装拆卸;
(9)本发明提供的带遮阳功能的汽车车载移动投影帘,在不拉动投影帘布时压杆上的棘爪即与棘轮上的棘齿相啮合,使得投影帘布处于悬停状态,可根据实际需求拉出对应的长度,在行车过程中既不遮挡视线,又能起到遮阳的作用;
(10)本发明提供的带遮阳功能的汽车车载移动投影帘,按压阻离解锁装置时就能使阻离解锁装置的下端面下压压杆自由端使得棘爪脱离棘轮以解除棘轮单向转动的限制,投影帘布即可自动匀速收回,方便快捷;
(11)本发明提供的带遮阳功能的汽车车载移动投影帘,电话号码安装板转动连接于滑动箍套上,向上转动时能隐藏电话号码并在需要的时候向下转动进行展示,进一步保护了个人信息安全;
(12)本发明提供的带遮阳功能的汽车车载移动投影帘,结构简单实用,性能可靠,制造成本低,使用寿命长,易于推广应用;
(13)本明提供的汽车前挡风玻璃遮阳收卷帘固定装置,采用万向连接件连接于左右两端的汽车遮阳板固定轴,同时采用真空吸附件吸附于汽车前挡风玻璃上,不仅固定牢固可靠,适用于所有车型,而且能适应上下拉开式的遮阳收卷帘,不使用时可挂置于车上,不影响使用效果和行车安全;

(18)本发明提供的汽车前挡风玻璃遮阳收卷帘,在不拉动遮阳帘时压杆上的棘爪即与棘轮上的棘齿相啮合,使得遮阳帘处于悬停状态,可根据实际需求拉出对应的长度,在行车过程中既不遮挡视线,又能起到遮阳的作用;
(19)本发明提供的汽车前挡风玻璃遮阳收卷帘,按压阻离解锁装置时就能使阻离解锁装置的下端面下压压杆自由端使得棘爪脱离棘轮以解除棘轮单向转动的限制,遮阳帘即可自动匀速收回,方便快捷;
(20)本明提供的汽车前挡风玻璃遮阳收卷帘,结构简单实用,性能可靠,制造成本低,使用寿命长,易于推广应用。

具体实施方式(一):
如图1-图13所示为本发明提供的一种带遮阳功能的汽车车载移动投影帘,其特征在于:包括固定外管5、同轴固设于固定外管5内的中轴6、活动套设于中轴6外周的卷帘管7、一端卷绕于卷帘管7上的投影帘布8、设置于中轴6和卷帘管7之间的用于使投影帘布8自动收回的收卷装置9、设置于卷帘管7和固定外管5之间的用于在投影帘布8自动收回时实现单向匀速作用的单向器10、设置于卷帘管7和固定外管5之间的用于使投影帘布8能拉出悬停的阻离组合结构11以及设置于固定外管5和阻离组合结构11之间的用于解除投影帘布8单向拉出限制的阻离解锁装置12,所述单向器10包括固定连接于卷帘管7上的单向外管101、同轴套设于单向外管101内的单向内管102以及连接于单向外管101和单向内管102之间的单向弹簧103,所述单向弹簧103活动套设于单向内管102的外周壁上,所述单向弹簧103的一端与单向外管101相连接使得单向 弹簧103和单向外管101不能相对转动,所述单向弹簧103的螺旋方向与投影帘布8收回时卷帘管7的转动方向相同使得投影帘布8收回时单向外管101能通过单向弹簧103带动单向内管102转动,所述投影帘还包括连接于单向内管102和固定外管5之间的用于在投影帘布8收回时产生摩擦阻力的单向摩擦组件13。在本实施例中,单向弹簧103的一端设有折弯杆105,单向器外管101外壁沿轴向方向上设有弹簧落槽106,折弯杆105位于弹簧落槽106内,投影帘收回时,弹簧落槽106带动折弯杆105沿弹单向弹簧103的螺旋方向旋转,使得单向弹簧103内圆周径变小,从而抱紧单向内管102外周壁,实现单向外管101能通过单向弹簧103带动单向内管102转动,投影帘下拉时,弹簧落槽106带动折弯杆105沿单向弹簧103的螺旋反方向旋转,顶开折弯杆105使得单向弹簧103内圆周径变大,使单向弹簧103松脱于单向内管102外周壁,从而来实现单向效果。在本实施例中,收卷装置9采用扭力弹簧。
如图1、图4-图7所示,为了能使投影帘布在收回时产生摩擦阻力,从而实现匀速收回,所述固定外管5位于单向器10一端的端面上固设有左端盖51,所述单向摩擦组件13包括与单向内管102相连接传动的甩件131、一个以上设置于甩件131上的甩珠槽132以及安装于各个甩珠槽132内的甩珠133,所述左端盖51上设有与甩件131相匹配的甩件腔511,所述投影帘布8收回时甩珠133能沿甩珠槽132甩出与甩件腔511相摩擦从而产生摩擦阻力。
如图1-3所示,为了能进一步增大单向摩擦组件的摩擦力,所述投影帘还包括一组以上连接于单向内管102和甩件131之间的增速齿轮组14。收卷装置9释放力矩越大,增速齿轮组14转速越快,甩珠133与甩件腔511内壁的摩擦阻力就越大,可消弱收卷装置9释放的扭力,使得收卷装置9释放的力矩均衡,从而实现投影帘的匀速收回。
如图6、图7所示,为了降低组装难度,同时使收卷装置能达到预设的预紧力,为了降低组装难度,同时使收卷装置能达到预设的预紧力,所述左端盖51上设有用于固定中轴6的中轴固定螺栓512,所述中轴固定螺栓512的轴线与中轴6的轴线相垂直,所述左端盖51上还设有用于旋转中轴6以对收卷装置9进行预紧的预紧操作孔513。
如图8、图9所示,为了使投影帘拉布出时能实现悬停,所述固定外管5的另一端固设有右端盖52,所述阻离组合结构11包括同轴固设于卷帘管7上的棘轮111、转动连接于右端盖52内的压杆112以及设置于右端盖52内的扭簧113, 所述压杆112的中部转动连接于右端盖52内,所述压杆112一端设有与棘轮111相匹配的棘爪且另一端处于自由状态,所述扭簧113的一端压置于压杆112上使得棘爪压紧棘轮111,从而棘轮111只能在投影帘布8拉出时单向转动。
如图8、图9所示,为了能解除投影帘布的单向拉出限制,所述阻离解锁装置12包括滑动连接于右端盖52上的阻离解锁按键,所述阻离解锁按键的下端位于压杆112自由端上方,所述阻离解锁按键向右端盖52内滑动时能下压压杆112自由端使得棘爪脱离棘轮111以解除棘轮111单向转动的限制。
如图1所示,为了能更好地固定投影帘,所述投影帘还包括两个以上设置于固定外管5上的投影帘固定装置,所述投影帘固定装置包括与投影帘相连接的滑动箍套1、连接于滑动箍套1和汽车前挡风玻璃之间的真空吸附件2以及连接于滑动箍套1和汽车遮阳板固定轴4之间且长度和角度均可调的万向连接件3,所述滑动箍套1滑动连接于固定外管5外周壁上且能沿固定外管5轴向滑动。如图12所示,所述万向连接件3包括主杆件31、连接于主杆件31和滑动箍套1之间且角度可调的蛇形管32以及连接于主杆件31和汽车遮阳板固定轴之间的U型螺纹扣33,所述主杆件31外周壁设有两条沿主杆件31轴向分布的可供U型螺纹扣33U型开口两侧边伸入的滑槽311,所述万向连接件3还包括活动套设于主杆件31外周上的调节螺母34以及设置于主杆件31外周壁上的用于限制调节螺母34向U型螺纹扣33一端轴向移动的限位凸缘312,所述调节螺母34的内周壁与U型螺纹扣33U型开口两侧边的外壁螺纹连接使得调节螺母34将U型螺纹扣33U型开口两侧边压迫在主杆件31的滑槽311内且旋转调节螺母34时能使U型螺纹扣33在滑槽311上滑动。
如图12所示,所述主杆件31下端设有用于供蛇形管32伸入的喇叭口313,所述万向连接件3还包括设置于蛇形管32和嗽叭口131之间的蛇形管箍紧套36,所述蛇形管箍紧套36的内周壁与蛇形管32相配合,所述蛇形管箍紧套36的外周壁与喇叭口313相配合且外周壁形状与喇叭口313相匹配,喇叭口313外周套设有缩口螺母35,所述缩口螺母35上端内周壁与主杆件31外周壁螺纹连接,所述蛇形管箍紧套36下端设有与缩口螺母35相配合的凸台使得缩口螺母35旋紧时逐渐往上推动蛇形管箍紧套36,从而蛇形管箍紧套36和蛇形管32的伸入端进行固定,所述蛇形管32的另一端与滑动箍套1固定连接。
如图13所示,为了能隐藏电话号码并在需要的时候进行展示,所述投影帘还包括转动连接于滑动箍套1上的电话号码安装板15,所述安装板15上设有十 一个用于安装数字颗粒151的安装槽152。

所述主杆件31′下端设有用于供蛇形管32′伸入的喇叭口313′,喇叭口313′外周套设有缩口螺母35′,所述缩口螺母35′上端内周壁与主杆件31′外周壁螺纹连接且下端内周壁随着缩口螺母35′的旋转逐渐对喇叭口313′进行缩紧,从而将喇叭口313′和蛇形管32′的伸入端进行固定,所述蛇形管32′的另一端与滑动箍套1′通过螺纹连接进行固定。不同车型前挡风玻璃与汽车遮阳板固定轴4′的距离不同,可根据蛇形管32′伸入喇叭口313′的距离来调整。
所述真空吸附件2′为真空吸盘。作为一种优选的方案,如图14所示,真空吸盘通过L型固定件与滑动箍套1′进行连接,L型固定件的一端与滑动箍套1′固定连接,真空吸盘可转动地连接于L型固定件的另一端上并通过螺栓进行固定,松开螺栓可转动真空吸盘的角度,使得真空吸盘能与前挡风玻璃进行较好地贴合,能适应各种车型前挡风玻璃的弯曲弧度,适应性更强。
具体实施方式(四):
如图17-24所示,为本发明提供的一种汽车前挡风玻璃遮阳收卷帘,其特征在于:包括固定套管5′、同轴固设于固定套管5′内的中轴6′、活动套设于中轴6′外周的卷帘管7′、一端卷绕于卷帘管7′上的遮阳帘8′、设置于中轴6′和卷帘管7′之间的用于使遮阳帘8′自动收回的收卷装置9′、设置于卷帘管7′和固定套管5′之间的用于在遮阳帘8′自动收回时实现阻尼作用的单向阻尼器10′、设置于卷帘管7′和固定套管5′之间的用于使遮阳帘8′能拉出悬停的阻离组合结构11′以及设置于固定套管5′和阻离组合结构11′之间的用于解除遮阳帘8′单向拉出限制的阻离解锁装置12′。所述中轴6′和卷帘管7′之间还设有一个以上的过桥垫圈16′,用于防止中轴6′过长时出现弯曲,影响使用效果。
所述单向阻尼器10′用于实现拉遮阳帘8′时不受单向阻尼器10′的阻力作用,在遮阳帘8′自动回收时,由于扭力弹簧变形释放力大于单向阻尼器的阻力,带动阻尼器阻尼外管匀速旋转,达到遮阳帘匀速回收的效果。
所述单向阻尼器10′用于实现拉遮阳帘8′时不受单向阻尼器10′的阻力作用,在遮阳帘8′自动回收时,由于扭力弹簧变形释放力矩大于单向阻尼器10′的阻力,带动阻尼器阻尼外管匀速旋转,达到遮阳帘匀速回收的效果。
所术单向阻尼器10′包括固定连接于卷帘管7′上的阻尼外管101′以及同轴设置于阻尼外管101′内的阻尼内管102′,所述固定套管5′位于单向阻尼器10′一端的端面上固设有左端盖51′,所述阻尼内管102′与左端盖51′固定连接;所述阻尼内管102′同轴活动套设于中轴6′外周壁。
作为一种优选的方案,所述左端盖51′内设有限位缓冲槽511′,所述阻尼内管102′上固设有限位凸台1021′,所述限位凸台1021′活动装配于限位缓冲槽511′内使得阻尼内管102′转动设定的角度后不再沿同一方向转动。由于收卷帘向下拉开到预定位置后,扭力弹簧处于变形崩紧状态,刚要缩回时,初始释放的弹力比较小,因此设置限位缓冲槽511′使其初始收回时不受阻尼作用,使遮阳帘8′收回更顺畅。
所述固定套管5′位于单向阻尼器10′一端的端面上固设有左端盖51′,所述阻离组合结构11′包括同轴固设于单向阻尼器10′上的棘轮111′、转动连接于左端盖51′内的压杆112′以及设置于左端盖51′内的扭簧113′,所述压杆112′的中部转动连接于左端盖51′内,所述压杆112′一端设有与棘轮111′相匹配的棘爪且另一端处于自由状态,所述扭簧113′的一端压置于压杆112′上使得棘爪压紧棘轮111′, 从而棘轮111′只能在遮阳帘8′拉出时单向转动。
所述阻离解锁装置12′包括滑动连接于左端盖51′上的阻离解锁按键,所述阻离解锁按键的下端位于压杆112′自由端上方,所述阻离解锁按键向左端盖51′内滑动时能下压压杆112′自由端使得棘爪脱离棘轮111′以解除棘轮111′单向转动的限制。
所述收卷帘还包括两个以上收卷帘固定装置,所述滑动箍套1′滑动连接于固定套管5′外周壁上且能沿固定套管5′轴向滑动。所述滑动箍套1′可根据不同车型左右汽车遮阳板固定轴4′的相对位置的距离来调整在收卷帘两端上的安装位置。
所述收卷帘还包括连接于固定套管5′和观后镜支架之间的观后镜固定装置13′,所述观后镜固定装置13′包括滑动连接于固定套管5′上的滑动中间箍套131′、可拆卸地固设于滑动中间箍套131′上的固定活扣132′、一端转动连接于固定活扣132′上的调节件一133′、与调节件一133′相配合的调节件二134′、连接于节件一133′和调节件二134′之间的螺栓螺帽固定装置135′、转动连接于调节件二134′上的偏心蹄136′以及连接于偏心蹄136′和观后镜支架之间的尼龙扎带137′,所述调节件一133′和调节件二134′的配合面上设有相匹配的锯齿使得调节件一133′和调节件二134′的配合位置可调,所述偏心蹄136′上设有通孔,所述尼龙扎带穿过通孔后与观后镜支架固定连接。
所述收卷装置9′为连接于中轴6′和卷帘管7′之间的扭力弹簧。扭力弹簧内壁与中轴6′之间设有内消声套14′,扭力弹簧外壁与卷帘管7′内壁之间设有外消声套15′,在拉遮阳帘8′时,卷帘管7′带动扭力弹簧旋转,弹簧收紧变形,储存能量。
所述遮阳帘8′的拉出端固设有拉帘杆81′,所述拉帘杆81′靠近前挡风玻璃的一侧设有燕尾滑槽,所述燕尾滑槽内滑动连接有由十一个数字颗粒82′组成的车主电话。

Claims (23)

  1. 一种带遮阳功能的汽车车载移动投影帘,其特征在于:包括固定外管(5)、同轴固设于固定外管(5)内的中轴(6)、活动套设于中轴(6)外周的卷帘管(7)、一端卷绕于卷帘管(7)上的投影帘布(8)、设置于中轴(6)和卷帘管(7)之间的用于使投影帘布(8)自动收回的收卷装置(9)、设置于卷帘管(7)和固定外管(5)之间的用于在投影帘布(8)自动收回时实现单向匀速作用的单向器(10)、设置于卷帘管(7)和固定外管(5)之间的用于使投影帘布(8)能拉出悬停的阻离组合结构(11)以及设置于固定外管(5)和阻离组合结构(11)之间的用于解除投影帘布(8)单向拉出限制的阻离解锁装置(12),所述单向器(10)包括固定连接于卷帘管(7)上的单向外管(101)、同轴套设于单向外管(101)内的单向内管(102)以及连接于单向外管(101)和单向内管(102)之间的单向弹簧(103),所述单向弹簧(103)活动套设于单向内管(102)的外周壁上,所述单向弹簧(103)的一端与单向外管(101)相连接使得单向弹簧(103)和单向外管(101)不能相对转动,所述单向弹簧(103)的螺旋方向与投影帘布(8)收回时卷帘管(7)的转动方向相同使得投影帘布(8)收回时单向外管(101)能通过单向弹簧(103)带动单向内管(102)转动,所述投影帘还包括连接于单向内管(102)和固定外管(5)之间的用于在投影帘布(8)收回时产生摩擦阻力的单向摩擦组件(13)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的带遮阳功能的汽车车载移动投影帘,其特征在于:所述固定外管(5)位于单向器(10)一端的端面上固设有左端盖(51),所述单向摩擦组件(13)包括与单向内管(102)相连接传动的甩件(131)、一个以上设置于甩件(131)上的甩珠槽(132)以及安装于各个甩珠槽(132)内的甩珠(133),所述左端盖(51)上设有与甩件(131)相匹配的甩件腔(511),所述投影帘布(8)收回时甩珠(133)能沿甩珠槽(132)甩出与甩件腔(511)相摩擦从而产生摩擦阻力。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的带遮阳功能的汽车车载移动投影帘,其特征在于:所述投影帘还包括一组以上连接于单向内管(102)和甩件(131)之间的增速齿轮组(14)。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的带遮阳功能的汽车车载移动投影帘,其特征在于:所述左端盖(51)上设有用于固定中轴(6)的中轴固定螺栓(512),所述中轴固定螺栓(512)的轴线与中轴(6)的轴线相垂直,所述左端盖(51)上还设有用于旋转中轴(6)以对收卷装置(9)进行预紧的预紧操作孔(513)。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的带遮阳功能的汽车车载移动投影帘,其特征在于:所述固定外管(5)的另一端固设有右端盖(52),所述阻离组合结构(11)包括同轴固设于卷帘管(7)上的棘轮(111)、转动连接于右端盖(52)内的压杆(112)以及设置于右端盖(52)内的扭簧(113),所述压杆(112)的中部转动连接于右端盖(52)内,所述压杆(112)一端设有与棘轮(111)相匹配的棘爪且另一端处于自由状态,所述扭簧(113)的一端压置于压杆(112)上使得棘爪压紧棘轮(111),从而棘轮(111)只能在投影帘布(8)拉出时单向转动。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的带遮阳功能的汽车车载移动投影帘,其特征在于:所述阻离解锁装置(12)包括滑动连接于右端盖(52)上的阻离解锁按键,所述阻离解锁按键的下端位于压杆(112)自由端上方,所述阻离解锁按键向右端盖(52)内滑动时能下压压杆(112)自由端使得棘爪脱离棘轮(111)以解除棘轮(111)单向转动的限制。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的带遮阳功能的汽车车载移动投影帘,其特征在于:所述投影帘还包括两个以上设置于固定外管(5)上的投影帘固定装置,所述投影帘固定装置包括与投影帘相连接的滑动箍套(1)、连接于滑动箍套(1)和汽车前挡风玻璃之间的真空吸附件(2)以及连接于滑动箍套(1)和汽车遮阳板固定轴(4)之间且长度和角度均可调的万向连接件(3),所述滑动箍套(1)滑动连接于固定外管(5)外周壁上且能沿固定外管(5)轴向滑动;所述万向连接件(3)包括主杆件(31)、连接于主杆件(31)和滑动箍套(1)之间且角度可调的蛇形管(32)以及连接于主杆件(31)和汽车遮阳板固定轴之间的U型螺纹扣(33),所述主杆件(31)外周壁设有两条沿主杆件(31)轴向分布的可供U型螺纹扣(33)U型开口两侧边伸入的滑槽(311),所述万向连接件(3)还包括活动套设于主杆件(31)外周上的调节螺母(34)以及设置于主杆件(31)外周壁上的用于限制调节螺母(34)向U型螺纹扣(33)一端轴向移动的限位凸缘(312),所述调节螺母(34)的内周壁与U型螺纹扣(33)U型开口两侧边的外壁螺纹连接使得调节螺母(34)将U型螺纹扣(33)U型开口两侧边压迫在主杆件(31)的滑槽(311)内且旋转调节螺母(34)时能使U型螺纹扣(33)在滑槽(311)上滑动。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的带遮阳功能的汽车车载移动投影帘固定装置,其特征在于:所述主杆件(31)下端设有用于供蛇形管(32)伸入的喇叭口(313), 所述万向连接件(3)还包括设置于蛇形管(32)和嗽叭口(313)之间的蛇形管箍紧套(36),所述蛇形管箍紧套(36)的内周壁与蛇形管(32)相配合,所述蛇形管箍紧套(36)的外周壁与喇叭口(313)相配合且外周壁形状与喇叭口(313)相匹配,喇叭口(313)外周套设有缩口螺母(35),所述缩口螺母(35)上端内周壁与主杆件(31)外周壁螺纹连接,所述蛇形管箍紧套(36)下端设有与缩口螺母(35)相配合的凸台使得缩口螺母(35)旋紧时逐渐往上推动蛇形管箍紧套(36),从而蛇形管箍紧套(36)和蛇形管(32)的伸入端进行固定,所述蛇形管(32)的另一端与滑动箍套(1)固定连接。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的带遮阳功能的汽车车载移动投影帘,其特征在于:所述投影帘还包括转动连接于滑动箍套(1)上的电话号码安装板(15),所述安装板(15)上设有十一个用于安装数字颗粒(151)的安装槽(152)。
  10. 一种汽车车载移动投影系统,其特征在于:包括权利要求1-9中任一项所述的带遮阳功能的汽车车载移动投影帘以及微型投影仪。
  11. 一种汽车前挡风玻璃遮阳收卷帘固定装置,其特征在于:包括与收卷帘相连接的滑动箍套(1’)、连接于滑动箍套(1’)和汽车前挡风玻璃之间的真空吸附件(2’)以及连接于滑动箍套(1’)和汽车遮阳板固定轴(4’)之间且长度和角度均可调的万向连接件(3’)。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的汽车前挡风玻璃遮阳收卷帘固定装置,其特征在于:所述万向连接件(3’)包括主杆件(31’)、连接于主杆件(31’)和滑动箍套(1’)之间且角度可调的蛇形管(32’)以及连接于主杆件(31’)和汽车遮阳板固定轴之间的U型螺纹扣(33’),所述主杆件(31’)外周壁设有两条沿主杆件(31’)轴向分布的可供U型螺纹扣(33’)U型开口两侧边伸入的滑槽(311’),所述万向连接件(3’)还包括活动套设于主杆件(31’)外周上的调节螺母(34’)以及设置于主杆件(31’)外周壁上的用于限制调节螺母(34’)向U型螺纹扣(33’)一端轴向移动的限位凸缘(312’),所述调节螺母(34’)的内周壁与U型螺纹扣(33’)U型开口两侧边的外壁螺纹连接使得调节螺母(34’)将U型螺纹扣(33’)U型开口两侧边压迫在主杆件(31’)的滑槽(311’)内且旋转调节螺母(34’)时能使U型螺纹扣(33’)在滑槽(311’)上滑动。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的汽车前挡风玻璃遮阳收卷帘固定装置,其特征在于:所述主杆件(31’)下端设有用于供蛇形管(32’)伸入的喇叭口(313’),喇叭口(313’)外周套设有缩口螺母(35’),所述缩口螺母(35’)上端内周壁与 主杆件(31’)外周壁螺纹连接且下端内周壁随着缩口螺母(35’)的旋转逐渐对喇叭口(313’)进行缩紧,从而将喇叭口(313’)和蛇形管(32’)的伸入端进行固定,所述蛇形管(32’)的另一端与滑动箍套(1’)通过螺纹连接进行固定。
  14. 一种汽车前挡风玻璃遮阳收卷帘,其特征在于:包括固定套管(5’)、同轴固设于固定套管(5’)内的中轴(6’)、活动套设于中轴(6’)外周的卷帘管(7’)、一端卷绕于卷帘管(7’)上的遮阳帘(8’)、设置于中轴(6’)和卷帘管(7’)之间的用于使遮阳帘(8’)自动收回的收卷装置(9’)、设置于卷帘管(7’)和固定套管(5’)之间的用于在遮阳帘(8’)自动收回时实现阻尼作用的单向阻尼器(10’)、设置于卷帘管(7’)和固定套管(5’)之间的用于使遮阳帘(8’)能拉出悬停的阻离组合结构(11’)以及设置于固定套管(5’)和阻离组合结构(11’)之间的用于解除遮阳帘(8’)单向拉出限制的阻离解锁装置(12’)。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的汽车前挡风玻璃遮阳收卷帘,其特征在于:所述单向阻尼器(10’)包括固定连接于卷帘管(7’)上的阻尼外管(101’)以及同轴设置于阻尼外管(101’)内的阻尼内管(102’),所述固定套管(5’)位于单向阻尼器(10’)一端的端面上固设有左端盖(51’),所述阻尼内管(102’)与左端盖(51’)固定连接。
  16. 根据权利要求14所述的汽车前挡风玻璃遮阳收卷帘,其特征在于:所述单向阻尼器(10’)包括固定连接于卷帘管(7’)上的阻尼外管(101’)以及同轴设置于阻尼外管(101’)内的阻尼内管(102’),所述固定套管(5’)位于单向阻尼器(10’)一端的端面上固设有左端盖(51’),所述左端盖(51’)内设有限位缓冲槽(511’),所述阻尼内管(102’)上固设有限位凸台(1021’),所述限位凸台(1021’)活动装配于限位缓冲槽(511’)内使得阻尼内管(102’)转动设定的角度后不再沿同一方向转动。
  17. 根据权利要求14所述的汽车前挡风玻璃遮阳收卷帘,其特征在于:所述固定套管(5’)位于单向阻尼器(10’)一端的端面上固设有左端盖(51’),所述阻离组合结构(11’)包括同轴固设于单向阻尼器(10’)上的棘轮(111’)、转动连接于左端盖(51’)内的压杆(112’)以及设置于左端盖(51’)内的扭簧(113’),所述压杆(112’)的中部转动连接于左端盖(51’)内,所述压杆(112’)一端设有与棘轮(111’)相匹配的棘爪且另一端处于自由状态,所述扭簧(113’)的一端压置于压杆(112’)上使得棘爪压紧棘轮(111’),从而棘轮(111’)只能在遮阳帘(8’)拉出时单向转动。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的汽车前挡风玻璃遮阳收卷帘,其特征在于:所述阻离解锁装置(12’)包括滑动连接于左端盖(51’)上的阻离解锁按键,所述阻离解锁按键的下端位于压杆(112’)自由端上方,所述阻离解锁按键向左端盖(51’)内滑动时能下压压杆(112’)自由端使得棘爪脱离棘轮(111’)以解除棘轮(111’)单向转动的限制。
  19. 根据权利要求14所述的汽车前挡风玻璃遮阳收卷帘,其特征在于:所述收卷帘还包括两个以上的收卷帘固定装置,所述收卷帘固定装置包括与收卷帘相连接的滑动箍套(1’)、连接于滑动箍套(1’)和汽车前挡风玻璃之间的真空吸附件(2’)以及连接于滑动箍套(1’)和汽车遮阳板固定轴(4’)之间且长度和角度均可调的万向连接件(3’),所述滑动箍套(1’)滑动连接于固定套管(5’)外周壁上且能沿固定套管(5’)轴向滑动。
  20. 根据权利要求19所述的汽车前挡风玻璃遮阳收卷帘,其特征在于:所述收卷帘还包括连接于固定套管(5’)和汽车观后镜支架之间的观后镜固定装置(13’),所述观后镜固定装置(13’)包括滑动连接于固定套管(5’)上的滑动中间箍套(131’)、可拆卸地固设于滑动中间箍套(131’)上的固定活扣(132’)、一端转动连接于固定活扣(132’)上的调节件一(133’)、与调节件一(133’)相配合的调节件二(134’)、连接于节件一(133’)和调节件二(134’)之间的螺栓螺帽固定装置(135’)、转动连接于调节件二(134’)上的偏心蹄(136’)以及连接于偏心蹄(136’)和汽车观后镜支架之间的尼龙扎带(137’),所述调节件一(133’)和调节件二(134’)的配合面上设有相匹配的锯齿使得调节件一(133’)和调节件二(134’)的配合位置可调,所述偏心蹄(136’)上设有通孔,所述尼龙扎带(137’)穿过通孔后与汽车观后镜支架固定连接。
  21. 根据权利要求14所述的汽车前挡风玻璃遮阳收卷帘,其特征在于:所述收卷装置(9’)为连接于中轴(6’)和卷帘管(7’)之间的扭力弹簧。
  22. 根据权利要求14所述的汽车前挡风玻璃遮阳收卷帘,其特征在于:所述遮阳帘(8’)的拉出端固设有拉帘杆(81’),所述拉帘杆(81’)靠近前挡风玻璃的一侧设有燕尾滑槽,所述燕尾滑槽内滑动连接有由十一个数字颗粒(82’)组成的车主电话。
  23. 根据权利要求21所述的汽车前挡风玻璃遮阳收卷帘,其特征在于:所述扭力弹簧内壁与中轴(6’)之间设有内消声套(14’),所述扭力弹簧外壁与卷帘管(7’)内壁之间设有外消声套(15’)。
