塑杯是用来盛装饮料等液体的一次性容器,主要用于冷热饮店、酒店等提供各种塑料杯装的外带饮品和现场使用。目前塑杯生产设备通常为两段式结构,塑杯生产用片材先在成型设备生产出塑杯型胚,塑杯型胚再在冲剪设备上冲剪分离,形成生产需求的产品塑杯。塑杯型胚在冲剪前或冲剪过程会中有冲剪碎屑等异物产生,且会随产品流入下道工序,严重影响生产品质。为了解决这个问题,一般采用人工挑选清洁塑杯后对良品才能包装的方法去除含杂质、异物的塑杯,这一过程耗用人工多,劳动强度大,筛选效率低、成本高。
实用新型内容
为此,本实用新型所要解决的技术问题在于塑杯冲剪过程中会将碎屑等异物混入半成品,随产品进入下道工序,降低产品品质,而人工筛选人工成本高、劳动强度大、效率低,从而提出一种塑杯自动清洁装置。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型的技术方案为:
本实用新型提供一种塑杯自动清洁装置,其包括顺次连接的将塑杯型坯冲剪分离的冲剪机构、吹扫塑杯表面异物的自动吹杯机构和收集异物的异物收集机构,所述冲剪机构设置于所述自动吹杯机构一侧的上方,所述异物收集机构设置于所述自动吹杯机构的下方。
作为优选,所述自动吹杯机构包括一塑杯容置部,设置于所述塑杯容置部顶部的风刀,设置于所述塑杯容置部底部的可开合的异物出口。
作为优选,所述塑杯容置部靠近所述冲剪机构的一侧设置有一可开合的塑杯入口,远离所述冲剪机构的一侧设置有一可开合的塑杯出口。
作为优选,所述冲剪机构与所述塑杯容置部由一落杯通道连接。
作为优选,所述异物出口与所述异物收集机构由异物排放通道连接。
作为优选,所述风刀设置于所述塑杯容置部的一侧顶部。
作为优选,所述风刀连接有一电磁阀,所述电磁阀电连接于一电气控制单元。
作为优选,所述冲剪机构为冲剪机。
本实用新型的上述技术方案相比现有技术具有以下优点:
(1)本实用新型所述的塑杯自动清洁装置,其包括顺次连接的将塑杯型坯冲剪分离的冲剪机构、吹扫塑杯表面异物的自动吹杯机构和收集异物的异物收集机构,所述冲剪机构设置于所述自动吹杯机构一侧的上方,所述异物收集机构设置于所述自动吹杯机构的下方。塑杯型坯成型后进入冲剪机构冲剪分离,冲剪后的塑杯进入与所述冲剪机构相连的自动吹杯机构,自动吹杯机构对进入的塑杯进行吹扫,使附着于塑杯表面的碎屑、杂质等异物与塑杯分离,碎屑、杂质等异物随后被异物收集机构收集。用自动吹杯清洁机构代替了传统的人工清洁操作,减少了人为干预、无法保证产品品质,而且提升了产品生产过程中的自动化水平,简化了人员操作、降低了劳动强度、提高了处理效率、节约了生产成本。
(2)本实用新型所述的塑杯自动清洁装置,所述自动吹杯机构包括一塑杯容置部,设置于所述塑杯容置部顶部的风刀,设置于所述塑杯容置部底部的异物出口,所述异物出口可开启或关闭。当塑杯进入所述自动吹杯机构,关闭所述异物出口、塑杯入口、出口,形成一闭合的空间,风刀内压缩空气吹向塑杯,将异物与塑杯分离,同时在压缩空气的吹扫下,塑杯由入口侧向出口侧运动,塑杯容置部内形成了塑杯移动通道,干净的塑杯由出口处进入下一包装工序,实现了塑杯的自动清洁与移动物料,提升了处理效率。

本实施例提供一种塑杯自动清洁装置,如图1所示,其包括顺次连接的将塑杯型坯冲剪分离的冲剪机构1、吹扫塑杯表面异物的自动吹杯机构2和收集异物的异物收集机构3,所述冲剪机构1设置于所述自动吹杯机构2一侧的上方,所述异物收集机构3设置于所述自动吹杯机构2的下方。具体地,所述冲剪机构1为常规冲剪机,用于将塑性后的连片塑杯型坯冲剪分离为单个的塑杯,所述异物收集机构3为异物收集箱。
所述自动吹杯机构2包括一塑杯容置部21、设置于所述塑杯容置部21顶部的风刀22,并且,所述风刀22设置于所述塑杯容置部21的一侧顶部,所述风刀22连接有一电磁阀,由所述电磁阀控制其开启或关闭,所述电磁阀又连接于一电气控制单元,所述电气控制单元为一PLC电气控制系统,用于控制各种动作的执行。所述自动吹杯机构2还包括设置于所述塑杯容置部21底部的可开合的异物出口,所述异物出口可由手动或电磁阀自动控制其开启或关闭,所述塑杯容置部21为一空心长方体容置腔,其靠近所述冲剪机构1的一端设置有一可开合的塑杯入口,远离所述冲剪机构1的一端设置有一可开合的塑杯出口,所述塑杯入口和塑杯出口也可由手动控制开合或由电磁阀控制自动开合,如图所示,所述塑杯入口为所述自动吹杯机构2的左端,所述塑杯出口为所述自动吹杯机构2的右端,所述冲剪机构1位于所述自动吹杯机构2的左上方。所述塑杯入口和塑杯出口均可调控为开启或关闭状态。所述风刀22为压缩空气风刀,其连接于一压缩空气入口。当所述塑杯入口、所述塑杯出口、异物出口处于关合状态时,所述塑杯容置部21形成一封闭结构。
进一步地,所述冲剪机构1与所述自动吹杯机构2由一落杯通道4连接,所述落杯通道4为一管道,由冲剪机构1冲剪分离后的塑杯逐一落入落杯通道4的一端并由落杯通道4的另一端进入自动吹杯机构2的塑杯入口。
所述自动吹杯机构2与所述异物收集机构3由异物排放通道连接,所述异物排放通道也为一管道,其一端连接于自动储备机构2底部的异物出口,另一端连接于所述异物收集机构3。
本实施例所述的塑杯自动清洁装置的工作过程如下:
冲剪机构1完成整片塑杯的冲剪分离后,被分离的塑杯由落杯通道进入自动吹杯机构2的塑杯入口,当自动吹杯机构2中累计一定数量的塑杯后,使所述塑杯入口、塑杯出口、异物出口处于闭合状态,塑杯容置部21顶部的压缩空气入口向所述风刀22内通入压缩空气,压缩空气由风刀22垂直进入塑杯容置部中吹扫塑杯、使异物与塑杯分离,同时在风刀22压缩空气的吹扫下,塑杯由自动吹杯机构2的塑杯入口方向向塑杯出口方向移动,塑杯容置部21可作为塑杯移动通道,当塑杯移动到出口侧时,停止吹扫,塑杯停止移动,异物由所述异物出口排出,并排往异物收集机构,实现塑杯与异物分离的目的。所述塑杯容置部21内还设置有可沿所述塑杯容置部21的入口至出口方向作往复运动的拨叉,初始时其设置于塑杯入口侧,且在风刀吹扫的过程中随着塑杯一同移动,当塑杯清洁完毕后,又回到塑杯入口侧,阻挡下一批塑杯进入自动吹杯机构2,直到接到下次动作信号后才再次随塑杯一同运动。

  1. 一种塑杯自动清洁装置,其特征在于,包括顺次连接的将塑杯型坯冲剪分离的冲剪机构、吹扫塑杯表面异物的自动吹杯机构和收集异物的异物收集机构,所述冲剪机构设置于所述自动吹杯机构一侧的上方,所述异物收集机构设置于所述自动吹杯机构的下方。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的塑杯自动清洁装置,其特征在于,所述自动吹杯机构包括一塑杯容置部,设置于所述塑杯容置部顶部的风刀,设置于所述塑杯容置部底部的可开合的异物出口。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的塑杯自动清洁装置,其特征在于,所述塑杯容置部靠近所述冲剪机构的一侧设置有一可开合的塑杯入口,远离所述冲剪机构的一侧设置有一可开合的塑杯出口。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的塑杯自动清洁装置,其特征在于,所述冲剪机构与所述塑杯容置部由一落杯通道连接。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的塑杯自动清洁装置,其特征在于,所述异物出口与所述异物收集机构由异物排放通道连接。
